Grand jury investigating Donald Trump for criminal charges to end: Sources


So after months and Millions of space bucks or um tax payer money the special grand jury that had been hearing evidence in the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump expires at the end of the week and will not be extended, sources familiar with the matter confirmed to the news circus.

The special grand jury was empaneled last fall, but had stopped hearing evidence once Alvin Bragg became district attorney in Manhattan in January, raising questions about the strength of the case and whether prosecutors had amassed all the elements required to prove it.

The two senior prosecutors who had been leading the investigation, Mark Pomerantz and Cary Dunne, resigned in February. Pomerantz said in his resignation letter he believed Trump “is guilty of numerous felony violations.” Mr Trump has denied wrongdoing.

The district attorney’s office declined to confirm or deny the decision not to extend the special grand jury, which was first reported by Communist News Network. Grand juries can always be called upon to hear evidence and weigh the return of an indictment and a new special grand jury could always be empaneled.

A spokeswoman for Bragg declined to comment and instead pointed to a statement the district attorney issued earlier this month that insisted the criminal investigation remained active.

“The team working on this investigation is comprised of dedicated, experienced career prosecutors. They are going through documents, interviewing witnesses, and exploring evidence not previously explored,” Bragg said in a statement said earlier this month. “In the long and proud tradition of white-collar prosecutions at the Manhattan D.A.’s Office, we are investigating thoroughly and following the facts without fear or favor.”

The district attorney’s office fought successfully for access to Trump’s personal and business tax returns as part of the investigation into how he valued his assets. The New York attorney general is conducting a parallel civil investigation.

The case has already resulted in tax charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer Allan Weisselberg over perks paid to certain executives. Each has pleaded not guilty.

Waukesha Massacre

A $5 Million Bail has been set for the suspect in Waukesha Massacre Darrell Brooks, Jr., 39, the man arrested for driving his SUV into a Christmas parade in Waukesha Sunday, killing at least five people and injuring dozens, according to reports he made his first court appearance following the Massacre in Waukesha on Tuesday. During the appearance prosecutors reported that a sixth death had occurred when a child who was in critical condition passed away — one of 16 admitted to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin after the incident. Brooks faces five consecutive life sentences, with more charges on the way, prosecutors said. At least 40 people were injured, including children who remain in critical condition.

Waukesha Police Department Chief Dan Thompson said this was not an act of terror, and that Brooks acted alone. Thompson stated that Brooks was a suspect in a domestic disturbance prior to driving through the city’s Christmas parade. Thompson, as well as officers who were at the parade, say that Brooks appeared to intentionally drive through the crowd.

The Prosecutors highlighted Brooks’ lengthy history with the criminal justice system. Dating back to 2000, Brooks has records in Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia. In a case dating to Nov. 5, 2021, Brooks was charged in Milwaukee County with resisting and obstructing, felony bail jumping, second degree reckless endangering safety, and other charges. Prosecutors stated Brooks is alleged to have struck the mother of his child with a fist and then attempted to run her over with the same vehicle he was driving when he was arrested on Sunday. Brooks’ bail was set at $5 million.

“I have no problem with the bail being recommended by the state. I’m an old guy who has been doing this for almost 40 years,” Judge Kevin Costello said. “The nature of this offense is shocking.”

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the bail conditions set during the case in early November. Brooks was released on a bail of $1,000 on Nov. 11, an amount which Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm called “inappropriately low.” Chisholm’s office stated that “appropriate next steps” will be taken following the review. If convicted, Brooks will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Once more the term “Rules for thee not for me” comes into question here as when speaking on Thursday at a Veterans Day event at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, Fake President Biden used a term which many find offensive, referring to the great black pitcher of the past, Satchel Paige, as “the great Negro at the time,” adding for clarification, “pitcher in the Negro leagues,” the term used to describe the segregated leagues for African-American players in the early to mid-20th century.

Sleepy Joe told the crowd, “I just want to tell you, I know you’re a little younger than I am, but I’ve adopted the attitude of the great Negro at the time, pitcher in the Negro leagues, went on to become a great pitcher in the pros, major league baseball, after Jackie Robinson. His name was Satchel Paige.”

“And Satchel Paige, on his 47th birthday, pitched a win against Chicago,” Biden said. “And all the press went in and said, ‘Satch, it’s amazing. 47 years old. No one’s ever, ever pitched a win at age 47. How do you feel about being 47?’ He said, ‘Boys, that’s not how I look at it.’”

