Grand jury investigating Donald Trump for criminal charges to end: Sources

So after months and Millions of space bucks or um tax payer money the special grand jury that had been hearing evidence in the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump expires at the end of the week and will not be extended, sources familiar with the matter confirmed to the news circus.

The special grand jury was empaneled last fall, but had stopped hearing evidence once Alvin Bragg became district attorney in Manhattan in January, raising questions about the strength of the case and whether prosecutors had amassed all the elements required to prove it.

The two senior prosecutors who had been leading the investigation, Mark Pomerantz and Cary Dunne, resigned in February. Pomerantz said in his resignation letter he believed Trump “is guilty of numerous felony violations.” Mr Trump has denied wrongdoing.

The district attorney’s office declined to confirm or deny the decision not to extend the special grand jury, which was first reported by Communist News Network. Grand juries can always be called upon to hear evidence and weigh the return of an indictment and a new special grand jury could always be empaneled.

A spokeswoman for Bragg declined to comment and instead pointed to a statement the district attorney issued earlier this month that insisted the criminal investigation remained active.

“The team working on this investigation is comprised of dedicated, experienced career prosecutors. They are going through documents, interviewing witnesses, and exploring evidence not previously explored,” Bragg said in a statement said earlier this month. “In the long and proud tradition of white-collar prosecutions at the Manhattan D.A.’s Office, we are investigating thoroughly and following the facts without fear or favor.”

The district attorney’s office fought successfully for access to Trump’s personal and business tax returns as part of the investigation into how he valued his assets. The New York attorney general is conducting a parallel civil investigation.

The case has already resulted in tax charges against the Trump Organization and its chief financial officer Allan Weisselberg over perks paid to certain executives. Each has pleaded not guilty.

Waukesha Massacre

A $5 Million Bail has been set for the suspect in Waukesha Massacre Darrell Brooks, Jr., 39, the man arrested for driving his SUV into a Christmas parade in Waukesha Sunday, killing at least five people and injuring dozens, according to reports he made his first court appearance following the Massacre in Waukesha on Tuesday. During the appearance prosecutors reported that a sixth death had occurred when a child who was in critical condition passed away — one of 16 admitted to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin after the incident. Brooks faces five consecutive life sentences, with more charges on the way, prosecutors said. At least 40 people were injured, including children who remain in critical condition.

Waukesha Police Department Chief Dan Thompson said this was not an act of terror, and that Brooks acted alone. Thompson stated that Brooks was a suspect in a domestic disturbance prior to driving through the city’s Christmas parade. Thompson, as well as officers who were at the parade, say that Brooks appeared to intentionally drive through the crowd.

The Prosecutors highlighted Brooks’ lengthy history with the criminal justice system. Dating back to 2000, Brooks has records in Wisconsin, Nevada, and Georgia. In a case dating to Nov. 5, 2021, Brooks was charged in Milwaukee County with resisting and obstructing, felony bail jumping, second degree reckless endangering safety, and other charges. Prosecutors stated Brooks is alleged to have struck the mother of his child with a fist and then attempted to run her over with the same vehicle he was driving when he was arrested on Sunday. Brooks’ bail was set at $5 million.

“I have no problem with the bail being recommended by the state. I’m an old guy who has been doing this for almost 40 years,” Judge Kevin Costello said. “The nature of this offense is shocking.”

The Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office is currently reviewing the bail conditions set during the case in early November. Brooks was released on a bail of $1,000 on Nov. 11, an amount which Milwaukee District Attorney John Chisholm called “inappropriately low.” Chisholm’s office stated that “appropriate next steps” will be taken following the review. If convicted, Brooks will spend the rest of his life in prison.

Former McDonald’s USA CEO Ed Rensi told FOX Business this week that Democrat President Joe Biden’s policies were “dramatically” impacting the supply chain crisis and inflation. “I first experienced this back during the 70s, up into the 80s when we had stagflation, where prices of fuel [were] going up like crazy,” he said. “Transportation was limited. Distribution was limited. We had to raise prices. We had to address our opening and closing schedules in restaurants modified to menus, and we’re going through it again.”

