Donald J. Trump Fills docs to have DC interference case quashed!

POTUS 45 Donald J Trump was charged in August under a four-count, 45-page (45 Pages 45 President! Coincidance?) Indictment that accuses him of conspiring to defraud the U.S. by preventing Congress from certifying Democrat President Joe Biden's so called victory and to deprive voters of their right to a fair election. Which is actually what Biden did in actuality as well rational people know by now. So the Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith is leading the prosecution team. "The core conduct alleged in the indictment relating to the presentation of alternate electors had a historical basis that dates back to 1800 and spans at least seven other elections," now Trump is seeking to have his Washington, D.C. election interference case quashed, calling it a "vindictive prosecution." Much of his submission, filed early on Tuesday, hangs on whether alternative electors are a criminal conspiracy or a symbolic act of defiance that is rooted in American history. Trump arrives to Trump Tower on October 23, 2023 in New York City. He is now seeking to have his federal indictment quashed, based on historical precedent. Much of his submission, filed again Tuesday.

"There are no other prosecutions in American history relating to these types of activities. The allegations in the indictment involve constitutionally authorized activities by President Trump as Commander in Chief, as well as speech and expressive conduct by the First Amendment." and it gies ib tge say that "Given this context, it is no surprise that in the months following the 2020 election, senior government officials rejected an investigation of President Trump as unfounded and potentially unconstitutional," the filing stated.

"Given this context, it is no surprise that in the months following the 2020 election, senior government officials rejected an investigation of President Trump as unfounded and potentially unconstitutional," the filing stated. "Expressive conduct" in First Amendment law has long been used to protect non-verbal free speech, such as an anti-war student wearing a black armband to school or Jehovah Witness children refusing to salute the American flag in class.

Trump is now saying that the alternate electors who signed off a Trump victory across the U.S. were engaged in symbolic free speech to show their disapproval of Biden and the way that the election was run. Edward B. Foley, a constitutional law professor at Ohio State University, said that there is a long history of alternate electors in American politics that stretches back hundreds of years. Writing for the policy think tank, Just Security, Foley said that Trump supporters signing off on his supposed victory in seven battleground states was "a fool's errand, since there never was a chance that Congress was going to recognize Trump as the winner." Edward B. Foley, a constitutional law professor at Ohio State University, said that there is a long history of alternate electors in American politics that stretches back hundreds of years. Writing for the policy think tank, Just Security, Foley said that Trump supporters signing off on his supposed victory in seven battleground states was "a fool's errand, since there never was a chance that Congress was going to recognize Trump as the winner."

As Foley points out, Trump's Vice President, Mike Pence, acting as Senate president, would not even open the envelope that contained the confirmation from the alternative electors. "Mike Pence, as Senate president, would not even let these pro-Trump submissions be opened in the joint session of Congress because, without any claim of any backing from any part of their state's government, they could not be acknowledged as even asserting to be official electoral votes entitled to be considered by Congress," Foley wrote.

So was the action of Trump's supporters merely symbolic free speech and is there, as his lawyers claimed in their submissions, a long historic precedent? Foley notes that Florida was hotly contested in the 1876 election between Republican candidate, Rutherford Hayes, and Democrat, Samuel Tilden. Florida's attorney general, a Democrat, purported to certify Tilden the winner of the state. On the same day, however, Republican electors in Florida voted for Hayes, backed by a certification from the state's canvassing board.

Later, Florida's judiciary and legislature would act to undo the canvassing board's certification. There were no indictments of any of those involved as it was considered a legal dispute. "In South Carolina, by contrast, there was no one with any colorable claim of official authority in a position to certify Tilden the winner. Still, Democrats there were claiming that he had won" and still "submitted their spurious electoral votes to the Senate president". "None of these South Carolina individuals (as far as I know from my research) were criminally investigated or prosecuted for making this assertion," Foley wrote, noting that a similar dispute occurred in Vermont in 1876.

