Alien Disclosure is coming? OMG YES!

RIGHT OUT FROM WASHINGTON on Feb 19 2026 keep this in date in your mind because this is when our current President the man himself Donald Trump said he would direct federal agencies to begin releasing government files related to aliens and unidentified flying objects, pointing to what he described as strong public interest in the issue.

In a social media post, Trump said he would order Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and other agencies to release the information, calling the matter "extremely interesting and important."

Trump accused former President Barack Obama of improperly disclosing classified information when discussing aliens publicly, saying Obama "made a big mistake." And continued by saying that "He took it out of classified information ... He's not supposed to be doing that," Trump told reporters while traveling to Georgia. During an interview with podcast host Brian Tyler Cohen released on Saturday, Obama was asked if aliens were real.

"They're real, but I haven't seen them, and they're not being kept in ... Area 51. There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States," Obama said. Area 51 is a classified Air Force facility in Nevada that fringe theorists have speculated holds alien bodies and a crashed spaceship. CIA archives released in 2013 said it was a test site for top-secret spy planes.

There was no indication in Obama's remarks that the former president released classified information. Obama's office did not respond to a request for comment. "I saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us. Really!" Obama said in an Instagram post on Sunday. In the post, Obama explained his belief that aliens exist by saying the statistical odds of life beyond Earth were high because the universe is so vast.

He added that the chances of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth were low given the distance. Following his comments on Obama, Trump added that he had not seen evidence that aliens exist, saying, "I don't know if they're real or not." In recent years, the Pentagon has investigated reports of UFOs, and senior military leaders said in 2022 they found no evidence to suggest that aliens had visited Earth or crash-landed here. A 2024 Pentagon report said U.S. government investigations since the end of World War Two had found no evidence of extraterrestrial technology and most sightings were misidentified ordinary objects and phenomena.

The website of the National Archives and Records Administration says it has records related to UFOs across numerous collections. Reporting by Nandita Bose, Trevor Hunnicutt and Ryan Patrick Jones; Additional reporting by Kanishka Singh; Editing by Michelle Nichols, Colleen Jenkins, Cynthia Osterman and Kate Mayberry.

Yes folks the day of Disclosure is coming soon! And we will be following this up with not just more inside info on this news site but myself "Angel Espino" the person behind this site will also be doing my shows on Rumble/Facebook/YouTube" again in March and will be doing video's about this. Keep the eyes on here as the links will be posted here. This is big folks, and it's been something I've been talking about for decades not just to friends but my podcasts for 20 years have had this subject as one of the main themes... So the return of my show in this year is going to all make it come full circle.

Please keep checking my information out over here, and on my main page Angel Espino

CHARGED: Michael Curll, 36, has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a Trump supporter

Michael Curll, 36, has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a Trump supporter wearing an inflatable costume of the president. He pleaded not guilty on Monday, police told FOX News. The Massachusetts man has been charged after allegedly assaulting a supporter of El Presidente Donald Trump who was wearing an inflatable costume of the president at a political protest over the weekend, police said. The incident occurred Saturday during a "No Kings" rally on King’s Beach in the North Shore town of Swampscott, just outside Boston.

In a very funny and now viral cellphone video that captured the moment Michael Curll, 36, ran up behind the man in costume, identified as Jonathan Silveira, and allegedly kicked and tackled him from behind. Silveira's girlfriend, Angela Mazariegos, was behind the camera during the alleged assault. Silveira, who held an American flag while dressed in the inflatable suit, told Boston 25 News he simply "wanted to get Trump out there and show he has support" and was not seeking a fight.

"I love Donald Trump. Go Trump," he added. Swampscott police said Curll "hooked Silveira’s legs" and wrapped his arms around his neck, knocking him to the pavement, according to a police report obtained by Boston 25. Swampscott Police Department Sgt. Brendan Reen confirmed to Fox News Digital that Curll pleaded not guilty Monday to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and was released on personal recognizance.

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for December. Silveira posted the jarring video to Facebook writing, "My costume is ruined by a liberal lunatic." Silveira said he will continue showing his support for Trump "unapologetically, even if others may not like it."

