Appeals court says NOPE to Biden student debt plan


Appeals court blocks Biden student debt plan like it should since it's ILLEGAL what he's doing and from what was posted "As Supreme Court battle brews" so this is going to be saucy! LMAO!

A federal appeals court 08-09-2024 blocked the fake President Biden’s new student debt relief plan, teeing up a potential expansion of the legal fight already brewing at the Supreme Court. The 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruling extends the brief hold on it ordered last month. The court’s updated decision prevents the administration from moving ahead with its Saving on a Valuable Education (SAVE) agenda until the court resolves the lawsuit, which could take months.

The 3-0 ruling called the plan a “vast assertion of newfound power” and said the Biden administration fell far short of showing clear authorization from Congress. “The new SAVE plan … is an order of magnitude broader than anything that has come before,” the court wrote in its unsigned, 10-page opinion. The panel, all appointed by Republican presidents, also rejected the administration’s attempted workaround after a district judge invalidated portions of the plan at a previous stage of the case.

The new ruling adds to the state of confusion borrowers have been in due to the various rulings about the SAVE plan, with potential déjà vu heading their way as the Supreme Court is asked to get involved. In a separate challenge, three Republican state attorneys general have filed an emergency request urging the high court to temporarily block the second half of the plan and agree to take up the challenge on the merits during the court’s next term. This new ruling could lead the Justice Department to file an emergency appeal at the Supreme Court, too, or similarly urge the court to hear the case in full.

How is this so called President trying to push this I mean this would make us ALL pay more in taxes, and make inflation go higher. A social media account belonging to President Biden's re-election campaign was slammed on social media after it posted a clip that left out key context from former President Donald Trump's speech on illegal immigrants committing violent crimes across the U.S. The account, under the username Biden-Harris HQ, posted a 7-second clip of Trump saying illegal immigrants are "animals" but cut out Trump's statement from just seconds before that shows the comment was directed to migrants recently convicted of murder. "Democrats said please don’t call immigrants ‘animals.’ I said, no, they’re not humans, they’re animals," Trump is seen saying in the short clip posted by the campaign account, leaving out key context from moments before where the former president was discussing the illegal immigrant arrested for the murder of Laken Riley.

In Trump's full statement, left out by the Biden account, he said "just a few weeks ago I met with the grieving family of Laken Riley," adding that the 22-year-old was "barbarically murdered by an illegal alien animal. Democrats said please don’t call immigrants ‘animals.’ I said, no, they’re not humans, they’re animals." In the speech, Trump was discussing recent examples in which young Americans have been killed by illegal immigrants who came over the southern border. Specifically, he mentioned 25-year-old Ruby Garcia, who was allegedly murdered by an illegal immigrant that was deported in 2020, but re-entered the U.S. during Biden's term. The Trump team, along with many conservatives, blasted the Biden campaign for not including the full context of the quote. "Why is the Biden campaign constantly jumping to the defense of bloodthirsty illegal alien murderers who killed American citizens? President Trump was clearly speaking of Laken Riley’s killer here," Team Trump posted on X.

"Democrats can't even say Laken Riley's name but will get angry when Trump refers to her killer as an animal," State Freedom Caucus Network Comms Director Greg Price posted on X. "Crazy how the Biden campaign account can push lies like this all day and never be fact checked," comedian Tim Young posted on X. "Another day and another hoax from the Biden campaign," Donald Trump, Jr. posted on X. "It's bloodbath part two. Trump held rallies in both Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Green Bay, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, giving two speeches that both focused heavily on immigration and President Biden's role in that issue. "I'm here tonight to declare that Joe Biden's border bloodbath… this is a border bloodbath ends the day I take the oath of office," Trump told the Green Bay crowd. "With your vote, I will seal the border. I will stop the invasion. I will end the carnage, bloodshed and killing, and we will crush the human traffickers."