Other disputes occurred throughout American history, such as both sides claiming to sign off on the winning candidate in Hawaii in the 1960 election between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. Foley said that such acts, done by both Democrats and Republicans, are distinct from cases of forgery, which have occurred in elections in the past. "Openly asserting that one is the duly appointed elector of state, even when that claim is utterly without merit[...]is to make an argument about one's status under the law. It is not an attempt to dupe recipients with counterfeit papers," he writes. Judging from Tuesday's court submissions, that is the logic that will get Trump and his co-accused released from the election interference charges.

Darrell Neely sentenced to 28 months in prison for stealing plates, police jacket from Capitol

Darrell Neely is now the first misdemeanor defendant to receive more than a year in prison in the so called insurrection. Or Capitol riot case. Right out of Washington a federal judge sentenced one of only a handful of D.C. residents charged in connection with the Capitol riot to 28 months in prison Tuesday marking the first time a misdemeanor Jan. 6 defendant has received more than a year behind bars.

Darrell Neely was convicted in a bench trial in May of five misdemeanor counts. Prosecutors said the radio and YouTube broadcaster had spent more than an hour inside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 and stole four china plates, as well as multiple items belonging to a Capitol Police officer, including the jacket bearing his badge. U.S. District Juge John Bates, who presided over the trial, acquitted Neely of a felony count of civil disorder.

Although the misdemeanor charges Neely was convicted of carry a maximum statutory penalty of one year in prison, prosecutors asked Bates to sentence him to 33 months behind bars. They argued his lengthy criminal history, which includes a domestic violence case, his decision to abscond from D.C. while he was on pretrial release and his lack of remorse warranted nearly three years in prison.

Bates, a 2001 nominee of former President George W. Bush, explained in court Tuesday that to give such a prison term he would have to use what’s known as “stacking” or consecutive sentences. Prior to Tuesday, no judge had ordered consecutive sentences in a Jan. 6 case. But Bates said he thought Neely warranted it.

“What really convinces me that the sentences should be stacked… is that criminal history, which is pretty unique among misdemeanors, your lack of respect for the law, which is glaring, and your flight while facing prosecution,” Bates said.

Bates ordered Neely held without bond last year after he failed to appear for multiple court appearances. Neely’s attorneys, Kira Anne West and Nicole Ann Cubbage, asked Bates to sentence him to effectively time-served for the period he spent in the D.C. Jail. West highlighted a number of continuing education courses Neely had completed while in detention, including courses in digital marketing and veterinary studies.

Neely said Tuesday he went inside the Capitol as a journalist because another Jan. 6 defendant initially described in his filings as the “woman in a pink beret” now identified and charged as Jennifer Inzunza Vargas Geller told him she would help him interview members of the Proud Boys. Neely also previously alleged, without evidence, that he believed Vargas Geller had a connection to law enforcement.

Neely asked Bates to look past his criminal record and sentence him far below what prosecutors were requesting.
“A person’s record is not who they are,” Neely said. “You’re trying to make a person out of a piece of paper.” Bates ultimately sentenced Neely to 28 months. He said the DOJ’s request for 33 months was excessive, but Neely clearly had been deterred by his previous encounters with the justice system.

He also rejected the idea that Neely entered the building as a journalist.
“The encouragement of other rioters is certainly not the conduct of a neutral, uninvolved journalist,” Bates said.

Neely was the first Jan. 6 defendant to receive a stacked sentence, but quickly gained company in that category Tuesday afternoon. Later in the day, U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly ordered former Proud Boys chairman Enrique Tarrio to serve 22 years in prison for his role in a plot to incite violence at the Capitol and stop the certification of the 2020 election.

Because the most serious charge Tarrio was convicted of, seditious conspiracy, carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, Kelly ordered the sentence on a separate count served consecutively to reach 22 years and he wasn't even at the so called insurrection. How does that work? You give a guy 22 years who wasn't even there and nobody from his group did anything to do anything. The Proud Boys have been other wise been known to STOP Antifa/BLM in the past from looting and burning down buildings.

FBI Headquarters in Washington DC - Boarded-up, Stairs Chained off - No one in Building

Ok so the video below from a Citizen Journalist reports that the FBI Headquarters in Washington, DC is vacant this morning, June 15, 2021, and the entrance doors are BOARDED-up.

