Rabbit Punched Episode #9 "Christopher Garetano"

Dec 8, 2021 Rabbit Punched Episode #9 features indie film director/writer Christopher Garetano (Strange World/ Montauk Chronicles) and a lively discussion of the topics of the day. Step into the ring with him, Angel, Gerald & Spud.

Remembering Jose Fernandez

José Delfín Fernández Gómez was a Cuban-American professional baseball pitcher who played four seasons in Major League Baseball. He was a member of the Miami Marlins from 2013 until his death in 2016. He stood 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed 243 pounds during his playing career.

R. Kelly sentenced to 30 years in prison

The man who sang about being “Trapped in the closet” Mr R. Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in prison in a Brooklyn federal court on Wednesday after being convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking in September 2021. US District Judge Ann Donnelly sentenced Kelly after she and the court heard statements from the victims. She also ordered him to pay a $100,000 fine, The Associated Press reports. The singer, who has been jailed since 2019, faces separate charges of child pornography and obstruction of justice in a federal case in Chicago, where a trial is set for August 1.

Finally, I never thought Justice would be done in this case… I mean that pee video is how old? Chappelle Show came, and ended years ago! The fact they actually finally came to an end is satisfying enough but they found this sick POS guilty.

READY FOR DOUBLE at the PUMP?

Here we go folks I said this would happen years ago but are you ready for $10 a gallon? See Prices Could Double Soon, Amid Potential “Supply Shortage” Some gas stations across the country are already bracing for the Next Big Thing involving surging fuel prices, namely the price per gallon potentially exceeding $10. NOW!!!

For other stations, however, there might be no product left to sell at the pumps. Throughout eastern Washington, according to a Post Millennial report, gas stations are running out of fuel. In the Tri-Cities region of Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland, customers are reportedly pulling up to pumps … only to find no gas available for purchase.

In fact, this current shortage mainly accounts for regular unleaded and premium gasolines; but the diesel supply is also in short supply, according to reports. With the demand going way up, but supply seemingly shrinking that naturally leads to higher fuel prices. A “76” gas station in Auburn, Washington has already begun reprogramming its pumps to “make room” for double-digit pricing, according to the Post. In the report, a 76 spokesperson confirmed the national gas chain was reprogramming the functionality of its pumps, while also falling short of predicting gas prices would rise that high.

Back in January 2021, the final month of former President Donald Trump’s tenure in the White House, the average price of gas was $2.41 per gallon with some states even reporting gas at less than $2 per gallon.

Trump sues Hillary Clinton, others over 2016 election he won

Potus 45 and my favorite president Donald Trump has finally gathered enough evidence to prove it folks! Now he’s since filed a lawsuit Thursday against former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative” that his campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential race. Trump claims that he incurred expenses of more than $24 million in defending himself against the accusations. He is seeking damages of three times that amount in the lawsuit, which comes more than five years after he defeated Clinton in the November 2016 election.

“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the lawsuit states. “The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly sensitive data sources are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.” Trump filed the 108-page lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, arguing that “a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the Plaintiffs’ claims occurred in this District.” Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate is in Palm Beach, Fla.

Nick Merrill, a Clinton spokesman, responded to the lawsuit with a one-word statement: “Nonsense.” A DNC spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment. More than two dozen other entities and individuals are named in the lawsuit as well. Despite Trump’s repeated claims that he was exonerated by former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III after a two-year investigation, Mueller in 2019 said only that his team had made no determination on “collusion” and that it had not found sufficient evidence to charge any member of Trump’s campaign with criminal conspiracy. Several Trump associates pleaded guilty to charges related to the 2016 campaign and Russia, including federal conspiracy or lying to the FBI.

And a 2020 report by the Senate Intelligence Committee portrayed Trump’s 2016 campaign as posing counterintelligence risks through its significant contacts with Russia and seeming determination to conceal the full extent of its conduct. Trump filed the lawsuit as a long-running criminal investigation into his business appears to be foundering. Two veteran lawyers who were leading that probe quit last month in frustration at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s reluctance to criminally charge the former president. On Wednesday, the resignation letter by attorney Mark Pomerantz became public. He told Bragg that he believed Trump had committed multiple felonies by lying to banks and other entities about the net worth of his companies.

Investigators for both the district attorney and the New York attorney general have spent years working to determine if Trump and the Trump Organization tried to decrease tax liability by falsely minimizing asset values while trying to obtain favorable loan rates using other fake estimates. Bragg’s predecessor, Cyrus Vance, decided late last year that he wanted to seek an indictment, people familiar with the matter have said. But Bragg, who succeeded Vance in January, had significant doubts, those people said.