On July 20, 2023, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 3935, the Securing Growth and Robust Leadership in American Aviation Act (the “Act”).  The Act is now before the U.S. Senate for review and debate.  The current version of the Act includes provisions on FAA organizational reform, increasing pilot protections, and improving airport infrastructure.  In Title VI, “Aerospace Innovation,” the Act details new requirements for unmanned aircraft systems (“UAS”), advanced air mobility (“AAM”), and commercial space launches and reentry.

Specifically, Section 652 includes a congressional mandate for the Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) to publish the final rule establishing procedures for certifying powered-lift pilots and applying the operational rules to powered-lift operations within 13 months of the Act’s enactment.  In addition, Section 265 directs the FAA to update low altitude routes and flight procedures for powered-lift, requiring the Administrator to consult with powered-lift operators and “other relevant stakeholders” when crafting the revised rules.

In Title VII, “Passenger Experience Improvements,” the Act includes new requirements for family seating, seat dimensions, airplane drinking water, accessibility, and several other consumer protection provisions.

Section 726 would require, for example, that all domestic and foreign air carriers provide complementary drinking water to passengers on flights with a scheduled duration of 1 hour or more.  Further, Section 719 would require the Department of Transportation (“DOT”) to issue a notice of proposed rulemaking directing air carriers to sit young children adjacent to an accompanying adult at no additional cost.

Biden secretly has let 221,456 migrants fly into the US this year!


So now we know that Illegal migrants aren’t just overwhelming the border President Biden is flying them secretly to airports around the country. More than 200,000 people from four countries have landed over the past year, according to data obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies through a Freedom of Information Act request.

January of this year the Biden Department of Homeland Security began implementing the cornerstone of its current strategy: a series of new “lawful pathways” measures designed to decrease the historically high crowds at the southern border before they become a political problem. The DHS cajoles tens of thousands of intending illegal border-crossers per month to instead go on the CBP One smartphone application, and make an appointment with US officials at land ports of entry instead of crossing illegally. After making an appointment, DHS invites these inadmissible aliens to walk over to the American side at the land ports, where US Customs officials quickly “parole” them in, allowing them to travel to a city of their choice in the nation’s interior.

But one of the least noticed, mysterious and potentially most controversial of the new re-channeling programs that use the CBP One app allows migrants to take commercial passenger flights from foreign countries straight to their American cities of choice, flying right over the border and even over Mexico.

For this measure, Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, Haitians and Colombians request “advance travel authorizations” through the same CBP One mobile app and take commercial flights (“at their own expense”) directly into US airports, where US Customs officers parole them into the nation, sight unseen, and in numbers publicly unknown. Biden officials have rarely, if ever, spoken of this flight program in the year since implementing it, perhaps mindful of the political outcry over the late-night “ghost flights” that DHS stealthily arranges to ferry migrant children into various airports.

But records show that between late October 2022 and mid-September 2023, the administration approved a total of 221,456 Venezuelans, Haitians, Cubans and Nicaraguans for “travel mode: air.” The Biden administration did not release the numbers of Colombians or Ukrainians approved to use the direct-flight parole program, meaning the number is even higher. And recently, the administration added Hondurans, El Salvadorans and Guatemalans to the direct-flight program. CBP has redacted and withheld the locations of the 43 interior ports of entry that have been utilized by this direct-flight program, claiming its release would harm law-enforcement techniques or procedures.

The administration has proven reluctant to provide any meaningful data about its vaunted CBP One-based border strategy, which allows mass parole of inadmissible aliens who would otherwise cross illegally. The limited data that was released about the direct flights shows that, of the four nationalities, Haitians flew into US airports in the greatest numbers from January through mid-September, a total of 76,582.  These Haitians favored one redacted airport — some 47,768 flew into that airport. Among Venezuelans, 63,360 flew into 43 airports — but 39,474 of them into one preferred airport. 

