Tim Kaine shutdown trying to stop President Trump from using further military force against Iran

So the loser who ran with Hillary Clinton for VP the first time we have a "TIM WALZ" type on the VP ticket.. As both Tim's are idiots who should just retire. These guys are useless but he's some how still a Senator! But Tim Kaine’s (D-VA) tried to stop the war powers of Trump with a resolution, which would have required Congress to debate and vote on whether the president could declare war or strike Iran, was struck down in the upper chamber. The Senate Friday voted down an effort to block President Trump from using further military force against Iran, as Democratic anger festers over the lack of details about the recent strikes on the country's nuclear facilities.

The measure failed in a 47-53 vote, with Republican Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky voting with most Democrats in favor of the resolution, and Democratic Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania voting with most Republicans against it. Democratic Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia introduced the war powers resolution days before the U.S. bombed three locations central to Iran's nuclear program, seeking to force the president to get congressional authorization before entering the conflict between Israel and Iran. "The events of this week have demonstrated that war is too big to be consigned to the decisions of any one person," Kaine said on the Senate floor ahead of the vote.

Since the measure was introduced, Mr. Trump announced a ceasefire between the adversaries and declared that Iran's nuclear sites were "obliterated" during the 12-day war. On Friday, Mr. Trump said he would "without question" consider bombing Iran again if Tehran was enriching uranium to a level that concerned the U.S. But anger from Democrats, including those who have said that Iran should never be able to obtain a nuclear weapon, has simmered as they say they have been left in the dark about U.S. military actions. It's led some Democrats to question whether the Trump administration is misleading the public about the strikes, especially after an initial classified assessment found that they set back Tehran's nuclear program by a matter of months. Mr. Trump, meanwhile, has said the nuclear program was set back "basically decades."

Top intelligence officials said Wednesday that new intelligence showed the nuclear program had been "severely damaged" and its facilities "destroyed." It would take the Iranians "years" to rebuild the facilities, CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said. Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth called it "an historically successful attack" in a contentious press briefing Thursday. Classified briefings for the Senate and House were originally scheduled for Tuesday, the same day the initial assessment was leaked. Officials briefed senators on Thursday afternoon and House members on Friday.

A White House official said Tuesday the Senate briefing was postponed because of "evolved circumstances as a result of recent positive developments in the Middle East." After the briefings, some Democrats cast doubt on the administration's characterization of the strikes and questioned assertions regarding how much Iran's nuclear program has been hindered. "I walk away from that briefing still under the belief that we have not obliterated the program," Sen. Chris Murphy, a Connecticut Democrat, told reporters. "The president was deliberately misleading the public when he said the program was obliterated. It is certain that there is still significant capability, significant equipment that remain."

Rep. Jason Crow, a Colorado Democrat who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, said the information disclosed in the briefing was "massively different than what has been told to Congress over the last year, up until a month ago, about both Iranian capabilities and Iranian intent." Crow said he was "not convinced of that whatsoever" when asked whether Iranian nuclear facilities had been obliterated. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, a New York Democrat, has railed against a lack of transparency and said earlier this week the administration had not presented Congress with any evidence that Iran posed an imminent threat requiring immediate military action.

But Jeffries did not go as far as supporting a resolution to impeach Mr. Trump over the bombings. He and more than 120 Democrats voted with all Republicans to kill the measure, which was introduced by Democratic Rep. Al Green of Texas, on Tuesday. Rep. Jim Himes of Connecticut, the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, also questioned the timing of the strikes.

"It's pretty clear that there was no imminent threat to the United States," Himes said. "There's always an Iranian threat to the world. But ... I have not seen anything to suggest that the threat from the Iranians was radically different last Saturday than it was two Saturdays ago." Kaine's resolution was one of a handful of similar efforts seeking to curtail further U.S. involvement in Iran, though it's unclear whether any will be successful in a Congress controlled narrowly by Republicans. Some Republicans who were initially supportive of the resolutions, like Rep. Thomas Massie of Kentucky, appear to be backing away from forcing a vote as long as the ceasefire holds and the U.S. does not conduct any further bombings. And House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, called the efforts irrelevant because Iran and Israel agreed to stop the fighting. "It's kind of a moot point now, isn't it?" Johnson said Monday. "It seems rather silly at this point and I hope they'll acknowledge it as such and put it to bed because it has zero chance of passing anyway."

Senate Majority Leader John Thune told The Wall Street Journal this week he believes Mr. Trump acted "perfectly within his authority" by striking Iran. "I don't think there's any question the president has the authority legally and constitutionally to do what he did," the South Dakota Republican said. "There are always questions around these things, but past presidents and both political parties have similarly acted in circumstances where there've been airstrikes at various places around the world where our national security interests dictated it."

The Constitution gives Congress the power to declare war, and most major military conflicts in recent history have been launched under an authorization for the use of military force passed by Congress. But presidents have periodically acted without explicit permission from lawmakers, including during President Bill Clinton's 1999 bombing of Yugoslavia and President Barack Obama's 2011 airstrikes on Libya, the Congressional Research Service notes. In announcing his support for Kaine's resolution, Paul said Congress was abdicating its constitutional responsibility by allowing a president to act unilaterally and warned that last week's strikes could have unintended consequences. "Despite the tactical success of our strikes, they may end up proving to be a strategic failure.

