Trump set to fix California water issues!

Trump wants to upend California water policy and by doing so it will help fight and eliminate fires quicker but the liberal State officials say it could do harm to a certain fish in that area, and I say fuck these officials and let's make this clear! Not doing this will continue to do harm due to the lack of god damn water available! AND WHY? Over a fish? Sorry human lives are more important and these fires that need WATER to be put out and the water restrictions on people in general in California need to be solved and right now it's a god damn joke! This needs to end sorry libtards if your feelings, and fish get hurt... Fuck em!

Human lives are more important than losing some fishes... Serve them suckers up with hot sauce and and let's grill some fish! And if you need hungry mouths to feed some nice caught Fish? I'm sure you could always feed them to the Haitians in Ohio or homeless in California or whatever! Who gives a flying turd about some fish when human lives are on the line. Let it sink in! Liberals care more about a FISH dying than humans. So In one of the first acts of his second term, President Trump is seeking to put his stamp on California water policy by directing the federal government to put “people over fish” and send more water from Northern California to the Central Valley’s farms and Southern California cities. Trump issued a memorandum Monday ordering federal agencies to restart work to “route more water” from the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta to other parts of the state “for use by the people there who desperately need a reliable water supply.”

Trump directed his Interior and Commerce secretaries to report back on their efforts to implement the new policy by April 20. His order left unclear precisely how his administration will seek to carry out that objective. Karla Nemeth, director of the California Department of Water Resources, said the approach outlined by the president could do substantial harm by putting water supplies at risk as well as protections for vulnerable fish species. Nemeth said Trump’s order, on its own, does not change anything and that the current rules for operating California’s water delivery systems in the Central Valley which were supported by the state and adopted by the Biden administration in December remain in effect.

Presumably, the president is directing the agencies to again start the lengthy process of revising the framework that governs how the two main water delivery systems, the State Water Project and the federal Central Valley Project, are operated. “The process just completed in December 2024 took over three years, using the best available science to ensure the projects are operating in concert to balance the needs of tens of millions of Californians, businesses and agriculture while protecting the environment,” Nemeth said. “To abandon these new frameworks would harm California water users and the protection of native fish species.” Trump similarly tried to alter California water regulations and policies during his first term. But when his administration adopted water rules that weakened environmental protections in the Delta, the state and conservation groups successfully challenged the changes in court.

That cleared the way for the Biden administration, working together with Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration, to develop the current plan and the supporting biological opinions, which determine how much water can be pumped and how river flows are managed in the Sacramento-San Joaquin River Delta. Stakes are high for Newsom and California when Trump visits L.A. wildfires

History shows that Trump and Newsom have acted as statesmen in times of crisis before and temporarily paused their jousts on social media and in the courts. At a time when other prominent Democrats seem to be backing away from the national culture wars, Newsom has been slower to relinquish his high-profile role on the front lines. Whether the two men can overcome an ugly 2024 election cycle and resume a respectful rapport for the benefit of Californians should become clearer when Trump surveys wildfire damage in Los Angeles County, possibly as soon as Friday. The rules govern the operations of dams, aqueducts and pumping plants in the Central Valley Project and the State Water Project, two of the world’s largest water systems, which deliver supplies to millions of acres of farmland and about 30 million people.

Pumping to supply farms and cities has contributed to the ecological degradation of the Delta, where the fish species that are listed as threatened or endangered include steelhead trout, two types of Chinook salmon, longfin smelt, Delta smelt and green sturgeon. Trump said in his memorandum that his administration’s plan in his first term would have delivered “enormous amounts of water” but that because the state lawsuit led to a “catastrophic halt,” the additional water “flows wastefully into the Pacific Ocean.” Trump has repeatedly claimed that the ongoing wildfires in Southern California underscore why the state should be delivering more water south from the Delta.

In an interview with Fox News this week, Trump threatened to tie federal aid for wildfire recovery to whether California accepts changes in water policy. “I don’t think we should give California anything until they let water flow down,” he said. In a press briefing Tuesday, Trump said his administration will “take care of Los Angeles,” and he criticized the state for what he described as a lack of water flow and from just watching this continue over and over it's of my personal opinion that Trump is 100% correct here and they need to make this happen. Like I said let's fry some fish and move on with this project.

