But this was a magic season for the LA Dodgers after picking up the biggest contract in the sports history with them signing Shohei Ohtani in the off season and with him added to an already impressive line up they had to secure the pitching staff, and pen and boy did they ever!
They went in the entire year doing amazing things from Ohtani becoming the first man to hit 50 Home Runs and steal 50 Bases to this impressive playoff run. They had to stare down an ugly history with the Yankees and had to empty their minds of past failed WS loses to them and had to go out with the best the American League had this 2024. They had to rally against Gerrit Cole and then against the Yankees’ best relievers for the finale of the World Series, and had to get a World Series-clinching save from starter Walker Buehler, of all people.
With an amazing team effort, the Dodgers claimed their second World Series title in the last five years and their first in a full season since 1988 by beating the Yankees in Game 5 on Wednesday night at Yankee Stadium. Yep they kicked the Yankees ass in their own home town.
This folks was an incredible World Series and in this 7-6 victory, they earned their champagne celebration the hard way, becoming the first team in a World Series-clinching win to come back from five or more runs.

Thursday’s rally will be the first time Trump has campaigned in his birth state since a 2016 event in Buffalo. It will also follow a wildly successful seaside spectacle earlier this month in the Jersey Shore town of Wildwood, which drew an estimated 100,000 fans of the former president to the Garden State. Trump has been held up in court proceedings in New York for over a month but has done small campaign stops in the NYC. “The park only holds a couple thousand people. So this is certainly not going to be a Wildwood. But you know what, President Trump is certainly not afraid to show up,” Trump campaign spokesperson Danielle Alvarez said.
“We’ve been able to utilize the city, whether it’s a Democrat stronghold like the bodega in Harlem, you saw the support, whether it’s showing up at a Teamsters construction site one morning, the president had broad support, even in places that you traditionally consider Democrat strongholds.”

Dawn Engoron was accused by pro-Trump conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer this week of posting photos and posts deriding the former president, including illustrations of Trump in jail and one post that included the words "F*** TRUMP." This goes with the Judges own views on Trump, and those of Latisha James. Now remember these people are all liars, and con artists trying to throw an innocent Trump into a mix where he would lose all his money, and keep him from running for President in 2024. So is this another lie by the Judge, his wife, and the leftist fatass Tish James?
Judge Engoron ruled in September that Trump, his adult sons, their businesses, and executives committed fraud without any proof, and claims to the contrary by the same banks that these charges claim he defrauded are on Trumps side, and testified as we reported earliar that he (TRUMP) did nothing wrong. He's now deciding on six other accusations, including falsifying business records, insurance fraud, and conspiracy claims in a $250 million lawsuit brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Which is NOT her job to do, and is crossing the line of her job into bringing fake charges against Trump. The case in NY is based on pure lies by the leftist puppets James, and Engermoron. Hmmm I wonder why if it's NOT her account? Why is the account no say "This account doesn’t exist?"
She stated on Truth Social: "I have Uncovered screenshots from the X account of Dawn Marie Engoron, the wife of Leftist NYC Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing the civil fraud against President Trump that shows that she has been posting attacks on Trump from her account @c as the trial is ongoing. "This is incredible bias. On or around November 7th, she posted tweets in which she said 'F*** TRUMP'. She posted photoshopped pics of President Trump in an orange jump suit, she attacked me during my Live show a few weeks ago for exposing her husband, and she is openly attacking President Trump's lawyer Alina Habba. Loomer's post included what appeared to be screen grabs from an account @dm_sminxs, with the username Dawn Marie.
One of the posts included a photo of what looked like an older person spray painting an obscenity about Trump, a photo of what looked like Trump without hair in a prison jumpsuit, and two other illustrations of Trump in a prison setting. The account has since been deleted from Twitter, although archive results show it was created in May 2021. Of the archived pages available, the user @dm_sminxs had been re-posting anti-Trump content earlier this year. There is nothing in the archived posts that shows they were written by Dawn Engoron. The only similarity is the name of the account holder.
There is nothing that indicates the account belongs to Engoron. Loomer has continued to claim that the posts are authentic, posting on Friday, without any new evidence, that "Those are 100% the posts from the account of Dawn Marie Engoron, the wife of Judge Arthur Engoron." There is nothing that indicates the account belongs to Engoron. Newsweek has contacted Loomer via Twitter for comment. The justice's wife has told Newsweek directly that she did not send the messages on Twitter. "I do not have a Twitter account. This is not me. I have not posted any anti Trump messages," she said. While Newsweek has been unable to verify whether the account does belong to Dawn Engoron, there is no compelling evidence that shows it's hers either.
Loomer has not shared any other content apart from screengrabs from the account. None of this content sufficiently supports her claim. Which doesn't matter as both Tish James, and Judge Engermoron are both on record with ANTI TRUMP attacks themselves. And both lied about it. On both them it's been discovered they both also lied about not being Anti Trump. On James own side she said publically she did not run on a basis that she was after Trump! But we have her on record and video contradicting her own statements which makes the whole thing very laughable.

