Americans now can see for themselves what the rest of us knew coming into these audits but now as we watched with bated breath Thursday as the Arizona audit results were released in a legislative hearing one of the auditors, Ben Cotton, dropped perhaps what is the biggest bombshell of the Maricopa County audit, revealing that election systems’ security was so bad it could have been hacked in a matter of minutes.
At the hearing, Cotton briefed the Senate leaders on evidence showing the registration server was breached. “We know through public record, public statements, that an element of the election system was actually compromised or breached during the course of the November 2020 election,” he said.
“The registration server that was public-facing did have unauthorized access to that in cybersecurity terms, it was breached. We know that the county has accepted that as an unauthorized breach because they actually issued a letter to a small subset of the voters who were affected by that breach.”

Cotton went on to explain that these breaches could have been due to severe cybersecurity problems such as failure to perform basic maintenance. According to Cotton, the election systems’ anti-virus software has not been updated since the Dominion software was first installed. That was in August 2019 5 months before the election. But wait if these machines were not hooked up to the internet, and were not hackable as said by the lying owners of them why would they need anti virus software?
“What that creates is a tremendous vulnerability to anyone who could get access through a system,” Cotton said. “If someone accessed that system, they would have no difficulty at all effectively penetrating and gaining system-level access at the current pap state and antivirus state of these systems.” Cotton is basically letting the American people know election officials thought their votes were so worthless that they did not even warrant an update of the software.
Your computer’s malware system most likely updates weekly, but the systems responsible for upholding our democracy have not had an update in two years, Cotton explained. And this folks is a major problem, and yes these machines were online, and yes the owners lied to the congress, and to the American people! The owners of Dominion voting machines were all in on The Big Steal.
But that’s not even the worst news Cotton had for voters during the hearing. When state Sen. Warren Petersen asked him how long it would take a hacker to access election management software, the answer was staggering.
“The vulnerabilities that exist on these systems would take an average script kitty less than ten minutes to get access to these systems,” Cotton said. Ten minutes is all it would take for the elitist left to get into election systems and stab democracy in the heart. The public vote is the cornerstone of democracy, and this audit has found its systems corroded, creating a pathway that could have been used by insidious hackers. We may not know exactly who hacked the system or why, but it goes without saying that answering these questions must play a huge role in ensuring the integrity of our elections moving forward.
While it is unconstitutional to hold an impeachment trial over a now ex President, and a Citizen breaking the law has not stopped the radical left, and power hungry demented Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., said that President Donald Trump’s second impeachment trial will start the week of Feb. 8, announced Friday. Earlier in the day, he said the impeachment article for the trial would head to the Senate Monday, officially triggering the trial process.
The House impeached Trump Jan. 13 for inciting the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol a week earlier. The date is an agreement between Schumer and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. McConnell spokesperson Doug Andres said the Kentucky Republican was “glad” Schumer agreed to their request to delay the trial. The additional weeks to prepare were “a win for due process and fairness,” Andres said. The timing on when the House would transmit the impeachment article had been left in the air as the Senate changed from Republican to Democratic control and worked to quickly confirm several of Biden’s cabinet nominees. Schumer and McConnell have also continued to discuss a power-sharing agreement, since the chamber is split evenly, and the framework for how a trial will operate.
McConnell, the Republican leader from Kentucky, had been pushing for the House to send over its impeachment article next Thursday and not starting the trial proceedings in earnest until mid-February. He argued the delay would allow Trump time to install a legal team. “This impeachment began with unprecedentedly fast and minimal process in the House,” McConnell said on the floor Friday. “The sequel cannot be an insufficient Senate process that denies former President Trump his due process or damages the Senate or presidency itself.” McConnell said on the Senate floor Trump deserved a “full and fair process” for his impeachment trial. But the House’s transmission of the impeachment article on Monday will start the process of the impeachment trial on Tuesday, several days earlier than McConnell’s original proposed timeline.
Pelosi, in a statement, confirmed the House would send the article on Monday, applauding the work of the nine House Democrats serving as impeachment managers and highlighting Congress’ “solemn duty.”
“The article of impeachment for incitement of insurrection by Donald Trump will be delivered to the Senate on Monday, January 25,” the California Democrat said. Pelosi, i downplayed GOP concerns that Trump did not have enough time to prepare for the trial, arguing “the former president will have had the same amount of time to prepare for trial as our Managers.” This is another illegal impeachment which once again is being rushed, and under fake, and false claims by the radical left lead by the wicked witch of the west Nasty Nancy Pelosi.

