Beach-Mathura explained her problems at work, prompting Adams to say he could help her but he “‘also needed some help,’ and began rubbing his penis through his clothes with his hands,” the suit claims. Adams told her he “needed a blow job” and repeatedly tried to convince Beach-Mathura to perform oral sex on him, before unzipping his pants and pulling out his “erect penis,” the lawsuit alleges. A “sickened and outraged” Beach-Mathura refused, but he then grabbed her hand and demanded she “give [him] a hand job,” the suit alleges. She replied “NO” but that didn’t stop Adams from allegedly mastubating himself and then ejaculating on her thigh and stocking, the lawsuit claims.

DOJ won't seek charges against officer Rusten Sheskey who shot Jacob Blake in Kenosha
Well now look at this folks we just found out that federal prosecutors announced Friday that they won’t file charges against officer Rusten Sheskey who shot Jacob Blake in Wisconsin last year. A shooting that sparked protests that led to the deaths of two men. Officer Sheskey shot Blake, who’s Black, during a domestic disturbance in Kenosha in August 2020. The shooting left Blake paralyzed from the waist down and sparked several nights of protests, some of which turned violent. An Illinois man shot three people, killing two of them, during one of the demonstrations.
State prosecutors decided not to file charges against Sheskey earlier this year after video showed that Blake, who was wanted on a felony warrant, was armed with a knife.
The U.S. Department of Justice launched its own investigation days after the shooting. The agency announced Friday that a team of prosecutors from its Civil Rights Division and the U.S. attorney’s office in Milwaukee reviewed police reports, witness statements, dispatch logs and videos of the incident, and determined there wasn’t enough evidence to prove Sheskey used excessive force or violated Blake’s federal rights.
“Accordingly, the review of this incident has been closed without a federal prosecution,” the Justice Department said in a news release.
The Blake family’s attorney, Ben Crump, didn’t immediately reply to a message seeking comment. Blake’s uncle Justin Blake, who has been acting as the family’s spokesman, also didn’t immediately respond to a message. The Justice Department’s findings dovetail with Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley’s determination in January that Sheskey could successfully argue that he fired in self-defense.
Sheskey and other officers encountered Blake after they responded to a call from a woman who reported that her boyfriend wasn’t supposed to be at her home. When they arrived at the scene the woman told them that Blake was trying to her kids and her SUV.
Blake fought the officers as they tried to take him into custody. Sheskey and another officer tried to shock him with their stun guns to no avail. Blake tried to get into the SUV with his young children in the backseat, prompting Sheskey to grab his shirt. Sheskey told investigators that he was afraid Blake would drive off with the children or use them as hostages. Graveley said video shows Blake turning toward Sheskey with a knife and made a motion toward the officer with the knife, prompting Sheskey to fire.
The shooting came three months after George Floyd died while white Minneapolis police officers restrained him. Black Lives Matter supporters flooded downtown Kenosha for several nights, with some demonstrators setting fire to buildings and cars. Gov. Tony Evers was forced to call in the National Guard.
Kyle Rittenhouse, of Antioch, Illinois, answered a local militia’s call to protect Kenosha businesses from looters and vandals during the third night of protests. He ended up shooting Joseph Rosenbaum, Anthony Huber and Gaige Grosskreutz, killing Rosenbaum and Huber and wounding Grosskreutz in the arm. All four men involved were white.
Prosecutors have charged Rittenhouse with multiple counts, including homicide. He has argued that he fired in self-defense after the three men attacked him. He’s set to stand trial next month. Conservatives frustrated with Black Lives Matter protests have rallied around Rittenhouse. They raised $2 million to cover his bail. Black Lives Matter supporters have painted him as a trigger-happy vigilante who made things worse in Kenosha by bringing a gun to the protests.

The Missouri so called representative, who has repeatedly called on her party to “defund the police”, spent just under $30,000 a month between mid-April and the end of June, according to Federal Electoral Commission filings. So we can go to hell and have less police to protect us poor folk while Cori Bush who clearly is worth more then us common folk needs that sort of spending (on us) for her safety. So Rep Bush, 45, hit back at critics who said she was hypocritical to retain private security officers while calling for cuts to police funding.