Criticism has been directed at public figures for using the term “Negro.” The Voice of America (VOA) reported in July 2020 that political operative Roger Stone, whose 40-month prison sentence was commuted by former President Trump, called Los Angeles-based black radio host Morris O’Kelly a “Negro” in an interview, prompting O’Kelly’s website to write, “Stone could have reached for any pejorative, but unfortunately went there,” adding that “Stone offered an unfiltered, unvarnished one-sentence expression of how he saw the journalist interviewing him.”

“O’Kelly characterized ‘Negro’ as the ‘low-calorie version of the N-Word,’” VOA reported. In 2013, the Census Bureau announced it would no longer use the term “Negro.” In May 2016, former President Barack Obama signed a bill into law that would ban the federal government from using the term “Negro,” permitting “African-American” instead.

In May 2020, during an interview with popular African-American commentator and radio host Charlamagne tha God, Biden, running for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, defended his record on racial issues and, when told that the host had “more questions” for him, declared, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”

Asked how he would address his critics in the black community, Biden said, “What I say to them is that I’m not acknowledging anybody who is being considered, but I guarantee you there are multiple black women being considered. Multiple.” “Thanks so much. That’s really our time. I apologize,” a Biden aide interrupted. Then he picked a woman of INDIA not BLACK Decent to be his VeePee… Don’t forget Kamala is not “African American” the only African American in her at any point was “Willie Brown!” #Fact there is no INDIA in AFRICA…. The Post was told by a source that “the anticipated charge is the result of a probe by Albany County District Attorney David Soares”

“A spokesman for the state Office of Court Administration confirmed that a misdemeanor complaint against Cuomo “has been filed in Albany City Court,” they add. I posted some tweets about this for you all to watch, and laugh as this couldn’t happen to a more disgusting person. He’s a complete shit show on to his own, and it’s about time he was taken out. So while BeetleJuice Lori Lightfootinmouth the so called Chicago mayor said she wanted to have less cops on patrol in the already high crime city we get reports of this dirtbag who is facing murder charges for shooting death of 7-year-old Jaslyn Adams at a McDonald’s drive-thru. Now I’m sure the media won’t cover this story since it’s another black gang banger in Chicago murdering an innocent black child. Had it been a cop who shot the gang banger before he killed the child the cop would be facing the death penalty, and this asshole here who would have killed the child would not just be set free! But according to the law now he would have got a settlement from the leftist gov. See folks they don’t care about innocent black kids or black lives. The fact is the only black lives that matter to these people are criminals who well deserve the Karma.

A Chicago man faces murder charges in connection with the death of 7-year-old Jaslyn Adams, who was shot and killed while in a vehicle with her father at a McDonald’s drive-thru just after 4 p.m. on April 18. Jaslyn was with her father, Jontae Adams, at the drive-thru lane of a McDonald’s in the West Side of Chicago. The first-grader was shot six times and died of her gunshot wounds. The father was shot in the abdomen and survived the deadly shooting in the Homan Square neighborhood, a western suburb of Chicago.


Marion Lewis faces 18 felony charges, including first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated vehicular hijacking, and aggravated discharge of a firearm. Some of the charges are from a police chase on Thursday where Lewis crashed his car and then attempted to carjack another vehicle with a family inside. Illinois State Police said Lewis fired gunshots at police before Chicago Police Department officers returned fire and struck him in the arm. Lewis was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries before being taken into custody. Lewis is expected to be in court on Sunday. CPD said they recovered two guns from that scene, including an AK-47, WLS-TV reported. “Both those weapons that were on his person that were recovered, they did test positive to the murder weapons used at the scene to kill Jaslyn,” CPD Chief of Detectives Brendan Deenihan said.

Police believe the shooting at the McDonald’s that killed the young girl was gang-related, and the investigation is ongoing. “We are saying at this point in the investigation that he was involved in the murder of Jaslyn Adams,” Chicago police Supt. David Brown said of Lewis. Law enforcement is still searching for other suspects in the case, but did not say how many suspects there are. “We’re limited in what we can say because we have other offenders to bring in on this horrific crime, but I will say the hard work of Area Four detectives and collaboration not only with suburban department officers as well as our district officers and a lot of technology has got us to this point,” Brown told reporters. “But we’re not done.”

