President Trump is 100% RIGHT, Zelenskyy is a dictator. President Donald Trump Wednesday called Volodymyr Zelenskyy “a dictator” after earlier in the day the Ukrainian president accused him of living in a Russian “disinformation bubble,” as a spat between the two spiraled.

Trump's post on Truth Social included a number of inaccuracies Zelenskyy was elected president, for example and followed the administration's attempt to reset relations with Russia by holding high-level talks on ending the war in Ukraine, among other things.

But he became a dictator when he refused to allow elections to happen as he's now been in control since Trump was elected in 2016. This folks is the facts.

The exchange comes at a crucial time for Ukraine, which is struggling to lock in Western support to fight Russian invaders who have occupied 20% of the country and regularly bomb its cities and infrastructure. As now that Biden is gone the gravy train is ending and they will not be getting more US-AID from our hard earned taxes.

Trump also called Zelenskyy a “modestly successful comedian” who “talked the United States of America into spending $350 Billion Dollars, to go into a War that couldn’t be won, that never had to start, but a War that he, without the U.S. and ‘TRUMP,’ will never be able to settle."

As far as I'm concerned let Russia have Ukraine I could not give a crap... The whole thing was a fake war for money, and both the Biden crime family and Volodymyr Zelenskyy are in on it and on the take, and took in who knows how much into their own pockets. “A Dictator without Elections, Zelenskyy better move fast or he is not going to have a Country left,” Trump wrote. Vice President JD Vance on Wednesday called Zelenskyy 's comments "disgraceful." "He is attacking the only reason this country exists, publicly, right now," Vance said during an interview with The National Pulse. "And it’s disgraceful. And it’s not something that is going to move the President of the United States. In fact, it’s going to have the opposite effect.” Several Republican senators said Wednesday that they disagreed with Trump's comments about Zelensky, but they stopped short of criticizing the president directly. "I don't agree," Sen. Susan Collins, R-Maine, said when asked for her reaction to Trump's comments.

Sen. John Kennedy, R-La., said that "to the extent that the White House said that Ukraine started the war, I disagree. I think Vladimir Putin started the war.” Zelenskyy said Wednesday afternoon that he had spoken to Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., who he said is "constructive and doing a lot to help bring peace closer. It’s all-important that security guarantees remain on the table and that they work for Ukraine, for real and lasting peace." The two appeared on the same panel at the Munich Security Conference last week. Zelenskyy, who was a popular actor and comedian before running for president, earlier referred to U.S. support given to Ukraine so far $67 billion in weapons and $31.5 billion. He added that American demands that Ukraine should hand over more than $500 billion in rare earth minerals was “not a serious conversation” and added that he cannot sell his country.

Zelenskyy's pugnacious comments about not wanting “anyone making decisions behind our backs” came in response to Trump saying that Ukraine was responsible for Russia’s invasion. White House national security adviser Mike Waltz said in an interview on Fox News Wednesday that no one should criticize Trump for trying to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict. "What he said yesterday and today is, why hasn’t President Zelenskyy tried to end this war for the betterment of his country? And we have to ask ourselves, is Ukraine’s position improving or not on the battlefield?" he said. Waltz also added that there's been "bizarre push back and escalation of rhetoric" over the Trump administration's proposal to invest in Ukrainian infrastructure and rare minerals.

In Kyiv, meanwhile, ordinary Ukrainians reiterated their support for Zelenskyy, while keeping an anxious eye on the rapprochement between Trump and Putin. “I don’t like Trump’s flirting with Putin,” said 49-year-old Fedir Logvynenko. “I don’t quite understand whether it’s from great intelligence or from complete incompetence.” He added that he agreed with Zelenskyy’s position of refusing to “accept an agreement on Ukraine without Ukraine,” also reserving criticism for Ukraine’s European allies. Yuliya Antonyuk, a 42-year-old real estate agent, meanwhile, said that Ukrainians “couldn’t cope without American weapons and support.”

“I want people to stop dying every day. I want to sleep calmly,” she said, adding that it would be “impossible” to hold presidential elections in the country given the current conditions “as there is shelling all the time.” On Tuesday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held talks in Saudi Arabia, which alarmed and distressed Ukrainians and European allies who said any decision on ending the war had to include them.