It is unclear if this intervention will fully curtail Iran's nuclear aspirations, or, in fact, whether the Iranians may well conclude to double down on their efforts to obtain a nuclear weapon," Paul said. Those opposed to the resolution argued that Mr. Trump acted within his constitutional authority and that the measure would constrain the president's ability to respond quickly to a threat. In an interview last week with CBS News' Major Garrett, Kaine acknowledged that his resolution could fail but said he wanted his colleagues to be on the record about U.S. involvement in another war. "Everyone in the Senate should agree that this is a matter of such gravity and importance that we shouldn't allow war to begin without Congress having a debate in full view of the American public and members of the Senate and House having to go on the record about it," he said.

National Guard to fight LA anti-ICE protests! This is CIVIL WAR!

Tom Homan President Donald Trump’s border czar, said he plans to send the National Guard to Los Angeles to combat protests against ICE that began this weekend following immigration raids in the city. “We are making Los Angeles safer. Mayor Bass should be thanking us. She says they are going to mobilize guess what? We are already mobilizing. We are going to bring the National Guard in tonight,” Homan told Fox News. The first thing needed is the arrest of Mayor Bass who spent her time in Africa on tax money while LA burned down remember this folks? Well this Liberal lesbian moron is back at it, and well after this why and how is she still free to cause more harm?

Tom made the comments after Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller railed against the protests, calling them an “insurrection” against the United States. In response to a post on X showing footage of the mass demonstrations, Miller wrote "An insurrection against the laws and sovereignty of the United States.” It comes after tense confrontations between police and demonstrators took place in LA on Friday, in response to operations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, who arrested at least 44 people on immigration violations, before starting again on Saturday at a Home Depot in the Paramount section of the city.

LA Police Chief Jim McDonnell said the force had not been involved in the ICE operations. “While the LAPD will continue to have a visible presence in all our communities to ensure public safety, we will not assist or participate in any sort of mass deportations nor will the LAPD try to determine an individual's immigration status,” McDonnell wrote in a statement.

However, Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of ICE, said that 44 people had been administratively arrested on Friday and another was arrested for obstruction. In another tweet, Miller wrote: “Siding with invaders over citizens. If we don’t fix this, we don’t have a country.” Federal agents executed search warrants at three locations, including a warehouse in the fashion district of L.A., after a judge found there was probable cause the employer was using fictitious documents for some of its workers, according to representatives for Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. They also need to come to Miami as it's happening here, and it's being done in places like Walmart, Publix and other areas of employment.

Advocates for immigrant rights say people were detained Friday by immigration authorities outside Home Depot stores and a doughnut shop. The Los Angeles Times reported that multiple chants of “Fuera ICE” (ICE, get out) could be heard and flash-bang grenades were set off, though it was unclear who had set them off. One protester lit an entire bag of trash on fire and left in the street just half a block away from the immigration agents on Saturday in Paramount, which is about 82 percent Latino.

Shopping carts from Home Depot and recycling bins were scattered across the boulevard by Saturday afternoon. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said the activity by ICE was meant to “sow terror” in the nation’s second-largest city. She was later accused of siding with “chaos and lawlessness over law enforcement” by ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons. “Make no mistake, ICE will continue to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and arrest criminal illegal aliens,” Lyons said in a statement.

Despite no arrests being made by the LAPD, FBI deputy director Dan Bongino posted on X that they were reviewing evidence from the protests to ensure that “perpetrators are brought to justice.” "The Right to assemble and protest does not include a license to attack law enforcement officers, or to impede and obstruct our lawful immigration operations,” Bongino said. The Department of Homeland Security claimed in a statement that “1,000 rioters surrounded a federal law enforcement building and assaulted ICE law enforcement officers, slashed tires, defaced buildings, and taxpayer funded property.” The DHS has not provided evidence at this time to verify that claim. The Independent has requested comment from the DHS. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement in response to the protests criticizing Democrats and complaining that ICE agents are being likened to the Nazi gestapo.

“From comparisons to the modern-day Nazi gestapo to glorifying rioters, the violent rhetoric of these sanctuary politicians is beyond the pale. This violence against ICE must end,” she said. Homan also complained about backlash directed at ICE agents during his interview on Fox News. The border czar, when asked about Democrats who have called for ICE agents to work unmasked, said he was looking into what could be done to stop their criticism... “We’re asking the DOJ to look at these statements and see if there is something we can do,” Homan said. The protests come at a challenging time for the Trump administration’s hardline anti-immigration agenda. At least two deported individuals migrants from Venezuela and Maryland Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was back to his home of citizenship El Salvador have been returned to the U.S. after judicial orders demanded their return.