“It’s been exacerbated clearly by COVID. But it’s also been impacted dramatically by the policy changes that President Biden made even before he was inaugurated,” Rensi added. “When he said he’s going to shut down oil, shut down the pipelines, move away from fossil fuel.”

Biden’s approval rating has plummeted in recent months as inflation has continued to skyrocket under his watch.

Larry Summers, who served as Treasury Secretary under former President Bill Clinton and director of the National Economic Council under former President Barack Obama, warned this month that inflation is “worse” than expected.

“Well, I think we now have a gathering storm of inflation,” he continued. “And we’re likely to see some combination of that storm coming to fruition, or the central bank being forced to act to contain inflation with potentially serious financial consequences, or some combination of those two things. We’ve had labor market inflation wages at a seven and a half percent rate in the last month, we’ve had consumer price inflation close to a 6% rate over the last six months. We’ve had houses causing price inflation at over 20% over the last year, and almost none of that has yet been reflected in the price indices. I think they’re very serious reasons for concern.”

The money that President Biden may have improperly avoided paying on are Medicare taxes before he took office and could owe the IRS up to again $500,000, according to a Congressional Research Service report.

“Joe Biden wants to raise taxes by $2.1 trillion while claiming the rich need to pay their ‘fair share.’ But in 2017, multi-millionaire Joe Biden skirted his payroll taxes the very taxes that fund Medicare and Obamacare,” said Rep. Jim Banks, who chairs the conservative Republican Study Committee.

Banks said the report indicated that Biden improperly used “S corporations” while he and first lady Jill Biden raked in over $13 million on speaking fees and book sales in 2017 and 2018, but counted less than $800,000 of it as a salary that could be taxed for Medicare. The White House pointed to a Biden campaign statement that defended Biden’s actions. “The salaries earned by the Bidens are reasonable and were determined in good faith, considering the nature of the entities and the services they performed,” the statement said, calling the use of the corporations a “common method for taxpayers who have outside sources of income to consolidate their earnings and expenses.”

Biden is leading the charge to pass a $3.5 trillion bill that would help fund child care, education and health care. In order to help pay for the cost of the massive legislation, Biden’s plan calls for targeting tax avoidance while raising taxes on people in high-income brackets who Biden claims don’t “pay their fair share.”

A draft of the bill includes a provision that would close loopholes similar to the one Biden used, though the report indicates that Biden would still owe taxes under the current rules, as well and that the report does not name the president, but it analyzes cases where the IRS won a judgment against taxpayers who improperly exploited the S corporations to avoid the Medicare tax.

But when the Bidens released their tax returns during his presidential campaign, they showed that the couple saved up to $500,000 by avoiding the 3.8% self-employment tax with the S corporations. “As demonstrated by their effective federal tax rate in 2017 and 2018 which exceeded 33% the Bidens are committed to ensuring that all Americans pay their fair share,” the Biden campaign said in a statement at the time. Some experts believe that the IRS does not have the resources to investigate all the taxpayers who may abuse S corporations to avoid taxes.

“There are millions literally millions of S corporations. So there might be a half a million S corporations that are playing this game,” said John Bogdanski, who served as a member of the IRS Commissioner’s Advisory Group. “And the IRS doesn’t have anywhere near enough of a budget to bring a half a million cases every year.” Yeah but this one ran for the highest land in office, and after years of spreading lies on the guy who came before him. So it’s only right that he’s subject to an open investigation, and should be put in his place as he’s once again doing whatever he wants while smearing Trump, and raping the US Tax Payers.

Kamala Harris bailed out BLM Rioters! EXPOSED!

After the death of the criminal known as George Floyd which made it easy for the left to use this as a base for their take over of the streets, and the nation by using the domestic terrorist groups known as Antifa, Boogalo Bois, and yes Black Lives Matter who all initiated a nationwide assault on cities that cost billions in damages, thousands of lives, and unrest for months all over the nation. During what they called the “Summer of Love” something they will never live down.