Going as far as saying “I acknowledge that former Secretary of State Brian Kemp will be certified as the victor in the 2018 gubernatorial election.” Followed by “You see, I’m supposed to say nice things and accept my fate. They will complain that I should not use this moment to recap what was done wrong or to demand a remedy. And I will not concede because the erosion of our democracy is not right.” But she trashed Trump when he questioned the 2020 election. Also her sister is a Judge and she refused to even see the mounting proof that there was fowl play in the state. Why did she refuse to let the proof be seen? Because she was also in on it. Now “The arrogance is outmatched only by the insanity.” Calls to “defund the police” emerged from the 2020 civil rights protests over the death of George Floyd.
Floyd who was under arrest, and was high refused to be calm after he was arrested for a crime, and caused the issue which lead to his unfortunate death. Mind you “Floyd” who had a long career criminal record, and one which included him going to prison after holding a pregnant woman hostage, and robbing her a few years before his death. He wasn’t a good guy folks and while his death was wrong, and the cop did wrong he was not someone who you should call to defund the police over. But this is my opinion… Now Rep Bush is one of several left-leaning Democrats who have called for police forces to be stripped of some of their resources and for it to be redirected into social services such as mental health crisis facilities.
“Defund the police” also became a rallying cry for Republicans to taunt their Democratic opponents during the 2020 election, but was never considered a viable policy platform within the party. On Thursday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that President Joe Biden did not support defunding the police during a press briefing.
“He has said that throughout his campaign for office. His record over the last several decades has made that clear,” Ms Psaki told reporters.
“’There may be some in the Democratic Party, including Congresswoman Bush, who disagree with him – that’s OK.
“But I would say the majority of Democrats, we’ve seen this in polling, and the majority of members also agree that we should not defund the police.” Rep Bush spoke to CBS News from the steps of the Capitol where she camped out for several nights this week to protest the end of the rent eviction moratorium. In an 11th hour decision, the Biden administration extended the eviction moratorium in areas with high rates of coronavirus transmission. Ms Bush was supported by fellow ‘Squad member’ Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

Singer Marilyn Manson agrees to surrender for alleged assault charges
Marilyn Manson the shock rock singer has essentially agreed peacefully to surrender in L.A. on New Hampshire arrest warrant for alleged assault, police said in statement. In a statement Friday, Gilford Police Chief Anthony Bean Burpee said Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, will turn himself in to the Los Angeles Police Department. The arrest warrant was issued on Oct. 8, 2019.
The warrant, which the department made public on May 25, charges Manson with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault connected to an Aug. 18, 2019, incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, an amphitheater in Gilford where Manson had performed.
Police said a videographer contracted to film the concert was in the stage pit area when she was allegedly assaulted, specifying that the incident was not sexual in nature. Burpee said the videographer had reported the alleged crime the day after the concert but that it took several months to complete the investigation.

But as we know now the royal anus James came under fire for posting a photo of the officer involved in the police shooting of Ohio teen Ma’Khia Bryant, captioning it, “YOU’RE NEXT. #ACCOUNTABILITY.” Which both should be taken as a threat to a police office, and one who did nothing but save the life of another black girl.
Officer Nate made many laugh with his spot on impersonation of an officer phoning James for direction on how to handle a police call. The officers satire naturally went viral and racked up millions of views within hours, and well internet exploded! Well in a good way as people enjoyed the roast of LeBron who sports a bigger mouth than his actual NBA talent. The story on the royal anus that he’s a cry baby. Here in Miami we saw it for ourselves, and most fans were happy when he left. We got a couple of rings out of it sure. But he was a cancer in the locker room, and in the city. First year he here he was video taped in a night club smoking weed via a vape, and then we had the whole fiasco with him and Pat Riley over James wanting personal use of the Miami Heat’s plane so he could stay behind in another city, and party with his friends, and hang out then fly back to Miami after he, and his boys went to another player from that cities birthday event. Pat told him no, and told him to get on the plane, and go back to Miami with his teammates, and James got so angry that he ended up leaving the team over it 2 years later when his contract was due.
In the video, Silvester can be seen arriving at a fictional scene and calling dispatch for advice. “Dispatch, I’ve arrived at that disturbance,” he says.
“Will you have LeBron call my cellphone right away, please? Thank you.” While awaiting the call from “LeBron,” Silvester can be heard telling an off-screen person to “put down that knife.” “Stop stabbing him,” Silvester commands.
“LeBron” returns Silvester’s call, and the officer says, “LeBron, hey, yeah, it’s me again. Listen, I’m out here at this disturbance call, and there’s a guy trying to stab another guy with a knife. What do you think I should do?” After a pause in the fake conversation, Silvester asks, “Why does that matter?”
“OK, well, they’re both black,” he continues. “One guy is trying to stab another guy with a knife. Deadly force is completely justified.” After another pause, he adds, “So, you don’t care if a black person kills another black person but you do care if a white cop kills a black person, even if he’s doing it to save the life of another black person? I mean, that doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but then again, you’re really good at basketball, so I guess I’ll take your word for it.”
He concludes the conversation, “Michael Jordan’s the GOAT [greatest of all time]. I gotta go.” Silvester then turns to the fictional suspects and says, “Sorry, guys, you’re on your own. Good luck.”