(VADO HONDO, Guatemala) – As Guatemalan security forces on Monday cleared a road of hundreds of people in a mostly Honduran migrant caravan that had camped out overnight when authorities barred it from advancing toward the United States. The Guatemalan government said the road in the eastern part of the country reopened to traffic after troops with batons and plastic shields closed in on the migrants just beyond the village of Vado Hondo, about 35 miles (56 km) from border crossings into Honduras and El Salvador.

Some people were injured as troops forced the crowd from the road, said Andres Gomez, a Guatemalan in the caravan. “This isn’t a war. It’s a caravan with women and children. The soldiers have no right to beat anyone,” he said. “There are women who’ve been beaten, it’s an act of violence.” Ruben Tellez, a spokesman for Guatemala’s military, later defended soldiers’ use of force, describing it as minimal and proportionate.
“Their right to migrate is being respected so long as they prove that their entry into the country complies with migratory and sanitary requirements,” Tellez told Reuters, referring to valid identification documents as well as a negative COVID-19 test taken in the past 48 hours. After the clearance, groups of migrants went back into Vado Hondo looking for alternative routes, the government said. It was unclear how many were turning back altogether. Many of the migrants say they are fleeing poverty and lawlessness in a region rocked by the coronavirus pandemic and two devastating hurricanes in November.
Guatemala’s migration authority said late on Monday that about 1,800 Honduran migrants have been returned home since last Thursday, as well as about 100 Salvadorans sent back to El Salvador over the same time. Nearly 20% of the deported migrants from the caravan were accompanied minors, according to the migration authority.
The confrontation with the migrant caravan, the first of 2021, occurred as Democratic U.S. President-elect Joe Biden prepares to take office on Wednesday. He has pledged more humane migration policies than outgoing Republican President Donald Trump, who favored a hard-line approach.
Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on Monday warned migrants not to try to enter countries by force, and said he was in touch with both the outgoing and incoming U.S. administrations over the migrant caravan.
Lopez Obrador said he was hopeful that Biden would carry out immigration reform and work with Mexico and Central America on a plan that could provide alternatives to migration. Guatemalan Foreign Minister Pedro Brolo said on Monday he was surprised that Honduras did not want to collaborate in stopping the caravan, citing earlier joint discussions on it.
The head of the Honduran border police, Julian Hernandez, said more than 800 security officials had tried to stop the caravan at the Guatemalan border, but migrants pushed through the barrier, some using children “as shields.”

Miller was one of several on Twitter who noted President-elect Joe Biden’s own checkered history of lifting quotes from others, as Biden did in 1987 when he ripped off UK Labor Leader Neil Kinnock’s tales of growing up poor, a bit of plagiarism which helped sideline Biden’s campaign for president at the time.

Harris nevertheless grandstanded before Congress during a 2017 hearing by the State Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, appearing on the dais as Lacey and Larkin were called before the PSI as part of a public shaming, where she and other Senators lambasted the two men, who declined to testify based on their First and Fifth Amendment rights under the U.S. Constitution.
During Harris’ embarrassingly amateur run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, which she folded before ever being tested in a state primary, the junior U.S. Senator for California adopted the slogan, “Kamala Harris for the People.” It was an unusually ironic catchphrase — given not only her track record as a prosecutor putting people of color in prison in record numbers, but also her unwillingness to take on high-level wrongdoing and corruption in the foreclosure industry.
As detailed at length in 2017 by The Intercept, the California Attorney General’s Consumer Law Section had sought to bring a civil enforcement action in 2013 against “foreclosure king” Steve Mnuchin’s OneWest Bank, claiming it had “uncovered evidence suggestive of widespread misconduct” by the Pasadena-based institution, such as the backdating of foreclosure documents, among other shenanigans. In a 22-page memo described by The Intercept as a pitch for legal action, California prosecutors “identified over a thousand legal violations in the small subsection of OneWest loans they were able to examine.”
However, Harris’ office, “without any explanation, declined to prosecute the case.” At the time of The Intercept exposé, Harris had just been sworn into office as U.S. Sen., and Mnuchin was Trump’s nominee to become Treasury Secretary (a job he soon successfully snagged, natch.)
Though Harris voted against his confirmation, many observers noted the financial ties between the Harris campaign and OneWest. Mnuchin “gave $2,000 to Harris’ Senate campaign in February 2016,” recounted The Intercept, and international financier George Soros, an investor in OneWest, “maxed out to Harris’ campaign in 2015.” Confronted with the revelations in the Intercept report, Harris offered the weakest possible non-excuse for her office’s inaction when it came to Mnuchin and OneWest.
“We went and we followed the facts and the evidence, and it’s a decision my office made,” Harris said to The Hill when asked. “We pursued it just like any other case. We go and we take a case wherever the facts lead us.”
Given such blatant, unrepentant meretriciousness, is it any wonder that Harris would pilfer an anecdote from history’s most celebrated civil rights leader and use it to burnish her own bio? The Russian president noted that “the Russian-American cooperation based on the principles of equality and mutual respect would meet the interests of the people in both countries and the entire international community.”

