BIG WIN For Trump in Georgia Case

Watch this video on the top here it's on now! But this is a good day for Trump as Fulton County judge just tossed out several counts brought against former President my favorite and yours the one and only Mr. Donald J Trump and five others in the case involving an alleged attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. Like asking for a re count means you're trying to "over turn the election" when we saw video of how people stayed late night and after the staff left a few ladies (use that term loosely.) decided to make it known that they would be adding to the count bags full of votes hidden under tables. Now back to the current the order from Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee that states that six of the counts in the 41-count indictment returned by a Fulton County grand jury in August must be quashed.

So of those six counts, Trump was charged with three of them. Now joining Trump in the challenge to the six counts were former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, lawyers John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Ray Stallings Smith and Robert Cheeley. All had already plead not guilty to the charges. Steve Sadow, Trump's lawyer, said the court's decision to "quash" the counts is the correct one. "The ruling is a correct application of the law, as the prosecution failed to make specific allegations of any alleged wrongdoing on those counts," he said in a statement. "The entire prosecution of President Trump is political, constitutes election interference, and should be dismissed."

Eastman's attorney, Buddy Parker, said in a statement that "the court stated clearly the state failed to provide what exactly in the U.S. and Georgia constitutions the defendants solicited the public figures to violate, a clear error. We await the state's position on its intention in moving forward on the remaining charges." Allyn Stockton, Giuliani's local lawyer, said the quashing of the six counts was expected, as "there simply was not enough detail to put the defendants on notice of what to defend against."

The six counts relate to various alleged attempts to solicit state officials to violate their oaths of office, both to the Georgia Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. The judge wrote that the state failed to specify what those violations were, saying the allegations were "so generic as to compel this Court" to quash the six charges. "The court's concern is less that the state has failed to allege sufficient conduct of the defendants in fact it has alleged an abundance. But, the lack of detail concerning an essential legal element is, in the undersigned's opinion, fatal," wrote McAfee.

The Judge also stated that though the six counts as written contain "all the essential elements of the crimes," they "fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission, i.e. the underlying felony solicited." Additionally, they don't give the defendants enough information to prepare their defenses "intelligently," McAfee wrote, as they could have violated the Georgia and U.S. Constitutions "and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways."

Judge McAfee made it clear that his finding does not mean the entire indictment against Trump and the 14 other co-defendants is dismissed. Instead, he said that Georgia prosecutors can seek a new indictment supplementing the six counts. Trump was charged with 13 counts in the sprawling racketeering case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in August. He has pleaded not guilty. Eighteen others were charged alongside the former president for their roles in an alleged scheme to reverse the results of Georgia's election, but four have since accepted plea deals. But none of those means much to the overall thing because they didn't make any connection to Trump in the plea deals.

Judge McAfee's order comes while he is weighing a separate request from Trump and eight of his co-defendants to disqualify Willis and her office from prosecuting the case because of an alleged improper relationship between Willis and her money spending sugar daddy Nathan Wade, you know the guy who got OVER PAID and took her on expensive trips and than both lied under oath about the relationship, and he was one of the "special" prosecutors working with the district attorney's office.

Wade was hired to work on the that Fani but also to make some $$$ and so she put him on the case involving Trump in November 2021. Michael Roman, alleged in a bombshell filing in January that the relationship with Willis began before Wade's appointment. Roman claimed that the district attorney financially benefited from the relationship, saying Wade paid for numerous getaways using income he received for his work with the district attorney's office. He was waxing on and off on that Fani! Now "Whatchutalking About" Fani Willis and Wade acknowledged in a court filing last month that they were in a romantic relationship, but said it began in early 2022 months after Wade's hiring and ended last summer.

Still, the bid to disqualify Willis and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office from the case set off a series of fiery proceedings before McAfee last month. Willis and Wade separately took the stand to answer questions about their personal lives and financial dealings. They said they split expenses related to their trips and refuted claims of wrongdoing. McAfee is set to rule this week on whether to remove Willis and her office from the case. This Trump prosecution in Fulton County is one of four he is facing in federal and state courts. A trial is set to begin this month in New York City stemming from allegations he falsified business records in connection with a "hush money" payment to suppress damaging information about him before the 2016 presidential election. This is another case of rigging elections as not long ago Trump was even awarded money from Stormy Daniels to pay him for damages, and attorny fees. This is another radical lib trying to rig the election.