Bragg’s office says the investigation is continuing under new leadership. The Trump lawsuit seems to draw heavily on indictments brought by Special Counsel John Durham, who had been tasked by then-Attorney General William P. Barr with reviewing the FBI’s 2016 investigation of Trump’s campaign. But the lawsuit often exaggerates or misstates Durham’s allegations or other facts of the case, as it seeks to portray a grand Clinton-led conspiracy to upend the Trump campaign.

The lawsuit, for example, alleges that the FBI “relying on the Defendants’ fraudulent evidence commenced a large-scale investigation and expended precious time, resources and taxpayer dollars looking into the spurious allegation that the Trump Campaign had colluded with the Russian Government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.”

The lawsuit takes particular aim at the now infamous dossier alleging ties between Trump and Russia, which was authored by a former British spy who had been hired by an opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign. It also highlights an effort by a Democratically connected lawyer who sought to get the bureau to investigate possible computer connections between a Trump Organization server and a Russian financial institution known as Alfa Bank. Durham has alleged that the lawyer, Michael Sussmann, was working on behalf of the Clinton campaign and a tech executive when he approached the bureau’s general counsel, although he claimed he was not doing so on behalf of any client.

The FBI relied on the dossier to advance its investigation of Trump’s campaign notably using it to seek to justify a court application for secret surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser. Agents also examined the computer ties, ultimately finding nothing nefarious there. But a Justice Department inspector general’s report found the FBI investigation of Trump’s campaign was “commenced” for another reason: A Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, had boasted to an Australian government official about the Russians potentially having dirt on Clinton, and investigators wanted to see how he would have known that.

The suit alleges that Sussmann, a lawyer with deep Democratic ties, and tech executive Rodney Joffe exploited access to nonpublic data to search for possible computer linkages between Trump entities and Russia. Like Trump, the special counsel has alleged that Joffe “exploited” his access to data. But Trump’s suit goes further, alleging, “When it was discovered that no such channel existed, the Defendants resorted to truly subversive measures — hacking servers at Trump Tower, Trump’s private apartment, and, most alarmingly, the White House.”

Durham, the special counsel, has not alleged a “hacking” effort, and the evidence does not appear to support one.

The computer linkages at issue came from the Domain Name System, or DNS, a sort of digital phone book that matches domain names — which are typically words — to Internet addresses, which are numbers. DNS records would show when one computer communicated with another, perhaps because someone looked up a particular website, or sent an email. Joffe and lawyers for one of those involved in the research effort have insisted they legally had access to it and that it was not truly private data.

The lawyers also said that while the researchers did examine data from the Executive Office of the President, it was from the time period before Trump took office, rebutting the notion that he was somehow spied on while serving as commander in chief.

Aitan Goelman, a lawyer for Peter Strzok, who led the FBI investigation when it was first opened in 2016 and is named as a defendant, said: “We haven’t had a chance to read the complaint, but knowing the former president, there’s probably very little in there that’s true. It’s also odd that he is bringing this lawsuit at the same time that the DOJ is attempting to quash our subpoena to Trump in Pete’s case against the Department.” Strzok was fired from the FBI in 2018 over anti-Trump text messages he exchanged. He is suing over his dismissal and has sought to depose Trump.

Michael Bromwich, a former Justice Department inspector general now in private practice, said in an email: “I hope Trump’s lawyers got their money up front. I hope they have something other than Fox News stories to support their allegations so they can avoid Rule 11 sanctions. And if the case ever gets to discovery, I would expect Trump’s own deposition to last days if not weeks. It would be the opportunity many have sought for the past 5 years to have him testify under oath. He’s proven in the past he’s not so good at that.”

Bromwich has represented former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe a defendant in the lawsuit though he said he has not yet talked with McCabe about the matter. Rule 11 is a federal rule requiring, among other things, that when lawyers make court filings, they certify that their factual representations will most likely be supported by the evidence.

Joe Biden REFUSES to take questions on Afghanistan

Not that we needed further proof that he’s not the one in charge Joe Biden does it again! He walks off without answering questions about his mistakes in Afghanistan. But see it’s not a mistake this was all planned out to make the middle east unstable by having the Taliban take over, and this is what the Radical left wants, and this is what they have wanted since 911 and the attacks on our country by these same Radicals. This is ISLAM, Muslim Brotherhood, and the DemocRATS all in cohoots with this Biden White House who are allowing this. Biden is sold out to these people, Russia, IRAN, CHINA, Taliban and Venezuela’s communist gov… They let him talk about masks, vaccines and ice cream but since Slow JOE is mentally challenged the man isn’t allowed to take questions other then those scripted because he’s also mentally handicapped, and not in his prime. He can’t think for himself, and can’t read even teleprompters without fucking that up..