Why are these Judges all Liberal of course putting themselves in this position of ruling in favor of gang banger of MS-13 who are here breaking our laws! This Judge needs to be investigated. ICE officials and a group of detainees are currently stuck in Djibouti after a judge’s order demanded the deportation of the detainees be halted. The ICE agents have reportedly turned a shipping container into a makeshift jail, and both the agents and detainees are reportedly suffering from complications tied to the air quality in the area. The law needs to be enforced and Judges who cross the line need to be sent to prison. Why has this not happened is the question, and when will it happen?

YouTard James Charles Mocks RFK Jr

There is human garbage and than there are people like this lowlife dirt bag pedophile swamp demon YouTuber James Charles has admitted in the past of sending sexually explicit messages to two 16-year-old boys. Yes he's a complete and uttler pedophile dogshit moron and he tried to defend his actions by saying "I fully understand my actions and how they are wrong," the 21-year-old influencer said in a video posted to his YouTube channel. Those allegations against Charles first emerged on social media earlier in February 2021, the influencer who has 25 million subscribers to his YouTube channel was accused by one teenager of grooming, which Charles denied, saying he flirted with the person because he believed the boy to be 18.

Charles had denied previous accusations, but in video, titled "Holding myself accountable", he admitted wrongdoing. He says there were two incidents one last year and one more recently where he came to be aware that the person he was exchanging messages with was underage. "These conversations should have never happened," Charles said in the 14-minute video. He admitted he could have searched for them on other social media platforms and found their real ages. He also publicly apologised to the boys and said he would take time away from posting on social media to "educate" himself about these issues.

The scandal is not the first time the influencer had faced controversy as back as 2019, he was accused of using "fame and money to try to manipulate someone's sexuality", which he also denied which is a pattern for this one. When addressing why he has been "reckless" in past relationships, he said it's because he's "desperate"... Which to the rest of us means "LOSER" but in a video he made addressing the 2019 accusation, Charles made a promise to be more careful moving forward. Yeah I don't trust him because remember these are only the stuff we find out he done. But I wonder how many times has he done this and never been reported or him called out on it. But with this sort of stuff you would think this fruitcake would tone it down and not want to well make a testicle out of himself but no he's at it again as he's rescently went at RFK Jr for the way he speaks and mocked the man in a video call or some instagram post. Check this moron out and what he said about RFK Jr.

What is sad about this to me is that these leftist and liberals like this dork claim to be the party of unity and love and happiness and yes you see nothing but bitter un happy dildo loving morons like James Charles here. This guy deserves 2 good bitch slaps! First for being who and what he is, and Second for saying this dumb shit on video and actually posting it.

We could use less morons like this one breathing our air, and consuming our water, and other resources. May the forces that control the universe send James Charles all the bad Karma he deserves for mocking a great man like RFK Jr.

NO MORE DEI Says TRUMP!

The man himself President Donald Trump and his administration moved Tuesday to end affirmative action in federal contracting and directed that all federal diversity, equity and inclusion staff be put on paid leave and eventually be laid off. And we as Americans THANK HIM!

This is a WIN for the everyday American worker who is qualified and often passed over for cheaper or more "diverse" labor and not based on actual skill set. Just in a matter of days President Trump has already done more to balance the USA work force than Biden did in his failed 4 years. The Biden nightmare is finally over.

The moves follow an executive order Trump signed on his first day ordering a sweeping dismantling of the federal government's diversity and inclusion programs that could touch on everything from anti-bias training to funding for minority farmers and homeowners. Trump has called the programs "discrimination" and insisted on restoring strictly "merit-based" hiring.

The executive order on affirmative action revokes an order issued by President Lyndon Johnson, and curtails DEI programs by federal contractors and grant recipients. It's using one of the key tools utilized by the Biden administration to promote DEI programs across the private sector pushing their use by federal contractors to now eradicate them.

The Office of Personnel Management in a Tuesday memo directed agencies to place DEI office staffers on paid leave by 5 p.m. Wednesday and take down all public DEI-focused web pages by the same deadline. Several federal departments had removed the web pages even before the memorandum.

Agencies must also cancel any DEI-related training and end any related contracts, and federal workers are being asked to report to Trump's Office of Personnel Management if they suspect any DEI-related program has been renamed to obfuscate its purpose within 10 days or face "adverse consequences."

By Thursday, federal agencies are directed to compile a list of federal DEI offices and workers as of Election Day. By next Friday, they are expected to develop a plan to execute a "reduction-in-force action" against those federal workers. It's been a busy Tuesday for immigration offices in Tampa Florida, after a series of immigration executive actions were signed by President Donald Trump. They include declaring a national emergency at the U.S. border and kicking off a process to end birthright citizenship.

Attorney Danielle Hernandez with DVH Law Group says their phones are ringing with concerns from those wondering what their rights are. She’s now filming a video breaking down the executive orders signed by Trump. “We woke up to a slew of phone calls and questions, so we thought that this was the most effective way to answer them,” said Hernandez.

Hernandez has been an attorney for 15 years, so helping the immigrant community stay informed is part of her day-to-day. However, with a new president, she’s hoping to get one message out to immigrants in the state. “I want people to understand if you do not have a final order of deportation and you do not have any criminal record I’m talking things you went to jail for no one is going to come looking for you,” said Hernandez.