Silvester recently appeared in a YouTube video, where he revealed that he was suspended following the original video.
The Bellevue Marshal’s Office also issued a statement in response to the video. “The Bellevue Marshal’s Office is aware of the extreme controversy regarding Deputy Marshal Silvester’s viral TikTok,” the statement read. “The statements made do NOT represent the Bellevue Marshal’s Office. The Bellevue Marshal’s Office always demands that our Deputies engage with our citizens in a friendly and professional manner. This is NOT how we expect our Deputies to act on duty or use city time.
This is a personnel issue that is being dealt with internally.” In his video, Silvester said that he was on break when he filmed the video and did not use city time to mock the NBA star. Following his suspension, Silvester’s best friend launched a GoFundMe page to raise money for any related loss of income that may have stemmed from the suspension.
At the time of this reporting, the page has received more than $193,000 in donations. In the video, Silvester said that he plans to use the money to push back against the anti-police narrative in much of the media. He did not mention anything specific to just how he would make such an effort but we shall see as time tells what he is going to do going forward. But I am happy to see people show LeBron some push back or backlash for his clear racist, and biased CCP loving mentality. Here we will not support another NBA Game until LeBron retires, and is out of the league, and the NBA stops this Anti-America and Pro CCP endorsing they’re spewing.
Derek Chauvin found guilty! But is he?
Let’s be honest here Derek Chauvin helped cause the accidental OD death of George Floyd by his actions, and should face prison time. IS he guilty of Murder? No he’s really guilty of involuntary manslaughter but the media doesn’t care about the facts. LIKE how Derek was called on a scene to help control of a career criminal who was buying drugs in his car, and who had just exchanged a 20$ in a store which was fake, and was using it to buy drugs from the “friend” in the car with him who refused to testify because he knew the defense would have a case had the Jury known this was a drug dealer.

This time a 16 year old black girl who if you believe the “narrative” was an innocent kid who was targeted by an evil white supremacist cop, and killed. The bodycam however refutes this completely…. But the narrative, and the black community are sold on the victim mentality so clearly anytime now a black person dies in a shooting by a white cop the cop is a clear “neo nazi white supremacist”, and hates “blacks” this is all the want us to see folks!
But in the bodycam we clearly see the 16 year old girl who’s a big fat woman and doesn’t look 16 about to STAB another black lady with a knife, and there is a fight where another black person is being kicked in the head by a man in the fight.. The cops doing his job by trying to stop a murder from taking place infront of him and when he see’s someone about to be stabbed to death, and he reacted like a normal police office would! He shot the person about to “MURDER” someone in front of him… Period.

Ma’Khia Bryant will never see her graduation. Instead, reports of the 16-year-old girl’s death at the hands of a Columbus, Ohio, police officer began making the rounds late Tuesday afternoon, just as the nation celebrated the guilty verdict in the Derek Chauvin murder trial, 10-WBNS reports.
OK This has nothing to do with the Derek Chauvin trial but notice how quick they throw this in there? This tactic to tie it into another case to show justification as to why this cop is a racist bigot murderer! LOL Hilarious but let’s continue.
Ma’Khia reportedly called the Columbus Police Department for help, though accounts of why exactly she called have differed. What is clear, however, is that instead of serving and protecting, responding officers made her the latest victim. She made herself one by trying to kill someone in front of the cops! But this leftist moron doesn’t care about “FACTS.”
Raw emotion and justified outrage exploded in the southeast Columbus neighborhood as the community came to terms with what transpired. Ma’Khia’s mother, Paula Bryant, spoke with local reporters and shared that her daughter was an honor student. An “Honor Student” who was about to murder someone with a knife! And it’s on video… No honor in murder.
Nearby residents gathered outside almost immediately after the shooting. “You killing babies, bro?” one person on the scene asked rhetorically. So he needs to let “The baby” who’s a big fat black woman kill someone else because why? How is this justified? This is the problem with black America it’s like they’re so stupid on this victim mentality they cannot see clear, and past their own stupid mental block, and see the facts.

Black communities cannot even enjoy a brief reprieve from police violence. Local reporters explained that many of the people who came outside as news of Ma’Khia’s death began to circulate had been heading downtown in anticipation of the Chauvin verdict. Because it was the cops who were there using violence right? They called themselves on themselves, and the cops were the ones trying to stab people right? They’re the ones who were kicking people in the head oh infront of people? No this was the actions of the people there, and the cops reacted correctly in stopping a murder from happening. Period! But look how the narrative is already getting build by the mob, and the media.

The Ohio Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation took over investigating police shootings in Columbus last year. In early June of 2020, Mayor Andrew J. Ginther decided that all police shootings would be referred to the state agency. This move came after racial justice protests, including a May 30 gathering where police pepper-sprayed several Black elected officials, including Rep. Joyce Beatty. It also followed years of complaints about the bias in the Columbus Police Department and with the prior prosecutor.
Still, the system is still the system. Before Tuesday afternoon, there had been 26 investigations of officers for shootings since the beginning of the year, with six of those shootings happening in Columbus. AP News reports that in February, a grand jury returned an indictment against former Columbus police officer Adam Coy in the killing of Andre Hill, 47. Mind you nothing here has anything to do with this current incident but the person writing that garbage is trying to tie things up to sell you that this cop is just another racist murderer.
Hill was killed just three days after Christmas after walking out of his garage.
Last November, voters replaced a long-term Republican prosecutor who was known for rarely holding police accountable, the Appeal reports. Voters also approved the creation of a civilian review board, with Ginther naming the members of the newly minted board at the end of March. According to the Columbus Dispatch, two-thirds of the new board is Black. Members range in age from 30 to 72.
While necessary for accountability under the current system, charges against police officers do not make up for the lives lost. And contrary to President Joe Biden’s comments earlier Tuesday evening, the Chauvin verdict was not a big step in any direction.
When police can shoot to kill first and sort out the details later, there is so much work left. Adrienne Hood, a Columbus activist and mother of Henry Green, said last week she had no interest in trying to work with or reform the local fraternal order of police, KPFA reports.