This is making the USA not just the laughing stock of the world but it’s making our enemies look at us like lunch, and we are going to get hit hard by them because the Biden Whitehouse are allowing it. But let’s not forget the 4th of July when he pulled this crap, and refused to answer questions about what he was doing in Afghanistan.

Jason Chaffetz asks "Dear Republican Trump haters what did you get for your trade?"

Jason Chaffetz: “Dear Republican Trump haters what did you get for your trade?” A great question right? Well don’t forget that a little less than a year ago, a significant number of independent and Republican voters decided to trade what they saw as “bad tweets” for “bad policy.” A fake “Russian Colllusion” for a “REAL Russian/CHINA/IRAN Collusion” by the Biden’s both JOE BLOW and his crackhead son Hunter. So today, your Twitter feed is void of President Trump‘s tweets.

But that’s not all that was lost and besides what’s happening in Kabul, and in this country is no laughing matter folks.

Trump said no to federally funding abortion. You traded for Biden, who wants your taxes to pay for abortion, and your tax dollars are being sent around the world to fund abortion in other countries, and Trillions now being spent on the joke of “Green New Deal” which is masterminded by a moron like AOC which will further destroy our country, and yes traded rising wages for rising prices. Inflation is up sharply – 5.4% from a year ago, swallowing any wage gains produced by a tight labor market. In just the first eight months of the new administration, we are all paying more for food, gas, housing and vehicles.  With Democrats controlling the House, the Senate and the presidency, our national debt has exploded to more than $28 trillion. That’s enroute to an expected $40 trillion to $45 trillion within 10 years. In just seven months, Democrats have spent $6.5 trillion of the estimated $3.8 trillion expected in federal revenues this year.

Though President Trump was no fan of austerity, his spending priorities, tax reductions and approach to regulations at least drove economic growth and prosperity. Since Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., took control of the House purse strings three years ago, Democrat bills marketed as COVID relief or infrastructure are generally filled with bailouts and slush funds. We’re lucky if the percentages available to fulfill the bill’s purpose is above single digits.

You traded safety and security for less safety and security. The one and only spending priority Democrats have shown a willingness to cut is security. Their spending legislation cuts military spending by nearly $400 billion over the next 10 years.   Their immigration agenda demands dramatic reductions in border security and deportations. Their rhetoric demands defunding the police, releasing criminals without bail, reducing felonies to misdemeanors, and electing prosecutors who refuse to charge those who commit crimes. They have no solution to the crime problem that continues to get worse under their watch.

You traded fairness for a George Orwell version of equality. Under the new administration, there are two systems of justice. Protesters on the left can set buildings ablaze, vandalize them and shoplift with impunity. Protesters on the right will be branded, surveilled and prosecuted as domestic terrorists.

Americans and our world are not better off than we were eight months ago, with one notable exception. Trump’s efforts to engage the private sector in fast-tracking the vaccine have been enormously successful. For that success, Joe Biden is happy to take credit. He blames TRUMP for mistakes made by himself (Biden) while taking credit for Trumps “success” in anything he did because Joe Crack can’t come up with a single thing positive to do as “POTUS” he’s a complete joke, a bad human being, and a senile old pervert father of a pedophile crackhead. But hey they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree right? This is why Biden’s kids are a mess of crackheads, and child rapist while Trumps kids are well educated, speak properly about politics, and most importantly don’t come with baggage like being sold out to our nations enemies.

But the grim reality for Trump haters is this: the tradeoff has been costly. The cost could become even more dear if Democrats are successful in leveraging their slim majority to commandeer control of local elections. Their ability to tilt the playing field dramatically in their favor could prevent voters from ever restoring the freedom and prosperity we took for granted just eight months ago. They keep cheating to win it’s time we take it to them and tar and feather these clowns in broad daylight, and send them where they belong. TO PRISON! The entire democratic congress, senate, and white house along with right wing Rinos are to blame for the troubles in this country, our southern border and in the middle east.

Let’s not let them cheat to win anymore…. We let the left and their goons in “Black Lies Matter, and Antifa” riot, and destroy our country last year from the inside, and now we need to fight back. No more Mr. Nice guy… Time to take it to each one of them, and destroy them before we lose all that we have in this country that we real Americans love.