“You can run but you can’t hide,” Brown said. “We are going to bring you to justice for this crime. The Adams family deserves nothing less.” Adams’ grandmother Lawanda McMullen said the family was “ecstatic” that Lewis was arrested, but called for anyone involved with the shooting death of the 7-year-old girl to “just turn yourself in.” “You know a 7-year-old girl she had nothing to do with that at all,” McCullen said. “You know if you have any heart, you know if you have a child just think about your family.” “We’re overwhelmed, happy with some relief, but not a lot because they don’t have all the suspects in custody,” McMullen said of the arrest of Lewis. McMullen described her young granddaughter, “I rarely ever seen her sad. Bubbly is the right word, very bubbly.”

There was a vigil for Jaslyn Adams at the McDonald’s last week, which was attended by local police.
There were 16 people shot in Chicago this weekend, two of which were killed. Last weekend, 27 people were shot, three fatally in the city. As of April 19, there have been 904 people shot in Chicago, which is 214 more than last year, according to the Chicago Tribune. At least three children have been fatally shot in Chicago this year.

Kamala Harris bailed out BLM Rioters! EXPOSED!

After the death of the criminal known as George Floyd which made it easy for the left to use this as a base for their take over of the streets, and the nation by using the domestic terrorist groups known as Antifa, Boogalo Bois, and yes Black Lives Matter who all initiated a nationwide assault on cities that cost billions in damages, thousands of lives, and unrest for months all over the nation. During what they called the “Summer of Love” something they will never live down.

Well it looks like while these riots were going on, the Left and their allies in the Fake News Media were excusing them, and oftentimes encouraging more violence as we know, and It’s been shown in past videos. Not only were they encouraging the riots, many on the Left were promoting bail funds to release rioters from jail.

The most notable of these bail funds was from the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which said that they would “pay criminal bail and immigration bonds for those who cannot otherwise afford to.” Dozens of Hollywood stars and left-wing politicians promoted the fund, which caused it to raise tens of millions of dollars. Among them is Kamala Harris. Oh that’s right she was right there endorsing on video these riots, and she paid for a lot of these same domestic terrorists to get bail. YUP folks this is facts.

Harris encouraged her followers to “chip in” to “help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.” Of course, Minnesota was where the most violence occurred, with Minneapolis being the site of George Floyd’s death. Her post certainly helped the group, which only raised around $100,000 in all of 2018.

The bail fund was then used to bail out violent rioters, including one man who allegedly shot at police officers during riots in Minnesota. And now the Minnesota Freedom Fund is trying to cover up exactly who they bailed out, publicly refusing to reveal exactly who they bailed out. Just the News reached out to the fund, who were told that they could find records of who they bailed out through the “Hennepin and Ramsey County jail rosters.”

But the news outlet attempted to find the records, instead finding that they are not easily accessible. Minnesota reporter Tom Lyden of KMSP also attempted to find a list of those bailed out by the fund. Instead, he found that the records are “difficult to find and it is not available online.”

The fact that the Minnesota Freedom Fund isn’t willing to reveal exactly who they bailed out proves that they are likely hiding something. And with people like Kamala Harris promoting it, it is clear they don’t want the information to harm their political prospects.

BLACK LIVES MATTER DOMESTIC TERRORIST ARRESTED!