Some 46,794 Cubans flew into 41 airports, yet the majority of them, 33,355, favored one in particular. It’s likely that the preferred airport in all these cases was Miami, but we won’t know for sure unless CBP provides the unredacted information.

Furious Hawaiians greeted President Joe Biden with signs telling him to go home and demanding more federal disaster relief as the 80-year-old and his wife toured the island of Maui 13 days after devastating wildfires.

The route of the president's motorcade was lined with people holding their thumbs down, with some waving Trump 2024 flags. On person had written a sign contrasting the money spent on Ukraine with the assistance sent to Hawaii - calculating that each Ukrainian has received over $1,700 since the war broke out in February 2022.

The White House has announced that each affected household in Hawaii will receive $700 - a sum many islanders considered insulting. Locals were particularly infuriated by Biden, asked last Sunday about the fires as he left an afternoon on the Delaware beach, replying: 'No comment.' Even Democrats were demanding to know why the federal aid had been slow to arrive, and joined in their Republican colleagues in questioning Biden's delay in arriving in Maui.

Biden interrupted his Lake Tahoe vacation on Monday to fly five hours to the island, and insist that the federal government was there for the islanders. 

While the death toll in Maui has topped 114, some 850 remain missing. 'The devastation is overwhelming, to date 114 dead,' Biden said, before launching into a lengthy anecdote about his own loss of his first wife Naomi and one-year-old daughter in a car accident in 1972. 

'We're focused on what's next as rebuilding a long, long term rebuilding for long term and doing it together to help get us back on our feet to rebuild the way we want to rebuild,' Biden told the crowd, as charred rubble lay in his background. 'By making sure your voices are heard, by respecting your traditions, by understanding the deep history and meaning the sacred ground and establishing your community not to change his character but reestablish it. 

'We're also going to bring the capabilities to help you rebuild. So your critical infrastructure is more resilient in the future.' 

He also praised 'stories of hope, and heroism of the aloha spirit.' Biden had touched down in Kahalui hours earlier. Biden visited with those who lost homes and loved ones during the disaster and was briefed by public officials. 

The White house said he has continued to receive briefings over the weekend, after Biden issued a series of public statements on the disaster following his early stumbles.The president appeared more somber in tone when he met with local officials than when he told a reporter he had 'no comment' on the inferno's devastation while relaxing at his Delaware beach house last Sunday. Last week, he appeared to forget the name of Maui, repeatedly referring to fires blazing on 'the Big Island' The 114 person death toll already makes the inferno one of the nation's deadliest in history - and an estimated 1,000 people are still unaccounted for. 

Officials are still analyzing the factors that contributed to the massive inferno, including problems with its electrical grid. The president left behind a more tranquil setting - he is renting the home of billionaire former presidential candidate and climate activist Tom Steyer on the eastern side of Lake Tahoe. 

He has been accompanied on that vacation by his son Hunter, who has been dealing with the collapse of his plea deal on tax charges, and whose probe is now being overseen by U.S. attorney David Weiss in the role of special prosecutor. 

After taking criticism for his 'no comment' while at the beach, Biden has been making repeated references to the tragedy. 

He spoke at Camp David about financial contributions by Japan and South Korea announced at the summit, then boarded Marine One to make his way to Nevada.

'I want to start by expressing my appreciation for the contribution that your countries have made for relief following the devastating wildfires in Hawaii. I want to thank you both on behalf of the American people,' he said. Biden also said FEMA was preparing for the arrival of Hurricane Hilary in Southern California.

On Thursday he promised to offer assistance to Maui for 'as long as it takes'  during a recorded message that aired on ABC's 'Good Morning America.'

'The entire nation is with you as you recover, rebuild and grieve,' he said. 

The wildfire that broke out August 8 in the town of Lahaina is now the deadliest in more than a century, and the fifth-deadliest on record for the U.S. 