Singer Marilyn Manson agrees to surrender for alleged assault charges

Marilyn Manson the shock rock singer has essentially agreed peacefully to surrender in L.A. on New Hampshire arrest warrant for alleged assault, police said in statement. In a statement Friday, Gilford Police Chief Anthony Bean Burpee said Manson, whose real name is Brian Hugh Warner, will turn himself in to the Los Angeles Police Department. The arrest warrant was issued on Oct. 8, 2019.

The warrant, which the department made public on May 25, charges Manson with two misdemeanor counts of simple assault connected to an Aug. 18, 2019, incident at the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, an amphitheater in Gilford where Manson had performed.

Police said a videographer contracted to film the concert was in the stage pit area when she was allegedly assaulted, specifying that the incident was not sexual in nature. Burpee said the videographer had reported the alleged crime the day after the concert but that it took several months to complete the investigation.

Another journalist that spoke against the Clintons kills himself!!

The Clinton emails reporter dead in ‘suicide’ is ABC journalist, 45, who broke story of secret Arizona tarmac meeting between Bill and Loretta Lynch in 2016 before Hillary email probe was dropped ‘kills himself’ like all that come with proof that can place the Clinton crime family in danger with the law they end up killing themselves. People being suicide over the Clinton family is something that should shock anyone anymore it keeps happening.

Police in Hoover, Alabama, said they received a 911 call at 8:13am on Saturday of a person down at a home on Scout Trace. First responders arrived at the home and found the body of Christopher Sign, a former University of Alabama football player and veteran broadcast journalist with Birmingham’s ABC TV affiliate WBMA-LD.

News of Sign’s death, which is being investigated by police as a suicide, was reported by AL.com. In 2016, Sign reported that former President Clinton had met with Lynch on her private jet at Phoenix Airport. It was alleged that their conversation centered around an ongoing investigation into whether Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while Secretary of State was illegal. Bill Clinton and Lynch would go on to portray it as an impromptu friendly chat.

Days later, the FBI chose not to bring criminal charges against Hillary, who was in the midst of her presidential campaign. Less than two weeks before the 2016 election, however, the probe was re-opened after emails were found on a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner, the former congressman and husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

The FBI began investigating Weiner in 2015 after DailyMail.com revealed that he was in a ‘sexting’ relationship with a 15-year-old girl. Then-FBI Director James Comey sent a letter to Congress in late October announcing the re-opened investigation. Two days before the election, the investigation was closed. Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election to Donald Trump. Some observers believe that the timing of Comey and his letter to Congress may have cost her the presidency.

Christopher Sign, who broke the 2016 story about Bill Clinton’s tarmac meeting with then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, has died of an apparent suicide, according to authorities in Alabama. Sign is seen above last year holding a copy of his book Secret On The Tarmac. In June 2016, Bill Clinton (left) met with Attorney General Loretta Lynch (right) on the tarmac at Phoenix Airport in what was brushed aside as an impromptu friendly Bill Clinton approaching AG Lynch’s jet on the tarmac at Phoenix airport in June 2016. At the time of the meeting between Bill Clinton and Lynch, the Department of Justice was investigating Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state since 2017, Sign has been an anchor on the local news station ABC 33/40 in Birmingham.

‘Our deepest sympathy is shared with Chris’s loving family and close friends,’ said Sinclair Broadcast Group Vice President and General Manager Eric S. Land. ‘We have lost a revered colleague whose indelible imprint will serve forever as a hallmark of decency, honesty and journalist integrity. ‘We can only hope to carry on Chris’s legacy. May his memory be for blessing.’ James Spann, a meteorologist and colleague of Sign, tweeted: ‘We are still in shock over this news. Chris was a very good friend, and an incredible journalist. The grief today has been overwhelming.’

Wendell D. Edwards tweeted: ‘I’m in disbelief. Praying for his family and the 3340 family too.’ Jamie Hale, a sports anchor for the same station where Sign worked, tweeted in response to a news story about his death from her organization’s web site: ‘I can’t believe we have an article with this title. It doesn’t feel real.

‘We were in the office together last night cutting up like we always do. First responders arrived at a home in Hoover, Alabama and found the body of Christopher Prior to becoming a journalist, Sign attended the University of Alabama in the 1990s, where he played on the school’s football team as an offensive lineman. While in Tuscaloosa, he met his wife, Laura, who was an All-SEC volleyball player for the Crimson Tide. Sign is survived by Laura and their three children’I don’t understand why. I can’t talk about you in the past tense. ‘The grief today is unbearable.’

