Grand jury investigating Donald Trump for criminal charges to end: Sources

So after months and Millions of space bucks or um tax payer money the special grand jury that had been hearing evidence in the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump expires at the end of the week and will not be extended, sources familiar with the matter confirmed to the news circus.

The special grand jury was empaneled last fall, but had stopped hearing evidence once Alvin Bragg became district attorney in Manhattan in January, raising questions about the strength of the case and whether prosecutors had amassed all the elements required to prove it.

The two senior prosecutors who had been leading the investigation, Mark Pomerantz and Cary Dunne, resigned in February. Pomerantz said in his resignation letter he believed Trump “is guilty of numerous felony violations.” Mr Trump has denied wrongdoing.

The district attorney’s office declined to confirm or deny the decision not to extend the special grand jury, which was first reported by Communist News Network. Grand juries can always be called upon to hear evidence and weigh the return of an indictment and a new special grand jury could always be empaneled.

A spokeswoman for Bragg declined to comment and instead pointed to a statement the district attorney issued earlier this month that insisted the criminal investigation remained active.

“The team working on this investigation is comprised of dedicated, experienced career prosecutors. They are going through documents, interviewing witnesses, and exploring evidence not previously explored,” Bragg said in a statement said earlier this month. “In the long and proud tradition of white-collar prosecutions at the Manhattan D.A.’s Office, we are investigating thoroughly and following the facts without fear or favor.”

The district attorney’s office fought successfully for access to Trump’s personal and business tax returns as part of the investigation into how he valued his assets. The New York attorney general is conducting a parallel civil investigation.

The case has already resulted in tax charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer Allan Weisselberg over perks paid to certain executives. Each has pleaded not guilty.

Waukesha Massacre

A $5 Million Bail has been set for the suspect in Waukesha Massacre Darrell Brooks, Jr., 39, the man arrested for driving his SUV into a Christmas parade in Waukesha Sunday, killing at least five people and injuring dozens, according to reports he made his first court appearance following the Massacre in Waukesha on Tuesday. During the appearance prosecutors reported that a sixth death had occurred when a child who was in critical condition passed away — one of 16 admitted to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin after the incident. Brooks faces five consecutive life sentences, with more charges on the way, prosecutors said. At least 40 people were injured, including children who remain in critical condition.

Waukesha Police Department Chief Dan Thompson said this was not an act of terror, and that Brooks acted alone. Thompson stated that Brooks was a suspect in a domestic disturbance prior to driving through the city’s Christmas parade. Thompson, as well as officers who were at the parade, say that Brooks appeared to intentionally drive through the crowd.

The Prosecutors highlighted Brooks’ lengthy history with the criminal justice system. Dating back to 2000, Brooks has records in Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia. In a case dating to Nov. 5, 2021, Brooks was charged in Milwaukee County with resisting and obstructing, felony bail jumping, second degree reckless endangering safety, and other charges. Prosecutors stated Brooks is alleged to have struck the mother of his child with a fist and then attempted to run her over with the same vehicle he was driving when he was arrested on Sunday. Brooks’ bail was set at $5 million.

“I have no problem with the bail being recommended by the state. I’m an old guy who has been doing this for almost 40 years,” Judge Kevin Costello said. “The nature of this offense is shocking.”

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the bail conditions set during the case in early November. Brooks was released on a bail of $1,000 on Nov. 11, an amount which Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm called “inappropriately low.” Chisholm’s office stated that “appropriate next steps” will be taken following the review. If convicted, Brooks will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Remembering Stephen Duran (Captn Steve O) (03/16/1965 – 08/10/2021) Rest in Peace

Stephen Duran aka “Capt’n Steve O” (03/16/1965 – 08/10/2021) best known for his show “Rev Radio Vegas” has passed away folks and while some of you might not know him, and I just became friends with him over the last year myself we all had taken a great liking to him as he was a very gentle, and nice man. We had some good laughs but in means did I know him as well as those on the network he was on which is “G.E.R.N” and our hearts, and condolences to his family and personal loved ones from real life to the world of online radio. I know the owner of the network he was on “Darrell Neely” is taking this hard as they were close, and condolences to him also not just from myself Angel Espino but the entire PSN Radio family, and everyone on Public Streaming Network in general.