Hood’s son Henry Green was killed by Columbus police in 2016. She spoke about tackling the qualified immunity enjoyed by law enforcement. “Until we are able to do something with that, the challenges will continue,” Hood said about her work with Ohio Families Unite Against Police Brutality. Another case that has nothing to do with anything only brought up to feed into emotions.. And the facts in the case also showd that while Mr Green was a BLM activist might have been there in peace but the reports came out he was fired on because he had a gun. And so the left who wants to get rid of “guns” are defending him who had a gun and got himself shot at by cops. Hypocrisy?
“Families will continue to face the challenge of accountability. Because justice can never be for me because you can’t give me my son back. But accountability is a must and is necessary.” Sorry for your loss maybe you should have been a better parent, and showed your kids a better way in life? Like don’t point guns at cops.

After the riots, and the looting, and the idiots breaking the law over NOTHING! Body cam shows another instance where the so called “black victim” of a white mother is actually is the one who brought his own death on himself by not doing as he was being told by the police to do. Wright, a 20-year-old was fatally shot sadly and again by police in suburban Minneapolis.
Bodycam footage suggests the officer may have meant to fire a Taser but shot a gun by mistake and I got the footage here as it does indeed show the officers own reactions were that of someone who knows they just made a major mistake, and this wasn’t intentional. But again had the white/black suspect being detained not reacted how he did he would be alive now. ONCE Again showing the narrative being sold doesn’t always match the actual events which took place. This is why people need to STOP acting from emotion, and watch the events as they unfold, and look at the bodycam footage.
You cannot act this way with the cops no matter what your skin color is an expect them not to react this way. I’ve been pulled over before, and I avoid getting show because I’m friendly, I follow their instructions, and I’m not involved in anything illegal! IF you have nothing to hide from the police than why act like this? This only shows you’re guilty of something and it’s the cops job to keep criminals off the streets right? This is what cops are paid for. Protect, and serve, and keep criminals from harming others. While it’s sad, and heart breaking to see a young man lose his life this way, and I feel for his mother, and family it’s not something which should cause riots.
Moments before he was killed, Daunte Wright called his mother and told her he got pulled over. She had no idea it would be the last time she would speak with her son. The 20-year-old needed to get insurance information, his mother Katie Wright said. “I said OK, when the police officer comes back to the window, put him on the phone and I can give him all our insurance information,” she said.
“A second goes by, and I hear the police officer come back up to the window and ask Daunte to get out of the car. Daunte asked, ‘For what?’ The police officer said, ‘I’ll explain to you when you get out of the car.'”
The mother said she could hear the police and her son struggling. “Then the police officer asked him to hang up the phone,” Katie Wright said. “Three or four seconds went by. I tried calling back to back to back because I didn’t know what was going on.” At worst, she thought, maybe he was being arrested. She soon saw it was much worse. “When I called back, the girl that he had in the car answered the phone, and it was on FaceTime. And she was crying and screaming and said that they shot him. And then she pointed the phone towards the driver’s seat and my son was laying there, unresponsive. That was the last time that I seen my son,” she said, sobbing.
“That’s the last time I heard from my son. And I’ve had no explanation since then.” Police in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, said Wright was initially pulled over Sunday afternoon for an expired tag. Bodycam footage shows that after Wright stepped out of the car and then got back in, an officer said she was going to use a Taser on him. But instead of shooting a Taser, Officer Kim Potter fired a handgun, screaming “Oh sh*t! I shot him,” as Wright was mortally wounded.
Both the officer and the police chief have resigned. A toddler is now fatherless. And the Minneapolis area, already grappling with the death of George Floyd, now mourns another death of a man during a police encounter. ‘They stole my son’s dad from him’ said his mother as Wright leaves behind a young son, Daunte Wright Jr., who was supposed to see his dad to celebrate his upcoming 2nd birthday.
“Now my son, he don’t have a dad,” said the boy’s mother, Chyna Whitaker. “His dad won’t get to see him for his second birthday or for any of his birthdays. And I’m just so messed up about it because I feel like they stole my son’s dad from him. How do we put life back together after this?’ Naisha Wright made the cross-country road trip from her home in Alabama to Minnesota after learning about her nephew’s death.
“My nephew was 20 years old. I don’t care what nobody got to say about him. He was loved,” Naisha Wright said, acknowledging the strong family built by the young man’s parents. “This is no broken home. This is 23 years of love.” But now, the family has been shattered after Wright’s death. “My mother shouldn’t have to be burying her grandchild. My brother and my sister shouldn’t be burying their son.” said Naisha Wright.
The explanation that Wright was killed accidentally gives zero comfort to his family. “I cannot accept that. I lost my son. He’s never coming back,” Wright’s father Aubrey Wright told ABC’s “Good Morning America” Tuesday. “I can’t accept that … mistake. That doesn’t even sound right. You know, this officer has been on the force for 26-plus years. I can’t accept that.” The case is being investigated by an independent agency, and it’s not clear if Potter will be charged. Katie Wright said she “would like to see justice served and her held accountable for everything she’s taken from us.” And we agree there should be justice for her, and the family this man left behind. OK So this guy is now gonna have the nerve to sue the cops? I mean seriously anyone who watches the body cam, and then his footage can easily tell he’s the one not just at fault! What makes this case so incredibly sad is the cops did everything pretty much right! They didn’t shoot him, they de-escalated the situation which “Lt. Caron Nazario“ was trying his best to make a bigger deal out of by avoiding to comply with the officers demands. I mean this is the sort of mentality which has now crept into the minds of these liberal young people who think they don’t have to listen to the law. This isn’t cause he’s black because a lot of White, Asians, Latinos also act this way. This is an elitist mentality. I’m Latino, and I’ve seen this sort of behavior first hand from some of my own.