Trump’s administration also shut down an app called CBP One that allowed migrants to cross the U.S. border legally and discontinued a humanitarian program allowing paroles and family reunifications.

As for the order on ending birthright citizenship, Hernandez says that will be difficult to enforce. “That’s the one thing that he has done that I’m certain will have legal checks and balances this is protected in the Constitution, this is protected by the courts,” she said. Hernandez has also distributed cards to families that explain what to do if questioned about legal status and how to stay protected.

“You have the right to say that you would like to remain silent, and you would like to speak to an attorney and do not sign anything,” she said. In Tallahassee Tuesday, Gov. Ron DeSantis spoke about the first steps taken by Trump in the early hours of his new administration. The governor specifically touted Trump’s executive orders on immigration, saying they point towards the importance of a special legislative session that he has called for.

“The President mentioned in his speech that, you know, the states need to be on board here. I think you’re gonna see them go after sanctuary jurisdictions. I know that was in one of the orders. And hopefully in the budget process as well. But here in Florida, we lead in Florida, we don’t wait to see what the political temperature is, we get out, we lead, we get the job done. We have an opportunity to make a difference on an issue that the voters have cared about, really, really intently, for a number of years. This is the time. How many Republicans have been elected running on the border and immigration excesses in the last 20 years? I mean, it’s been like a perennial issue, so now we have an opportunity to make a real difference. We have a great roadmap,” DeSantis said.

Florida legislators are hoping to decrease the number of food deserts statewide. They’re defined as low-income urban or suburban areas that are more than one mile from a supermarket, or a low-income rural area more than 10 miles from one. Often, residents must rely on convenience stores for food. But a bill that would cut through land development regulations could help spur grocers to set up shop in those areas of need. Every Saturday, Raymond Mabry brings his wagon to Tangerine Plaza. He picks up food supplies to last him the week. “I get to eat now, great food," he said. "I must say they have some pretty blessed food."

Mabry doesn’t have a car, and the nearest grocery store is almost two miles away from this shopping center. “I would have to depend on someone to take me to the grocery store. And I wouldn’t be the only one in this position. Believe me, all these people lined up, they don’t have a way around,” he said. He’s lined up to get food that was donated for people like him. “They are the grocery store," he said. "I know it’s kinda bad, but you know man, if it don’t be for them, I mean, these people are saviors." Mabry was there along with hundreds of others. Some came on foot, some in their vehicles.

“I believe the fact that neighbors are out here before the sun rises to wait for groceries proves that there is a great need,” he said. Karen Rae is the executive director of Positive Impact St. Pete. “We are standing right in the middle of a food desert," Rae said. "There has not been a grocery store here for over seven years and that is unacceptable." Some lawmakers want to change that. Rep. Michele Rayner is co-sponsoring House Bill 89, which would help bring small grocery stores to food insecure neighborhoods by cutting through some regulations like land development to make construction and planning quicker and easier.

Rae supports it. “We need to have grocery stores within a mile of everyone’s home so that it’s easy for them to access healthy foods,” she said. Local politicians like St. Petersburg city council member Corey Givens, Jr. says he wants to tackle the problem of food deserts “Access to nutritious food should be a human right," he said. "Everyone, regardless of their zip code, regardless of their income bracket, deserves to have foods in their belly."

Trump calls for Newsom to resign

As California burns President Donald Trump has publicly criticized California Governor Gavin Newsom, accusing him of mismanagement during the ongoing wildfires in California.

Trump specifically blames Newsom's even calling the guy "NewScum" which is hilarious and something we have called him for years. A Title worthy of the Gov. But said that his refusal to sign a water restoration declaration for exacerbating the fire conditions leads up to this sort of thing.

IN OTHER WORDS!

Yup he's telling us we tried to have this fixed but this asshole NewScum refused to do his job, and now look at what happened. The Wildfires, fueled by dry conditions and strong winds, have led to significant evacuations and property damage in Los Angeles, but they are known to result from a combination of natural weather phenomena and human factors, including but not limited to water management policies.

Another thing Trump took a shot at NewScum for... How can California let this happen and say they don't have enough water? I mean WTF? This guy has to go. Folks this is why voting matters, and careful what who you vote for. This JOKER should never be Gov. OR God forbid one day PRESIDENT! OMG!

Fani Willis's check came time to PAY!

Fani Willis was slammed by the court over hiding records on her secret collusion with Nasty Nancy Pelosi Jan 6 committee against President Donald Trump after she was ordered to pay Judicial Watch $22k! And she is late on that now... Wait whats up with that extra cash she keeps at home can't use that huh Fani?

Judicial Watch announced that District Attorney Fani Willis refused to release any non-public documents in response to a court order finding her in default for failing to respond to a Judicial Watch lawsuit seeking records of communications Willis had with Special Counsel Jack Smith and the House January 6 Committee.