Well it looks like while these riots were going on, the Left and their allies in the Fake News Media were excusing them, and oftentimes encouraging more violence as we know, and It’s been shown in past videos. Not only were they encouraging the riots, many on the Left were promoting bail funds to release rioters from jail.

The most notable of these bail funds was from the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which said that they would “pay criminal bail and immigration bonds for those who cannot otherwise afford to.” Dozens of Hollywood stars and left-wing politicians promoted the fund, which caused it to raise tens of millions of dollars. Among them is Kamala Harris. Oh that’s right she was right there endorsing on video these riots, and she paid for a lot of these same domestic terrorists to get bail. YUP folks this is facts.

Harris encouraged her followers to “chip in” to “help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota.” Of course, Minnesota was where the most violence occurred, with Minneapolis being the site of George Floyd’s death. Her post certainly helped the group, which only raised around $100,000 in all of 2018.

The bail fund was then used to bail out violent rioters, including one man who allegedly shot at police officers during riots in Minnesota. And now the Minnesota Freedom Fund is trying to cover up exactly who they bailed out, publicly refusing to reveal exactly who they bailed out. Just the News reached out to the fund, who were told that they could find records of who they bailed out through the “Hennepin and Ramsey County jail rosters.”

But the news outlet attempted to find the records, instead finding that they are not easily accessible. Minnesota reporter Tom Lyden of KMSP also attempted to find a list of those bailed out by the fund. Instead, he found that the records are “difficult to find and it is not available online.”

The fact that the Minnesota Freedom Fund isn’t willing to reveal exactly who they bailed out proves that they are likely hiding something. And with people like Kamala Harris promoting it, it is clear they don’t want the information to harm their political prospects.

DiMezzo captured the GOP nomination for Cheshire County sheriff on Tuesday night after running unopposed in the party primary. DiMezzo won despite the fact that DiMezzo received no support from the county or state GOP. DiMezzo won after running on a platform that backs decriminalizing drugs, sex work, and illegal immigration DiMezzo will have an even more formidable task as she will face off against a four-term incumbent, the Democrat Eli Rivera. The head of the Cheshire County Republican Party, Marylin Huston, misgendered DiMezzo by referring to her as ‘he’ when she offered congratulations.

‘He did very well with the primary and that was wonderful,’ Huston said. DiMezzo is a member of a group of Libertarian activists known as the Free Keene group. During the recent GOP primary for governor, the group backed Rich Paul, who legally changed his name to Nobody. Nobody lost the primary on Tuesday to the Republican incumbent, Governor Chris Sununu. Last year, Nobody lost his bid to become mayor of Keene.

DiMezzo is the host of an internet radio show in which she is known as ‘She-Male.’ Initially, Free Keene began as an offshoot of the Free State Project of Libertarians, but the Free State Project has since distanced itself from Free Keene. According to Huston, DiMezzo ran as a Republican because she was unable to get onto the Libertarian Party’s ballot. She signed up to run as a Republican two days before the deadline after it was learned that Earl Nelson, a longtime GOP candidate, was not running. DiMezzo said she regretted that the party has not supported her candidacy. LMAO! ‘They’re clearly not on my side,’ DiMezzo said. In the town of Rindge, Nelson received more than 200 write-in votes on Tuesday. Local Republicans on social media expressed their concerns about DiMezzo’s gender, religious beliefs, and political positions.

‘People of Rindge did a phenomenal job. Very well done,’ DiMezzo said. Huston denies there was a coordinated effort to keep DiMezzo from winning the nomination. ‘I guess that’s just part of the whole political scene,’ Huston said. Huston denies that the GOP is shunning DiMezzo, though she did voice concerns over her political positions. ‘If you look at their social media and their political statements they really do not fall in line with the Republican message,’ Huston said. DiMezzo favors ending prosecution of drug crimes, sex work, illegal immigration, and other ‘victimless’ crimes. She said she is more liberal in many ways when compared to her Democratic opponent, Rivera. ‘I’m more liberal than he is,’ DiMezzo said. ‘There’s tons of things people get fined for, arrested for, that don’t actually have any victims.’ DiMezzo also identifies as a ‘high priestess’ of the Reformed Satanic Church, which describes itself as ‘an organization dedicated to the sovereignty of the individual, and to the principle of non-aggression.’