Why is everyone gone tho is the question? Perhaps they feared something was happening cause it was Trumps birthday on June 14th and well they took these measures.

Remember we Trump supporters aren’t the issue but Black lives Matter, Antifa and the democRATS love this for optics purposes and they use things like this and use the spin to smear us, and Trump.

No one can even walk-up the entry stairs which have a small chain across them to keep everyone out… Nobody really has been told the actual reasons why this is taking place but it sure seems ominous, and serious.

JUNE 14th WHICH IS Donald Trumps birthday!

Jeff Bezos To Step Down As Amazon's CEO

Amazon founder Jeff “Bozo” Bezos will step down as the company’s CEO (chief executive officer) this summer, after more than a quarter-century at the helm of the retail, logistics and tech powerhouse. He will hand over the CEO reins to Andy Jassy, the head of Amazon’s cash-cowcloud computing division.

Bezos has propelled the online bookseller he started in his Bellevue, Wash., garage in 1994 into a behemoth worth $1.7 trillion employing over 1.3 million people, with physical stores, delivery trucks, movies, Internet-connected cameras, a cloud business that props up the CIA and enough paying subscribers to populate the ninth-largest country on Earth.

Jassy has been at Amazon for much of its existence and is one of Bezos’ most trusted lieutenants. He served in the coveted role of the CEO’s “shadow” technical a role in which he accompanied Bezos to all his meetings to learn the business in 2003. After writing the original document that became the Amazon Web Services business plan, he has run the division since it formally launched in 2006.

“As much as I still tap dance into the office, I’m excited about this transition,” Bezos said in a letter to employees, announcing the end of his 27-year run. He said he planned to spend more time focused on philanthropy and other outside ventures.

“As Exec Chair I will stay engaged in important Amazon initiatives but also have the time and energy I need to focus on the Day 1 Fund, the Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, The Washington Post, and my other passions,” he wrote. “I’ve never had more energy, and this isn’t about retiring. I’m super passionate about the impact I think these organizations can have.”

Cloud computing is Amazon’s biggest profit center, even as the company continues to profit tremendously from pandemic-fueled online shopping. On Tuesday, Amazon reported yet another record-setting quarter, with sales during the holiday season topping $125 billion. AWS alone raked in $3.6 billion in operating profit half of the company’s total.

While Bezos will become Amazon’s executive chairman and remain its biggest shareholder, the company said on Tuesday.

In recent years, Bezos had already largely stepped back from day-to-day role managing Amazon’s business, focusing on longer-term projects at the company and his outside projects including rocket company Blue Origin.

He did take a more hands-on approach during the early months of the pandemic last year, however, as demand for deliveries soared but also tested Amazon’s ability to keep up. AWS, which sells cloud computing services to other companies, also experienced surging demand as many people and businesses realigned for remote work.

“Jeff will continue to stay not only very involved, but have his fingerprints on a lot of areas of product development and innovation,” Amazon Chief Financial Officer Brian Olsavsky told reporters on Tuesday. “So Jeff is really not going anywhere, it’s more of a restructuring of who’s doing what.”

For Jassy, moving up to the CEO role means taking on some of Amazon’s most pressing challenges. That includes a burgeoning labor movement: Workers in Alabama are about to vote on whether to become the company’s first unionized warehouse in the U.S., while white-collar staff and engineers at its headquarters in Seattle have pushed the company to get serious about addressing racial justice and the climate.

Amazon is also under growing the scrutiny from regulators and lawmakers in the U.S. and Europe who worry about its market dominance. Last summer, Bezos faced his first congressional grilling as part of the House Democrats’ investigation that concluded that Amazon, Google, Facebook and Apple are all monopolies. Now it will be up to Jassy to defend the company from critics who say it should be broken up.