TIMELINE OF HILLARY CLINTON EMAIL SAGA

June 2008: An Apple Power Mac server, purchased by Bill Clinton’s aide Justin Cooper in 2007, is installed in the basement of the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua, New York. It initially handles traffic for Bill Clinton but soon is used by Clinton and her staff as well

Fall 2008: Computer equipment from Clinton’s presidential campaign is tapped as a replacement – a Dell PowerEdge 2900 Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange and a 1950 running a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Clinton aide Bryan Pagliano starts work on building the system, believing it will be used by Bill Clinton’s staff

January 2009: It is decided that the Apple server must be replaced as it is having problems with the volume of traffic

March 2009: Pagliano installs the server he has built in a rack in the Chappaqua house basement, with the help of Cooper. Pagliano, who is administrator for the new device, transfers the Apple server emails onto the new device. The new server is backed up once a week onto a Seagate external hard drive. The FBI has never obtained the Apple server for examination

January 2013: Clinton’s chief of staff, Cheryll Mills, recommends Denver, Colorado-based IT firm Platte River Networks (PRN) to manage the server to help with user limitations and reliability concerns

June 23, 2013: A Platte employee removes the server from the Chappaqua home to a data center in Secaucus, New Jersey, run by Equinix, to migrate it to a new server

June 30, 2013: The Clintons’ email accounts are migrated to the Platte server

July 18, 2013: Platte signs an agreement to manage the new, third server, a Dell PowerEdge R620. Platte subsequently configure a backup device from Datto, Inc, a Connecticut-based company, to take multiple snapshots of the system daily and to store the information for 60 days. The device also takes copies of the Pagliano server between June 24-December 23

December 2013: The Pagliano server is fully decommissioned

December 2014: Clinton and Abedin begin using the domain hrcoffice and stop using clintonemail.com

March 2015: New York Times reports that in mid-February Clinton handed over more than 300 emails to the House committee investigating the attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya

September 2015: Clinton tells ABC News that the use of two separate email accounts was a ‘mistake’ though she denied passing on classified information through the private email server

October 3, 2015: The Pagliano server is voluntarily handed over to the FBI

July 2016: Clinton gives a ‘voluntary’ interview to the FBI ‘about her email arrangements,’ according to a statement from her spokesperson. Two days later, FBI Director James Comey says bureau could not ‘find a case that woud support bringing criminal charges’ though he criticized Clinton as ‘extremely careless’ in the handling of sensitive material

October 28, 2016: Less than two weeks before the presidential election, FBI re-opens email probe after discovering laptop in a separate investigation involving former Congressman Anthony Weiner

November 6, 2016: Comey said that after a review of Weiner’s emails, there was no change in his prior recommendation from July

November 8, 2016: Donald Trump defeats Clinton the presidential election. Some observers believe Comey’s decision in late October to re-open the email investigation may have cost Clinton the election

Christina Boomer Vazquez tweeted: ‘Words cannot quite capture the heartbreak of learning that Chris Sign, a dear former colleague, has passed away. ‘My heart aches for his boys, his wife, and his family. He was so loved and will be so very missed.’ Prior to becoming a journalist, Sign attended the University of Alabama in the 1990s, where he played on the school’s football team as an offensive lineman. While in Tuscaloosa, he met his wife, Laura, who was an All-SEC volleyball player for the Crimson Tide. Sign is survived by Laura and their three children.

A native of the Dallas area, Sign spent time working as a reporter for ABC 33/40 between 2000 and 2005. Before returning to Alabama to become an anchor, he was a local ABC 15 TV Arizona reporter when he broke the stunning story of the tarmac meeting in June 2016. ‘We knew something had occurred that was a bit unusual. It was a planned meeting. It was not a coincidence.’ Sign told Fox and Friends in February 2020 ahead of the release of his book Secret on the Tarmac

Donald Trump had tweeted at the time: ‘Does anybody really believe that Bill Clinton and the U.S.A.G. talked only about ‘grandkids’ and golf for 37 minutes in plane on tarmac?’ Sign said his source witnessed the rendezvous unfold from the moment Clinton arrived at the airport. ‘He then sat and waited in his car with the motorcade, her air stairs come down, most of her staff gets off, he then gets on as the Secret Service and FBI are figuring out “How in the world are we supposed to handle this? What are we supposed to do?”‘ Sign told Fox.

‘She mentioned that Bill Clinton flattered her, talked about Eric Holder, talked about how things were going at Justice, talked about her job performance, not this golf-grandkids, Brexit.’ Sign said his investigations into the tarmac meeting had led to numerous credible death threats. ‘My family received significant death threats shortly after breaking this story,’ he told Fox. ‘Credit cards hacked. You know, my children, we have code words. We have secret code words that they know what to do.’ He added that his work had nothing to do with right or left-wing politics, but about what is right and wrong.