The officer, Joe Gutierrez, was terminated for his role in the Dec. 5 encounter involving “Lt. Caron Nazario“, a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, the town of Windsor, Va., said in a statement posted on its website.
Officials said an internal investigation had determined that Mr. Gutierrez’s actions were not consistent with the department’s policies. They did not provide further details on when Mr. Gutierrez had been fired.
Body camera footage of the encounter has drawn widespread attention and criticism of Mr. Gutierrez, as well as another officer who was also involved in the traffic stop. Both officers were sued on April 2 in U.S. District Court in Norfolk by “Lt. Caron Nazario“, who has accused the officers of using excessive force and violating his constitutional rights.
“Lt. Caron Nazario” is what Pelosi, and the democRATS want to keep in the military while they’re actively throwing out conservative military people. In other words if you’re a white conservative military person the left will have you thrown out, and so they could keep morons like this. The hilarious part of this sad tale is both the cop, and lady were shall we say… “Heavy in the game!” OK Bad joke… But as it’s been now reported by ABC that Metro Nashville Police Officer Josh Baker pulled over a car registered to Demond Buchanan, 42, who had active warrants out for his arrest. A female, identified as Nika Holbert, 31, was driving the car. She pulled over and told Baker that she was the only one in the car.
At Baker’s request, Holbert got out of the car and handed her bag over to him. Initially, Holbert cooperated and made a phone call while Baker searched her bag. When Baker found a white substance in a clear baggy, he attempted to arrest Holbert. She resisted and ran to the vehicle.
“Don’t put me in handcuffs! I haven’t done anything wrong!” Holbert screamed. Officer Baker pulled out a Taser and deployed it, but Holbert reached for a gun, despite getting struck by the Taser. Cause well she being a big girl I’m sure could handle a “taser” and so the show down got bad! Baker yelled “Ma’am, put the gun down!” Within seconds, Holbert fired, hitting Baker in the torso. Baker fired back several times but Holbert managed to drive away from the scene. She crashed the car shortly after and was taken to TriStar Skyline Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead and Officer Baker is in stable condition after surgery.