Trump said that the U.S. is “successfully negotiating an end to the War with Russia” and that “Zelenskyy probably wants to keep the ‘gravy train’ going.” Trump earlier claimed that Zelenskyy had approval ratings of just 4%, even thought an opinion poll released Wednesday by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology showed that 57% of Ukrainians trust him. “As we are talking about 4%, we have seen this disinformation, we understand it’s coming from Russia,” Zelenskyy told a news conference in Kyiv on Wednesday. Earlier this month, a Pew Research Center poll showed that 47% of Americans approve of Trump’s job performance to some extent.

Zelenskyy added that any attempts to replace him during the war would fail Trump's questions about Ukrainian elections following Putin’s repeated assertions that Zelenskyy is not Ukraine’s legitimate leader contending that the overwhelming majority of Ukrainians would not support concessions to Russia. Trump also wrote that "MILLIONS have unnecessarily died" in the war. It is not known how many have died since Russia and Ukraine do not release casualty numbers, but reliable estimates put the number of those killed at a fraction of 1 million. Trump echoed criticism from Putin, who has ruled Russia for all but four of the past 25 years via elections widely considered illegitimate, but has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of Zelenskyy’s continuing leadership.

Ukraine last held a presidential election in 2019 and was due to have one last April, but Zelenskyy has said in the past that it is not possible for Ukrainians to go to the polls in wartime and that view is also backed up by the country’s constitution. Speaking to reporters at his Mar-a-Lago resort late Tuesday, Trump said he believed he had the power to end the war in Ukraine, "but today I heard, ‘Oh, well, we weren’t invited.’ Well, you’ve been there for three years.” “You should have never started it," he added. The reaction in Moscow to the broader change in direction of U.S. foreign policy has been more upbeat. Speaking to Russian lawmakers Wednesday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov did not directly address Trump's comments but suggested the Kremlin was pleased with the talks. 

The U.S. president is “the first, and so far, apparently, the only Western leader who has publicly and loudly said that one of the root causes of the Ukrainian situation was the brazen path of the previous administration to draw Ukraine into NATO,” Lavrov said. “No Western leader has ever said this." “This is already a signal that he understands our position,” Lavrov added, in a speech that covered the broader second Trump administration rather than the president’s specific remarks Tuesday.

"There are gay, lesbian and transgender children in Democratic, Republican and independent families some who fear for their lives," Budde said during remarks at an interfaith prayer service at Washington National Cathedral with the president, Vice President JD Vance and their spouses in attendance. She noted the work of many immigrants to the U.S. who pick crops, clean office buildings, work in the poultry and meatpacking industries and wash dishes in the hospitality field.

"They may not be citizens or have the proper documentation, but the vast majority of immigrants are not criminals," Budde said. "They pay taxes and are good neighbors. They are faithful members of our churches, mosques, gurdwara and temples." You come here illegally you are a criminal, you know if you don't have documents you don't pay taxes and so she is either a complete moron or lying like the rest of the Woke mafia... Budde's comments come after Trump signed executive orders late Monday to declare a national emergency at the U.S.-Mexico border and pushed for the end the use of an app that allowed migrants seeking asylum to request appointments with American border officials. "Our God teaches us that we are to be merciful to the stranger, for we were all once strangers in this land," Budde said before closing her remarks. To me this is the same GOD that saved TRUMP so he could close our borders so she can kindly go F herself.

President Donald Trump says his administration will move to revoke the security clearances of the more than four dozen former intelligence officials who signed a 2020 letter saying that the Hunter Biden laptop saga bore the hallmarks of a “Russian information operation.” The action is an early indication of the president's determination to exact retribution on perceived adversaries and is the latest point of tension between Trump and an intelligence community of which he has been openly disdainful. The sweeping move, announced via executive order Monday, also sets up a potential court challenge from ex-officials seeking to maintain access to sensitive government information.

The order directs the CIA to work with the office of the Director of National Intelligence to begin the process of revoking the clearances. It was not clear how many of the former officials still maintain security clearances, though Mark Zaid, who represents eight people who signed the letter, said that he did not believe many did and that the Trump's action functioned largely as a “public policy message to his right-wing base” He said he would sue the administration on behalf of any client who wanted to challenge the order. “There’s nothing in this that shows me, regardless of presidential authority, that this action is not subject to existing law and policy that mandates procedural and substantive due process,” Zaid said. A Clinton-era executive order says people determined to be ineligible for a clearance are to be provided a “comprehensive and detailed” explanation of the conclusion.