Trump responds to Indian man's murder in Texas by Cuban Illegal migrant

So just days after Charlie Kirk lost his life over ideas now we have this horrible thing happen in Texas where a dispute over a broken washing machine led to the beheading of motel manager Chandra Mouli Nagamallaiah in Dallas by Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, a Cuban migrant.

US President Donald Trump has strongly condemned the brutal killing of Chandra Mouli “Bob” Nagamallaiah, an Indian-origin motel manager beheaded in Dallas, Texas, last week by a Cuban migrant.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump vowed to “make America safe again” and declared that his administration would not be “soft” on illegal immigrant criminals.

“I am aware of the terrible reports regarding the murder of Chandra Nagamallaiah, a well respected person in Dallas, Texas, who was brutally beheaded, in front of his wife and son, by an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Cuba who should have never been in our Country,” Trump wrote.

He further noted that the accused, Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, had previously been arrested for “terrible crimes” including child sex abuse, grand theft auto, and false imprisonment but was released “under incompetent Joe Biden because Cuba did not want such an evil person in their Country.”

Calling the attack “barbaric,” Trump claimed that such individuals should not be allowed in the country. He praised members of his current administration, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and Border Czar Tom Homan, for “making America safe again.”

In one of the most horrifying crimes in recent years, 50-year-old Indian-origin motel manager Chandra Mouli Nagamallaiah was brutally attacked and beheaded with a machete in Dallas, Texas, by his employee, 37-year-old Cuban immigrant Yordanis Cobos-Martinez.

The shocking act of violence, which unfolded in front of Nagamallaiah’s screaming wife and son, should have triggered headlines across the United States. Instead, the coverage remained muted, almost invisible.

Compare this to the wall-to-wall debates and outrage that followed the killing of Charlie Kirk, or Ukrainian national Iryna Zarutska.

When Indians are victims, especially on American soil, the silence is deafening. This incident raises urgent questions about how we place importance in these things and we here think all these crimes are wrong no matter who the victim is.

IF you're here legally and you love this land you're an American. We're all Humans and we all should love all our humans but the border laws need to be followed, and this man who did this being Cuban shows you that no matter what liberals say.

TRUMP was once again right! The Joe Biden or Kamala Harris Administration with the Auto Pen in charge allowed mostly crazy, and gangsters in but also don't forget the CCP spy's and who or god knows what else.

This is another story which we can say should have never happened. This previous administration has a lot of blood on their hands. But also one thing we need to remember the victim was the owner and the killer was his employee. This is a man who employed a Criminal Illegal Alien and look how it ended for him.

People beware when employing anyone here illegally from anywhere as you don't know who you are bringing into your life. This should be a warning to everyone thinking of breaking this lands laws and employing someone who's not legal.

Now we don't know if the Victim knew about the mans legal status. But I'm sure more will be known soon.

And anyone who gives out a JOB to anyone should do a background check, and make sure they're here legally.

So either way it was bad by the owner for not knowing better or being more careful. Again to all no matter who you are if you're a legal member of this country and you own a business stop hiring illegals!

Well until more on this develops folks keep your focus right here.

🚨 BREAKING: Jaw-dropping 275,000 illegals KICKED OFF "Social Security"

In a jaw-dropping announcement, President Donald Trump has declared that an astonishing 275,000 illegal aliens have been KICKED OFF the Social Security system. Trump frames this move as significant for protecting benefits intended for U.S. citizens. This is mostly being done because a lot of these people have been using these old Social Security numbers and collecting money from them. This is a grift the people at the top put to make sure they took care of the class of people they wanted.

The Biden Auto-Pen White House took in more than 20 Million illegals that we think during his 4 years. Now give them all Social Security numbers, and they can get ID's, or Drivers licenses and Voter abilities which would make that fraud becomes unstoppable at this point.

That is why it's good to find these problems, and fix them. This not just helps cut down voter fraud but also brings down the overall spending in the programs like EBT, and other social needed programs that should ONLY go to American Citizens who need them.