In May last year, Sign told a Real Clear Investigations team: ‘To this day I have never found a single person who claims or corroborates any story that Bill Clinton played golf on this particular trip … I feel strongly the former president did not play golf on this visit.’ Hillary’s campaign was in full swing at this point and one might think Bill Clinton would be more involved in that than his golf swing on a 110-degree day in Phoenix. Lynch was required to outline the meeting to then Justice Department Inspector Michael Horowitz and to lawmakers behind closed doors on Capitol Hill.

Despite the meeting being an apparent pleasant coincidence, Lynch’s testimony revealed their conversation was stilted and unusual. ‘As we walked to the door, the head of my security detail came to me and said: “Ma’am, I’ve been informed … that former President Clinton is also at the airfield and would like to say hello.”‘ Lynch testified.

She said Clinton ‘spoke with him for several minutes, asked about our trip, asked about our flight.’ Lynch described how she recalled recent press about the Clintons’ new grandchild and congratulated Bill. She said the roughly twenty minute parley was ‘the only real conversation I’ve ever had with him.’ Lynch said she made attempts to make a gracious exit more than once but that Clinton ‘continued chatting. He continued talking.’

She added in her testimony: ‘And at one point a staffer of mine came on the plane to get me. And at that point the president was – Mr. Clinton was then talking about Brexit. ‘He was saying that either he had been reading an article about Brexit, and he made a reference – he quoted something that had been in The Times – The New York Times, I should say – about Brexit when my staffer was stepping on to the plane.’

She was questioned about whether she felt that the conversation was going on too long and conceded, ‘As we were leaving I felt that it was – it certainly was going to raise a potential issue in the appearance of how the case was being handled.’ James Comey, then FBI director, later usurped the decision on whether to prosecute Clinton after the controversial runway meeting.

The Supreme Court wiped away a lower court Twitter lawsuit!

The Supreme Court on Monday finally did something right! After months of failing to uphold the law when asked they wiped away a lower court opinion holding that then President Donald Trump violated the First Amendment when he blocked followers from his Twitter account. The high court dismissed the case because POTUS45 is not in office anymore so there isn’t a live case or controversy, and just because it’s down right stupid to call on a lawsuit against someone for blocking you on Twitter. Had this bogus lawsuit gone in think about all the other lawsuits which would follow? I was blocked by Paul Feig of the Ghostbusters remake would I be able to sue him?

Trump established his Twitter account in 2009, and in May and June of 2017, while serving as President, he blocked seven crybabies who had expressed displeasure with him. Lawyers from the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University sued on behalf of the cry babies, arguing Trump’s action violated their First Amendment rights. They clearly don’t know the First Amendment or their rights.

In court papers, they said the President’s account, @realDonaldTrump, “functions as an official source of news and information about the government, and as a forum for speech by, to, and about the President.”A district court said the then President’s action of blocking followers violated the individuals’ First Amendment rights because it excluded them from a public forum based on their viewpoints a decision an appeals court later affirmed. Wonder if a bunch of democRATS were on that “appeals court” group?

Then Solicitor General Jeff Wall asked the Supreme Court to take up the case, arguing that Trump’s account is personal, even if it is sometimes run by his assistant Dan Scavino.” By ignoring the critical distinction between the President’s (sometimes) official statements on Twitter and his always personal decision to block respondents from his own account,” Wall argued, the lower court opinion “blurs the line between state action and private conduct notwithstanding this Court’s repeated and recent exhortations to heed that line carefully in applying the First Amendment.

“But after the election and after Twitter banned Trump from the platform for violating its policies related to the US Capitol insurrection, Wall asked the Court to dismiss the case and wipe away the lower court opinion.

Greta Thunberg joke-tweets that worry over smaller penises...

Climate activist, and school dropout Greta Thunberg has now discovered the PENIS! Yes folks she now knows what a penis looks like, and well she’s worried that it might become a mutation due to climate change that men sometimes are born with smaller ones. Things that need further looking into I’m sure? But anyway good to see her time with actors like Leo DiCaprio and others have paid off as her conditioning by Hollyweird continues.

Biden "Do as I say! Not as I do..."

Remember here first if President Joe Biden were compelled to live by the standards he intends to institute for college students accused of sexual misconduct, he would be presumed guilty of rape, denied any legitimate opportunity to refute Tara Reade’s charges, and tossed from office in disgrace.

