According to a new report from the NY Post, former New York disgraced Governor Andrew Cuomo is likely to be arrested next week after being charged with a sex crime against a former aide.

“Disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo is expected to be arrested next week and charged with a misdemeanor in the alleged groping of a former aide,” the Post reported. To be exact…

The Post was told by a source that “the anticipated charge is the result of a probe by Albany County District Attorney David Soares”

“A spokesman for the state Office of Court Administration confirmed that a misdemeanor complaint against Cuomo “has been filed in Albany City Court,” they add. I posted some tweets about this for you all to watch, and laugh as this couldn’t happen to a more disgusting person. He’s a complete shit show on to his own, and it’s about time he was taken out. Remember when this Snowflake Fredo Cuomo was described ‘like a boiling pot’ during no-mask Easter confrontation with a cyclist who busted him outside riding his bike in Long Island, New York? Well the story went like this David Whelan said when he saw a group of people hanging around an under-construction property and he stopped to take a break. He went on to tell Fox News in an interview later that “It was Easter Sunday evening, it was chilly and cold.” He continued saying “I grew up about 1,000 feet from where he [Cuomo] is building his new house, which is nothing but a steel frame [at this point].” Whelan said he went “down the trail that runs past where his new structure is being built and there’s a bunch of people there.”

“I’ve been riding for seven or eight miles, take a little break, and am just walking. And a woman says, ‘May I help you?’ I said ‘No, I’m just looking.’” Whelan said he then recognized Fredo who hosts “Cuomo Prime Time” on Fake News CNN, and who announced in March that he tested positive for the coronavirus. The cyclist said he asked Cuomo if he had the virus and if he was supposed to be self-quarantining.

“I think his next words were, ‘What the hell do you know about this? What do you know about the rules?’” Whelan said. Whelan said his daughter is a doctor at John Hopkins University, and said he’s been calling people out for not practicing social distancing or safe preventative measures amid the outbreak. So yeah he knew about this. LMAO!

At that point, Whelan claimed, Cuomo “continued to come closer and closer.” Not like thats dangerous for someone who’s got Covid. “I would like to say he’s like a boiling pot, you could see his head,” he said. “He was just getting more and more angry. And I said, ‘So are you gonna lose your temper like you did on the guy at Shelter Island?'” Whelan was referring to an incident last summer, when Cuomo became angry when someone called him “Fredo” the weak, younger brother in The Godfather movies. Cuomo said it was an anti-Italian slur and he appeared to threaten to “throw [the man] down [a flight of] stairs” and “f****** ruin [his] s***.” That’s not an “Anti Italian Slur” and it’s not near as insulting as being called “THE N WORD” which is where he was going with it. Fucking Cry baby Cuomo can’t take it when people call him out on his bullshit. But man he loves to dish it out on others. He’s a hypocrite folks… The man said he thought “Fredo” was Cuomo’s name, and CNN backed Cuomo for what they said was defending himself. Shameful of the network.

As for Whelan on Easter, he said he wanted to “move on” with his ride after seeing Cuomo become “angry.” The cyclist said the exchange ended with Cuomo telling him “he was going to meet me.” A Threat! “He goes ‘You are going to meet me over this, you will meet me again over this,’” Whelan said. “At that point, he’s now getting about 40 feet away.” He told Fox News he hasn’t been tested for the virus since. Whelan said no one in Cuomo’s group was wearing face masks or gloves, and yet here we have Cuomo or Fredo for not wearing a mask. “For most normal people, you can’t get tested,” Whelan said. “I made my own mask weeks ago, I hit it with alcohol every day.”

Gov. Cuomo says: Trump ‘better have an army’ to protect him if he comes to NYC

Andrew Cuomo whos a total POS said Wednesday something which well by all accounts can be seen as a big threat to President Trump’s safety if he returns to New York City. The New York Gov. in a mean, and vile rant responding to an exclusive story by The Post that Trump is looking to pull federal funds from “lawless” cities including New York.

Cuomo called an emergency press briefing within a half hour on Wednesday night to tear into Trump for the order, which cites New York’s rising murder rate and defunding of the NYPD. Remember keep in mind that no good Cuomo here like his brother Fredo are both liars, and con men. These guys are both low life degenerates sold out to the far left. Cuomo said “He better have an army if he thinks he’s gonna walk down the street in New York. New Yorkers don’t want to have anything to do with him,” the Democrat said, all but threatening the commander in chief which no joke guys this has to be a crime. How can he get away with this crap? How does Kathy Griffin get away with her crap with the chopped off head of Trump? Why is there such a double standard because you know if say Cuomo here would have said this about Obama he would be locked up for 10 years, and his life would be forever ruined. But since it’s Trump he gets away with it?