Secretaries of state in several states have said there is not enough evidence of fraud to overturn the election. Over the weekend, a judge in Michigan allowed two dozen Dominion Voting Systems machines in Antrim County to be forensically audited by Trump’s legal team. Antrim County hasn’t responded to a request for comment.
Antrim County spokesperson Jeremy Scott told the Detroit Free Press that forensic images will be taken from voting machines used during the Nov. 3 election. “Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 [a.m.] and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we’ll have the results in about 48 hours, and that’ll tell us a lot about these machines,” Trump attorney Jenna Ellis told Fox News on Sunday. “A judge actually granted our team access … to conduct a forensic audit,” Ellis added.
Ellis also told Fox News on Monday that the team is currently working on trying to get their lawsuits to the Supreme Court while they are still lobbying state legislatures in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. It came as fellow Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani was diagnosed with the CCP virus over the past weekend.
President Donald Trump said Monday that, despite the General Services Administration (GSA) being given the green light to engage with the Sniffler Sleepy Creepy Joe Biden’s transition team, he would “never concede” in what is folks and I agree with the President “the most corrupt election in American political history,” and his team would continue with legal challenges.

Attorney and once affiliated with Trump’s legal team Sidney Powell who is now acting independently, said she has a deluge of evidence that Dominion and other voting systems were exploited to swing the election, saying she soon intends to file a lawsuit of “epic” proportions that will detail the evidence. This builds on previous remarks she made, claiming the proof she said she was receiving regarding election fraud was massive, and likened its eventual disclosure to “releasing the Kraken.”
Dominion has repeatedly denied that its systems were compromised or used in a fraudulent manner. Meanwhile, while a joint statement put out by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on behalf of a national elections infrastructure coalition with links to Dominion through the company’s membership in CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council (SCC), called the Nov. 3 election “the most secure in American history.” Yeah right!
Trump later fired then-head of CISA, Christopher Krebs, claiming the joint statement was “highly inaccurate in that there were massive improprieties and fraud.” Right on Mr President! The president’s message that he would “never concede to fake ballots & ‘Dominion’,” followed an earlier missive in which he indicated that the GSA would make transition resources available for Biden, while insisting that he still has a good shot at victory. “Our case STRONGLY continues, we will keep up the good fight, and I believe we will prevail!” he wrote in a Twitter post.
The president’s message followed a letter that GSA Administrator Emily Murphy sent to Biden (pdf), where she notified the former vice president that some transition resources, including around $7.3 million in funds, would be available to him and his team. MEXIA, Texas (KWTX) – Kelly Reagan Brunner, a social worker at the Mexia State Supported Living Center, has been charged with 134 counts in an election fraud investigation involving the registration of 67 of the facility’s residents, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced in a press release late Friday afternoon.
She’s accused of submitting voter registration applications for the 67 residents “without their signature or effective consent, while purporting to act as their agent,” Paxton said in the press release. Only a parent, spouse or child who’s a qualified voter of the county may act as an agent in registering voters and they must be appointed by the prospective voter to do so, Paxton said.
“None of the SSLC patients gave effective consent to be registered, and a number of them have been declared totally mentally incapacitated by a court, thereby making them ineligible to vote in Texas,” Paxton said. “Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice,” Paxton said.

Such a large number of Latinos in Florida voted for Trump because both Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice presidential nominee Kamala Harris have repeatedly flirted with socialist ideas and principles. In the ad, Harris contrasted equal treatment — which involves everybody receiving fair and equal treatment — with equitable treatment, which involves resources being redistributed so that everybody “start[s] in the same place.”

Equality suggests, ‘Oh, everyone should get the same amount.’ The problem with that, not everybody’s starting in the same place,” she said in the disturbing 50-second advertisement. Writing for Reason magazine, Robby Soave explained why what she’d said was extremely problematic.
“A government should be obligated to treat all citizens equally, giving them the same access to civil rights and liberties like voting, marriage, religious freedom, and gun ownership. “A mandate to foster equity, though, would give the government power to violate these rights in order to achieve identical social results for all people. In other words, to foster equity, you must implement an authoritarian Communist government, period, because there’s no other way to redistribute resources and rights, and so naturally, Latinos in Florida particularly those who fled oppression in Cuba or are the children of Cuban refugees weren’t too thrilled at this prospect. Perhaps Florida’s white, black and Asian Trump supporters weren’t either.

Except for allegations from the Trump campaign, Balmaseda didn’t have any specific reports to support her allegation. Dozens of Trump supporters there felt the same way.