Suspect in custody for Rick Moranis assault!
Music to my ears folks! Another piece of horse shit off the streets, and in prison where he belongs! Police on Saturday arrested a homeless, violent ex-con and charged him with randomly slugging actor Rick Moranis last month on the Upper West Side. Marquis Ventura, 35, was spotted by Transit Bureau sergeant at 96th Street and Broadway who made the arrest. Pictures of this asshole Ventura masked face had been widely publicized in the month since the unprovoked, caught-on-video attack steps from the actor’s Central Park West apartment.
“Thanks to an eagle-eyed sergeant from @NYPDTransit, this suspect has been apprehended and charged,” the NYPD said in a tweet announcing the arrest in the Moranis beating. “Huh?” an unblinking Ventura responded to a reporter’s question, as detectives led him in handcuffs from the 20th Precinct on the Upper West Side at 8:30 p.m.
He was taken to Central Booking and was expected to be arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court on Sunday… Ventura has a history of more than a dozen arrests, including five for felonies, the sources said. His most recent arrest for allegedly randomly pummeling a straphanger in the West 4th Street subway station had been just two weeks after the attack on Moranis. Personally I love Rick Moranis work, and I’m happy they caught this man. Rick Moranis is such a nice guy the man left his movie career to be a dad when his wife passed away, and has never bothered anyone or been some Hollywood snob. He’s just a nice guy comedian, and is loved by millions of fans. We have wanted to see him in movies again for a long time, and he’s been slowly coming back to working again in films, and there might be a Ghostbuster cameo in next years Ghostbusters 3.
As with Moranis, that more recent victim, a 61-year-old man, was knocked to the ground, and when the victim’s pal tried to intervene, Ventura allegedly chomped down on the pal’s hand, and Ventura fled the station after a woman bystander thwacked him on the head with an umbrella, police said. Man they need to keep Ventura locked up for good he’s a menace to society.
Moranis suffered pain in his head, back and right hip as a result of the attack, and I hope he presses charges on this man, and doesn’t let him get away with it. The disturbing, unprovoked attack was filmed by sidewalk surveillance cameras, and more images of the masked suspect were captured from additional cameras. The Moranis attack is now the third open stranger-assault case against Ventura.
He remains charged in the Bronx with misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a young woman in the face after asking her for money on a No. 5 train on April 13, according to law enforcement sources and public court records, and that victim, who was 23, told cops that Ventura displayed a large knife during the attack.
Breaking: Breonna Taylor’s boyfriend says SHE opened fire on cops
A bombshell claim comes from over 20 hours of Grand Jury testimony released on Friday in the Breonna Taylor case which has become the most prominent example from the media, politicians and celebrities spinning the truth to feed the narrative that law enforcement must reformed from systematic racism.
Much of those claims were already falling apart before today’s news. Taylor was not sleeping in her bed as was suggested but next to her boyfriend in the hallway as officers were being shot at. We know this because of the footage from the Body cam of one of the cops. Cops were not at the wrong house as was suggested but rather Taylor was the focus of a months long investigation as conspiring with her ex-boyfriend to receive mail and money from an alleged drug operation.
Reality over emotions. Breonna’s ex boyfriend used her car to execute drug deals, the police have pictures of her car at the “scat house”, Breonna’s ex-boyfriend used her address on financial documents included bank accounts. Breonna’s ex-boyfriend had packages sent to her house, the police have pictures and video of him picking up those packages. After he was arrested and charged with distribution, the drug dealing ex boyfriend of Breonna Taylor called her TWENTY SIX times on a recorded jail phone, they discussed another drug dealer, they discussed drug money, and they discussed drug deals.
The police had EVERY RIGHT to want to check her home for evidence that might help them convict her ex-boyfriend. Breonna is dead, and that is tragic… but never forget, she is dead because her ex-boyfiend included her in his criminal activities, and….she allowed him to include her in his criminal activities.
Also revealed months ago was Taylor being interviewed by law enforcement after a car she had rented contained a homicide victim. According to the Daily Mail, the Grand Jury was presented with evidence that at the scene, Taylor’s boyfriend told cops that it was in fact Taylor that shot at cops.
Among the recordings released is Officer Brett Hankison’s interview with investigators that said Taylor’s boyfriend, Kenneth Walker, had told him ‘she was the one who shot at us’.
Walker later confessed that he was the one who opened fire. One of Taylor’s neighbors also told investigators that police had told her that ‘some drug-dealing girl shot an officer’.
Officers had a ‘no-knock’ warrant to search Taylor’s apartment for drugs the night when she she was killed and the mainstream media has pushed the false claim that they are “illegal”, and in turn several agencies have abandoned the practice.
In fact, while the warrant was “no knock”, testimony from officers and witnesses revealed that law enforcement spent almost a minute knocking and announcing before using a ram to enter the residence.
‘We knocked on the door, said police, waited I don’t know 10 or 15 seconds. Knocked again, said police, waited even longer,’ Louisville, Kentucky, police Lt. Shawn Hoover said in an interview recorded the day Taylor was shot.
‘So it was the third time that we were approaching, it had been like 45 seconds if not a minute,’ Hoover said. ‘And then I said, ‘Let’s go, let’s breach it’.’ In an interview with investigators that was played to the grand jury, Walker said that if officers had announced themselves, ‘it changes the whole situation because there was nothing for us to be scared of.’
One law enforcement officer testified that police ultimately never executed the warrant to search Taylor’s apartment. ‘Were drugs money or paraphernalia recovered from apartment 4? … The answer to that is no,’ the officer said on the recording. ‘They didn’t go forward with executing the initial search warrant that they had for Breonna Taylor’s apartment.’ Police used a narcotics warrant to enter Taylor’s Louisville apartment on March 13. The 26-year-old emergency medical worker, was shot five times. Cameron said two officers who fired their guns, hitting Taylor, were justified because Taylor’s boyfriend had shot at them first. The boyfriend has said he thought someone was breaking in.
The grand jury did charge fired Officer Brett Hankison with three counts of wanton endangerment for shooting into a neighboring apartment. No one was hit. While the additional information may be shocking to some, what should be more of a concern is the “breaking” story from a foreign media outlet which only shows just how corrupt the American media is. The same media that never demanded body camera footage in the George Floyd case or even bothered to report that the “neck” restraint was an approved tactic by the agency, are the same ones trying to convince the world that Taylor was simply an innocent girl sleeping in her bed.
We agree with Journalist Jason Whitlock. Indeed, what happened to Taylor is tragic, but to overlook a series of bad decisions on her part (to allegedly associate with a known drug dealer and help assist his operation) and blame the cops for executing a legal search warrant where they were shot, is plain ridiculous.
Man Arrested After Allegedly Attacking Attendees Of Aliso Viejo Trump Rally
A 33-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly attacking a number of people at a Wednesday night rally in Aliso Viejo in support of President Donald Trump. This included an elderly lady who he hit in the face causing a major bruise on her face. He was arrested at the scene by police.
“He took his hand way back like he was going to punch me, and [he] hit me right across the face,” 84-year-old Donna Snow said. “Broke my earrings off.”
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, a retired police officer then got involved and pulled his gun as the man attempted to run from the scene. Another person at the rally was knocked to the ground by the man while trying to help others, and a third victim was taken to a local hospital with a neck injury. According to the sheriff’s office, Alvin Gary Shaw was taken into custody on suspicion of elder abuse, assault with a deadly weapon and assault and battery after allegedly attacking three people in attendance. Officials said Shaw was armed with a knife, which deputies said they found in a nearby bush, and was fighting with Trump supporters.
“This could have been a very serious incident,” Sgt. Dennis Breckner said. “In this case, this was just two groups that disagree, and while we support people and their using their First Amendment rights to put out their message, we prefer that that remain peaceful.”

