The grand jury voted to indict officer Brett Hankison for “wanton endangerment” for blindly shooting 10 rounds from outside of Taylor’s apartment. Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron said the use of force by two other officers in the case was “justified” to protect themselves. As you can imagine Twitter heads are already going bonkers over this. While I feel horrible that Breonna Taylor was caught in the crossfire the law states the officers were justified because of the same laws that were implemented during the “Clinton, Bush, Obama” era. These crime bills were signed, and passed thru the supreme court which was mostly what? Democrat!
The death of Breonna Taylor in itself is not justified as she did nothing to merit her dying, and it’s a tragic thing that happened to her but her sleep over companion who shot at the cops was also in the wrong. Biden’s opinions on the left-wing riots are quite bizarre considering he seems to think that they are President Trump’s fault even though his supporters are the ones who are violently rioting in the streets. On Sunday, a pro-Trump protester was shot and killed in Portland, Oregon by radical left-wing extremists. Instead of only condemning the violence from his own supporters, former Biden blamed the killing on President Trump and his supporters.
Biden claimed that the Trump supporters were “spoiling for a fight,” as he ignored the fact that Portland has been overtaken by left-wing rioters for months.
The victim’s name has been reported as Aaron “Jay” Danielson. According to the Oregonian, police are investigating a man named Michael Forest Reinoehl, 48, for the crime. He is allegedly a supporter of Antifa and Black Lives Matter who has taken part in riots over the past several months in Portland, and was reportedly arrested by police at a riot July 5th and cited for possession of a loaded weapon.
Video of the caravan showed confrontations with left-wing protesters on the streets.
However, there was no evidence yet that Anderson was involved in those confrontations. The caravan was reportedly over when he was shot and killed.
Instead of taking responsibility for his supporters’ actions, Biden blamed the violence on both sides and specifically blamed President Trump for “incitement.”
“It is not a peaceful protest when you out go out spoiling for a fight,” Biden said. Byron York of the Washington Examinercommented on the statement from Biden: “[Biden’s] conclusion: It’s all President Trump’s fault. When a Trump supporter shoots a rioter in Kenosha, Wisconsin, it’s Trump’s fault. When a rioter shoots a Trump supporter in Portland, it’s Trump’s fault. And in that latter case, Biden suggested, the victim was asking for it.”

Derkach, reported RT.com, said he obtained the audio from investigative journalists who claimed Poroshenko personally recorded the calls.
The recordings have not been independently verified, the Russian news outlet said. “Again, I am not suggesting you want it or don’t want it. I am suggesting that is what I am prepared to do,” the vice president says. In a November 2016 call, Biden offers congratulations “in getting the new prosecutor general.”
“I know there’s a lot more to that. I really think that’s good,” he says. “It is going to be critical that he works to repair the damage of Shokin.
“I’m a man of my word.
Now that the new prosecutor general is in place we’re ready to move forward to signing the $1 billion loan guarantee,” says Biden.
The audio at some points is indecipherable, but Biden discusses with Poroshenko an IMF loan and the incoming Trump administration. “This is getting very, very close. What I don’t want to have happen. I don’t want Trump to get into *** where he thinks he’s about to buy into a situation … where it is about to collapse where he is going to pour more money into Ukraine,” Biden says.
“So anything you can do to push the Privatbank to closure so that the IMF loan comes forward. I stress this is critical to your economic and national security,” the vice president says.
The impeachment charges against President Trump centered on a congratulatory phone call in July 2019 with Poroshenko’s successor, Volodymyr Zelenksy. Democrats charged Trump withheld aid to Ukraine to pressure Zelenksy to investigate the Bidens’ conflict of interest.
The charge was framed as an incumbent presidential candidate abusing his power by pressuring a foreign government to dig up dirt on his probable opponent. But the president’s lawyers argued, among other things, the aid was delivered by the deadline and the possibility of corruption in the vice president’s son profiting from his father’s political position was a legitimate concern.