'We'll be with you for as long as it takes, I promise you,' the president added. He noted the federal government has already taken action to send hundreds of emergency personnel and thousands of meals and supplies to the historic tourist town ravaged by flames. 

Before Biden announced his visit, Republicans compared his lack of a visit to East Palestine, Ohio - where a train derailed and spilled toxic chemicals, displacing 100s. Biden had promised to visit the Ohio town but never did. 

Former President Donald Trump and other Republicans tore into him. Trump said he was refusing 'to help or comment on the tragedy' and called the moment 'horrible and unacceptable.' Biden first issued his 'no comment' while while staying at the beach near his Delaware home.

Then while breezing by reporters he made a terse comment, saying he was 'looking at it.' 

Back at the White House, a reporter asked Biden at the White House: 'Can you tell us about your Hawaii trip?' 

'No, not now,' Biden said, before staff eventually announced details.

It call came during a time when Biden might have preferred some distance form the press, following the appointment of the special counsel for his son. 

Biden and the first lady are traveling to Maui on Monday to comfort survivors of the devastating wildfires that ripped through the western part of the Hawaiian island earlier this month, as his administration responds to the devastation whose full scope is still unknown.

The Bidens are taking a detour from their weeklong vacation in the Lake Tahoe area for the day trip to Lahaina, a historic town of 13,000 people that was virtually destroyed by the flames. While there, the first couple will meet with first responders and be briefed by state and local officials about the ongoing response.

They will also view the damaged town, both from helicopters and on the ground, and the Democratic president will deliver remarks paying tribute to the victims of the wildfires, which have killed more than 100 people since they began on Aug. 8.

The president will also tap Bob Fenton, a regional leader at the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as chief federal response coordinator for the Maui wildfires, ensuring that someone from his administration will be responsible for long-term recovery efforts. It will take years to rebuild Lahaina, where just about every building was obliterated.

'I know how profoundly loss can impact a family and a community and I know nothing can replace the loss of life,' Biden said in a statement ahead of the trip. 'I will do everything in my power to help Maui recover and rebuild from this tragedy. And throughout our efforts, we are focused on respecting sacred lands, cultures, and traditions.'

Sen. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, said that as of Sunday about 85% of the affected area had been searched and nearly 2,000 people remained without power and 10,000 were without telecom connectivity. Water in parts of west Maui is not safe to drink.

While immediate aid such as water, food and blankets has been readily distributed to residents, Schatz said that cellphones, identification and other documents that people would need to help them enroll in longer-term aid programs were burned in the fires, adding more challenges to the application process.

More than 1,000 federal officials remain on the ground in Hawaii to respond to the wildfires, according to the White House. The administration has doled out more than $8 million in aid to affected families.

Schatz, who will be with Biden as the president travels to his home state on Monday, stressed that officials were 'still responding to the disaster' and 'We are not yet in a recovery phase.'

'As bad as this looks, it´s actually worse,' he said in a phone interview on Sunday. 'What you can´t see is the damage to utility infrastructure. What you can´t see is the thousands of kids who are trying to figure out how to go to school this fall. What you can´t see is the first responders who went into the flames without regard for their own safety and had their own homes burned down.'

While vacationing in Lake Tahoe, Biden has been on the phone regularly with officials to get briefed on updates to the wildfire response, the White House said.

Utah man who is anti Biden was accused of making threats against Joe was shot and killed by FBI agents


Another case of you mess with the Bidens the FBI will hunt you down and kill you, and this is what has me most worried for Trump. Me and my father were talking about this earlier when it broke how we both think they're going to try and kill Trump so he can't win and become POTUS again. The Utah man accused of making threats against Sniffing Corrupt Joe was shot and killed by FBI agents hours before the Conman and Thief Biden was expected to land in the state Wednesday, authorities said. 

Special agents were trying to serve a warrant on the home of Craig Deleeuw Robertson in Provo, south of Salt Lake City, when the shooting happened at 6:15 a.m., the FBI said in a statement.