Red flag fire warning for most of LA

A Red flag fire weather warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for most of Los Angeles and Ventura counties starting before dawn Tuesday, underlining the continuing threat in a region weary after nearly a week of fires. The “particularly dangerous situation” warning was first issued by the local National Weather Service office in October 2020, and then in December 2020 and then not again until 2024. Issuing this warning “is one of the loudest ways that we can shout,” said Rose Schoenfeld, a National Weather Service meteorologist.

“This is a continued extreme fire weather and wind scenario,” Schoenfeld said. Gusts could range from 45 mph to 70 mph, and the air will be quite dry, especially Tuesday, with relative humidity as low as 5%. There will be a higher risk of power outages, rapid fire spread and extreme fire behavior, with fires able to travel swiftly as embers fly at high speeds.

“Do NOT do anything that could spark a fire,” the weather service said. The particularly dangerous situation warning was set to go into effect at 4 a.m. Tuesday and continue through noon Wednesday. Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley said that fire crews had made extensive preparations in advance of this latest extreme weather event. “I want to reassure you that your LAFD, all of our regional partners, every single agency that has come from up and down this state and outside of the state we are ready,” Fire Chief Crowley said Sunday afternoon.

These preparations include reinforcing fire control lines around the Eaton and Palisades fires, clearing dry brush away from surviving structures, and staging resources in areas where new fires could ignite. “We’ve pre-positioned additional engines, fire crews, helicopters, bulldozers and water tenders across all of Southern California,” said Nancy Ward, director of the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services. Sunday’s forecast came as the number of confirmed deaths from the devastating Palisades and Eaton fires jumped to 24.

Eight of the fire victims died in the Palisades fire and 16 in the Eaton fire in Altadena, according to a news release from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. “If [aircraft] get grounded, we have actually built ourselves a little bit of barrier in time for crews to get in there,” said L.A. County Fire Battalion Chief Christian Litz on Sunday afternoon.

The officials warn that the toll will probably keep rising. Search and recovery operations are underway in both the Eaton and Palisades fire zones using cadaver dogs and grid searches, said L.A. County Sheriff Robert Luna. These fires are among the deadliest in California’s modern history. The state’s deadliest wildfire remains the Camp fire, which leveled the town of Paradise in Butte County in 2018 and killed at least 85 people.

The second deadliest was the Griffith Park fire of 1933, with 29 fatalities; followed by the Oakland-Berkeley hills fire of 1991, where 25 died; and the Tubbs fire in Napa and Sonoma counties in 2017, with 22 killed. Although there is no final word of how many have died or as of yet of structures burned, the fires are also already among the most destructive in modern California history.

According to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, the Palisades fire has burned more than 5,300 structures, and the Eaton fire more than 5,000, ranking as the third and fourth most destructive fires on record. They are only eclipsed by the Tubbs fire, which burned over 5,600 structures in 2017 in wine country, and the Camp fire, which burned nearly 19,000 structures. The Palisades fire was at 23,713 acres and 13% contained on Sunday evening, while the Eaton fire was at 14,117 acres and 27% contained, according to Cal Fire.

As officials try to determine the cause of the Eaton fire, which burned areas in and around Altadena, investigators have focused on an electrical transmission tower in Eaton Canyon. Early photos and videos taken by residents captured what appeared to be the first flames of the deadly Eaton fire burning at the base of the Southern California Edison electrical transmission tower before racing down the canyon toward homes.

Southern California Edison officials have so far said they do not believe their electrical equipment was responsible. As for the 800-acre Hurst fire near Sylmar, fire agencies are investigating whether downed Southern California Edison utility equipment might have played a role in igniting the blaze, company officials said.

The fire which began Tuesday near Diamond Road in Sylmar was 89% contained and evacuation orders had been lifted as of Sunday, though firefighting efforts were continuing. The company issued a report Friday saying that a downed conductor was discovered at a tower in the vicinity of the fire but that it “does not know whether the damage observed occurred before or after the start of the fire.” This week’s fire weather is not expected to be as severe as last week’s historic windstorms that fueled the Palisades and Eaton fires, Schoenfeld said.

The area covered by the particularly dangerous situation warning affects a relatively smaller area primarily the northern San Fernando Valley, including Porter Ranch and San Fernando; the western Santa Monica Mountains and the Malibu area; wide swaths of Ventura County, including the cities of Ventura, Simi Valley and Fillmore; and the Grapevine section of Interstate 5. “However, this is an extremely dangerous situation that may result in very extreme fire behavior and life-threatening conditions,” Schoenfeld said. “Fuels remain critically dry, with an extended period of very low humidities across the region.”