But this is a case of “Do as I say, and not as I do…” Which is all to typical of our elected leaders on both sides of the map. Doesn’t matter which but the democRATS have made a living off it, and have seemed to now do it without even caring about how it would impact them if they would be taken to task for their behavior. But since they control the media, and the spin they control the narrative, and so we are are now. They say what they demand of us but even if it’s something they themselves are guilty of doing.

The New York Times reports that Biden’s “White House Gender Policy Council” is “beginning his promised effort to dismantle Trump-era rules on sexual misconduct that afforded greater protections to students accused of assault.” The subhead informs us that, “The Biden administration will examine regulations by Betsy DeVos that gave the force of law to rules that granted more due-process rights to students accused of sexual assault.”

The most disingenuous word here though the piece is brimming with them is “more.” History did not begin in 2015, and former education secretary Betsy DeVos did not invent more due-process rights in Title IX; she simply reinstated time-honored fundamental due-process rights that have guided justice systems in the liberal world for hundreds of years. The Constitution says twice that no citizen shall be arbitrarily “deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” No means no.

It was only in 2011 that the Obama administration instituted fewer due-process rights through the force of law, denying the accused the ability to question accusers, the right to review the allegations and evidence presented by their accuser, the right to present exculpatory evidence, and the right to call witnesses. Basically, the right to mount a defense, and we all know with how they went after Trump in both impeachment attempts with the radical left not letting Trump or his lawyers have a way to defend themselves this should not as a shock that Biden wants this sort of counter constitution ideology to be set in place for schools. This is folks more of that good old socialism/communism/marxist idology. Remember it was the Obama administration that asked schools to institute a system that empowered a single investigator, often without any training and susceptible to the vagaries of societal and political pressures, to pass unilateral judgment on these cases.

It was the Obama administration rules, colleges were allowed to adjudicate sexual abuse and assault cases using a “preponderance of evidence” rather than a more stringent “clear and convincing evidence” standard. Now, Jennifer Klein, the “Gender Policy Council” co-chair and chief of staff to First Lady Jill Biden, says “everybody involved” in a sexual complaint, “accused and accuser,” should be entitled to due process, and so does this mean that Tara Reade is right, and should be heard, and thus this mean the JOE BIDEN should be removed from office NOW, and should have to face his accuser? I doubt anyone ever argued that the accuser’s right to come forward should be diminished, or that the accused should be afforded fewer protections than any other American who says they are the victim of a crime? We should never diminish the pain and anguish those who come forward with these charges go through. But the presumption of innocence is a legal term based on a values system. And if the federal government is going to dictate how colleges deal with sexual-assault accusations, it has a responsibility to uphold the norms of the Constitution.

The good news is that between 2011 and 2021, there has been a string of court cases repudiating Biden’s position. Hundreds of lawsuits were filed since 2011. A 2015 study by United Educators found that a quarter of the Title IX statute had been challenged by students who either filed lawsuits in the federal courts or lodged complaints through the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Dozens of schools, including Northwestern University, Dartmouth College, and Yale, settled cases, while schools such as USC, Pennsylvania State University, Ohio University, Hofstra, Boston College, and Claremont McKenna all lost decisions.

Schools complained about the costs of implementing due process, yet the average cost of settling these claims was around $350,000, with some going as high as $1 million. This, not incidentally, also means that some people who are guilty of sexual assault will claim to be victims of flawed hearings or unfair sanctions simply because they can circumvent the norms of justice. Proper due process protects both the accuser and the accused. At the very least, the state should ensure that students are afforded the same impartiality, norms, and protections that every one of us expects in the real world.

“Either we believe principles are the best means of fairness, or not. Biden, it seems, only believes in them for himself.” We strongly agree with this statement.

Joe Biden cages kids? After he demonized Trump!

So the Sniffler & Theif Joe Lying Biden who recently got into hot water for saying that ‘We Didn’t Have Vaccine’ When I Came into Office which is a lie! But now it looks like the US is to allow illegal migrants from Mexico to once again be locked in cages as his critics slam ‘kids in cages’ which makes me laugh because Biden demonized Trump for having to take the same steps. Now the comedy in all this was that the cages plus photos usually used to smear Trump were from the Obama/Biden administration.

So when Trump took over as President it suddenly became un human to have this, and use it to house illegal kids which needed to be vetted and looked at to make sure the adults that they came into the country illegally were even their relative. Which to me made sense when Obama/Biden did it, and when Trump did it, and have no issues it being done now.

Now with that said it does show more hypocricy on Biden who slammed Trump, and the media who slammed Trump, and yet have been soft on Biden for doing this same thing. So the Biden misadministration have now started reopening a controversial Texas facility.