DiMezzo won after running on a platform that backs decriminalizing drugs, sex work, and illegal immigration DiMezzo will have an even more formidable task as she will face off against a four-term incumbent, the Democrat Eli Rivera. The head of the Cheshire County Republican Party, Marylin Huston, misgendered DiMezzo by referring to her as ‘he’ when she offered congratulations.
‘He did very well with the primary and that was wonderful,’ Huston said. DiMezzo is a member of a group of Libertarian activists known as the Free Keene group. During the recent GOP primary for governor, the group backed Rich Paul, who legally changed his name to Nobody. Nobody lost the primary on Tuesday to the Republican incumbent, Governor Chris Sununu. Last year, Nobody lost his bid to become mayor of Keene.

Two L.A. County sheriff’s deputies shot, critically wounded in Compton
The thing I’d like to know is where is the outrage from the media? Why is this not being covered properly? I hope this doesn’t get swept under the rug like most crimes like these do these days by mainstream media. So two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were critically wounded after being shot Saturday evening in Compton California in what authorities described as an “ambush” that was captured on surveillance video. Folks I’ve lived in Compton as a kid, and that area has always been a haven for gangs, crime, poverty, and ironically enough! Mostly been if not always been ran by SOCIALIST DemocRATS! This is sickening… The video, released by the department, shows a man walking up to the deputies’ parked patrol car, pulling out a gun and firing several times into the front seat area from the passenger side. The assailant is then seen running from the scene. I bet he’s going to claim he didn’t do it when they catch his ass. Stupid motherfucker I’m happy we got video cams EVERYWHERE these days. The department later said both were out of surgery. Law enforcement sources told The Times at least one of the deputies was shot in the face and the other in the head.
Speaking at a news conference at the hospital late Saturday, Sheriff Alex Villanueva described one of the injured deputies as a 31-year-old mother of a 6-year-old boy and the other as a 24-year-old man. He said both deputies were sworn into office just 14 months ago.
“The two deputies were ambushed by a gunman in a cowardly fashion,” he said. “This is a dangerous job.” He noted that sheriff’s detectives on Thursday shot and killed a man in Compton who they said opened fire on them as they served a search warrant. “Every week across the nation someone is losing their life in the line of duty,” he said. “This is just another grim reminder of that.”
Assemblyman Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South Los Angeles), also spoke at the news conference. “This was an unprovoked cowardly act,” he said. “The individual will be caught, and justice will prevail.” “Tonight we must as a community condemn the act of the perpetrator,” he added. “More importantly we must come together and pray for the officers because they are heroes.” LAPD Chief Michael Moore also offered his support. No further details were immediately available, and it was unclear whether detectives had identified a suspect. The FBI is assisting in the investigation.
“Tonight we pray for these two guardians to survive,” the chief tweeted. “I recognize and acknowledge we live in troubled times. But we must as a community work thru our differences while loudly and resoundly condemn violence. Blessed are the Peacemakers.”
Some local law enforcement officers took to social media to express their anger and disgust over the shooting. “I hope this monster is caught soon,” LAPD Capt. Gisselle Espinoza tweeted. “I’m sick to my stomach. The deputies are in my prayers. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.” Both of the deputies were members of the sheriff’s transportation detail.

The New York Gov. in a mean, and vile rant responding to an exclusive story by The Post that Trump is looking to pull federal funds from “lawless” cities including New York.
Cuomo called an emergency press briefing within a half hour on Wednesday night to tear into Trump for the order, which cites New York’s rising murder rate and defunding of the NYPD. Remember keep in mind that no good Cuomo here like his brother Fredo are both liars, and con men. These guys are both low life degenerates sold out to the far left. Cuomo said “He better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York. New Yorkers don’t want to have anything to do with him,” the Democrat said, all but threatening the commander in chief which no joke guys this has to be a crime. How can he get away with this crap? How does Kathy Griffin get away with her crap with the chopped off head of Trump? Why is there such a double standard because you know if say Cuomo here would have said this about Obama he would be locked up for 10 years, and his life would be forever ruined. But since it’s Trump he gets away with it?
But Cuomo, who like Trump hails from Queens, wasn’t done. “He can’t have enough bodyguards to walk through New York City, people don’t want to have anything to do with him.” On substance, Cuomo said he doubted the legality of Trump’s five-page memo ordering a review of federal funds that can be redirected from New York City, Portland, Seattle and Washington, DC. “It is more of the same from him. It’s political, it is gratuitous. And it’s illegal. But it is another attempt to kill New York City,” Cuomo said… Funny just a few months ago when he was asking for help after he failed the city, and he finally asked Trump for help, and Trump supplied everything needed at our goverments fastest pace! Remember Rachael Maddow said Trump would never get those medical ships prepared in time to get to NYC only to have the ship there in 2 days. She said it couldn’t be done! So now we went from Cuomo praising Trump to this….. Folks this is why these DemocRAT cities are having these uprising. These leftist Governors, and mayors are doing nothing but adding fuel to a fire they started.