Robertson posted online Monday that he had heard Biden was coming to Utah and he was planning to dig out a camouflage suit and “clean the dust off the m24 sniper rifle.” The posts indicated he did appear to own a long-range sniper rifle and numerous other weapons, as well as camouflage gear known as a “ghillie suit,” investigators said in court records.

Robertson also referenced a “presidential assassination” and made other threats against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland and New York Attorney General Letitia James, court documents state. “The time is right for a presidential assassination or two. 

First Joe then Kamala!!!” authorities say Robertson wrote in a September 2022 Facebook post included in the filings. 


No attorney was immediately listed for Robertson in court documents.

No further details were immediately released about the shooting, which is under review by the FBI so we know that's going to go nowhere and he will be looked at as the badguy even though he might have been taken out and the whole thing could be another deep swamp coverup job... Biden is in the middle of a trip to the Western United States. He spent Wednesday in New Mexico thinking he was in Portland probably, but it's said he spoke at a factory.

He is scheduled to fly to Utah later in the day. The initial investigation reportedly started in April and the FBI notified the Secret Service about the matter in June. Both parties deemed the alleged threats made by the suspect to be “credible” and the raid was launched on Wednesday morning as President Biden was preparing to visit Utah later Wednesday night.

“The incident began when special agents attempted to serve arrest and search warrants at a residence,” the FBI said in a statement. 

“The subject is deceased.”

Hunter’s Diamond scandal...


So when Hunter’s ex-wife discovered that he had obtained something of such immense value, she had her divorce attorney send an “Urgent” email seeking to determine the whereabouts of the diamond and secure the asset before Hunter could “dissipate” it. Hunter’s attorney offered a shady denial:

"There is no diamond in Hunter’s possession. I don’t know where Kathleen is getting access to this information, but on this score, what your email purports below is inaccurate."

Metadata gleaned from photos of the diamond on the abandoned laptop indicate that Hunter lied about not having the diamond and he in fact had the diamond with him in Wilmington. The current location of the 3.16 carat diamond remains unknown

After the fateful February 2017 meeting with Ye, and around the time Hunter claimed to have moved into the Wilmington house where classified documents were found, the Bidens’ business with CEFC exploded.

The Chinese energy tycoon is part of the ongoing tax fraud probe and a potentially broader probe into President-elect Joe Biden’s son, according to a report Thursday.

Investigators have examined the gift of the 2.8-carat gem Hunter got from CEFE China Energy founder Ye Jianming in 2017, CNN reported, citing a source briefed on the matter.

It’s unclear whether the diamond which has been estimated to be worth as much as $80,000 remains a focus of the tax probe that Hunter and his father’s transition team unexpectedly revealed on Wednesday, according to CNN.

Emails from Hunter’s laptop that were exclusively revealed by The Post in October show that the jewel became a sticking point during his divorce from first wife Kathleen Buhle. In August 2017, her lawyer demanded proof it was “in a safety deposit box accessible only by both parties together” and threatened to seek an emergency injunction against Hunter “to enjoin his further dissipation of assets, including the diamond.”

Last year, Hunter told the New Yorker that Ye gave him the diamond following an introductory dinner meeting in Miami amid his divorce from first wife Kathleen Buhle.

Hunter claimed he gave the sparkler to two unidentified associates who also attended the dinner, saying, “I knew it wasn’t a good idea to take it. I just felt like it was weird.”

He also disputed its estimated value, as claimed by his ex-wife, telling the New Yorker it was probably worth around $10,000.

Emails recovered from the laptop that the FBI seized last year from a Delaware repair shop show that the diamond became an issue during Hunter’s divorce, The Post exclusively revealed in October.

Meanwhile, federal prosecutors in Manhattan have also scrutinized Hunter’s finances and investigators in both Delaware and Washington, DC, were looking into potential money laundering by him as of early last year, according to Politico.