Two L.A. County sheriff’s deputies shot, critically wounded in Compton

The thing I’d like to know is where is the outrage from the media? Why is this not being covered properly? I hope this doesn’t get swept under the rug like most crimes like these do these days by mainstream media. So two Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies were critically wounded after being shot Saturday evening in Compton California in what authorities described as an “ambush” that was captured on surveillance video. Folks I’ve lived in Compton as a kid, and that area has always been a haven for gangs, crime, poverty, and ironically enough! Mostly been if not always been ran by SOCIALIST DemocRATS! This is sickening… The video, released by the department, shows a man walking up to the deputies’ parked patrol car, pulling out a gun and firing several times into the front seat area from the passenger side. The assailant is then seen running from the scene. I bet he’s going to claim he didn’t do it when they catch his ass. Stupid motherfucker I’m happy we got video cams EVERYWHERE these days. The department later said both were out of surgery. Law enforcement sources told The Times at least one of the deputies was shot in the face and the other in the head.

Speaking at a news conference at the hospital late Saturday, Sheriff Alex Villanueva described one of the injured deputies as a 31-year-old mother of a 6-year-old boy and the other as a 24-year-old man. He said both deputies were sworn into office just 14 months ago.

“The two deputies were ambushed by a gunman in a cowardly fashion,” he said. “This is a dangerous job.” He noted that sheriff’s detectives on Thursday shot and killed a man in Compton who they said opened fire on them as they served a search warrant. “Every week across the nation someone is losing their life in the line of duty,” he said. “This is just another grim reminder of that.”

Assemblyman Reggie Jones-Sawyer (D-South Los Angeles), also spoke at the news conference. “This was an unprovoked cowardly act,” he said. “The individual will be caught, and justice will prevail.” “Tonight we must as a community condemn the act of the perpetrator,” he added. “More importantly we must come together and pray for the officers because they are heroes.” LAPD Chief Michael Moore also offered his support. No further details were immediately available, and it was unclear whether detectives had identified a suspect. The FBI is assisting in the investigation.

“Tonight we pray for these two guardians to survive,” the chief tweeted. “I recognize and acknowledge we live in troubled times. But we must as a community work thru our differences while loudly and resoundly condemn violence. Blessed are the Peacemakers.”

Some local law enforcement officers took to social media to express their anger and disgust over the shooting. “I hope this monster is caught soon,” LAPD Capt. Gisselle Espinoza tweeted. “I’m sick to my stomach. The deputies are in my prayers. Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.” Both of the deputies were members of the sheriff’s transportation detail.

He claims he called 911 Wednesday evening to report a fire in the median of Highway 167 near Tacoma, Washington. After dialing dispatch services, Acord then livestreamed the incident to his Facebook page, providing constant narration. He was previously arrested during a Ferguson protest in 2014 and he recently posted on social media about supporting Black Lives Matter, but not supporting looting and hurting local businesses. Acord’s name has gone viral on social media posts claiming he’s a member of “Antifa,” but his posts appear to show Black Lives Matter support, not Antifa specifically. This guy is a real man of genius! His attorney said “don’t say shit next time”. So he live streams his description of the route he’s been taking to burn half of western WA this week. Lol Acord is listed in Pierce County, Washington’s website as being booked into Pierce County Corrections on September 10 at 4 a.m. The arresting agency is listed as Puyallup Police Department. The listed charge is “Burglary 2.” Bellingham Metro News reported that he was being held on a $1,000 bond and was suspected in other possible fires in the area. Before he was transferred to another jail, his charge was listed as “Reckless Burning 2nd Degree.” According to Q13 Fox, Washington State Patrol Trooper Ryan Burke reported that a man was caught setting a fire in the brush. State patrol also sourced a woman who cited a man walking on the highway in Sumner holding a lighter. When an officer questioned Acord’s presence, the suspect claimed that he was recovering his $1,000 recording equipment, because the camera case allegedly flew out of his backpack while biking the previous day to his girlfriend’s place in Bellevue. “I’ve been out here all day searching for my camera,” Acord told police, also noting the loss of his camera bag on the freeway in a prior Facebook post. “I’m trying to cover the area thoroughly.” Looks like he did a good enough Job in “covering the area thoroughly”, and who knows how long he was out there, and with who if anyone else!! I think his friends who he was chatting too should all be investigated. See if they turnout to be involved with these fires.