Not any Illegal brought in to sway voter numbers. The left knows this has been happening as this was in their playbook, and they made this a way to cheat to win.

Now President Trump is ending this con job on the American system and it's real citizens that need the help, and are being refused because they are not the worthy ones the liberals want getting the help.

The Social Security Administration (SSA) expressed its full support for President Trump’s memorandum, “Preventing Illegal Aliens from Receiving Social Security Act Benefits.” This memorandum reinforces SSA’s commitment to safeguarding taxpayer dollars and ensuring the integrity of the programs it administers. “The Social Security Administration is dedicated to protecting the vital benefits that American workers have earned on behalf of themselves and their families,” said Acting Commissioner Leland Dudek.

“We are committed to working diligently to implement the President’s memorandum and to ensure that benefits are paid only to those who should receive them.” The President’s memorandum directs SSA to take several key actions aimed at stopping illegal aliens and other ineligible people from obtaining benefits under the Social Security Act.

They include: Expanding SSA’s fraud prosecutor programs; Investigating earnings reports of people 100 years old or older with mismatched records; Considering reinstatement of SSA’s civil monetary penalty program; and Reinforcing program integrity measures so that only non-citizens who meet all eligibility requirements can receive benefits.

SSA administers three essential programs under the Social Security Act that support the financial well-being of over 70 million individuals. The Old-Age and Survivors Insurance (OASI) program, established in 1935, provides retirement and survivors benefits, paying over $1.3 trillion in fiscal year (FY) 2024 to approximately 59 million beneficiaries monthly. The Disability Insurance (DI) program, established in 1956, offers benefits to disabled workers and their families, issuing about $157 billion in FY 2024 to over 8 million beneficiaries each month.

The Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program, created in 1972, supports aged, blind, and disabled individuals with limited income, issuing around $56 billion in payments to 7.4 million recipients monthly, with some also receiving OASI or DI benefits. Additionally, the agency supports various national programs administered by other federal and state agencies including Medicare and Medicaid, among others.

Tim Kaine shutdown trying to stop President Trump from using further military force against Iran

So the loser who ran with Hillary Clinton for VP the first time we have a "TIM WALZ" type on the VP ticket.. As both Tim's are idiots who should just retire. These guys are useless but he's some how still a Senator! But Tim Kaine’s (D-VA) tried to stop the war powers of Trump with a resolution, which would have required Congress to debate and vote on whether the president could declare war or strike Iran, was struck down in the upper chamber. The Senate Friday voted down an effort to block President Trump from using further military force against Iran, as Democratic anger festers over the lack of details about the recent strikes on the country's nuclear facilities.

The measure failed in a 47-53 vote, with Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky voting with most Democrats in favor of the resolution, and Democratic Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania voting with most Republicans against it. Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia introduced the war powers resolution days before the U.S. bombed three locations central to Iran's nuclear program, seeking to force the president to get congressional authorization before entering the conflict between Israel and Iran. "The events of this week have demonstrated that war is too big to be consigned to the decisions of any one person," Kaine said on the Senate floor ahead of the vote.

Since the measure was introduced, Mr. Trump announced a ceasefire between the adversaries and declared that Iran's nuclear sites were "obliterated" during the 12-day war. On Friday, Mr. Trump said he would "without question" consider bombing Iran again if Tehran was enriching uranium to a level that concerned the U.S. But anger from Democrats, including those who have said that Iran should never be able to obtain a nuclear weapon, has simmered as they say they have been left in the dark about U.S. military actions. It's led some Democrats to question whether the Trump administration is misleading the public about the strikes, especially after an initial classified assessment found that they set back Tehran's nuclear program by a matter of months. Mr. Trump, meanwhile, has said the nuclear program was set back "basically decades."

Top intelligence officials said Wednesday that new intelligence showed the nuclear program had been "severely damaged" and its facilities "destroyed." It would take the Iranians "years" to rebuild the facilities, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth called it "an historically successful attack" in a contentious press briefing Thursday. Classified briefings for the Senate and House were originally scheduled for Tuesday, the same day the initial assessment was leaked. Officials briefed senators on Thursday afternoon and House members on Friday.