Exacerbating the situation is how little rain Southern California has received. Only 0.16 inches of rain has fallen since Oct. 1 in downtown Los Angeles, essentially nothing compared to the 5.23 inches that is, on average, seen by this point in the water year. Sustained winds are forecast on the coast and in valleys from 25 mph to 40 mph, with gusts of 30 mph to 50 mph. In the mountains and foothills, sustained winds of 30 mph to 45 mph are possible, with peak gusts of 50 mph to 70 mph.

While downtown L.A. and Long Beach should be expecting peak gusts of 15 mph, gusts could hit 40 mph in Canoga Park and Lancaster, 43 mph in Oxnard, 47 mph in Santa Clarita, 53 mph in Fillmore, 55 mph at Pyramid Lake and 69 mph in Acton. There will be a higher risk of downed trees and power lines than with a typical red flag fire weather warning, Schoenfeld said.

Public safety power shutoffs are more likely in the area of the particularly dangerous situation. The area covered by this warning does not include the footprint of the Palisades and Eaton fires but is close by. It does include the Hurst fire area in Sylmar. This wind event will be a more conventional Santa Ana wind, with winds coming out of the east and spreading fires to the west. Last week’s windstorms were worsened by a “mountain wave wind,” which occurs when gusts rapidly drop down mountain slopes, then gain strength upon hitting a flat landscape.

The phenomenon caused short bursts of strong, dangerous winds, with gusts of up to 100 mph reported near Altadena. Winds from that event came primarily from the north. Last week’s windstorms were rare because the winds were extraordinarily widespread and affected areas that don’t typically see strong winds during powerful Santa Ana wind events, Schoenfeld said. Typically, when gusts of 100 mph are reported, they’re isolated to the mountains.

Altadena and foothill areas of the San Gabriel Valley don’t usually see severe winds during conventional Santa Ana wind events but they did last week, one main reason that Altadena was so devastated by the Eaton fire. This is the fourth warning of a particularly dangerous situation issued since autumn. Each of the three prior warnings was followed by major, destructive fires the 19,904-acre Mountain fire in Ventura County, which razed more than 240 buildings in November; the 4,037-acre Franklin fire, which spread rapidly in Malibu and destroyed 20 buildings in December; and last week’s Palisades and Eaton fires.

A conventional red flag warning alerting about critical fire weather conditions has already been in effect since Saturday for large swaths of Southern California, and is set to expand Monday. The red flag warning areas cover regions much larger than those covered by the particularly dangerous situation. The red flag warning for L.A. and Ventura counties is expected to end at 6 p.m. Wednesday. Officials also warned of a risk of hazardous seas and gusty winds off L.A. County. The affected area extends from Malibu to Santa Monica and includes Anacapa Island and the San Pedro Channel.

Avalon Harbor on Catalina Island could see significant gusts. There is expected to be a respite in extreme fire weather starting Thursday and lasting through the weekend or so, “with lighter winds and increasing humidities,” Schoenfeld said. Gov. Gavin Newsom said Sunday he was deploying an additional 1,000 members of the California National Guard to fire-ravaged Los Angeles. The new additions will bring the total number of Guard members in the region to about 2,500 by Monday, according to the governor’s office.

Los Angeles authorities said Sunday they arrested 29 more people overnight in the fire zones, including one burglary suspect who was allegedly dressed as a firefighter. Of those arrested, 25 were apprehended in the Eaton fire zone and four in the Palisades fire zone, authorities said. Mexican firefighters and emergency personnel have arrived in Los Angeles to help with the fire fight. Gov. Gavin Newsom said 72 firefighters arrived Saturday. They joined thousands of others battling the fires. Times staff writers Rebecca Ellis, Grace Toohey, Jenny Jarvie, Laura J. Nelson, Kevin Rector, Ruben Vives, Julia Wick and Richard Winton contributed to this report.

WAS LAFD Chief Kristin Crowley FIRED?

BREAKING: NO Rumors are false as L.A.F.D Chief Kristin Crowley was not DISMISSED by LA mayor Karen Bass after explosive public criticism of city officials but the one who should have done the dismissing here Karen Bass needs to step the hell down herself. IN FACT her, Gavin Newsom & Nancy Pelosi and Kristin Crowley all need to be held responsible for the mess that is California, and ALL need to go.