The unknown caller said there were a “whole bunch of white people with sticks baseball bats and helmets headed…towards the police.”

Police responded to the area on Walnut Street and reported seeing four people walking toward a protest carrying baseball bats. Police described the group wearing military type attire and saw Banta carrying an Antifa flag. As the officer stepped out with the group, they took off on foot and the officer was able to catch up to Banta, who threw himself on the ground.

Like a true cowardly cry baby or like a two-year-old who doesn’t get their way, Banta is reported to curl up in the fetal position while sobbing. Banta began accusing the officer of lying on top of him, although, there was no one touching him. Police ultimately searched Banta, through his fit of tears, and located smoke grenades, fireworks, and a flamethrower that they allege he had in his possession.

Banta was arrested for obstructing an officer and two counts of felony bail jumping. The man-child admitted to police that he was going to the protests, but denies that he was intended to incite any type of violence while there. Banta was ordered held on a $2,500 bond during his initial court appearance on August 31st.

The criminal complaint filed in court describes Banta as “known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests.” It appears that Banta is all big and bad with his face covered and no one to challenge him, but, as true cowards and bullies do, he backs down immediately when challenged.

Banta has recently been arrested while in Waupaca County at another protest. There, he is accused of pointing a loaded firearm at an officer as well as biting and kicking another. In Waupaca, Banta was criminally charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety along with four additional charges. One of his bond conditions upon release was not to be in possession of any weapons, something that Green Bay Police say he clearly violated with a flamethrower.

Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith spoke of the group carrying bats toward the protest. Smith said “I don’t know who comes to a protest with a baseball bat for anything other than criminal or illegal activity.” Smith continued “It’s worrisome when people associated with Antifa come here to Green Bay from out of town for the purpose of protesting here or for the purposes of committing violent acts.” Green Bay Police advised that they arrested 15 people in total at the protests on August 29th after the event was deemed an unlawful assembly. For those that are not clear on what that actually means, Smith defines it as, “three or more people who gather in such a manner where property damage or personal injury is likely to occur.” Smith said this was the case on the 29th because a “large group of people had blocked traffic on the street had engaged in throwing a bottle at somebody, were pulling up manhole covers off the street.”

73-year-old woman uses American flag to defend family from intruder, Utah cops say

When a stranger jumped the fence into her yard Monday morning and attacked her brothers, 73-year-old Lejune Timmerman reached for the first thing at hand a flagpole flying Old Glory. “I grabbed my glory and (started) beating the hell back,” Timmerman said, KUTV reported. “I whooped his a– and I’ll whoop it again.”

Timmerman hit the man so hard she broke the flagpole, then retreated inside with her family, the South Salt Lake Police Department said in a Facebook post.

The intruder kicked in the door and continued attacking them until police arrived, officers wrote on Facebook. Police said they arrested Justin Scott Smith, 42, on suspicion of aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and assault. But Timmerman was concerned that she’d desecrated the U.S. flag when it hit the ground after the flagpole broke, officers wrote. “I told them, ‘Hey, I didn’t mean to disrespect my flag, but he was hurting me and beating me,’” Timmerman said, KUTV reported. Police returned to her home Tuesday morning with a new American flag for Timmerman to fly, the Facebook post says. The officers had taken up a collection to buy the flag for her.