A White House official said Tuesday the Senate briefing was postponed because of "evolved circumstances as a result of recent positive developments in the Middle East." After the briefings, some Democrats cast doubt on the administration's characterization of the strikes and questioned assertions regarding how much Iran's nuclear program has been hindered. "I walk away from that briefing still under the belief that we have not obliterated the program," Sen. Chris Murphy, a Connecticut Democrat, told reporters. "The president was deliberately misleading the public when he said the program was obliterated. It is certain that there is still significant capability, significant equipment that remain."

Rep. Jason Crow, a Colorado Democrat who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, said the information disclosed in the briefing was "massively different than what has been told to Congress over the last year, up until a month ago, about both Iranian capabilities and Iranian intent." Crow said he was "not convinced of that whatsoever" when asked whether Iranian nuclear facilities had been obliterated. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a New York Democrat, has railed against a lack of transparency and said earlier this week the administration had not presented Congress with any evidence that Iran posed an imminent threat requiring immediate military action.

But Jeffries did not go as far as supporting a resolution to impeach Mr. Trump over the bombings. He and more than 120 Democrats voted with all Republicans to kill the measure, which was introduced by Democratic Rep. Al Green of Texas, on Tuesday. Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, also questioned the timing of the strikes.

"It's pretty clear that there was no imminent threat to the United States," Himes said. "There's always an Iranian threat to the world. But ... I have not seen anything to suggest that the threat from the Iranians was radically different last Saturday than it was two Saturdays ago." Kaine's resolution was one of a handful of similar efforts seeking to curtail further U.S. involvement in Iran, though it's unclear whether any will be successful in a Congress controlled narrowly by Republicans. Some Republicans who were initially supportive of the resolutions, like Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, appear to be backing away from forcing a vote as long as the ceasefire holds and the U.S. does not conduct any further bombings. And House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, called the efforts irrelevant because Iran and Israel agreed to stop the fighting. "It's kind of a moot point now, isn't it?" Johnson said Monday. "It seems rather silly at this point and I hope they'll acknowledge it as such and put it to bed because it has zero chance of passing anyway."

Senate Majority Leader John Thune told The Wall Street Journal this week he believes Mr. Trump acted "perfectly within his authority" by striking Iran. "I don't think there's any question the president has the authority legally and constitutionally to do what he did," the South Dakota Republican said. "There are always questions around these things, but past presidents and both political parties have similarly acted in circumstances where there've been airstrikes at various places around the world where our national security interests dictated it."

The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war, and most major military conflicts in recent history have been launched under an authorization for the use of military force passed by Congress. But presidents have periodically acted without explicit permission from lawmakers, including during President Bill Clinton's 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia and President Barack Obama's 2011 airstrikes on Libya, the Congressional Research Service notes. In announcing his support for Kaine's resolution, Paul said Congress was abdicating its constitutional responsibility by allowing a president to act unilaterally and warned that last week's strikes could have unintended consequences. "Despite the tactical success of our strikes, they may end up proving to be a strategic failure.

It is unclear if this intervention will fully curtail Iran's nuclear aspirations, or, in fact, whether the Iranians may well conclude to double down on their efforts to obtain a nuclear weapon," Paul said. Those opposed to the resolution argued that Mr. Trump acted within his constitutional authority and that the measure would constrain the president's ability to respond quickly to a threat. In an interview last week with CBS News' Major Garrett, Kaine acknowledged that his resolution could fail but said he wanted his colleagues to be on the record about U.S. involvement in another war. "Everyone in the Senate should agree that this is a matter of such gravity and importance that we shouldn't allow war to begin without Congress having a debate in full view of the American public and members of the Senate and House having to go on the record about it," he said.

National Guard to fight LA anti-ICE protests! This is CIVIL WAR!

Tom Homan President Donald Trump’s border czar, said he plans to send the National Guard to Los Angeles to combat protests against ICE that began this weekend following immigration raids in the city. “We are making Los Angeles safer. Mayor Bass should be thanking us. She says they are going to mobilize guess what? We are already mobilizing. We are going to bring the National Guard in tonight,” Homan told Fox News. The first thing needed is the arrest of Mayor Bass who spent her time in Africa on tax money while LA burned down remember this folks? Well this Liberal lesbian moron is back at it, and well after this why and how is she still free to cause more harm?