Late yesterday evening, Willis’ Open Records Department denied any records about Jack Smith existed and cited a series of legal exemptions to justify the withholding of communications with January 6 Committee.

The Willis office did release one, already public, letter to January 6 Committee Chairman Benny Thompson.

Biden pardons most ever in a day

Sniffing Slow Joe Biden has just commuted roughly 1,500 sentences and pardons 39 people, most ever in a single day... The so called President is commuting the sentences of nearly 1,500 people who were released from prison and placed on home confinement during the coronavirus pandemic and is pardoning 39 Americans convicted of nonviolent crimes. It's the largest single-day act of clemency in modern history. The commutations announced Thursday are for people who have served out home confinement sentences for at least one year after they were released. Prisons were uniquely bad for spreading the virus and some inmates were released in part to stop the spread. At one point, 1 in 5 prisoners had COVID-19, according to a tally kept by The Associated Press.

Many of the pardons are for long-ago, non-violent drug offenses people maybe who were jailed under his very own Crime Bills? Hmmmm Among the pardoned is 39-year-old Emily Good Nelson of Indianapolis, convicted of non-violent drug offenses at 19. Since her release, the White House said she has completed her bachelor's and master's degrees, and has volunteered as a counselor at an in-patient psychiatric facility. Russell Thomas Portner, 74, of Washington state, is also among those pardoned for non-violent drug offenses. He served in the Army during the Vietnam War and earned a Bronze Star. Since his conviction, he has married, raised four children, run a business, and developed a reputation for generosity and community service, the White House said.

The full list of pardons and commutations is here.

"These actions represent the largest single-day grant of clemency in modern history," the White House said. Which means nothing as he's spent decades making sure he locked up these same people for such petty crimes and keeping them locked up. Now all these years later he's saying "yeah I'm removing that stain on your record..." Good job Joe... Bur El Sniffler of the Glue himself old slow JOE Biden said he would be taking more steps in the weeks ahead and would continue to review clemency petitions. The second largest single-day act of clemency was by Barack Obama, with 330, shortly before he left office in 2017.

"America was built on the promise of possibility and second chances," Mr. Biden said in a statement. "As president, I have the great privilege of extending mercy to people who have demonstrated remorse and rehabilitation, restoring opportunity for Americans to participate in daily life and contribute to their communities, and taking steps to remove sentencing disparities for non-violent offenders, especially those convicted of drug offenses."

Yeah right after what he's recorded of saying anyone with a ROCK should be sent to prison. But this was only for black people as he called them "Beyond the Pale" and he said he didn't want his kids raised in a "Jungle" well Hunter turned out to be a crack head loser. Dumb as a rock he smoked paid for his daddy, and CCP, Russian money. But let's continue as the clemency follows a broad pardon for his son deadbeat Hunter, who was prosecuted for gun and tax crimes, criticizing the Justice Department's handling of his son's case in his statement explaining the pardon. The president had previously said he would not pardon Hunter which we all knew was a lie from the day he said it.

One of Biden's closest buddies, former top aide Anita Dunn, said she agreed with his decision to pardon Hunter but she criticized the way in which the pardon happened. "I do not agree with the way it was done, I don't agree with the timing, and I don't agree, frankly, with the attack on our judicial system," Dunn said at The New York Times' annual DealBook summit. But listen Anita that's your friend, and he's a scumbag and he doesn't care his son gets away with crimes most would spend life in prison for. This is who Joe is and it's why he's got away with his crimes for decades... A Career politician and career criminal.

Joe is under pressure from advocacy groups to pardon broad swaths of people, including those on federal death row, before the Trump administration takes over in January. He's also weighing whether to issue preemptive pardons to those who investigated Trump's effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and are facing possible retribution when he takes office. Now you know this is happening and if he doesn't and let's them take the fall for what he also is involved in this for sure shows you how upset he was when he was told he couldn't run for a second term due to you know the thing. No brains in that head that worked.

Essentially Biden is as close to being an actual Zombie at this point. But those pardoned Thursday had been convicted of nonviolent crimes such as drug offenses and turned their lives around, White House lawyers said. They include a woman who led emergency response teams during natural disasters; a church deacon who has worked as an addiction counselor and youth counselor; a doctoral student in molecular bio sciences; and a decorated military veteran.

So as of now ok no harm done but let's see how it goes and if Biden who had previously issued 122 commutations and 21 other pardons. Also broadly pardoned those convicted of use and simple possession of marijuana on federal lands and in the District of Columbia, and pardoned former U.S. service members convicted of violating a now-repealed military ban on consensual gay sex. hmmm Makes sense as he's been very open on the whole "gay sex" and transgender people since he became President. This is almost like he loves men who dresses like women?

Chicks with... Well you know the thing.

Democratic Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts and 34 other lawmakers are urging the president to pardon environmental and human rights lawyer Steven Donziger, who was imprisoned or under house arrest for three years because of a contempt of court charge related to his work representing Indigenous farmers in a lawsuit against Chevron. Others are advocating for Mr. Biden to commute the sentences of federal death row prisoners. His attorney general, Merrick Garland, paused federal executions. Biden had said on the campaign trail in 2020 that he wanted to end the death penalty but he never did, and now, with Trump coming back into office, it's likely executions will resume. During his first term, Trump presided over an unprecedented number of federal executions, carried out during the height of the pandemic.