Tuesday’s announcement also came on the same day as news that Amazon would pay over $61.7 million to settle the Federal Trade Commission’s charges that the company withheld some tips of its Flex delivery drivers’ over two and a half years. Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Proud Boys leader held for burning Black Lives Matter flag

Enrique Tarrio the face of a major faction of The Proud Boys faces misdemeanour destruction of property charges, police say. He has reportedly admitted torching a banner taken from a black church during a rally in December in the city. President Donald Trump has been urging supporters to gather in the capital this week for another demonstration. On Wednesday, members of Congress are due to certify Democratic President-elect Joe Biden’s election victory before he takes office on 20 January.

Mr Tarrio has said on the social media app Parler that the Proud Boys will “turn out in record numbers on Jan 6th”, referring to his members as “the most notorious group of extraordinary gentlemen”. The National Guard has been deployed by Muriel Bowser the so called Washington DC’s mayor who asked them to assist local authorities. Officials say the troops will not be armed and will be there to assist with crowd management and traffic control. Ofcourse when it was BLM, and Antifa she didn’t ask for the “National Guard” and let them run wild.

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police Department, Dustin Sternbeck, told the Washington Post on Monday that Mr Tarrio had been stopped in a vehicle shortly after it entered the district. The 36-year-old was also found during his arrest to be in unlawful possession of two devices that allow guns to hold additional bullets, and the destruction of property charge relates to a protest in Washington DC on 12 December in support of the president. The mostly peaceful demonstration ended in isolated scuffles as confrontations with counter-protesters broke out. Police said more than three dozen people were arrested and four churches were vandalised. Mr Tarrio who lives in Miami, where he also reportedly runs a grassroots organisation called Latinos for Trump told the Washington Post at the time that he had burned the Black Lives Matter flag.

“Let’s make this simple,” he said. “I did it.” But he maintained he did not know the Asbury United Methodist Church, where the flag had reportedly flown, was predominantly attended by African American worshippers.

Mr Tarrio also said Proud Boy members have had their flags and hats stolen in past demonstrations without anyone being arrested for those alleged incidents. Earlier on Monday, another black church that was vandalised during December’s protest sued Mr Tarrio and the Proud Boys.

The Metropolitan African Methodist Episcopal Church accused the group of climbing over a fence and tearing down a Black Lives Matter sign. Kristen Clarke, head of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, said in a statement: “Black churches and other religious institutions have a long and ugly history of being targeted by white supremacists in racist and violent attacks meant to intimidate and create fear.

“Our lawsuit aims to hold those who engage in such action accountable.” The city’s police department said last month it had been considering a potential hate crime charge over the incident. Oh but burning city’s and looting by BLM, and Antifa is allowed, and those criminals are released back to the streets without charges if arrested. Talk about hypocricy folks!

The world turns, The left 🔥burns🔥 Literally!

Antifa & Black Lives Matter Are Setting The West Coast On Fire? Well here we have one already arrested while the democRATS are quick to deny that Antifa is real or that BLM is a terror group here is the facts at least about this case anyway. The man arrested was a Washington man with a history of left-wing agitation he was placed under arrest Wednesday evening after he allegedly started a fire in the brush along a highway near Tacoma. This dickheads… I mean suspect’s name is Jeffrey Acord, 36, he was charged for reckless burning in the second degree.

He is now reportedly also a suspect in two other Washington wildfires. He claims he called 911 Wednesday evening to report a fire in the median of Highway 167 near Tacoma, Washington.

After dialing dispatch services, Acord then livestreamed the incident to his Facebook page, providing constant narration. He was previously arrested during a Ferguson protest in 2014 and he recently posted on social media about supporting Black Lives Matter, but not supporting looting and hurting local businesses. Acord’s name has gone viral on social media posts claiming he’s a member of “Antifa,” but his posts appear to show Black Lives Matter support, not Antifa specifically.

This guy is a real man of genius! His attorney said “don’t say shit next time”. So he live streams his description of the route he’s been taking to burn half of western WA this week. Lol Acord is listed in Pierce County, Washington’s website as being booked into Pierce County Corrections on September 10 at 4 a.m. The arresting agency is listed as Puyallup Police Department. The listed charge is “Burglary 2.” Bellingham Metro News reported that he was being held on a $1,000 bond and was suspected in other possible fires in the area. Before he was transferred to another jail, his charge was listed as “Reckless Burning 2nd Degree.”