Tom made the comments after Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller railed against the protests, calling them an “insurrection” against the United States. In response to a post on X showing footage of the mass demonstrations, Miller wrote "An insurrection against the laws and sovereignty of the United States.” It comes after tense confrontations between police and demonstrators took place in LA on Friday, in response to operations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, who arrested at least 44 people on immigration violations, before starting again on Saturday at a Home Depot in the Paramount section of the city.

LA Police Chief Jim McDonnell said the force had not been involved in the ICE operations. “While the LAPD will continue to have a visible presence in all our communities to ensure public safety, we will not assist or participate in any sort of mass deportations nor will the LAPD try to determine an individual's immigration status,” McDonnell wrote in a statement.

However, Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of ICE, said that 44 people had been administratively arrested on Friday and another was arrested for obstruction. In another tweet, Miller wrote: “Siding with invaders over citizens. If we don’t fix this, we don’t have a country.” Federal agents executed search warrants at three locations, including a warehouse in the fashion district of L.A., after a judge found there was probable cause the employer was using fictitious documents for some of its workers, according to representatives for Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. They also need to come to Miami as it's happening here, and it's being done in places like Walmart, Publix and other areas of employment.

Advocates for immigrant rights say people were detained Friday by immigration authorities outside Home Depot stores and a doughnut shop. The Los Angeles Times reported that multiple chants of “Fuera ICE” (ICE, get out) could be heard and flash-bang grenades were set off, though it was unclear who had set them off. One protester lit an entire bag of trash on fire and left in the street just half a block away from the immigration agents on Saturday in Paramount, which is about 82 percent Latino.

Shopping carts from Home Depot and recycling bins were scattered across the boulevard by Saturday afternoon. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said the activity by ICE was meant to “sow terror” in the nation’s second-largest city. She was later accused of siding with “chaos and lawlessness over law enforcement” by ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons. “Make no mistake, ICE will continue to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and arrest criminal illegal aliens,” Lyons said in a statement.

Despite no arrests being made by the LAPD, FBI deputy director Dan Bongino posted on X that they were reviewing evidence from the protests to ensure that “perpetrators are brought to justice.” "The Right to assemble and protest does not include a license to attack law enforcement officers, or to impede and obstruct our lawful immigration operations,” Bongino said. The Department of Homeland Security claimed in a statement that “1,000 rioters surrounded a federal law enforcement building and assaulted ICE law enforcement officers, slashed tires, defaced buildings, and taxpayer funded property.” The DHS has not provided evidence at this time to verify that claim. The Independent has requested comment from the DHS. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement in response to the protests criticizing Democrats and complaining that ICE agents are being likened to the Nazi gestapo.

“From comparisons to the modern-day Nazi gestapo to glorifying rioters, the violent rhetoric of these sanctuary politicians is beyond the pale. This violence against ICE must end,” she said. Homan also complained about backlash directed at ICE agents during his interview on Fox News. The border czar, when asked about Democrats who have called for ICE agents to work unmasked, said he was looking into what could be done to stop their criticism... “We’re asking the DOJ to look at these statements and see if there is something we can do,” Homan said. The protests come at a challenging time for the Trump administration’s hardline anti-immigration agenda. At least two deported individuals migrants from Venezuela and Maryland Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was back to his home of citizenship El Salvador have been returned to the U.S. after judicial orders demanded their return.

Why are these Judges all Liberal of course putting themselves in this position of ruling in favor of gang banger of MS-13 who are here breaking our laws! This Judge needs to be investigated. ICE officials and a group of detainees are currently stuck in Djibouti after a judge’s order demanded the deportation of the detainees be halted. The ICE agents have reportedly turned a shipping container into a makeshift jail, and both the agents and detainees are reportedly suffering from complications tied to the air quality in the area. The law needs to be enforced and Judges who cross the line need to be sent to prison. Why has this not happened is the question, and when will it happen?