While TRUMP is some how being blamed for this the record number was reached because the house holding Democrats ordered them. Trump had nothing to do with it as this is a "state" issue mostly, and it's been like this for a long time.

For those who don't know how this works. The method of execution for federal prisoners is determined by the state where the conviction took place. If the state doesn't have the death penalty, the judge chooses a state that does if it's determined this person deserves the "death penalty" ... Where again it's not issued in said state. Remember it's the state-sanctioned punishment of executing an individual for a specific crime.

More pardons are coming before Biden leaves office on Jan. 20, but it's not clear whether he'll take action to guard against possible prosecution by Trump, an untested use of the power. "My administration will continue reviewing clemency petitions to advance equal justice under the law, promote public safety, support rehabilitation and reentry, and provide meaningful second chances," Mr. Biden said in a statement.

The president has been taking the idea seriously and has been thinking about it for as much as six months before the presidential election but has been concerned about the precedent it would set, according to people familiar with the matter who spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity to discuss internal discussions.

But those who received the pardons would have to accept them. New California Sen. Adam Schiff, who was the chairman of the congressional committee that investigated the violent Jan. 6 insurrection, said such a pardon from Mr. Biden would be "unnecessary," and that the president shouldn't be spending his waning days in office worrying about this. A president has the power to both pardon, in which a person is relieved of guilt and punishment, or commute a sentence, which reduces or eliminates the punishment but doesn't exonerate the wrongdoing. It's customary for a president to grant mercy at the end of his term, using the power of the office to wipe away records or end prison terms.

Before pardoning his son, Joe had repeatedly pledged not to do so. He said in a statement explaining his reversal that the prosecution had been poisoned by politics. The decision prompted criminal justice advocates and lawmakers to put additional public pressure on the administration to use that same power for everyday Americans. It wasn't a very popular move; only about 2 in 10 Americans approved of his decision, according to a poll from The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research.

"The President's categorical approach to clemency has also inspired leaders across the country to take similar action," the White House said Thursday. "Over ten states and localities, including Maryland and Massachusetts, have issued categorical clemency for marijuana convictions, impacting hundreds of thousands of people and allowing individuals to move past their convictions and move on with their daily lives."

🚨BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi hurt!

ðŸš¨BREAKING: Nancy Pelosi has been admitted to a hospital in Luxembourg after "sustaining an injury".

But before you shed any tears remember this is the same witch who during the first four years of President Trump made his life a living hell with her antics and fake impeachments, and all her hate!

Also she is the one responsible for J6 not Trump and she's on video admitting so also when asked for the National Guard help being sent in during said J6 she said NO! She said NO!!!

And than blamed it on TRUMP who was the one trying to send in help... Yes folks Nancy Pelosi said no.

Nancy Pelosi, the person who said that she takes responsibility for not having the National Guard at the Capitol on January 6. But never forget how she's had her entire imperial communist group attacking TRUMP from day 1 she deserves all the bad that comes her way. She's tried for how long to keep innocent people in prison from J6? Why is she still trying to destroy Trump even recently still spreading lies, propaganda and calling him Hitler... She is a low class, communist lunatic and she's tried again to some how switch the fault from herself to Trump on J6.

Because Trump did what? Speak at a Rally and told people to be PEACEFUL, and Patriotic when voicing their voice? He never did what she has been trying to blame him for and remember his words after it all went down.

The witch who ended up trying to throw TRUMP in prison for her crime to avoid herself from going to prison! She's responsible for anyone who died that day and SHE belongs in prison. I wouldn't be shocked if she fakes her death from here to January and goes into hiding to avoid Trump and the HAMMER of the law investigating her.

This is hilarious IN CASE YOU MISSED IT remember when Nancy Pelosi was booed on television for almost TWO MINUTES straight? The hilarious part here is how she try's to play it off and tell people "it's ok, it's ok I'm used to this..." Yeah I'm sure she's used to getting booed! But it's like she's so dumb she doesn't understand what's going on. Watch this footage below.

She needs more of this until she just vanishes from all politics or until she's sent packing on to the highway to hell where she will dwell for sure.

Trump to Tariff both Canada & Mexico

This is awesome news as Donald Trump announced Monday that he's Set To Impose 25% Tariff On Canada, Mexico ‘Day One’ and it would be by a signed executive order upon assuming office the tariff will be on all goods imported from Mexico and Canada. He also pledged to implement further tariff increases on China, citing concerns over the influx of illegal immigrants and the trafficking of illicit drugs. He laid this out in his latest Truth Social post, Trump, who takes office on Jan. 20, 2025, noted that thousands of people were “pouring through” Mexico and Canada “at levels never seen before.”