The Black Lives Matter activist, and domestic terrorist who was seen storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 was busted, and yes charged! Finally the Department of Justice does something right as they announced on Thursday his arrest. A new court filing says John Earle Sullivan, 26, told FBI agents last week that he was at the Capitol when the breach happened. He said he entered through a window that had been broken out. He also said he was present when Ashli Babbitt, an Air Force veteran, was shot dead by a U.S. Capitol Police officer as she tried to climb into the House Speaker’s Lobby through a window. Sullivan showed agents some of the footage he captured inside the building, which he and others entered illegally. See folks this was all staged by these same motherfu–ers who rioted, looted, and burned all the shit down last year. These are all working for the DEMS! They knew Trump was holding the rally so they had these guys spread out to make this staged event take place. The loss of Ashli Babbitt was not part of the plan I think. That looks to me like it was just something that happened when the secret agent thought the mob was busting in, and he panicked.But Videos do show Sullivan and others breaking through a barricade, with the Utah man shouting: “There are so many people. Let’s go. This [Expletive] is ours! [Expletive] yeah. We accomplished this [expletive]. We did this together. [Expletive] yeah! We are all a part of this history. Let’s burn this [Expletive] down.” He was later heard encouraging protesters to climb a wall to get to an entrance to the Capitol and was seen entering the building. During one conversation with others while inside, Sullivan said, “We gotta get this [expletive] burned.” At other times, he said, among other things, “it’s our house [expletive]” and “we are getting this [expletive].”Sullivan told U.S. Capitol Police officers to stand down so that they wouldn’t get hurt, according to the court filing. He joined the crowd trying to open doors to another part of the Capitol, telling people “Hey guys, I have a knife” and asking them to let him get to the front. He did not make it to the doors. He later tried to get the officers guarding the Speaker’s Lobby to go home, telling them: “Bro, I’ve seen people out there get hurt.”Sullivan spoke to a slew of media outlets after the breach, including CNN and ABC. He told The Epoch Times that he took steps to blend in with the crowd so he didn’t “get beat up.” He said he’s known in the activist community as being a member of the far-left, anarcho-communist group Antifa. He denied being a member of the network. He told The Epoch Times he knew of plans to storm the Capitol and that he saw them on “undergrounds chats and things like that.” He posted information about the plans on his social media, but didn’t inform the law enforcement. “I’m not a snitch,” he said. Sullivan has posted in support of Black Lives Matter.He leads a group called Insurgence USA, which says it was founded in the wake of the death of George Floyd, a black man, in police custody in Minneapolis last year. “The lack of care for the human life was unacceptable so we set out to end police brutality. We then set out to empower and uplifting black and indigenous voices,” the group’s website states. Sullivan was charged with rioting and criminal mischief in Provo, Utah, based on his activities around a protest last year in which a person was shot and injured. Proud Boys leader held for burning Black Lives Matter flag

Enrique Tarrio the face of a major faction of The Proud Boys faces misdemeanour destruction of property charges, police say. He has reportedly admitted torching a banner taken from a black church during a rally in December in the city. President Donald Trump has been urging supporters to gather in the capital this week for another demonstration. On Wednesday, members of Congress are due to certify Democratic President-elect Joe Biden’s election victory before he takes office on 20 January.

Mr Tarrio has said on the social media app Parler that the Proud Boys will “turn out in record numbers on Jan 6th”, referring to his members as “the most notorious group of extraordinary gentlemen”. The National Guard has been deployed by Muriel Bowser the so called Washington DC’s mayor who asked them to assist local authorities. Officials say the troops will not be armed and will be there to assist with crowd management and traffic control. Ofcourse when it was BLM, and Antifa she didn’t ask for the “National Guard” and let them run wild.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police Department, Dustin Sternbeck, told the Washington Post on Monday that Mr Tarrio had been stopped in a vehicle shortly after it entered the district. The 36-year-old was also found during his arrest to be in unlawful possession of two devices that allow guns to hold additional bullets, and the destruction of property charge relates to a protest in Washington DC on 12 December in support of the president. The mostly peaceful demonstration ended in isolated scuffles as confrontations with counter-protesters broke out. Police said more than three dozen people were arrested and four churches were vandalised. Mr Tarrio who lives in Miami, where he also reportedly runs a grassroots organisation called Latinos for Trump told the Washington Post at the time that he had burned the Black Lives Matter flag.

“Let’s make this simple,” he said. “I did it.” But he maintained he did not know the Asbury United Methodist Church, where the flag had reportedly flown, was predominantly attended by African American worshippers.

Mr Tarrio also said Proud Boy members have had their flags and hats stolen in past demonstrations without anyone being arrested for those alleged incidents. Earlier on Monday, another black church that was vandalised during December’s protest sued Mr Tarrio and the Proud Boys.

The Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church accused the group of climbing over a fence and tearing down a Black Lives Matter sign. Kristen Clarke, head of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said in a statement: “Black churches and other religious institutions have a long and ugly history of being targeted by white supremacists in racist and violent attacks meant to intimidate and create fear.

“Our lawsuit aims to hold those who engage in such action accountable.” The city’s police department said last month it had been considering a potential hate crime charge over the incident. Oh but burning city’s and looting by BLM, and Antifa is allowed, and those criminals are released back to the streets without charges if arrested. Talk about hypocricy folks!

Kamala Harris is branded 'ignorant' for praising BLM Looting, and riots!