YouTard James Charles Mocks RFK Jr

There is human garbage and than there are people like this lowlife dirt bag pedophile swamp demon YouTuber James Charles has admitted in the past of sending sexually explicit messages to two 16-year-old boys. Yes he's a complete and uttler pedophile dogshit moron and he tried to defend his actions by saying "I fully understand my actions and how they are wrong," the 21-year-old influencer said in a video posted to his YouTube channel. Those allegations against Charles first emerged on social media earlier in February 2021, the influencer who has 25 million subscribers to his YouTube channel was accused by one teenager of grooming, which Charles denied, saying he flirted with the person because he believed the boy to be 18.

Charles had denied previous accusations, but in video, titled "Holding myself accountable", he admitted wrongdoing. He says there were two incidents one last year and one more recently where he came to be aware that the person he was exchanging messages with was underage. "These conversations should have never happened," Charles said in the 14-minute video. He admitted he could have searched for them on other social media platforms and found their real ages. He also publicly apologised to the boys and said he would take time away from posting on social media to "educate" himself about these issues.

The scandal is not the first time the influencer had faced controversy as back as 2019, he was accused of using "fame and money to try to manipulate someone's sexuality", which he also denied which is a pattern for this one. When addressing why he has been "reckless" in past relationships, he said it's because he's "desperate"... Which to the rest of us means "LOSER" but in a video he made addressing the 2019 accusation, Charles made a promise to be more careful moving forward. Yeah I don't trust him because remember these are only the stuff we find out he done. But I wonder how many times has he done this and never been reported or him called out on it. But with this sort of stuff you would think this fruitcake would tone it down and not want to well make a testicle out of himself but no he's at it again as he's rescently went at RFK Jr for the way he speaks and mocked the man in a video call or some instagram post. Check this moron out and what he said about RFK Jr.

What is sad about this to me is that these leftist and liberals like this dork claim to be the party of unity and love and happiness and yes you see nothing but bitter un happy dildo loving morons like James Charles here. This guy deserves 2 good bitch slaps! First for being who and what he is, and Second for saying this dumb shit on video and actually posting it.

We could use less morons like this one breathing our air, and consuming our water, and other resources. May the forces that control the universe send James Charles all the bad Karma he deserves for mocking a great man like RFK Jr.

NO MORE DEI Says TRUMP!

The man himself President Donald Trump and his administration moved Tuesday to end affirmative action in federal contracting and directed that all federal diversity, equity and inclusion staff be put on paid leave and eventually be laid off. And we as Americans THANK HIM!

This is a WIN for the everyday American worker who is qualified and often passed over for cheaper or more "diverse" labor and not based on actual skill set. Just in a matter of days President Trump has already done more to balance the USA work force than Biden did in his failed 4 years. The Biden nightmare is finally over.

The moves follow an executive order Trump signed on his first day ordering a sweeping dismantling of the federal government's diversity and inclusion programs that could touch on everything from anti-bias training to funding for minority farmers and homeowners. Trump has called the programs "discrimination" and insisted on restoring strictly "merit-based" hiring.

The executive order on affirmative action revokes an order issued by President Lyndon Johnson, and curtails DEI programs by federal contractors and grant recipients. It's using one of the key tools utilized by the Biden administration to promote DEI programs across the private sector pushing their use by federal contractors to now eradicate them.

The Office of Personnel Management in a Tuesday memo directed agencies to place DEI office staffers on paid leave by 5 p.m. Wednesday and take down all public DEI-focused web pages by the same deadline. Several federal departments had removed the web pages even before the memorandum.

Agencies must also cancel any DEI-related training and end any related contracts, and federal workers are being asked to report to Trump's Office of Personnel Management if they suspect any DEI-related program has been renamed to obfuscate its purpose within 10 days or face "adverse consequences."

By Thursday, federal agencies are directed to compile a list of federal DEI offices and workers as of Election Day. By next Friday, they are expected to develop a plan to execute a "reduction-in-force action" against those federal workers. It's been a busy Tuesday for immigration offices in Tampa Florida, after a series of immigration executive actions were signed by President Donald Trump. They include declaring a national emergency at the U.S. border and kicking off a process to end birthright citizenship.