The securities fraud unit of the Southern District of New York began its review after a judge overturned the fraud conviction of Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter’s, in late 2018, Politico said, citing a source with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

The Manhattan prosecutors ended their review after conferring with their counterparts in Delaware, where Hunter disclosed he’s under investigation, Politico said.

In addition to that probe, FBI agents have been asking questions about Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, in connection with an investigation involving a bankrupt hospital company, Americore Health, a person with direct knowledge told Politico.

James Biden briefly had an office at the company’s headquarters in Florida but has disputed claims supported by a business card with his name on it that was part of a civil case in Tennessee that he’s a “principal” of the company, Politico said.

It’s unclear if James’ activities are a focus of the investigation, which is being conducted by federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Politico said.

On Thursday, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) called on Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to handle the investigation of Hunter Biden, echoing a request earlier this week by Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.)

“If Joe Biden becomes president, then all those prosecutors are in line to be fired next month,” Cotton told Fox News.  “If there were ever circumstances that create a conflict of interest and call for a special counsel, that’s here.”

CBS News Uncovers Over 150 Banking Transactions Involving Hunter or James Biden ‘Flagged as Concerning’ A new report says more than 150 financial transactions of two Biden family members raised bankers’ eyebrows.

CBS News reported that more than 150 financial transactions involving either President Joe Biden’s son or his brother were “flagged as concerning” by U.S. banks. The report Wednesday noted that simply because a transaction was flagged does not mean it was improper or illegal, only that it was reviewed. CBS News reported that it did not know the outcome of the review of any of the transactions.

CBS News senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge said one reason transactions are reviewed is to determine whether there has been an effort to hide the source of the transactions.

She said the amounts of various transactions and their frequency can also make a bank want to ask questions of the account holder to determine what is going on. Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa told CBS News he believes James Biden was “instrumental” in Hunter Biden’s business activities in China.




“I think James Biden was very much a part of this,” Grassley said. James Biden’s company, the Lion Hall Group, received money from what the report said was a Chinese-financed group in 2018.

Grassley noted that monthly retainer fees from a Chinese group amounted to $100,000 for Hunter Biden and $65,000 for James Biden, according to CBS News. “So, what this tells us is that Hunter Biden and James Biden linked up with companies connected to the communist regime to assist them with finding projects for global and domestic infrastructure and energy,” the senator said in prepared remarks when he presented his findings last week.

“We have people with the Biden name dealing with Chinese business people that have a relationship to the Communist Party,” he said. “I think it’s very concerning.” Grassley agreed with a comment from Herridge that the records he has been reviewing have “come directly from the banks,” with “no third party” involved.

CBS News noted that a federal subpoena sought bank records from Hunter Biden and James Biden going back to 2014. “I think Hunter and James Biden should not have entered into those relationships,” Robert Weissman, president of the advocacy group Public Citizen, said. “In the best case, those things look really bad. In the worst case, the consequences can be quite serious,” he said.

“To the extent those occurred while Joe Biden was the vice president, there’s a worry that they hope to get something direct from the Obama administration,” he said. Weissman said concerns do not end when Joe Biden was no longer vice president because there was concern over “investing in these family members to get future benefits in the possibility that Joe Biden would become president later on.” Grassley said new records show that Hunter Biden and an executive of a Chinese firm applied jointly for a $99,000 line of credit in 2017.

“These records we got are the first records that have ever been made public on this issue. Nobody else has them,” the senator said. “These years of records show that Hunter Biden and James Biden were more connected to the communist regime’s elements than had been previously known,” he said in his remarks last week.

However, 20 seconds into the video, Biden appears to take a cat nap for about 30 seconds before an aide comes over to wake him up.

The speaker was giving a fear-mongering speech about climate change, saying that the world will be destroyed if we don’t “do something now”. LMAO yeah cause the world which has been here for billions of years is hurting cause of cow farts, and our so called cars?