With the current rage by the people in California due to all this I hope they can now see that this DEI, and their Democrat agendas are a failure and these people in charge don't care about them. These people only care about themselves, making money and keeping power. So in my hate for these people and yes I really do hate evil people and trust me these people are EVIL!

So I made this Banner Below to show how much damage they have caused.

This folks is when you let the inmates RUN the show... This is the result. These people belong in a white padded room they're all evil people.

Gavin Newsom is the GOV from hell. Ironically he sounds like and looks a little like Will Arnett.
They should use him like on SNL or something cause I think he would nail the part. LMAO but seriously who doesn't see it? Check the pic here with both side by side. Will on the left, and Gavin on the right. And Will and Gavin even have that same kind of voice to them.

Hilarious as I think I'm the only one who's said it now publicly. Maybe Will can do impressions of him?

The Fire Department (LAFD) did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Trump calls for Newsom to resign

As California burns President Donald Trump has publicly criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom, accusing him of mismanagement during the ongoing wildfires in California.

Trump specifically blames Newsom's even calling the guy "NewScum" which is hilarious and something we have called him for years. A Title worthy of the Gov. But said that his refusal to sign a water restoration declaration for exacerbating the fire conditions leads up to this sort of thing.

IN OTHER WORDS!

Yup he's telling us we tried to have this fixed but this asshole NewScum refused to do his job, and now look at what happened. The Wildfires, fueled by dry conditions and strong winds, have led to significant evacuations and property damage in Los Angeles, but they are known to result from a combination of natural weather phenomena and human factors, including but not limited to water management policies.

Another thing Trump took a shot at NewScum for... How can California let this happen and say they don't have enough water? I mean WTF? This guy has to go. Folks this is why voting matters, and careful what who you vote for. This JOKER should never be Gov. OR God forbid one day PRESIDENT! OMG!

Newsom vetoed illegals housing bill

Hey even a broken clock has the time right at least twice in a 24 hour period so for years now I've waited to say that finally low life California failed Governor Gavin Newsom did something which I can say is right... Looks like he has vetoed a Democrat-led bill Friday 9/6/24 that would have allowed illegal immigrants in California to apply for the state’s first-time home buyers assistance program. Folks let this sink in! See a bit of a backstory on myself here... IN 2018 I lost my home while being a US Citizen this meant nothing to them and did nothing to help me.. Actually the Banks made my life a living nightmare and all due to mortgage issues which were hidden from me from the BANKS!

My house I had paid for in 2000 but my credit was bad for the house Mortgage was under my mothers Credit which was awesome! She passed in 2016 and while I was on the DEED I wasn't on the Mortgage and it took em 6 months to add me after she passed and by then I was told the mortgage had gone up 4 months before my mom died but nobody knew so we kept paying the old lower bill. So by the time I got added and was able to take over the house mortgage I was disclosed all the info and they told me we owed them THOUSANDS which I didn't have! So while nobody would help not even family, I was forced to sell my home to avoid losing it. And to think these Libtards wanted to give illegals a path to buy a home with "STATE BACKED HOME OWNERSHIP Loans and Payment Assistance!" This should anger anyone who lost a home and banks and states did nothing to help you like myself... These liberals are so bent on destroying the Citizens and bringing in these illegals who are CRIMINALS! Remember I was forced out of my home of 16 years and the entire home at the time was valued at $140K LESS than what they wanna give illegals now!

The legislation, if signed into law, would have made illegal immigrants eligible for up to $150,000 in state-backed home ownership loans or down-payment assistance. The shared appreciation loan program, called California Dream for All, is funded by the state and run by the California Housing Finance Agency. Both chambers of the Democrat-controlled California legislature passed the measure last week, but Newsom rejected it over funding concerns. “This bill seeks to prohibit the disqualification of applicants from one of California Housing Finance Agency’s (CalHFA) home purchase assistance programs based solely on their immigration status,” Newsom wrote in his veto message. “Given the finite funding available for CalHFA programs, expanding program eligibility must be carefully considered within the broader context of the annual state budget to ensure we manage our resources effectively.” LMAO "ensure we manage our resources effectively." That's a first! About time he did something to help the state I mean for crying out loud his state has become a joke under he and Nasty Pelosi living there and in office.