‘None of the morning or evening newscasts on ABC, CBS, and NBC shared a word about Biden’s kiddie kennels with their viewers,’ Nicholas Fondacaro wrote. The camp, which is home to hundreds of mostly Central American asylum seekers, “has recently been hard hit by extreme weather in northern Mexico. As President Biden continues to rebuild the nation’s border management in a way that reflects America’s values, addressing humanitarian needs in Matamoros has become a priority,” the US Department of Homeland Security said in a statement.

Some people have been living at the camp for more than a year under former President Donald Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy.

The move comes as White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki denied the Biden administration was putting “kids in cages”, a common criticism of Trump’s hardline immigration policies, during a Tuesday press briefing.

The US is reopening a tent facility for unaccompanied migrant teenagers in Texas, and a shelter in Miami, Florida, both of which have been closed since 2019, as it deals with a surge of attempted southern border crossings by asylum seekers.

“This is not kids being kept in cages,” Psaki said at the briefing. “This is a facility that was opened that’s going to follow the same standards as other [Health and Human Services] facilities” in keeping in line with COVID-19 safety protocols. LOL Yeah but inside! They got cages, and this is where these kids are being kept. Now if this story wasn’t bad enough for Biden!

Gavin Newscum Faces Recall Election as Campaign Collects 1,509,000 Signatures

In a glorious effort to recall California Governor Gavin Newsom or as I call him “NewScum” has reached the minimum number of signatures needed to trigger a recall election, organizers behind the recall campaign announced Friday. Yes friends! Like I’ve been sayin for a long time California is flipping away from the left, and will slowly become what it once was a RED STATE, and when this happens folks it’s a wrap for the left. They have destroyed their biggest state, and the people are speaking loud. Gavin is related to Pelosi, and she’s hated also in California. These people come from mafia money, and are from a long line of evil scumbags.

Recall Gavin Newsom launched last year and amassed more than 900,000 signatures by the end of December. The recall campaign said it collected more than 1.4 million signatures by early February and gathered a total of 1,509,000 signatures by Friday.

State law dictates that a recall campaign must gather support from a specific number of registered voters in order to trigger a recall. In this case, valid signatures from 1,495,709 California voters a number equivalent to 12 percent of the votes cast in the election Newsom won to become governor from at least five counties needed to sign the petition by the campaign’s March deadline.

Once the California secretary of state determines that the campaign has collected enough valid signatures, a recall election will be scheduled to allow voters to decide if they want Newsom to stay in office or not. Recall Gavin Newsom set a goal of collecting 1.8 million signatures in anticipation that some might not pass muster with the secretary of state’s office.

This is not the first recall campaign Newsom has faced since he was elected governor with nearly 62 percent of the vote in 2018, but it is the campaign that has gained the most traction. The effort is fueled in part by frustrations surrounding restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus pandemic. Organizers also cite as reasons for their efforts the Democratic governor’s positions on issues that predate COVID-19, including gun laws and immigration policies.

The organizers say on the campaign’s website that the effort is not driven by any one political party, and they have bristled at allegations that supporters of the movement have links to QAnon and other far-right groups. Instead, organizers say the movement is supported by voters of diverse political backgrounds and represents a “mass uprising” in California.

Randy Economy, a senior adviser for the campaign, told Newsweek in December that this recall effort is notable to him because it has support from Californians who don’t typically get involved in politics.

The recall campaign is “kind of a perfect tidal wave of citizens who have never done anything in politics before ever, and I really do mean that who decided they want to take a stab at this,” Economy told Newsweek at the time. A significant component to the campaign’s success is the frustrations voters feel after months of living with the pandemic and the restrictions introduced at the state level, he said. Newsom’s attendance at a dinner party at the French Laundry last November, which violated the state’s recommendations for gathering with individuals outside of one’s household, only served to inflame those already frustrated with the lockdowns.

Ten recall campaigns have qualified for a recall election in California since 1913, only six of which have resulted in the targeted official being removed from office, according to the California secretary of state’s website. The only California governor to be successfully recalled was Gray Davis, a Democrat who was removed in 2003 and replaced by former Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Economy told KTTV on Thursday that the recall campaign was close to reaching 1.5 million signatures. The effort was further aided by the national GOP, which invested $250,000 to help remove Newsom from office.

On the final day of 2020, Economy told Newsweek that he believed this recall campaign would be successful. “I think this is different this time,” he said. “Sometimes in politics and in life, you have that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the average resident to make a difference. This is that moment in California history.”