“The president has a lot of authority when it comes to security clearances. The problem the White House will run into is, if they depart from their existing procedures, they could set up a judicial appeal for these 51 people and it will probably be a class-action suit since they’re all in alike or similar circumstances,” said Dan Meyer, a Washington lawyer who specializes in the security clearance and background check process. The executive order targets the clearances of 50 people in all, including the 49 surviving signatories of the letter. 

The list includes prominent officials like James Clapper, the director of national intelligence under former President Barack Obama, and John Brennan and Leon Panetta, who both served as Obama's CIA director. Also targeted is John Bolton, who was fired as Trump's national security adviser during his first term and later wrote a book whose publication the White House unsuccessfully sought to block on grounds that it disclosed national security information.

At issue is an October 2020 letter signed by former intelligence officials who raised alarms about the provenance of emails reported by The New York Post to have come from a laptop that President Joe Biden's son, Hunter, had dropped off at a Wilmington, Delaware, computer repair shop. The newspaper said it had obtained a hard drive of the laptop from longtime Trump ally Rudy Giuliani, and the communications that it published related to Hunter Biden's business dealings in Ukraine. The signatories of the letter wrote that they didn't know whether the emails were authentic or not but that their emergence has “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” 

But Trump's director of national intelligence, John Ratcliffe also his current pick to lead the CIA contradicted that assessment by saying there was no intelligence to support the idea that Russia had anything to do with Hunter Biden's laptop. The FBI, which was conducting its own criminal investigations into the younger Biden, seemed to back up Ratcliffe's statement by telling Congress in a letter it had nothing to add to what he had said.

Hunter Biden was subsequently convicted of both tax and gun charges, but was pardoned last month by his father. Though courts are historically reluctant to weigh in on disputes involving security clearances, the unilateral suspension by Trump is a departure from standard protocol in which individual executive branch agencies would be tasked with creating an investigation into a person's fitness for a clearance or whether it should be revoked. Throughout his first presidency, Trump fumed about an intelligence community that he believed had been politicized against him, repeatedly citing the investigation into ties between Russia and his 2016 campaign.

Could Joe Biden Go to Jail after Pardoning Hunter?

IN A Crazy possible twist could the Hunter Biden pardoning end up backfiring? By Pardoning Hunter, Joe Biden Might Be Going to Jail according to some Conservatives who are still talking over the fact that Hunter Biden’s gun and tax charges were pardoned by his father after his father specifically said he wouldn’t use his presidential power to do so. Now remember anyone who really believed that promise also still believes in the tooth fairy, Santa, and the Easter Bunny! But the most “gullible” in our population said he was a hero and a real man because he promissed he wouldn't Pardon his son if he was found guilty. Man that statement by the left didn't age well as we now know.

However, it was the brazenness of it all the language he used, the fact he dumped it at the end of the Thanksgiving weekend, and then the fact he jetted off to Angola right after it was issued that made it particularly galling. “No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son and that is wrong,” he said in his statement on the pardon, two sentences after he praised “a carefully negotiated plea deal” that “unraveled in the court room,” he said because of pressure from his “political opponents in Congress.” (It was, in fact, because the judge was incredulous at the unusual nature of the deal, which she called potentially unconstitutional.)

“For my entire career I have followed a simple principle: just tell the American people the truth. They’ll be fair-minded. Here’s the truth: I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process and it led to a miscarriage of justice and once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further,” he said in conclusion.

That too was a lie he’d sworn that he’d not interfere with the power of the pardon but never mind. What’s done is done, and now there’s a deeper question: Did Joe Biden sign onto a pardon that could put him in jail? That seems like an insane question, but perhaps not so much. First, let’s look at the breadth of the pardon, which goes well beyond the federal gun and tax charges. In fact, it covers everything back to 2014 the year when he started on the board of Burisma, surprise. This means all of Hunter’s foreign business dealings including potential FARA violations and the like are off the table for the prosecution. As you might remember, Joe was always linked to these in a very ancillary way, never playing a major part but always closer to the action than you might have liked him to be if you were one of his handlers.

That’s Joe Biden with Carlos Slim Mexico’s richest man, once the world’s richest, with whom Hunter and his partners were pursuing business deals at the time.