“For this reason, I am unable to sign this bill,” he concluded. Good move there and for that I will not call you NewScum for the rest of this post... Starting NOW! So this bill drew a wave of public pressure from conservative outlets and figures, like Fox News and Elon Musk. It also received push back from California senate Republicans, all nine of whom urged Newsom in a letter to veto the newly passed measure because it would, in part, enable the state’s home buyers assistance program to prioritize illegal immigrants over veterans and other US Citizens like myself. “Such good news! Governor Newsom listened to our calls and rightfully VETOED the bill to give illegal immigrants free home loans,” Republican senate minority leader Brian Jones said in a statement reacting to the veto. He denounced the bill as “insulting and unfair” for Californian citizens.

While state Republicans applauded Newsom for striking down the measure, which would have burdened the state budget, Democratic lawmakers were disappointed by the news. I say SCREW Them if they're disappointed... “I’m deeply disappointed that Governor Newsom today vetoed Assembly Bill 1840. The bill had won wide support in the Assembly and passed the Senate to get to his desk,” said Democratic state representative Joaquin Arambula, who introduced the bill. Shockingly Joaquin Arambula is from a Mexican family and he loves to peddle to illegals. His dad Juan is from Mexican parents while he was born in Texas himself. Juan the father left the Democrats and is now independant for years due to him not being in line with the agendas he saw from them years ago and saw how messed up the party was getting. His son is still stuck on stupid and has become nothing but a Radical idiotic Demoncrap.

“AB 1840 simply sought to clarify language in the existing California Dream for All program to make it clear that undocumented immigrants can apply,” he added. “The fact is, right now, anyone can apply who is a first-time homebuyer who can meet the program’s financial requirements that include securing a bank loan or mortgage. As I’ve said before, the bill is not about immigrant policies or the housing crisis. No single bill can solve those issues.” "undocumented immigrants" should NOT be here as they're ILLEGALS without Documents! Why would you give them a loan, housing, and all this crap if NOT to keep the border open and have more come here to get their free stuff? Hey keep flooding it right leftists? This is how you "Build Back Better" without the current US Citizens getting help and illegals getting it all handed on a platter. These leftists all need to be tarred + feathered and sent to prison.

Established in 2022 as part of the 2022-23 state budget, the California Dream for All program initially received $500 million in funding. The program used $300 million of the allocated funds when it rolled out last year; it blew through the $300 million in eleven days. Not chocking as these liberals blow through our tax money as much as Nancy Pelosi changes her diapers. The governor’s decision comes one day after former president Donald Trump said, if reelected, he would ban illegal immigrants from obtaining home mortgages because the record-high immigration influx is driving up housing costs. This makes more sense... “That’s why my plan will ban mortgages for illegal aliens,” Trump said Thursday, without elaborating on said plan. ONCE more the left needs TRUMP to show them the way... Just like MAMALA Harris and Joey Biden who are now saying "NO TAX ON TIPS" like Trump had been saying. The funny part is THEY added the Tax on Tip which now they threaten they won't remove unless Harris wins? lol

CA rep is fed up! ‘I’m done with us’

A state once known for a lot of good things has become a state full of weirdo's and pedophiles and well it's practically a misdemeanor
in California state! The TRUMP trial and his possible sentence by these crazy leftists will probably land him in more legal problems over a false made up charge over the left rigging the election! But in California for years they have had the abuse of kids swept under the rug and mostly helped by the radicals left like Nasty Nancy Pelosi! And Governor NEWSCUM have not helped stopped the pedophiles or the sex trafficking of minors in the state. They have just helped made it easier for them sickos to do what they do. Finally one senator if fed up and now what was fighting for the safty of the kids! This current fight is against throwing pedophiles into prison for longer than they're getting now while she blasted progressive members of her own party for trying to water down the new law.

Remember that during elections folks! Ask why is anyone arguing for them to get off light? You hurt a child you should be locked up forever. The same people trying to lock up Donald Trump over fabricated and made up charges to cover for Hillary Clinton, Obama, Biden are the same ones who want the pedophilia and wars with a possible WWIII

Sen. Susan Eggman, who reps part of San Joaquin County just outside San Francisco, gave the fiery speech on the Senate floor last Thursday when lawmakers were weighing legislation that would make it a felony to purchase or solicit a minor for commercial sex in the Golden State. “I’d like to say as a progressive, proud member of this body for the last 12 years, I’m done. I’m done with us protecting people who would buy and abuse our children. I’m done,” said Eggman, 63. “I don’t want to send more black and brown men to prison. I don’t want more people in prison, but I don’t want people buying girls. I don’t want people buying little girls anymore. I’m tired of saying it’s okay and that we have to protect the men who do it.”