In highly personal and insulting language, Cuomo speculated that Trump wasn’t upset about New York’s soaring murder rate and shootings… Talk about asshole! (Cuomo is the asshole) “I think it’s because he is from New York City and New York City rejected him, always,” Cuomo said. “He was dismissed as a clown in New York City, those who know him best, like him least.” Yeah ok that’s why his buildings, and construction have always worked out in NY… Man Andrew is raging with lies! Cuomo jeered “He was disrespected in New York City. Nobody took him seriously and he was just a tabloid cartoon.” He was elected PRESIDENT you moron! So we took him seriouly. Way to once again try and cancel out the millions who voted for Trump.
Referring to a claim in Trump’s niece Mary Trump’s recent book, Cuomo said, “his sister, a former federal judge, is disgraced by him.” LMAO you want to talk about Siblings? Check out the moron that is Fredo Cuomo there Andrew.
The governor also claimed Trump’s “negligence” is the reason New York state suffered the highest COVID-19 death toll… Yeah wouldn’t have anything to do with you putting sick patients with elderly so they can spread the virus to them, and make sure they die fast.
The governor’s critics blame his Health Department’s mandate that forbade nursing homes from turning away COVID-19-positive patients back March 25 when he ordered nursing homes to admit COVID-positive patients, and not in stonewalling anyone looking to learn how many lives that mandate cost.
The latest is its laughable excuse for dodging a Freedom of Information Law request from the Empire Center, filed early last month. It sought the number of nursing-home residents who died of the coronavirus after being transferred to hospitals, numbers the state stopped releasing in May. The department response this week: It can’t comply until at least Nov. 5, “because a diligent search for relevant documents is still being conducted.” Bull. Health Commissioner Howard Zucker told state lawmakers Aug. 3 that he had the info but wouldn’t share it because “I need to be sure it’s absolutely accurate.”
Zucker admits to more than 6,600 deaths in homes. Extrapolating from data from other states, the in-hospital figure will most likely double the total.
The Empire Center is appealing, noting how “implausible” the excuse is: The Health Department requires nursing homes to file fatality reports daily, including in-hospital deaths. How can it need two more months to come up with the data? Especially when Zucker told legislators at an Aug. 3 hearing that he was already working on it.
“If you die in the nursing home, it’s a nursing home death. If you die in the hospital, it’s called a hospital death,” Cuomo insists though no other state that’s been a coronavirus hot-spot tallies deaths this way. Then again, the gov himself noted early on that the virus spreads in homes like “a fire through dry grass.”
Cuomo and Zucker still defend their March 25 mandate, though they rescinded it in May. But their refusal to tell the truth about its consequences tells you they know just how deadly it truly proved. So now doesn’t it make sense? He is using this moment to fight with Trump about not coming to his city or else to divert people from knowing these facts. At the end of his call, Cuomo, apparently sensing how his remarks about Trump could be seen as threatening, attempted to walk them back.
“My comment about the president and bodyguards in New York City, all I’m saying is that he is persona non grata in New York City. And I think he knows that. And he’ll never come back to New York, because New Yorkers will never forget how gratuitously mean he has been to New Yorkers and how many times he’s tried to kill the city that gave him his start and birthed him. That’s what I meant about the bodyguards.”
Earlier Wednesday, Trump called on CNN to fire Cuomo’s younger brother Chris Cuomo over a leaked tape in which he says he was questioned about sexual misconduct. “Fredo must go!” Trump wrote, using an insulting reference from “The Godfather.”
Meanwhile, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was twice mentioned by name in Trump’s order, had his press secretary Bill Neidhardt respond, and don’t forget DeBlasio has a daughter who is a member of Antifa and got arrested. She’s also a member of the “Alphabet Community” and a lot of the Antifa members belong to these angry gay, and trans people who are behind Antifa riots, and looting.

“As much as Donald Trump wants New York City to drop dead, we will never let this stand,” Neidhardt tweeted. “This has nothing to do with “law and order”. This is a racist campaign stunt out of the Oval Office to attack millions of people of color.” De Blasio himself made no statement. City councilman Rory Lancman, chair of Committee on the Justice System, meanwhile, said Trump’s order could unintentionally weaken public safety. “I guess we know now which candidate for president supports defunding the police,” he quipped. Rep. Max Rose, a Trump-targeted Democrat who represents Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, said, “With this order, President Trump is joining Mayor de Blasio in defunding the police. It was wrong then and it’s wrong now.”
IF I was Trump I would go anyway he’s the President, and these morons need to understand that, and they need to respect the man, and his voters… I cannot believe what lack of respect these morons are showing. This is a complete coup of the government like which never seen before.