“Right now a Caravan coming from Mexico, composed of thousands of people, seems to be unstoppable in its quest to come through our currently Open Border,” he wrote. “On January 20th, as one of my many first Executive Orders, I will sign all necessary documents to charge Mexico and Canada a 25% Tariff on ALL products coming into the United States, and its ridiculous Open Borders.”

“This Tariff will remain in effect until such time as Drugs, in particular Fentanyl, and all Illegal Aliens stop this Invasion of our Country!” he added. And we are very happey to hear about this on this site but he continued to say the following... “Both Mexico and Canada have the absolute right and power to easily solve this long simmering problem.” “And until such time that they do, it is time for them to pay a very big price!” he added. Since his first administration, Trump has consistently urged Mexico to take more active measures to prevent the flow of illegal immigrants and drugs into the United States. In a joint statement, Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister, Chrystia Freeland, and Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc said America’s northern neighbor and the U.S. have “one of the strongest and closest relationships–particularly when it comes to trade and border security.” “Canada places the highest priority on border security and the integrity of our shared border. Our relationship today is balanced and mutually beneficial, particularly for American workers,” they said. “Today, Canada buys more from the United States than China, Japan, France, and the UK combined. Canada is essential to US domestic energy supply, and last year 60 percent of US crude oil imports originated in Canada.”

“Law enforcement agencies from our respective countries the RCMP, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), the US Drug Enforcement Administrations, and US Customs and Border Protection—work together every single day to disrupt the scourge of the fentanyl coming from China and other countries,” they noted further. “In addition, the CBSA is continuously strengthening its ability to detect opioids through enhanced inspections at ports of entry, detector dogs, and emerging technologies, preventing opioids from entering and leaving Canada,” they said. In a later statement, Trump announced he would implement an additional 10% tariff on all Chinese goods imported into the U.S. due to the “massive amounts” of drugs, particularly fentanyl, being smuggled across the border.

Trump stated that he has spoken with Chinese officials regarding the fentanyl entering the U.S. He noted that the communist nation had previously promised to execute drug dealers involved in this illicit trade but ultimately failed to follow through. “Until such time as they stop, we will be charging China an additional 10% Tariff, above any additional Tariffs, on all of their many products coming into the United States of America,” Trump also wrote on Truth.

Fentanyl, a synthetic opioid up to 50 times more potent than heroin, can be deadly even in small amounts. It has contributed to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans and plays a major role in the rise of drug overdoses. Many illegal drugs are laced with fentanyl to increase their potency and reduce costs, often without users’ knowledge, Fox Business reported. U.S. officials often state that illicit fentanyl is produced in Mexico using precursors imported from China and is subsequently smuggled across the border by drug cartels. “Indeed, unknown to most Americans, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is actively funding, supporting, and pushing America’s most deadly drug threat in history,” reads a Heritage Foundation report called “Holding China and Mexico Accountable for America’s Fentanyl Crisis.”

NY to close scores of Migrant Shelters!

While Donald Trump is only still the "President-elect" he's not sworn in yet but he's said to himself that he's going to crack down on illegal immigration and deport potential millions of people already in the U.S. illegally and this could be having an effect already folks, even in parts of the country where Democraps officials have threatened to oppose him every step of the way. Deep blue New York is set to close 12 migrant shelters before the end of the year, just weeks ahead of Trump taking office, Fox News reported Saturday. Also there are two hotels converted into migrant shelters the Hotel Merit in Manhattan and the Quality Inn JFK in Queens have already shut down. An additional 10 shelter facilities across the state are scheduled for closure by December 31, according to New York City Mayor Eric Adams’ office, as reported by Fox News Digital. While this was all being paid for by our taxpayer money so where are all these people going to go if they don't have these shelters? Hmmmmm boy this is going to get really ugly real soon. The left is just looking to continue to harm us in anyway they can with the illegal situation.

The 10 shelters, located in Albany, Dutchess, Erie, Orange, and Westchester counties, were established by the city after it ran out of available space to accommodate migrants, underscoring the magnitude of the crisis. New York City’s expansive migrant shelter on Randall’s Island, designed to house up to 3,000 people, is scheduled to close by February 2025, just weeks after President-elect Donald Trump’s second inauguration on January 20. The closures come as Mayor Eric Adams announced Monday that the city has provided for more than 223,000 migrants and asylum seekers since the spring of 2022, a number equivalent to about half the population of Albany, the state capital.

And like I said folks it's us the City taxpayers who have been covering a $352 nightly cost per migrant, with only $130 going to hotels for housing. The remainder has been spent on services such as social support, food, and cleaning, according to The New York Post. Currently, 58,000 migrants remain in taxpayer-funded shelters across New York City, the mayor’s office confirmed to Fox News Digital. Approximately 210 city-run shelter sites are spread across the five boroughs, according to The Post. The city estimates that the ongoing migrant crisis could cost taxpayers roughly $12 billion over the next three fiscal years without significant policy changes. Remember this while homeless AMERICAN Citizens, Veterans and people in need of Disability help are being over looked like myself they're doing nothing but putting us in the back of the line.