Attorney Danielle Hernandez with DVH Law Group says their phones are ringing with concerns from those wondering what their rights are. She’s now filming a video breaking down the executive orders signed by Trump. “We woke up to a slew of phone calls and questions, so we thought that this was the most effective way to answer them,” said Hernandez.

Hernandez has been an attorney for 15 years, so helping the immigrant community stay informed is part of her day-to-day. However, with a new president, she’s hoping to get one message out to immigrants in the state. “I want people to understand if you do not have a final order of deportation and you do not have any criminal record I’m talking things you went to jail for no one is going to come looking for you,” said Hernandez.

Trump’s administration also shut down an app called CBP One that allowed migrants to cross the U.S. border legally and discontinued a humanitarian program allowing paroles and family reunifications.

As for the order on ending birthright citizenship, Hernandez says that will be difficult to enforce. “That’s the one thing that he has done that I’m certain will have legal checks and balances this is protected in the Constitution, this is protected by the courts,” she said. Hernandez has also distributed cards to families that explain what to do if questioned about legal status and how to stay protected.

“You have the right to say that you would like to remain silent, and you would like to speak to an attorney and do not sign anything,” she said. In Tallahassee Tuesday, Gov. Ron DeSantis spoke about the first steps taken by Trump in the early hours of his new administration. The governor specifically touted Trump’s executive orders on immigration, saying they point towards the importance of a special legislative session that he has called for.

“The President mentioned in his speech that, you know, the states need to be on board here. I think you’re gonna see them go after sanctuary jurisdictions. I know that was in one of the orders. And hopefully in the budget process as well. But here in Florida, we lead in Florida, we don’t wait to see what the political temperature is, we get out, we lead, we get the job done. We have an opportunity to make a difference on an issue that the voters have cared about, really, really intently, for a number of years. This is the time. How many Republicans have been elected running on the border and immigration excesses in the last 20 years? I mean, it’s been like a perennial issue, so now we have an opportunity to make a real difference. We have a great roadmap,” DeSantis said.

Florida legislators are hoping to decrease the number of food deserts statewide. They’re defined as low-income urban or suburban areas that are more than one mile from a supermarket, or a low-income rural area more than 10 miles from one. Often, residents must rely on convenience stores for food. But a bill that would cut through land development regulations could help spur grocers to set up shop in those areas of need. Every Saturday, Raymond Mabry brings his wagon to Tangerine Plaza. He picks up food supplies to last him the week. “I get to eat now, great food," he said. "I must say they have some pretty blessed food."

Mabry doesn’t have a car, and the nearest grocery store is almost two miles away from this shopping center. “I would have to depend on someone to take me to the grocery store. And I wouldn’t be the only one in this position. Believe me, all these people lined up, they don’t have a way around,” he said. He’s lined up to get food that was donated for people like him. “They are the grocery store," he said. "I know it’s kinda bad, but you know man, if it don’t be for them, I mean, these people are saviors." Mabry was there along with hundreds of others. Some came on foot, some in their vehicles.

“I believe the fact that neighbors are out here before the sun rises to wait for groceries proves that there is a great need,” he said. Karen Rae is the executive director of Positive Impact St. Pete. “We are standing right in the middle of a food desert," Rae said. "There has not been a grocery store here for over seven years and that is unacceptable." Some lawmakers want to change that. Rep. Michele Rayner is co-sponsoring House Bill 89, which would help bring small grocery stores to food insecure neighborhoods by cutting through some regulations like land development to make construction and planning quicker and easier.

Rae supports it. “We need to have grocery stores within a mile of everyone’s home so that it’s easy for them to access healthy foods,” she said. Local politicians like St. Petersburg city council member Corey Givens, Jr. says he wants to tackle the problem of food deserts “Access to nutritious food should be a human right," he said. "Everyone, regardless of their zip code, regardless of their income bracket, deserves to have foods in their belly."