Under California law, buying or soliciting sex from a child is a misdemeanor that carries a penalty of between two days and a year in jail and a $10,000 fine. Bill 1414 which was authored by GOP state Sen. Shannon Grove and supported by Eggman aims to beef up that penalty to at least two to four years in prison, as well as a sex offender registration. “I am not arguing that we open the gates to flood our prisons with people, but I am arguing that we have a moral responsibility to say, ‘Enough, enough,'” Eggman said last week as the issue returned to the Senate. “We have given away enough on this area and we’ve got to move back into the center or we all look like fools and laughingstocks.”

“A lot of these kids can be throwaway kids. They’re poor kids, they’re kids of color, but they shouldn’t have to live a life determined by what happens to them by others at a very young age and have the Democratic Party of California say, ‘It’s okay,'” she continued. Last month, some Democrats had watered down the bill to only allow the felony classification for the purchase of minors under the age of 16, KCRA reported at the time. “It’s not okay. And I’m not doing it anymore. And I hope none of you do too. We have to be able to draw a line.” The bill, for which Gov. Gavin Newsom signaled support, passed 36-0 and is headed to the state Assembly.

🚨 DING DONG Another Witch DEAD! Dianne Feinstein kicks the bucket!

So another old member of the SWAMP is now dead and gone, and no this isn't an RIP or Rest in Peace post.. Here is how I feel about her. "Fuck her and everyone associated with her swamp creature face." And let's not forget that I hope she "burns in hell all eternity for all the bullshit she's done to California, and the people of this country for decades." Now with my feelings out of the way.

One thing comes up here talking about how corrupt this creature was. How did Dianne Feinstein vote “yea” yesterday on the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act if she was dead? Proxy vote? I’m not sure. Did her niece or daughter (whichever one had the power of attorney) vote for her? Questions I’d like answered! As this is against the law, and all could face.

CRIMINAL CHARGES! YES!

Let the good times roll, this also further shows the Corruption coming from the left as we all knew for a long time that this witch Dianne Feinstein wasn't making any actual choices she was just a figure head, and face for the left to keep her seat secure for as long as they could prop up her corps and pretend to have another leftist vote they would do it.

We now need more of these swamp creatures to kick the bucket and join Dianne here in hell... Leader McConnell, Nasty Nancy Pelosi, Gavin Newscum, AOC and her entire Fraud Squad of bitches, Chuck Schummer, Adam Schiff, The clintons, Obamas, and Biden all others need to go. Come on nature! Take them all to hell...

Here is some of the x.com posts talking about this... We're living to see the swamp come unglued before our eyes here folks. PAY Close attention to this death this is bigger than anyone thinks.

On July 20, 2023, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3935, the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act (the “Act”).  The Act is now before the U.S. Senate for review and debate.  The current version of the Act includes provisions on FAA organizational reform, increasing pilot protections, and improving airport infrastructure.  In Title VI, “Aerospace Innovation,” the Act details new requirements for unmanned aircraft systems (“UAS”), advanced air mobility (“AAM”), and commercial space launches and reentry.

Specifically, Section 652 includes a congressional mandate for the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) to publish the final rule establishing procedures for certifying powered-lift pilots and applying the operational rules to powered-lift operations within 13 months of the Act’s enactment.  In addition, Section 265 directs the FAA to update low altitude routes and flight procedures for powered-lift, requiring the Administrator to consult with powered-lift operators and “other relevant stakeholders” when crafting the revised rules.

In Title VII, “Passenger Experience Improvements,” the Act includes new requirements for family seating, seat dimensions, airplane drinking water, accessibility, and several other consumer protection provisions.

Section 726 would require, for example, that all domestic and foreign air carriers provide complementary drinking water to passengers on flights with a scheduled duration of 1 hour or more.  Further, Section 719 would require the Department of Transportation (“DOT”) to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking directing air carriers to sit young children adjacent to an accompanying adult at no additional cost.

The House’s full version of the Act, subject to Senate amendments, approval, and debate, is available for review online.