This becomes particularly problematic when you look at Hunter’s time on Burisma’s board and Joe’s own claim he got a Ukrainian prosecutor who just happened to be interested in Burisma’s corruption once upon a time fired: Biden’s people have always maintained, of course, that the prosecutor himself was corrupt. Which might have been true indeed, it’s likely to be, because virtually everyone in Ukrainian politics was so corrupt that the country elected an actor who played an every-man anti-corruption presidential candidate who ended up winning on a fictional TV show to be an every-man anti-corruption president of their country in real life. (To be fair, Volodymyr Zelenskyy managed to defend the country against Russian aggression admirably, if to a stalemate, even if he hasn’t quite tackled corruption just yet.)

If Biden pardons someone--like, say, Hunter or Jack Smith--they can no longer invoke the Fifth Amendment's right against self-incrimination to avoid testifying before Congress or grand juries.

If those pardoned refuse to testify, they can face new charges for criminal contempt.

However, consider this: Now that he’s not in trouble for anything he says, Hunter Biden might have to talk about it. From Mike Davis, an attorney with the constitutional Article III Project: See, here’s the thing: With the Fifth Amendment, your right to stay silent against self-incrimination only applies if you have something you can incriminate yourself for. This is why certain witnesses are often given immunity: that immunity then forces them to say the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, or else they’re the ones breaking the law. 

Now, to be clear, this principle has never been applied to a high-level presidential pardon. Immunity, when employed in such a way, is used to either bargain for or compel accurate testimony under the rubric that, if the subject lied, they’d be in deeper trouble because that’d then be the crime. And various news sources are wondering just what this pardon means if the House GOP or a special counsel decides to open up an investigation. Newsweek quoted an attorney who said Hunter would absolutely be compelled to testify, the legal team at Reuters said the “pardon could limit his ability to invoke that [Fifth Amendment] right” if called to testify, and an attorney who talked to NewsNation simply called the situation “uncharted territory.” 

The last one is probably the most apt. If presidential pardons could compel testimony, for instance, Hunter Biden probably wouldn’t be the first recipient hauled up before Congress to spill the beans. After all, it’s worth remembering that in the wake of Gerald Ford’s Nixon pardon, the Democrats had nearly 300 seats in the House of Representatives thanks to huge midterm gains in the wake of the Watergate scandal. Presidential privilege might make that a bit different, but you might think those Democrats would be inclined to get Nixon to tell everything he knew about Liddy, Hunt, Ehrlichman, Segretti and the like, and get it on record.

Furthermore, pardons don’t cover state charges and Hunter could reasonably assert that there are a few states with a passing interest in unreported income from his foreign business affairs, to say nothing of the bizarre case of the gun in the dumpster. And, even failing all that, it’s still worth noting that, legally speaking, the phrase, “I have no recollection of that, congressman,” goes a long way in a Capitol Hill hearing especially when most of the period covered by the pardon was when the man in question was verifiably a poly drug addict. That being said, if anything about the Biden family “business” doesn’t still hinge upon stuff where state charges could be brought, this could be extraordinarily damaging to Joe “The Big Guy” Biden, if not put him in prison if he’s deeply enmeshed enough in either the Burisma or Chinese Communist Party-linked CEFC deals that Hunter is forced to give old dad up.

Then that being said, it’s also quite likely that any prosecutor treats Joe Biden like special counsel Robert Hur over Biden’s retention of classified documents — where he recommended charges not be pursued not because the circumstances didn’t warrant it or because there wasn’t duplicitousness on the president’s part, but that a jury would likely see him as a “sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory.” However, at the very least, if courts decide the pardon is de jure immunity and that Hunter must testify, at the very least, the concept of Joe Biden as a well-meaning dad who was simply a little overindulgent with his child could be indeed, likely would be torpedoed out of the water for the rest of history. We’d know how thoroughly we’d been lied to on this, just as it will invariably tumble out that we were thoroughly lied to on so many other fronts.

The difference is that Hunter’s compelled testimony would be an immediate, shock-therapy dramatization of how bad it really was the second act of the June 27 debate in which the veil was pulled back and we all realized how thoroughly cognitively deficient the president had become. If it doesn’t end Joe in jail or both Joe and Hunter sharing a cell, if Hunter refuses to testify or perjures himself it will, at least, end the half-decade charade of snow-white innocence the outgoing first family has pulled on us.