We just lost this Sunday our own Dennis Crenshaw who was family, and know the loss. Last year we lost our co-owner Jorge Rodrguez as well previously Suds Coleman who was a good buddy of mines, host on SoFloRadio and a radio icon also in Florida. And we can’t forget Art Bell my mentor in radio along with Jorge Rodriguez nobody meant more to me in radio then those two men, and they’ve both passed… Seems like our good friends are all being called to the gates of heaven. Steve had a lot of wild thoughts, and a great imagination. He was a very bright and an articulate man with a lot of passion for podcasting, and to help others.

Gavin Newscum Faces Recall Election as Campaign Collects 1,509,000 Signatures

In a glorious effort to recall California Governor Gavin Newsom or as I call him “NewScum” has reached the minimum number of signatures needed to trigger a recall election, organizers behind the recall campaign announced Friday. Yes friends! Like I’ve been sayin for a long time California is flipping away from the left, and will slowly become what it once was a RED STATE, and when this happens folks it’s a wrap for the left. They have destroyed their biggest state, and the people are speaking loud. Gavin is related to Pelosi, and she’s hated also in California. These people come from mafia money, and are from a long line of evil scumbags.

Recall Gavin Newsom launched last year and amassed more than 900,000 signatures by the end of December. The recall campaign said it collected more than 1.4 million signatures by early February and gathered a total of 1,509,000 signatures by Friday.

State law dictates that a recall campaign must gather support from a specific number of registered voters in order to trigger a recall. In this case, valid signatures from 1,495,709 California voters a number equivalent to 12 percent of the votes cast in the election Newsom won to become governor from at least five counties needed to sign the petition by the campaign’s March deadline.

Once the California secretary of state determines that the campaign has collected enough valid signatures, a recall election will be scheduled to allow voters to decide if they want Newsom to stay in office or not. Recall Gavin Newsom set a goal of collecting 1.8 million signatures in anticipation that some might not pass muster with the secretary of state’s office.

This is not the first recall campaign Newsom has faced since he was elected governor with nearly 62 percent of the vote in 2018, but it is the campaign that has gained the most traction. The effort is fueled in part by frustrations surrounding restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. Organizers also cite as reasons for their efforts the Democratic governor’s positions on issues that predate COVID-19, including gun laws and immigration policies.

The organizers say on the campaign’s website that the effort is not driven by any one political party, and they have bristled at allegations that supporters of the movement have links to QAnon and other far-right groups. Instead, organizers say the movement is supported by voters of diverse political backgrounds and represents a “mass uprising” in California.

Randy Economy, a senior adviser for the campaign, told Newsweek in December that this recall effort is notable to him because it has support from Californians who don’t typically get involved in politics.

The recall campaign is “kind of a perfect tidal wave of citizens who have never done anything in politics before ever, and I really do mean that who decided they want to take a stab at this,” Economy told Newsweek at the time. A significant component to the campaign’s success is the frustrations voters feel after months of living with the pandemic and the restrictions introduced at the state level, he said. Newsom’s attendance at a dinner party at the French Laundry last November, which violated the state’s recommendations for gathering with individuals outside of one’s household, only served to inflame those already frustrated with the lockdowns.

Ten recall campaigns have qualified for a recall election in California since 1913, only six of which have resulted in the targeted official being removed from office, according to the California secretary of state’s website. The only California governor to be successfully recalled was Gray Davis, a Democrat who was removed in 2003 and replaced by former Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Economy told KTTV on Thursday that the recall campaign was close to reaching 1.5 million signatures. The effort was further aided by the national GOP, which invested $250,000 to help remove Newsom from office.

On the final day of 2020, Economy told Newsweek that he believed this recall campaign would be successful. “I think this is different this time,” he said. “Sometimes in politics and in life, you have that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the average resident to make a difference. This is that moment in California history.”