According to Q13 Fox, Washington State Patrol Trooper Ryan Burke reported that a man was caught setting a fire in the brush. State patrol also sourced a woman who cited a man walking on the highway in Sumner holding a lighter.

When an officer questioned Acord’s presence, the suspect claimed that he was recovering his $1,000 recording equipment, because the camera case allegedly flew out of his backpack while biking the previous day to his girlfriend’s place in Bellevue.

“I’ve been out here all day searching for my camera,” Acord told police, also noting the loss of his camera bag on the freeway in a prior Facebook post. “I’m trying to cover the area thoroughly.”

Looks like he did a good enough Job in “covering the area thoroughly”, and who knows how long he was out there, and with who if anyone else!! I think his friends who he was chatting too should all be investigated. See if they turnout to be involved with these fires.

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan is a clear Socialist sellout!

Far left Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan lashed out at President Trump on Thursday evening and threw her support behind the leftist insurrection, and President Trump fired a warning shot to radical Democrat governor Jay Inslee and the Seattle Mayor on Thursday… Folks this is getting beyond ugly. These Socialist left radicals are destroying our country.

They’re that scared Trump will win they’re resorting to this…

“Take back your city NOW. If you don’t do it, I will. This is not a game. These ugly Anarchists must be stopped IMMEDIATELY. MOVE FAST!” Trump said in a tweet.

Antifa domestic terrorists in Washington state set up an “autonomous zone” dubbed “CHAZ” in six square blocks in Seattle this week. Tuesday “Free Capitol Hill” the Antifa “Autonomous Zone” released its list of demands from the Seattle and Washington State governments. The domestic terrorists are shaking down businesses, set up armed guards and violently attack anyone who dares question their insurrection. The anarchists also declared local rapper Raz Simone as its first warlord. The Seattle Mayor totally supports this lawlessness.

The Mayor by name only spoke out and lashed out at President Trump.

Wait first off aren’t we still in a pandemic? This bitch is retarded! She’s lost all control, and power of her own city, and she has the nerve to side with criminals who are rioting, and looting, and killing over the death of a man who was a career criminal who pistol whipped a woman! So look Jenny Durkan you lost the block to stupidity. Good job! Keep buying the lies.

Mayor Durkan insisted CHAZ is not a lawless wasteland of anarchist insurrection and called the domestic terrorists who are currently occupying the land “peaceful.” Are you high lady?

Durkan also said she will not allow the military into Seattle.

“It is unconstitutional and illegal to send the military to Seattle. We will not allow this to happen,” she said. So you let the inmates run the asylum?

Lady you’re NOT a real leader… Trump is a real leader… To make things even more hilarious Seattle officials enabled the terrorists by bringing in porta potties and other supplies.

Using tax payers $$$ to aid domestic terrorists with the take over of sovereign US property? Well I say arrest her, than prosecute and hang all of them for treason and attempted take over of a US state the time of being tolerant with these radical leftwing terrorists is over! I wonder if these people can be charged with the Rico ACT?

The DemoncRATS Leaders in Seattle Surrender to Antifa!

Dem Leaders in Seattle Surrender to the Mob, Allow Antifa Goons to Take Over Part of the City… Yes guys you heard me correctly. The weak Democrat leaders of Seattle have surrendered to the antifa mob, boarding up a police facility, allowing unruly radicals to flood a city council building, and even take over a large section of the city.

Tucker: The world welcomes its newest country… Say hello to the latest addition to the global family of nations: the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone, formerly known as downtown Seattle. Radio show host Jason Rantz weighs in on CHAZ.

Hundreds of far-left agitators and at least one City Council member stormed Seattle’s City Hall Tuesday night to demand the mayor’s resignation if she refuses to defund the city’s police department.

Councilwoman Kshama Sawant reportedly helped the agitators get inside the building.