Reading through it, I couldn't help but think about one of the big stories from last week, which was the Wall Street Journal report that Biden's mental acuity problems, which became undeniable after the June debate, were there from the beginning of his presidency. 

The post detailed how, as many of us suspected, Biden's schedule was carefully managed by staff and advisers who limited his interaction with legislators and cabinet officials to avoid revealing the extent of his decline. A lot of people know that The Biden Administration has been run by a group of former Elizabeth Warren staffers, Kamala Harris, and Barack Obama himself. This has been fairly widely reported.

So who is making these calls for Pardon and why? And if we find out it WAS NOT Biden but Harris or someone else involved than none of these should be seen as legit. So what's really going on here, and surely these Pardons cannot stand! This will only hurt our innocent people more. Literally every decision since he stepped down from his campaign is insanely suspect. What, he was too senile to run for reelection, but not too senile to govern the executive branch?

Biden Granted Clemency to PEDOPHILE!

Now as Several social media users, most identifying as Make America Great Again (MAGA) supporters, have expressed discontent with President Joe Biden's decision to grant clemency to a Chinese national who pleaded guilty to possession of thousands of child pornography images in 2022.

Although the social media users appear to be reacting to the news now, Washington and Beijing engaged in a prisoner swap two weeks ago in which the individual, Shanlin Jin, was exchanged. According to the Justice Department's executive grant of clemency, it was granted by Biden to Jin on November 22. At least three Americans who had been detained in China were released and sent back home.

"We are pleased to announce the release of Mark Swidan, Kai Li, and John Leung from detention in the People's Republic of China," a National Security Council spokesperson told several news outlets in a statement in late November. Jin was a doctoral student at Southern Methodist University when he was arrested in 2021 and later sentenced to 97 months (or just over eight years) in federal prison after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography before a U.S. magistrate judge in July 2022, according to court documents. His sentencing also required him to pay $30,500 in restitution and $100 in assessment.

Jin has family connections to China's Communist Party, according to reports. Biden's clemency grant for Jin says he must leave and "remain outside the limits of the United States." Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene re-shared a post on X (formerly Twitter) with information about Jin, along with a segment from a 60 Minutes interview Leslie Stahl did with her in April 2023. She captioned the post: "Democrats really are the party of pedophiles."

Unrelated to the China-U.S. swap, Biden commuted on Thursday the sentences of 1,499 people who were released from prison to home confinement during the COVID-19 pandemic, marking the largest single-day clemency action in the country's modern history.

Biden also pardoned 39 people convicted of nonviolent crimes in an effort to promote second chances and to address problems with the nation's criminal justice system. Though Biden had long promised not to use his clemency power, which is outlined in Article II Section 2 of the Constitution, for his family members, he recently reversed course with his son Hunter, arguing that the prosecution was politically motivated. President-elect Donald Trump is set to take office in a little over a month, on January 20th and thankfully he stated he will issue pardons for the good people of J6. He said he will immediately pardon people convicted of participating in the January 6, 2021, which as we know was no assault on the U.S. Capitol. Biden pardons most ever in a day

Sniffing Slow Joe Biden has just commuted roughly 1,500 sentences and pardons 39 people, most ever in a single day... The so called President is commuting the sentences of nearly 1,500 people who were released from prison and placed on home confinement during the coronavirus pandemic and is pardoning 39 Americans convicted of nonviolent crimes. It's the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history. The commutations announced Thursday are for people who have served out home confinement sentences for at least one year after they were released. Prisons were uniquely bad for spreading the virus and some inmates were released in part to stop the spread. At one point, 1 in 5 prisoners had COVID-19, according to a tally kept by The Associated Press.

Many of the pardons are for long-ago, non-violent drug offenses people maybe who were jailed under his very own Crime Bills? Hmmmm Among the pardoned is 39-year-old Emily Good Nelson of Indianapolis, convicted of non-violent drug offenses at 19. Since her release, the White House said she has completed her bachelor's and master's degrees, and has volunteered as a counselor at an in-patient psychiatric facility. Russell Thomas Portner, 74, of Washington state, is also among those pardoned for non-violent drug offenses. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and earned a Bronze Star. Since his conviction, he has married, raised four children, run a business, and developed a reputation for generosity and community service, the White House said.