Monday after he failed to wear a face mask while visiting a Rite Aid, Willis, 65, refused to wear a mask despite having a bandanna tied around his neck, which he could have pulled up and used as a face covering, Page Six reported, citing an unnamed source. The eyewitness said the other shoppers were unhappy with Willis going maskless, which was in violation of the Los Angeles County mask mandate.

The “Die Hard” star was asked to wear a mask, but he refused and was subsequently asked to exit, per the report. The source said Willis was photographed at the store without a mask on and was unable to make his purchase before leaving the pharmacy.

Los Angeles County is the epicenter of California’s coronavirus surge and surpassed 10,000 COVID-19 deaths in December, CNN reported.

Willis spent much of the lockdown quarantining with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, and their three daughters, Rumer, 32, Scout, 29, and Tallulah, 26, at the family’s home in Idaho.

Gretchen Whitmer (D) ordered all high school and college classrooms to close for three weeks. Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D) ordered all public and private schools to close starting on Monday. Thursday, members of the White House Coronavirus Task Force stated that schools should remain open despite a recent surge of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations across the country… Schools is not the issue, and neither is reopening the economy, and country to full potential. Lockdowns don’t help, and letting people riot, and loot, and do it to hurt Trump is shameful, and I hope all these leftist politicians get sent to prison!

“The truth is, for kids K through 12, one of the safest places they can be, from our perspective, is to remain in school,” Dr. Robert Redfield, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said during a Thursday press conference. “And it’s really important that — following the data, making sure we don’t make emotional decisions about what to close and what not to close.”

“And I’m here to say clearly: The data strongly supports that K-through-12 schools, as well as institutes of higher learning, really are not where we’re having our challenges,” Redfield explained. “There’s extensive data that we have — we’ve gathered over the last two to three months — to confirm that K-through- 12 schools can operate with face-to-face learning, and they can do it safely and they can do it responsibly.”

The CDC director has been outspoken about schools needing to remain open for months. In July, Redfield said he would “absolutely” send his grandchildren back to school because he believes it is safe.

“It is critically important for our public health to open schools this fall,” Redfield declared.

This isn’t the first time that Biden has gotten defensive over the CBS News reporter asking legitimate questions. On Saturday night, White House physician Dr. Sean Conley released a statement saying President Trump “is no longer considered a transmission risk to others.” While Conley did not state whether the president had tested negative for the COVID-19 virus, he highlighted that Trump had been “fever-free for well over 24 hours” and “sequential testing throughout his illness has demonstrated decreasing viral loads.” According to current CDC data, a mild to moderate COVID-19 case remains infectious no more than 10 days, whereas a severe to critical illness is likely to remain infectious no longer than 20 days.

Chris Cuomo was ‘like a boiling pot’ during no-mask Easter confrontation with cyclist!

Remember when this Snowflake Fredo Cuomo was described ‘like a boiling pot’ during no-mask Easter confrontation with a cyclist who busted him outside riding his bike in Long Island, New York? Well the story went like this David Whelan said when he saw a group of people hanging around an under-construction property and he stopped to take a break. He went on to tell Fox News in an interview later that “It was Easter Sunday evening, it was chilly and cold.” He continued saying “I grew up about 1,000 feet from where he [Cuomo] is building his new house, which is nothing but a steel frame [at this point].” Whelan said he went “down the trail that runs past where his new structure is being built and there’s a bunch of people there.”

“I’ve been riding for seven or eight miles, take a little break, and am just walking. And a woman says, ‘May I help you?’ I said ‘No, I’m just looking.’” Whelan said he then recognized Fredo who hosts “Cuomo Prime Time” on Fake News CNN, and who announced in March that he tested positive for the coronavirus. The cyclist said he asked Cuomo if he had the virus and if he was supposed to be self-quarantining.

“I think his next words were, ‘What the hell do you know about this? What do you know about the rules?’” Whelan said. Whelan said his daughter is a doctor at John Hopkins University, and said he’s been calling people out for not practicing social distancing or safe preventative measures amid the outbreak. So yeah he knew about this. LMAO!