But Cuomo, who like Trump hails from Queens, wasn’t done. “He can’t have enough bodyguards to walk through New York City, people don’t want to have anything to do with him.” On substance, Cuomo said he doubted the legality of Trump’s five-page memo ordering a review of federal funds that can be redirected from New York City, Portland, Seattle and Washington, DC. “It is more of the same from him. But it is another attempt to kill New York City,” Cuomo said… Funny just a few months ago when he was asking for help after he failed the city, and he finally asked Trump for help, and Trump supplied everything needed at our goverments fastest pace! Referring to a claim in Trump’s niece Mary Trump’s recent book, Cuomo said, “his sister, a former federal judge, is disgraced by him.” LMAO you want to talk about Siblings? Check out the moron that is Fredo Cuomo there Andrew.

The governor also claimed Trump’s “negligence” is the reason New York state suffered the highest COVID-19 death toll… Yeah wouldn’t have anything to do with you putting sick patients with elderly so they can spread the virus to them, and make sure they die fast.

The governor’s critics blame his Health Department’s mandate that forbade nursing homes from turning away COVID-19-positive patients back March 25 when he ordered nursing homes to admit COVID-positive patients, and not in stonewalling anyone looking to learn how many lives that mandate cost.

The latest is its laughable excuse for dodging a Freedom of Information Law request from the Empire Center, filed early last month. It sought the number of nursing-home residents who died of the coronavirus after being transferred to hospitals, numbers the state stopped releasing in May. The department response this week: It can’t comply until at least Nov. 5, “because a diligent search for relevant documents is still being conducted.” Bull. Health Commissioner Howard Zucker told state lawmakers Aug. 3 that he had the info but wouldn’t share it because “I need to be sure it’s absolutely accurate.”

Zucker admits to more than 6,600 deaths in homes. Extrapolating from data from other states, the in-hospital figure will most likely double the total.

The Empire Center is appealing, noting how “implausible” the excuse is: The Health Department requires nursing homes to file fatality reports daily, including in-hospital deaths. How can it need two more months to come up with the data? Especially when Zucker told legislators at an Aug. 3 hearing that he was already working on it.

“If you die in the nursing home, it’s a nursing home death. If you die in the hospital, it’s called a hospital death,” Cuomo insists though no other state that’s been a coronavirus hot-spot tallies deaths this way. Then again, the gov himself noted early on that the virus spreads in homes like “a fire through dry grass.”

Cuomo and Zucker still defend their March 25 mandate, though they rescinded it in May. But their refusal to tell the truth about its consequences tells you they know just how deadly it truly proved. So now doesn’t it make sense? He is using this moment to fight with Trump about not coming to his city or else to divert people from knowing these facts. At the end of his call, Cuomo, apparently sensing how his remarks about Trump could be seen as threatening, attempted to walk them back.

“My comment about the president and bodyguards in New York City, all I’m saying is that he is persona non grata in New York City. And I think he knows that. And he’ll never come back to New York, because New Yorkers will never forget how gratuitously mean he has been to New Yorkers and how many times he’s tried to kill the city that gave him his start and birthed him. That’s what I meant about the bodyguards.”

Earlier Wednesday, Trump called on CNN to fire Cuomo’s younger brother Chris Cuomo over a leaked tape in which he says he was questioned about sexual misconduct. “Fredo must go!” Trump wrote, using an insulting reference from “The Godfather.”

Meanwhile, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio, who was twice mentioned by name in Trump’s order, had his press secretary Bill Neidhardt respond, and don’t forget DeBlasio has a daughter who is a member of Antifa and got arrested. She’s also a member of the “Alphabet Community” and a lot of the Antifa members belong to these angry gay, and trans people who are behind Antifa riots, and looting.

Rep. Max Rose, a Trump-targeted Democrat who represents Staten Island and southern Brooklyn, said, “With this order, President Trump is joining Mayor de Blasio in defunding the police. It was wrong then and it’s wrong now.”

The CNN anchor was apparently caught in his birthday suit in the garden of his Hamptons mansion during a social media yoga session filmed by his wife, Cristina Greeven Cuomo.

The younger brother of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is seemingly seen in a screengrab strutting his stuff in the buff outside his home in Southampton, where he had been broadcasting from his basement while under quarantine.

The 49-year-old can be seen outside, captured from behind through the large windows of their home, during an Instagram Live yoga video shot by Cristina. The video was deleted quickly after it was filmed around May 27, but not before some eagle-eyed followers grabbed a stark-naked screenshot.

While Page Six has been working to get to the bottom of this birthday-suit broadcast, reps for the host of “Cuomo Prime Time” at CNN and his wife didn’t respond to multiple calls and emails to confirm it is the news anchor’s distinguished derriere.

He also hates it when you call him Fredo, and so remember he’s the same tough guy who once yelled at someone for calling him that, and lies on a daily basis on his show.

And despite getting into a well-publicized argument with a man on a bike while inspecting his new home under construction out east, over a week later, in late April, he released a video of his “official re-entry” from his basement quarantine. He said, “This is what I have been dreaming of literally for weeks. This is the dream, just to be back here, doing normal things.” The performance prompted The Post’s Maureen Callahan to dub him a “regular Anne Frank of coronavirus.”