Despite the lack of evidence, Trump reposted Loomer's allegations, referring to Dawn Engoron as "Judge Engoron's Trump Hating wife" claiming that she and others had "taken over control of the New York State Witch Hunt Trial aimed at me, my family, and the Republican Party."
Trump reposted some of the posts Loomer alleged were Engoron's, including a mocked-up image of the former president in a prison cell, and another of him in an orange jumpsuit mopping, with the caption: "He'll NEVER be in the WHITE HOUSE again. He's headed for the BIG HOUSE." "Yet another from Judge Engoron's Wife. This Trial, which should never have been allowed to be brought, has turned out to be an embarrassment to the New York State Judicial System," Trump wrote while sharing the post of him sitting in a jail cell. Trump commented about Engoron's wife as he had a gagging order reinstated against him on Thursday, barring him from commenting on court personnel.
The Associated Press reported that Judge Engoron intends to enforce the ruling "rigorously and vigorously," while Trump's attorney, Chris Kise, commented that the reinstatement was "a tragic day for the rule of law." About two weeks later, the judge found that Trump violated that gag order by failing to remove the post from his campaign website. Engoron fined Trump $5,000 in that instance and warned him that future violations would yield more severe sanctions, potentially including imprisonment.
During a break in the trial Wednesday, Trump complained to reporters outside the courtroom, “This judge is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even more partisan than he is.” After hearing about those remarks, Engoron briefly called Trump to the witness stand to explain himself. Trump said that he was referring to Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, who had been testifying throughout the trial day. But Engoron found that answer unconvincing, and he fined Trump $10,000. “Don’t do it again or it will be worse,” Engoron warned in court.
In his written order Thursday morning, Engoron ruled that Trump intentionally violated the gag order. He noted that Cohen was sitting in the witness box, not alongside him, and said that Trump’s past attacks on Cohen have been less ambiguous. “Using imprecise language as an excuse to create plausible ambiguity about whether defendant violated this Court’s unequivocal gag order is not a defense; the subject of Donald Trump’s public statement to the press was unmistakably clear,” the judge wrote. The clash over the gag order was not the only contentious moment in the trial on Wednesday.
Defense lawyer Cliff Robert had asked for a directed verdict after Cohen, Trump’s once-loyal aide who is now a key witness against him, testified that he did not recall if Trump had asked him to inflate the values of his assets. Engoron denied the request, prompting Trump to get up and leave.
Cohen later clarified that while Trump speaks in indirect ways like a “mob boss,” he did communicate the outcome he wanted, according to NBC News. Engoron rejected another request for a directed verdict later in the day, telling Robert, “there’s enough evidence in this case to fill the courtroom.” On social media, Trump complained, “The unhinged Judge, a highly political and fully biased Trump Hater, refused to dismiss this HOAX of a case, and has lost all CREDIBILITY.”