At that point, Whelan claimed, Cuomo “continued to come closer and closer.” Not like thats dangerous for someone who’s got Covid. “I would like to say he’s like a boiling pot, you could see his head,” he said. “He was just getting more and more angry. And I said, ‘So are you gonna lose your temper like you did on the guy at Shelter Island?'” Whelan was referring to an incident last summer, when Cuomo became angry when someone called him “Fredo” the weak, younger brother in The Godfather movies. Cuomo said it was an anti-Italian slur and he appeared to threaten to “throw [the man] down [a flight of] stairs” and “f****** ruin [his] s***.” That’s not an “Anti Italian Slur” and it’s not near as insulting as being called “THE N WORD” which is where he was going with it. Fucking Cry baby Cuomo can’t take it when people call him out on his bullshit. But man he loves to dish it out on others. He’s a hypocrite folks… The man said he thought “Fredo” was Cuomo’s name, and CNN backed Cuomo for what they said was defending himself. Shameful of the network.

As for Whelan on Easter, he said he wanted to “move on” with his ride after seeing Cuomo become “angry.” The cyclist said the exchange ended with Cuomo telling him “he was going to meet me.” A Threat! “He goes ‘You are going to meet me over this, you will meet me again over this,’” Whelan said. “At that point, he’s now getting about 40 feet away.” He told Fox News he hasn’t been tested for the virus since. Whelan said no one in Cuomo’s group was wearing face masks or gloves, and yet here we have Cuomo or Fredo for not wearing a mask. “For most normal people, you can’t get tested,” Whelan said. “I made my own mask weeks ago, I hit it with alcohol every day.”

President Trump to be discharged from Walter Reed hospital later today, he's doing better!

On Monday afternoon, President Trump announced that he will be leaving “the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M.” Following Trump’s announcement, Dr. Sean Conley said that the president has “met or exceeded” standard discharge protocol. Trump, whose oxygen levels are now normal, will get another dose of remdesivir before heading back to the White House. Conley provided the update on Trump’s condition minutes after the coronavirus-stricken president tweeted that he was planning on heading back to the White House at 6:30 p.m. “Though he may not be entirely out of the woods yet, our team and I agree that all his evaluations and, more importantly, his clinical status supports his return home,” Conley told reporters outside the premiere military hospital in Maryland where Trump’s been undergoing treatment for COVID-19 since Friday night. Trump’s discharge comes even as he remains on dexamethasone, said Dr. Brian Garibaldi, another member of the president’s medical team. Dexamethasone, a steroid, is generally only administered to COVID-19 patients suffering from critical symptoms, as it has been shown to lower the risk of death. The powerful drug can cause severe side effects, including psychosis and delirium. Trump will also continue to receive doses of remdesivir at the White House, his doctors said. Like dexamethasone, the antiviral remdesivir drug is generally only administered to critically-ill coronavirus patients. First Lady Melania Trump, who tested positive with her husband last week, is already in quarantine in the White House residence. Conley did not say whether Trump will be confined to the residence once he returns to the White House or if he will be able to walk freely through the executive mansion. The 74-year-old president could be at a higher risk of developing severe complications from the virus because of his weight, age and history of heart issues. Guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, meantime, say that a COVID-19 patient could be contagious for upward of 14 days and should not change locations during that period unless absolutely medically necessary. Conley claimed Trump was being discharged for his own safety, though. “Every day a patient stays in a hospital unnecessarily is a risk to themselves,” Conley said.

Dallas Salon Owner Who Went to Jail for Violating Lockdown Advances to Runoff for State Senate Seat 👏

Tuesday, Shelley Luther advanced to a runoff election for a Dallas-area set in the Texas State Senate as a Republican! Now if you don’t know her Luther is a salon owner in Dallas who had the “temerity” to reopen her business during the coronavirus lockdown, and for the crime of making sure she and her employees would be able to feed their families, went to jail. You know after what Pelosi did and nothing happened to her this lady Shelley deserves a public apology.

When she defied Governor Abbott’s lockdown orders, she was issued a citation. She tore up the citation when it was issued. She was found in civil and criminal contempt of court for ignoring a restraining order. Dallas Civil District Judge Eric Moyé ordered Luther to seven days in jail and fined her $500 for every day the salon stayed open. She was given the opportunity to apologize and not serve any time in jail but she refused to do so. She went on to explain to the judge why she reopened.