Antifa extremists in the city recently seized a six-block area in the Capitol Hill section of downtown Seattle that now includes an abandoned police precinct, calling the commune the “Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone” or “CHAZ.”

“When antifa can’t achieve a full revolution, they take over a small area in leftist cities to carry out their utopian commune experiment,” independent journalist Andy Ngo explained on Twitter. “It ends in neighborhoods being destroyed & occupiers forcibly dispersed because of health hazards. They leave the filth behind for others.”

Below are some of the demented figures inhabiting Seattle’s “autonomous zone.”

The above antifa account put out a request on Twitter for more food , including vegan meat substitutes, fruits, oats and soy after the homeless people they invited to their commune stole their supplies.

A seattle-based antifa group put out a request on Twitter for “more people with guns” to patrol “CHAZ.”

Like many other cities, Seattle saw violent riots following the death of George Floyd, the unarmed career criminal who died at the hands of Minneapolis police.

For nearly two weeks, antifa-fueled mobs in Seattle clashed with the police, throwing glass bottled, rocks and other projectiles at officers. The police responded with pepper spray and tear gas to break up violent rioters.

The riots and looting destroyed many businesses in downtown Seattle, including those owned by minorities in the Chinatown/International District, according to the Post Millennial.

Even though Mayor Jenny Durkan handicapped the city’s police force on Friday by banning the use of tear gas against the violent mob, the agitators were not satisfied.

On Tuesday, they released a long list of demands that included abolishing the police and “youth jails,” as well as “reparations for victims of police brutality,” and “a retrial of all People in Color currently serving a prison sentence for violent crime, by a jury of their peers in their community,” and assorted free stuff. The entire list can be seen here.

According to Fox News, Seattle Police responded to the radicals by rolling back “aggressive policing tactics,” saying they will only enter antifa’s “autonomous zone” if there is a 911 call for an emergency.

In an effort to “de-escalate,” police on Monday removed the barricade that protected the East Precinct facility from violent demonstrators.

During a press briefing, Police Chief Carmen Best said Seattle Police explained that demonstrators would now be able to walk freely around Capitol Hill. “We’re not going to evacuate or abandon the East Precinct,” she said. “We will be hardening the East Precinct facility by boarding up the exterior windows, and applying fire retardant to the building exterior and installing fencing.”

In June of 2018, an anti-ICE Autonomous zone in Portland Oregon was allowed stand for five weeks, becoming a biohazard with intravaneous drug abusers and masked agitators terrorizing local residents and businesses. Tax payers ended up footing the bill for the extensive clean-up after they were finally driven out.

In response to the demonstrations Tuesday night, Durkan’s office said in a statement that she remains committed to making “actual steps on policing” and other measures of reform.

“As the person who originally investigated the Seattle Police Department for the unconstitutional use of force, Mayor Durkan believes that SPD can lead the nation on continued reforms and accountability, but knows this week has eroded trust at a time when trust is most crucial,” the statement said.

Seattle City Council socialist Kshama Sawant leads tax protest at Amazon Spheres

Watch AOC’s reaction when Trump says we will never be a socialist country
Seattle- In 2013, a relatively unknown lawful immigrant from India named Kshama Swant decided that she was going to run for office as a socialist. She was an economic instructor in the city and a member of the Socialist Alternative Party. She had previously run unsuccessfully for the house of representatives but lost. In the race for city council though, she won.

Seattle City Council member Kshama Sawant leads a crowd of protesters at the Amazon Spheres in downtown Seattle. Sawant wants to tax large corporations like Amazon to pay for affordable housing in Seattle.

Ironworkers shout down Seattle City Councilmember Kshama Sawant with chants of “No Head Tax,” at Amazon headquarters in Seatttle on Thursday, May 3. On Wednesday, the company announced it would pause construction on that project until the City Council votes on the “head tax,” which would charge businesses with more than $20 million in annual revenue 26 cents per employee for every hour worked. The funds would go toward affordable housing and homeless services.

The Seattle City Council votes to repeal the head tax on June 12, 2018.

Back in November 2017 Business head tax for homeless fails to get traction in Seattle.