"I do not agree with the way it was done, I don't agree with the timing, and I don't agree, frankly, with the attack on our judicial system," Dunn said at The New York Times' annual DealBook summit. But listen Anita that's your friend, and he's a scumbag and he doesn't care his son gets away with crimes most would spend life in prison for. Democratic Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts and 34 other lawmakers are urging the president to pardon environmental and human rights lawyer Steven Donziger, who was imprisoned or under house arrest for three years because of a contempt of court charge related to his work representing Indigenous farmers in a lawsuit against Chevron. Others are advocating for Mr. Biden to commute the sentences of federal death row prisoners. His attorney general, Merrick Garland, paused federal executions. Biden had said on the campaign trail in 2020 that he wanted to end the death penalty but he never did, and now, with Trump coming back into office, it's likely executions will resume. During his first term, Trump presided over an unprecedented number of federal executions, carried out during the height of the pandemic. 

While TRUMP is some how being blamed for this the record number was reached because the house holding Democrats ordered them. Trump had nothing to do with it as this is a "state" issue mostly, and it's been like this for a long time. 

For those who don't know how this works. The method of execution for federal prisoners is determined by the state where the conviction took place. If the state doesn't have the death penalty, the judge chooses a state that does if it's determined this person deserves the "death penalty" ... Where again it's not issued in said state. Remember it's the state-sanctioned punishment of executing an individual for a specific crime. 

More pardons are coming before Biden leaves office on Jan. 20, but it's not clear whether he'll take action to guard against possible prosecution by Trump, an untested use of the power. "My administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances," Mr. Biden said in a statement. 

The president has been taking the idea seriously and has been thinking about it for as much as six months before the presidential election but has been concerned about the precedent it would set, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to discuss internal discussions.

But those who received the pardons would have to accept them. New California Sen. Adam Schiff, who was the chairman of the congressional committee that investigated the violent Jan. 6 insurrection, said such a pardon from Mr. Biden would be "unnecessary," and that the president shouldn't be spending his waning days in office worrying about this. A president has the power to both pardon, in which a person is relieved of guilt and punishment, or commute a sentence, which reduces or eliminates the punishment but doesn't exonerate the wrongdoing. It's customary for a president to grant mercy at the end of his term, using the power of the office to wipe away records or end prison terms.

Before pardoning his son, Joe had repeatedly pledged not to do so. He said in a statement explaining his reversal that the prosecution had been poisoned by politics. The decision prompted criminal justice advocates and lawmakers to put additional public pressure on the administration to use that same power for everyday Americans. It wasn't a very popular move; only about 2 in 10 Americans approved of his decision, according to a poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. 

"The President's categorical approach to clemency has also inspired leaders across the country to take similar action," the White House said Thursday. "Over ten states and localities, including Maryland and Massachusetts, have issued categorical clemency for marijuana convictions, impacting hundreds of thousands of people and allowing individuals to move past their convictions and move on with their daily lives."

Biden's DOJ Rejects Hunter's Pardon!

Well I'm not shocked Joe did what he did here which is again lie to the public when he said he wouldn't Pardon his son for his crimes as he's now trying to do but In a surprising legal move, special counsel David Weiss filed a motion in the California federal court where Hunter Biden’s tax case is being conducted, calling on the judge not to dismiss the charges following President Joe Biden’s pardon that was announced Sunday. 

The Hunter Biden pardon covers the period from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024. That time frame includes Hunter’s jury-trial convictions in June for lying on a federal form about his drug use when he purchased a handgun. It also covers his September conviction on nine charges related to his failure to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes from 2016 through 2019. 

Hunter faced a maximum of 17 years in prison for his tax offenses. “The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election,” Biden claimed in a statement accompanying his pardon announcement. Well isn't this hilarious! Coming from the guy who has spent how many years doing that to Donald Trump! And so yes Joe once more lied to the American people when he stated he would NOT Pardon his son as we well know Joe is a known liar. But yes folks this ones a big one because any one of us who did these crimes would be in prison unless our names were Hunter Biden.

But Monday in the court filing in a federal district court in California, Weiss wrote, “There was none and never has been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case.” and added “The defendant [Hunter Biden] made similar baseless accusations in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Those claims were also rejected,” he added. “In total, eleven different [federal] judges appointed by six different presidents, including his father, considered and rejected the defendant’s claims, including his claims for selective and vindictive prosecution.”