Chris Cuomo’s ratings plummet as Americans tire of brothers’ antics

We the people have spoken with our remote controls and they’re sick of the Chris “Fredo” and Andrew Cuomo show. Chris laughs it up with his brother during an almost daily “check-in” on his CNN show since the coronavirus started ravaging New York and America wants it to stop.

At first, the antics was successful, and Ratings even peaked at an an all-time high with 862,000 daily viewers on March 30, in the 25-54 age demographic. Since then, according to the Daily Mail, the ratings for Cuomo Prime Time have tanked, plummeting by 50 percent since Chris recovered from COVID.

While all the cable news shows have seen ratings drop due to COVID exhaustion, Cuomo has particularly grated with his “frequently silly and un-substantive interviews” with his older brother — in which they have fought over who their mother loved more; Andrew’s “double barrel shotgun” nose, and Andrew’s “single status.”

The segments have been panned as ratings stunts done for laughs while thousands of New Yorkers died of the coronavirus. The Cuomos were slammed again last week by Queens lawmaker Eric Ulrich, who is demanding the City Council investigate Gov. Cuomo’s handling of the COVID-19 crisis in nursing homes, where over 5,800 elderly have perished.

“Thus far, the Governor has avoided answering tough questions about his decision. His recent appearance on CNN’s Cuomo Prime Time was equally disgraceful,” Ulrich fumed.

“The View” host Meghan McCain also blasted the bros on Twitter for the nursing home crisis, retweeting journalist Nicholas Fondacaro who posted a clip of the Cuomos and said: “Instead of asking his brother, @NYGovCuomo why he decided to pack COVID patients into nursing homes, killing untold amounts of people, @ChrisCuomo pulled out oversized, prop cotton swabs to mock how big his brother’s nose was. This is the state of ‘journalism’ on @CNN.”

Viewers have also been upset with hair-trigger tempered Chris Cuomo’s hypocritical behavior during the pandemic.

At the end of April, CNN aired a posed video of Cuomo “re-emerging” from his quarantine in the basement of his Hamptons mansion, despite Cuomo having been out and about in East Hampton a week earlier and getting into a fight with a “jackass loser fat-tire biker” who had asked why an infected unmasked Cuomo was breaking quarantine.

CNN’s Fredo Cuomo called his mother on Thursday while live on TV to debunk a Trump claim. This is so called “News,” LMAO!

Ahead of diplomat David Holmes’ testimony that he overheard President Donald Trump’s July 26 phone call with U.S. Ambassador to the EU Gordon Sondland, Trump took to Twitter to claim that it was impossible to overhear a full conversation if it wasn’t on speakerphone.

And during a break in impeachment testimony on Thursday, Cuomo attempted to give a live on-air demonstration to debunk the president’s assertion. And it completely backfired on him. Folks you can’t make this stuff up!

“Very interesting theory from our president that he has really good hearing, some would say, the best hearing ever, and he has never been able to hear a phone call when it wasn’t on speakerphone from anybody,” the CNN anchor declared. “So, let’s just play with that for a second.”

Cuomo went on to dial-up his mother on his cell phone, asking her: “Mom, can you hear me?” CNN viewers, however, heard nothing in response.

Holding the phone up next to his colleague Dana Bash, Cuomo then requested that his mother say hello to the CNN correspondent. While there was once again silence, Bash awkwardly glanced at the camera as Cuomo fumbled with his phone.

After eventually switching it to speakerphone, Cuomo once again asked his mother if she could hear him, finally prompting a response the audience could hear. Changing the phone back to normal mode, he then wanted his mom to say hello to Bash. As Bash attempted to hold a conversation with Mrs. Cuomo, CNN viewers again heard nothing on the other end of the call.

“I can’t hear your mother, Chris,” pro-Trump CNN pundit David Urban gleefully exclaimed. “I’m sitting across the table.”

Cuomo, meanwhile, attempted to save the segment by saying the phone was “two feet away” from Dana and she could hear his mother. CNN contributor John Dean also speculated that it is possible Sondland may have accidentally hit speaker on his phone during his call with Trump.

“He said he had an earpiece in and he was moving the earpiece,” Cuomo replied. “Earpiece is a magnifier sound. I was giving the president the best benefit of his own analysis, which I would probably argue is nothing more than a distraction to try to undermine actual direct testimony.”

“This iPhone, without an earpiece, on regular phone mode, trying it live, literally on live TV, Dana could hear my mother,” the CNN host concluded. “I’m just happy she didn’t take me down a couple of notches.”

Gounelas is named in the suit filed by Hice. Lemon, through CNN, has vehemently denied Hice’s allegations. “Dustin worked for me as a bartender [and] we went out after work one night. We were standing there and he said, ‘Hey, that’s Don Lemon,’” Gounelas said. “Murf’s is a place you go to drink after you’ve been out drinking. We had just gotten off of work. So that’s why we ended up there, because we worked in the restaurant business. So by the time everything is done, we can only hit a late-night spot.” Dustin Hice approached Lemon to strike up a conversation but the newsman declined, according to Gounelas, who said he and Hice then offered to buy Lemon a drink, which the CNN host also declined. Gounelas said that a few moments later, Lemon came up to them.