 Kamala Harris is branded ‘ignorant’ for many reasons folks but for praising  Black Lives Matter protests and calling them ‘essential’ just three days after two cops were shot during Louisville riots is down right insane, and makes her unfit for any sort of office in this country. She clearly has no love of country or of the innocent people of this country. These comments came during the NAACP’s national convention in which she was interviewed for more than one hour and come just three days after two police officers were shot and injured during rioting in Louisville. The shooting came after a grand jury’s decision not to charge the officers who shot and killed Breonna Taylor. One of the officers involved was charged with wanton endangerment for shooting into a neighboring apartment. 

Vee Pee nomineehas come in for criticism after saying that protests against racial injustice, including those by thegroup are ‘essential for the evolution of our country’ with some online branding her ‘ignorant’. ‘Nothing that we have achieved that has been about progress, in particular around civil rights, has come without a fight, and so I always am going to interpret these protests as an essential component of evolution in our country as an essential component or mark of a real democracy. ‘The people’s voices must be heard, and it is often the people who must speak to get their government to do what it is supposed to do, but may not do naturally unless the people speak loudly and obviously peacefully.’  


Harris went on to praise the ‘brilliance’ and ‘impact’ of the Black Lives Matter movement. ‘I actually believe that Black Lives Matter has been the most significant agent for change within the criminal justice system,’ she said. ‘I think, a community and the country speaking out, understanding that nothing that we have achieved that has been about progress in this country has come without a fight. Nothing that we have achieved in our country that has been about progress, and in particular around civil rights has come without a fight.’ The comments came thick and fast with many seemingly shocked at the vice presidential candidate’s take on recent events.

‘Unmoved by the violence in our streets and the brutal attacks on our police officers, Kamala Harris says the ‘protests’ are essential for our ‘evolution’ as a country,’ wrote Arthur Schwarz as he used the senators own words against her. It was a view shared by Steve Guest, Rapid Response Director of the GOP. ‘After months of left-wing violence, Democrat Sen. Kamala Harris says these protests are an essential part of our ‘evolution’ as a country,’ encouraging others to see fault with Harris’ words. Robby Starbuck, a Cuban-American director and producer also attempted to place Harris’ quotes into relevant context.

”Nothing we’ve achieved… has come without a fight and so I’m always going to interpret these protests as an essential component of evolution in our country… and as necessary.’ – Kamala Harris Remember this when you see cities on fire & people attacked’, Starbuck added. Another Twitter user, Philip Camp, called the senator ‘stupid’: ‘Kamala Harris praises BLM, says ongoing protests are ‘essential’ for change in US. Just shows how stupid Kamala Harris is. The country is going to pot with people like her in leadership roles.’

Christian author Daniel Bobinski was also far from impressed by what he had heard. ‘I’d like to publicly thank Kamala Harris for telling Americans that the protests (aka riots) need to continue … and hold her personally responsible for the violence and the medical bills … and yes, the deaths, too. I lay this at the feet of Congressional Democrats,’ he tweeted. 

It’s not the first time Harris has defended the cause of protesters taking to city streets across the country. ‘We must always defend peaceful protest and peaceful protesters. We should not confuse them with those looting and committing acts of violence, including the shooter who was arrested for murder. Make no mistake, we will not let these vigilantes and extremists derail the path to justice,’ Harris said last month. Harris’ comments come at the end of another week of mass protests over the death of Black Americans including Breonna Taylor, whose case prompted a series of demonstrations earlier this week.

Hundreds of demonstrators chanted Taylor’s name and marched in cities including New York, Washington, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Portland. People gathered in Millennium Park, Chicago, chanting demands for justice as drivers in Michigan Avenue honked their horns. Police in Atlanta unleashed chemical agents and made arrests after some protesters tried to climb on a SWAT vehicle. In Wisconsin, peaceful marchers blocked traffic on an interstate and spoke about Ms Taylor on the steps of the state Capitol.

In Louisville, police said they arrested 127 people after what began as peaceful protests. Officers declared an unlawful assembly after they said fires were set in bins and several vehicles were damaged. A police statement also described the ‘looting’ of several stores. Footage emerged showing buildings vandalized and burned in Louisville Interim Police Chief Robert Schroeder said a suspect was detained in the shooting of two officers, who are expected to recover from their wounds. Jail records later confirmed Larynzo D Johnson, 26, was charged with two counts of assault on a police officer and multiple charges of wanton endangerment of police officers.