“If you would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge that your actions were selfish, putting your own interest ahead of those in the community in which you live,” Moyé said to Luther inside the courtroom Tuesday.

Luther refused.

“I have to disagree with you sir, when you say that I’m selfish because feeding my kids is not selfish,” she said. “I have hairstylists that are going hungry because they’d rather feed their kids. So sir, if you think the law is more important than kids being fed then please go ahead with your decision but I’m not going to shut the salon.”

Abbott released a statement at the time which disagreed with the judge putting Shelley in jail. He quickly understood that she had the sympathies of Texans as a woman operating a small business, trying to support her children.

“As I have made clear through prior pronouncements, jailing Texans for non-compliance with executive orders should always be the last available option,” he said. “Compliance with executive orders during this pandemic is important to ensure public safety; however, surely there are less restrictive means to achieving that goal than jailing a Texas mother.”

Governor Abbott reopened salons and barbershops shortly after all this happened. Senator Ted Cruz was supportive of her and enjoyed some publicity for going to her salon for a haircut. Luther will be facing state Rep. Drew Springer. The date for the runoff is yet to be set.

Shelley Luther is the someone every struggling American can admire. She had the courage to defend her principles, and that’s a quality we should want in anyone we elect.

I call upon our leaders in Congress to put forward the Motion to Vacate the Chair that has been prepared and merely needs to be brought to the floor,” Biggs wrote in his opinion piece.

Biggs used several examples that he believes are reasons for her removal where Pelosi acted “above the law,” including her recent visit to get her hair blown dry which violated her home State’s COVID-19 lockdown order.

Pelosi, however, claims she was “set up” by the salon’s owner and wasn’t aware of the rules that San Francisco residents can only have their hair done outdoors.

“Frankly, it a narcissistic, authoritarian view,” Biggs added. Moreover, he said it’s “the same hubris that is demonstrated in Pelosi’s attacks on a small business owner, with the apparent objective of crushing her, also permitted the corruption of our federal intelligence gathering apparatus to spy on a political opponent’s campaign, denies that Marxist agitators are rioting, looting, and murdering; and when polling shows that Americans know better, tries to change the narrative to blame Trump.”

Gov. Cuomo says: Trump ‘better have an army’ to protect him if he comes to NYC

Andrew Cuomo whos a total POS said Wednesday something which well by all accounts can be seen as a big threat to President Trump’s safety if he returns to New York City. The New York Gov. in a mean, and vile rant responding to an exclusive story by The Post that Trump is looking to pull federal funds from “lawless” cities including New York.

Cuomo called an emergency press briefing within a half hour on Wednesday night to tear into Trump for the order, which cites New York’s rising murder rate and defunding of the NYPD. Remember keep in mind that no good Cuomo here like his brother Fredo are both liars, and con men. These guys are both low life degenerates sold out to the far left. Cuomo said “He better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York. New Yorkers don’t want to have anything to do with him,” the Democrat said, all but threatening the commander in chief which no joke guys this has to be a crime. How can he get away with this crap? How does Kathy Griffin get away with her crap with the chopped off head of Trump? Why is there such a double standard because you know if say Cuomo here would have said this about Obama he would be locked up for 10 years, and his life would be forever ruined. But since it’s Trump he gets away with it?

But Cuomo, who like Trump hails from Queens, wasn’t done. “He can’t have enough bodyguards to walk through New York City, people don’t want to have anything to do with him.” On substance, Cuomo said he doubted the legality of Trump’s five-page memo ordering a review of federal funds that can be redirected from New York City, Portland, Seattle and Washington, DC. “It is more of the same from him. It’s political, it is gratuitous. And it’s illegal. But it is another attempt to kill New York City,” Cuomo said… Funny just a few months ago when he was asking for help after he failed the city, and he finally asked Trump for help, and Trump supplied everything needed at our goverments fastest pace! Remember Rachael Maddow said Trump would never get those medical ships prepared in time to get to NYC only to have the ship there in 2 days. She said it couldn’t be done! So now we went from Cuomo praising Trump to this….. Folks this is why these DemocRAT cities are having these uprising. Referring to a claim in Trump’s niece Mary Trump’s recent book, Cuomo said, “his sister, a former federal judge, is disgraced by him.” LMAO you want to talk about Siblings? Check out the moron that is Fredo Cuomo there Andrew.