Caitlyn Jenner against male/female sports mixing over 'Trans Rights'

Former Olympic champion, reality TV personality, and once named Bruce now Caitlyn Jenner who also is now running for California governor, said she opposes transgender girls competing in girls’ sports at school. A Big reveal as Jenner again is “Transgender” and this goes against the very fabric of a lot of the blowback Trump got while in office from the Trans community.

Jenner, a 1976 decathlon Olympic gold medalist who came out as a transgender woman in 2015, told a TMZ reporter on Saturday that it’s “a question of fairness.”

“That’s why I oppose biological boys who are trans competing in girls’ sports in school. It just isn’t fair. And we have to protect girls’ sports in our schools,” Jenner said Saturday during a brief interview in a Malibu parking lot. It was Jenner’s first comment on the controversial issue since announcing her candidacy to replace Gov. Gavin Newsom in a recall election. Five states have passed laws or implemented executive orders this year limiting the ability of transgender youths to play sports or receive certain medical treatment. There’s been a vehement outcry from supporters of transgender rights.

Jenner, a Republican, supported Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election but later criticized his administration for some discriminatory actions against transgender people. Many transgender-rights advocates have criticized Jenner, saying she has failed to convince them that she is a major asset to their cause.

Gavin Newscum Faces Recall Election as Campaign Collects 1,509,000 Signatures

In a glorious effort to recall California Governor Gavin Newsom or as I call him “NewScum” has reached the minimum number of signatures needed to trigger a recall election, organizers behind the recall campaign announced Friday. Yes friends! Like I’ve been sayin for a long time California is flipping away from the left, and will slowly become what it once was a RED STATE, and when this happens folks it’s a wrap for the left. They have destroyed their biggest state, and the people are speaking loud. Gavin is related to Pelosi, and she’s hated also in California. These people come from mafia money, and are from a long line of evil scumbags.

Recall Gavin Newsom launched last year and amassed more than 900,000 signatures by the end of December. The recall campaign said it collected more than 1.4 million signatures by early February and gathered a total of 1,509,000 signatures by Friday.

State law dictates that a recall campaign must gather support from a specific number of registered voters in order to trigger a recall. In this case, valid signatures from 1,495,709 California voters a number equivalent to 12 percent of the votes cast in the election Newsom won to become governor from at least five counties needed to sign the petition by the campaign’s March deadline.

Once the California secretary of state determines that the campaign has collected enough valid signatures, a recall election will be scheduled to allow voters to decide if they want Newsom to stay in office or not. Recall Gavin Newsom set a goal of collecting 1.8 million signatures in anticipation that some might not pass muster with the secretary of state’s office.

This is not the first recall campaign Newsom has faced since he was elected governor with nearly 62 percent of the vote in 2018, but it is the campaign that has gained the most traction. The effort is fueled in part by frustrations surrounding restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. Organizers also cite as reasons for their efforts the Democratic governor’s positions on issues that predate COVID-19, including gun laws and immigration policies.

The organizers say on the campaign’s website that the effort is not driven by any one political party, and they have bristled at allegations that supporters of the movement have links to QAnon and other far-right groups. Instead, organizers say the movement is supported by voters of diverse political backgrounds and represents a “mass uprising” in California.

Randy Economy, a senior adviser for the campaign, told Newsweek in December that this recall effort is notable to him because it has support from Californians who don’t typically get involved in politics.

The recall campaign is “kind of a perfect tidal wave of citizens who have never done anything in politics before ever, and I really do mean that who decided they want to take a stab at this,” Economy told Newsweek at the time. A significant component to the campaign’s success is the frustrations voters feel after months of living with the pandemic and the restrictions introduced at the state level, he said. Newsom’s attendance at a dinner party at the French Laundry last November, which violated the state’s recommendations for gathering with individuals outside of one’s household, only served to inflame those already frustrated with the lockdowns.

Ten recall campaigns have qualified for a recall election in California since 1913, only six of which have resulted in the targeted official being removed from office, according to the California secretary of state’s website. The only California governor to be successfully recalled was Gray Davis, a Democrat who was removed in 2003 and replaced by former Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Economy told KTTV on Thursday that the recall campaign was close to reaching 1.5 million signatures. The effort was further aided by the national GOP, which invested $250,000 to help remove Newsom from office.

On the final day of 2020, Economy told Newsweek that he believed this recall campaign would be successful. “I think this is different this time,” he said. “Sometimes in politics and in life, you have that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the average resident to make a difference. This is that moment in California history.”