The special counsel’s office urged the judge not to dismiss the tax charges, but instead just close the docket indicating a pardon had been issued. This would allow the record to continue to exist. “[I]t has been the practice of this court that once an Executive Grant of Clemency has been filed on the docket, the docket is marked closed, the disposition entry is updated to reflect the executive grant of clemency, and no further action is taken by the Court,” Weiss wrote. He also pointed out that Hunter Biden has not docketed the pardon yet with the court, nor has his office seen it.

“If media reports are accurate, the Government does not challenge that the defendant has been the recipient of an act of mercy.  But that does not mean the grand jury’s decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred. It also does not mean that his charges should be wiped away because the defendant falsely claimed that the charges were the result of some improper motive,” Weiss wrote. 

He concluded, “No court has agreed with the defendant on these baseless claims, and his request to dismiss the indictment finds no support in the law or the practice of this district.” Mark Osler, an expert in presidential pardons at the University of St. Thomas, told ABC News that Weiss’s filing raises “a technical issue either way, the case goes away but an important one.” 

 “[Prosecutors] want the indictment to remain on the record,” he said. The Hill reported, “U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi, who is overseeing Hunter Biden’s tax case in California, has not yet ruled on dismissal.” The news outlet pointed out, “U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, the federal judge in Delaware overseeing Hunter Biden’s gun case, said she intends to terminate the proceedings against him once the pardon is docketed but asked Weiss to inform her whether his office objects to dismissal in that case, too.”

The Gateway Pundit reported Sunday that Sleepy Biden would allow Ukraine to use a powerful American long-range weapon for strikes inside Russia, supposedly in response to North Korea’s recent aid to Russia in the form of thousands of troops. Ukraine will be specifically allowed to use the Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) to hit targets inside Russia.

FYI "ATACMS" is a supersonic-guided missile system that can be used with either cluster munitions or conventional warheads, and has a maximum range of about 190 miles. Ukraine is expected to focus on and around the Kursk region at first but could expand its targets. Some close to "Officials" did not elaborate of what other targets this could include but just for now. The Regime refused to allow Ukraine to fire these ATACMS into Russian territory, correctly warning that the move could lead Vladimir Putin to retaliate in an even more severe manner. Putin has warned for months that Russia would be “at war” with the United States and its NATO allies if they allowed Ukraine to use of long-range Western weapons like ATACMS. He added that all options would be on the table in response to such an attack, including nuclear weapons. 

Hours later, Ukrainian President Zelensky threatened Russia after receiving US authorization to strike inside Russian territory. The madman is about to unleash World War III weeks before President Trump takes power.

Earlier this week, President Trump held phone calls with Zelensky and Putin. It appears Joe Biden sent a grenade into the peace talks. Volodymyr Zelenskyy: “The plan to strengthen Ukraine is the victory plan which I presented to our partners. One of its key points is long range capabilities for our army. Today there is a lot of talk in the media about receiving permission for respective actions. Strikes are not carried out with words; such things are not announced. Missiles will speak for themselves they certainly will.”

So as the end of this year is near I think we can pile this on to the stain on our nation that has been the current administration and it's just another item to add to that Biden presidential Library when he's finally kicked out of the oval office in January! A federal appeals court 08-09-2024 blocked the fake President Biden’s new student debt relief plan, teeing up a potential expansion of the legal fight already brewing at the Supreme Court. The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling extends the brief hold on it ordered last month. The court’s updated decision prevents the administration from moving ahead with its Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) agenda until the court resolves the lawsuit, which could take months.

The 3-0 ruling called the plan a “vast assertion of newfound power” and said the Biden administration fell far short of showing clear authorization from Congress. “The new SAVE plan … is an order of magnitude broader than anything that has come before,” the court wrote in its unsigned, 10-page opinion. The panel, all appointed by Republican presidents, also rejected the administration’s attempted workaround after a district judge invalidated portions of the plan at a previous stage of the case.

The new ruling adds to the state of confusion borrowers have been in due to the various rulings about the SAVE plan, with potential déjà vu heading their way as the Supreme Court is asked to get involved. In a separate challenge, three Republican state attorneys general have filed an emergency request urging the high court to temporarily block the second half of the plan and agree to take up the challenge on the merits during the court’s next term. This new ruling could lead the Justice Department to file an emergency appeal at the Supreme Court, too, or similarly urge the court to hear the case in full.