The governor also claimed Trump’s “negligence” is the reason New York state suffered the highest COVID-19 death toll… Yeah wouldn’t have anything to do with you putting sick patients with elderly so they can spread the virus to them, and make sure they die fast.

The governor’s critics blame his Health Department’s mandate that forbade nursing homes from turning away COVID-19-positive patients back March 25 when he ordered nursing homes to admit COVID-positive patients, and not in stonewalling anyone looking to learn how many lives that mandate cost.

The latest is its laughable excuse for dodging a Freedom of Information Law request from the Empire Center, filed early last month. It sought the number of nursing-home residents who died of the coronavirus after being transferred to hospitals, numbers the state stopped releasing in May. The department response this week: It can’t comply until at least Nov. 5, “because a diligent search for relevant documents is still being conducted.” Bull. Health Commissioner Howard Zucker told state lawmakers Aug. 3 that he had the info but wouldn’t share it because “I need to be sure it’s absolutely accurate.”

Zucker admits to more than 6,600 deaths in homes. Extrapolating from data from other states, the in-hospital figure will most likely double the total.

The Empire Center is appealing, noting how “implausible” the excuse is: The Health Department requires nursing homes to file fatality reports daily, including in-hospital deaths. How can it need two more months to come up with the data? Especially when Zucker told legislators at an Aug. 3 hearing that he was already working on it.

“If you die in the nursing home, it’s a nursing home death. If you die in the hospital, it’s called a hospital death,” Cuomo insists though no other state that’s been a coronavirus hot-spot tallies deaths this way. Then again, the gov himself noted early on that the virus spreads in homes like “a fire through dry grass.”

Cuomo and Zucker still defend their March 25 mandate, though they rescinded it in May. But their refusal to tell the truth about its consequences tells you they know just how deadly it truly proved. So now doesn’t it make sense? He is using this moment to fight with Trump about not coming to his city or else to divert people from knowing these facts. At the end of his call, Cuomo, apparently sensing how his remarks about Trump could be seen as threatening, attempted to walk them back.

“My comment about the president and bodyguards in New York City, all I’m saying is that he is persona non grata in New York City. And I think he knows that. And he’ll never come back to New York, because New Yorkers will never forget how gratuitously mean he has been to New Yorkers and how many times he’s tried to kill the city that gave him his start and birthed him. That’s what I meant about the bodyguards.”

Earlier Wednesday, Trump called on CNN to fire Cuomo’s younger brother Chris Cuomo over a leaked tape in which he says he was questioned about sexual misconduct. “Fredo must go!” Trump wrote, using an insulting reference from “The Godfather.”

Meanwhile, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was twice mentioned by name in Trump’s order, had his press secretary Bill Neidhardt respond, and don’t forget DeBlasio has a daughter who is a member of Antifa and got arrested. She’s also a member of the “Alphabet Community” and a lot of the Antifa members belong to these angry gay, and trans people who are behind Antifa riots, and looting.

“As much as Donald Trump wants New York City to drop dead, we will never let this stand,” Neidhardt tweeted. “This has nothing to do with “law and order”. This is a racist campaign stunt out of the Oval Office to attack millions of people of color.” De Blasio himself made no statement. City councilman Rory Lancman, chair of Committee on the Justice System, meanwhile, said Trump’s order could unintentionally weaken public safety. “I guess we know now which candidate for president supports defunding the police,” he quipped. Rep. Max Rose, a Trump-targeted Democrat who represents Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, said, “With this order, President Trump is joining Mayor de Blasio in defunding the police. It was wrong then and it’s wrong now.”

IF I was Trump I would go anyway he’s the President, and these morons need to understand that, and they need to respect the man, and his voters… I cannot believe what lack of respect these morons are showing. This is a complete coup of the government like which never seen before.