The city cited the declining number of migrants arriving in New York as the reason for the shelter closures, attributing the reduction to federal government efforts and executive orders issued by the Biden-Harris administration. In September, there were 101,790 encounters at the U.S.-Mexico border, the lowest since February 2021, with no major signs of a significant uptick since then. The Post reported that in the week ending November 10, over 600 new asylum seekers arrived in New York City. “Our staff is on hand to help guests plan for next steps as the city consolidates its operations,” a spokesperson from New York city hall told Fox News Digital. “Over the past two years, our teams have accomplished the Herculean task of providing compassionate care for a population twice the size of Albany and saving taxpayers billions of dollars,” Adams, who is under federal corruption investigation, added in a statement.

“We’ve focused on helping people take their next steps out of shelter and that focus is paying off. And with our census declining for the past 19 weeks in a row, it’s clear that our efforts are working. The new policies we’re implementing today will build on our successes, save taxpayers millions, and help even more migrants take their next steps towards fulfilling their American Dream,” he continued. Adams also announced that migrant families who have received a second 60-day eviction notice will be allowed to remain in their assigned shelters if they require additional time in the system. Adams highlighted the decision as a cost-saving measure, stating it would save “taxpayers millions of dollars.”

He emphasized that the policy helps children continue attending their current public schools, eliminating the need for costly busing, which he said saves the city hundreds of thousands of dollars. The relaxation of eviction rules for migrant families was not enough to satisfy a group of approximately 50 left-wing activists who stormed City Hall on Wednesday during a hearing about the city’s shelter policy for adults.

The policy mandates the permanent eviction of migrant adults from city shelters after 30 days. “Immigrants are welcome here Trumpian policy is not!” members of Jews For Racial & Economic Justice shouted from the mezzanine while unfurling a trio of banners that said: “Mayor Adams: end shelter evictions,” “Let all New Yorkers stay” and “Housing justice now.” And these morons of all faith who believe this garbage wonder why TRUMP Won by a damn landslide... Keep at it morons it's going to be a long time before you see a Demoncrap in the Oval Office again.

Donald Trump wins RE-ELECTION!

Well folks it's finally over the long over due Re-Election of Donald Trump happened and to quote the man himself it was too big to rig! Yes this was a blow out friends and not just did TRUMP win back the white house in A BIG BIG WAY but from the looks of it Republicans got the HOUSE, and the SENATE! So the next four years we hope they will do what's right and Trump will keep his word and promises made... Promises kept.

Personally myself Angel Espino I'm very happen today as I wake up knowing that the last four years is almost at an end. Now like you can expect there will be a lot of push and blow back from the bitter left who are butt hurting today.

Former President Donald Trump will return to the White House, according to a race call by the Associated Press.

Trump won the key states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, with a combined 29 electoral votes to clinch the 270 necessary to win the presidency. As of 5:34am ET Wednesday, Trump had 277 electoral votes total

Put it into perspective... This is the Democrats after the elections...

The meltdown of the radical leftist media has also already started to come out and they're not doing well folks... A LOT of soy boy's on CNN right now having an anus blast attack (that's where both their brains and hearts are) these people are probably going to end up in a white padded room with a straight jacket on talking to themselves for the next four years.

Another thing we now have to be on the look out for is will Kamala Embarrassment Harris will concede this blow out election loss? Trump spoke at Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., where he stood surrounded by family and staff and spoke to a crowd of supporters.

“We overcame obstacles that nobody thought possible,” Trump said.

“Every single day I will be fighting for you and with every breath in my body, I will not rest until we have delivered the strong, safe and prosperous America that our children deserve and that you deserve. This will truly be the golden age of America,” he said.

“We're going to help our country heal, help our country heal,” Trump said.

Trump said that he won the popular vote, but those results have not been fully tabulated.

He will return to the White House after falsely claiming the 2020 election was rigged and stoking the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. He is also the first convicted felon to win the White House. Something which we all know was based on total bull.

Republicans say Trump won the election for one simple reason. Voters felt that they were better off four years ago than they were today.

“Voters have really short memories,” said Alex Conant, a Republican strategist who helped lead Senator Marco Rubio's presidential campaign in 2016. “And while I think everyone is appalled by what happened on January 6, they're also appalled by what they have to pay for eggs today. People think about inflation every single day when they're buying gas, when they're going to the grocery store.”

The former reality star and real estate magnate weathered crisis after crisis, each one career ending for most any politician. But he maintained steadfast and unwavering support among his base and convinced just enough Americans to send him back to the White House.

The results were a blow not only to Vice President Harris, but also to the legacy of President Biden whose administration struggled with border challenges, high inflation and increasing uncertainty around the world. One of the major players state wise which helped seal the victory for Trump was him winning Pennsylvania, delivering harsh blow to Harris which at the end again played a major role in him securing his return to the Oval Office.

Securing the state’s 19 electoral votes is a major victory and so yes both candidates saw the Keystone State as critical to their success with each visiting Pennsylvania more than a dozen times and spending significant time in the state on the eve of Election Day. Ad spending in Pennsylvania totaled more than half a billion dollars.