Somehow, living on a public servant’s salary, James could afford a sweet four-story brownstone in the borough of Brooklyn, which she purchased in 2001, now believed to be worth several million dollars.
Over the years, James has had several, shall we say, illegal renovations done to her 296 Lafayette Ave. home. In 2007, she was cited for a “hazardous” violation by the NYC building department for improper scaffolding installation around her home, nor did the scaffold workers possess proper identification. Probably those illegal “migrants” James is constantly wailing about protecting.
In 2011, despite owning a home worth seven figures, James negotiated a deal to lower her monthly mortgage by crying poverty and applying for a Home Affordable Mortgage Modification Agreement. In the affidavit, among other claims, James said she was “experiencing a financial hardship, and as a result, I am in default under the Loan Documents, and I do not have sufficient income or access to sufficient liquid assets to make the monthly mortgage payments now or in the future.”
In 2017, James, then a candidate for New York Attorney General, who campaigned on a promise to “get Trump,” re modified her several mortgages into one loan for $625,000. However, a mysterious affidavit was attached with a note from an attorney for Wells Fargo Bank, Willard F. Miller.
That note referenced an additional loan issued previously in the amount of $770,000 on May 21, 2016, by Christopher J. French and Kristen French. The affidavit was attached and recorded with her latest mortgage consolidation filed in Nassau County, New York.
Loomer noted that there doesn’t appear to be any financial connection with Christopher or Kristen French anywhere in the United States, leading one to believe these names were an alias to hide the appearance of so-called dark money in Letitia James’ bank accounts.
Upon conducting research, were there any financial or professional ties between James and individuals in New York bearing the surname French who were connected to the Democratic Party in New York?
One possibility is a man named Christian J. French, the COO of WRNN, a regional news network that serves New York City. He is a long-time hater of former President Trump. U.S. partners of WRNN include Al Jazeera English.
Moreover, Christian French’s brother hosts a far-left talk show, “Richard French Live.” At the same time, Christian is allegedly a board member of several leftist organizations that do business in New York City and New York State.
Christian French’s LinkedIn profile shows he is president of the board of directors for Hudson Link. On its website, that organization calls itself a “progressive” organization that: “provides college education, life skills, and reentry support to currently and formerly incarcerated people so they can make a positive impact on their own lives, their families, and communities, resulting in lower rates of recidivism and higher rates of employment, community regeneration's, cohesiveness, and reciprocity.”
In what is a likely connection to James, one of Hudson Link’s Board of Directors members is Annette Johnson, who at one time served as the Assistant Attorney General in the New York State Attorney General’s Office, where Letitia James now serves. Another connection involves another board member for Hudson Links, Mayo Bartlett, the principal attorney at the Law Offices of Mayo Bartlett, PLLC. He regularly appeared on “Richard French Live” on WRNN as a legal panel member.
On June 15, 2022, May appeared on a legal panel with James while he displayed a banner boasting of his appearance on the panel with her prominently on his firm’s website. Richard French, on the RNN-TV website, brags about his ties to former President Barack Obama:
“The Emmy Award-winning program is a forum that counts politicians, pundits, and personalities as contributors ranging from President Obama to the biggest newsmakers from the national to regional level. A multiple Emmy and state broadcaster awardee, Richard came to broadcasting from the world of politics.” He is also an avid Trump hater, with most episodes on his YouTube channel featuring anti-Trump content.
The $770,000 loan that James has been burying and hiding on her financial disclosures is nowhere to be found in the 34-page 11/3/2017 mortgage agreement recorded with the Office of the Register in New York City’s Department of Finance. Nor did she mention the $770,000 loan on financial disclosure forms filed with the state election commission during her campaign for NYS Attorney General. So while she says “Nobody is above the law.” This is becoming clear that she thinks that SHE Letitia James is above the law.
Failure to disclose the loan on financial disclosures is illegal. What exactly is James trying to hide? For someone who likes to bloviate about Donald Trump’s alleged “crimes,” she has her own questionable financial hi-jinks to answer for.

The amusing part is that James is going after President Trump for allegedly “overvaluing” his properties and business assets. Yet she has evidently buried a $700,000 loan. There is also the issue of who is Christopher French.

In what appears to be a first, the judge finds the meme to be “newsworthy.”

New York Supreme Court Judge David Benjamin Cohen decides dismissal is warranted. “Initially, as defendants assert, the video was newsworthy,” he writes. “To promote freedom of expression, the meaning of ‘newsworthiness’ has been broadly construed and includes ‘not only descriptions of actual events … but also articles concerning political happenings, social trends, or any subject of public interest.’ … It is common knowledge that one of the principal tactics of Trump’s presidential campaigns, as well as his presidency, was to incessantly attack the mainstream media as purveyors of ‘fake news,’ including his claim that the media exaggerates the extent of racial division in this country. Thus, the video’s references to ‘fake news’ and its depiction of race relations, however distorted, are clearly newsworthy.” IN Other words Trump was right about the fake media, and how they exploited his 4 years as President with fake racist crap like this video just to hurt the President in the eyes of black voters.
Cohen adds that any reasonable viewer would realize the content wasn’t real. “Since the video is therefore a satire, albeit one which some may consider to be rather distasteful, this Court is constrained to find that it is not actionable,” continues the decision. Trump not only sought dismissal but looked to take advantage of New York’s recently amended anti-SLAPP statute to recover his legal fees.
The judge won’t go that far. Cohen does agree this suit qualifies as a SLAPP meaning a frivolous piece of litigation aimed at interfering with the former president’s First Amendment rights. And while Cohen ultimately disagrees with the plaintiffs’ argument that Trump used the video as a means of advertising his presidential campaign, the judge nevertheless dodges an attorney fee award by saying plaintiffs had a “good faith basis” for their arguments and that the parents “should not be penalized by the draconian language set forth in” the anti-SLAPP statute.
Will they end up paying the Trump lawyer fees? Probably not as they can’t give Trump that big of a win now could they?