He has also been charged in a pair of federal cases brought by special counsel Jack Smith in Wasington, D.C., and South Florida. The D.C. case involves alleged efforts to subvert the transfer of presidential power after the 2020 election, something which clearly DID NOT HAPPEN! But another hit job by these leftists who think saying "PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY Make your voices heard!!" is somehow a call to violence. Mind you these people have Kamila Harris as VP who endorsed that BLM/Antifa burned down buildings and rioted during protests in the "Summer of love 2020" but the facts don't matter only the lib narrative. Oh and Jack also has the Florida case involving the alleged mishandling of sensitive government documents after leaving the White House. While he has as President the right to do so and if he's brought up on charges why not all previous Presidents? Or Hillary Clinton? She had NO RIGHTS to have documents and she not just had them she destroyed evidance and lied under oath. So nothing on them but TRUMP? CHARGES! Gee you think this hit JOB is about the 2024 election yet?

Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and is seeking to delay any trials in the cases until after the November presidential election. He is set to face off against President Biden in a 2020 rematch. This time it's going to be much harder for them to repeat a lot of the rigging from 2020 because "all eyes" are on the election. So all these fake hit jobs are to try and stop him from running because they know the people want him back in office. So remember come November to Vote for the man who has given his all to help us drain the swamp.

BREAKING NEWS: Rudy Giuliani Announces Defamation Lawsuit Against Joe Biden

The Former New York City Mayor and the man who helped to clean up NYC years ago from crime, and the amount of criminals on the streets got thrown in prison for what they did and NYC became one of the best cities on earth, and it was safe and clean.... Then Rudy Giuliani was replaced and the city went downhill without him. He was a Trump lawyer as we all know and he's been one hero in Trumps corner for years and he's a real patriotic man who loves this country.

Joe Biden has lied about him consistently trying to get people to attack Rudy, and try to take him down for simply being Trumps lawyer... Today he held a press briefing on Wednesday where he slammed President Biden, Democrats over attacks on him.

Rudy and his team held this announcement today to bring charges on Joe "Lying" Biden for his abuse of power, and damaging words which could have cost Rudy his life, and it's cost him work and people think he's something he's not. A Russian agent or possible associate with Putin which is a proven lie by Biden.

Rudy should be regarded as a national treasure and hero and he's NOT what Biden has said. But we all know how much Joe Biden lies, and uses his Mesia co-horts to sell and spread his lies, and NAZI like administration.

Rudy and his lawsuit is important and EVERYONE who has been hurt by Joe Biden needs to come forward without fear and take the man down for being the evil crook he's always been. The same way they're lying about Trump and claiming he's a criminal which we all clearly see Trump was not. Well Joe Biden has been a career criminal, and liar his entire life both in and out of politics. Mostly in his life he's been in politics even had to drop out of the 1988 POTUS run due to his "Lying" to the AMERICAN people. Why does the media and liberals cover up his garbade? Because they know he's doing all this now with Barrack Obama holding the strings like his puppet master and along with their radical friends like the Clintons, and Nasty Nancy Pelosi, AOC, and the rest of the corrupt people in both Congress & the Senate are all helping in this take over of our country.

This folks is a nationwide COUP... Remember the movie "RED DAWN" well this is what's happening from the inside to help CCP China and Russia do what they do while being fed OUR Tax Payer money via this proxy fake war in Ukraine where the only victims are the soldiers on both sides which are carrying out the orders of corrupt men into killing each other for land, and all is a lie.

This is about power, and money distribution to take down the USD and the country and convert it into a communist marxist part of the CCP/RUSSIAN control while you the people here sleep through it all like sheep. This is why we at PURE SOLID NEWS only speak about truth, and the whole agenda for us is simple here. AMERICA 1st.

Hunter Biden Sues Rudy Giuliani for Fraud Over Laptop! WHAT!?

The cojones on this criminal crack smoking son of JOE Biden named "Hunter" is beyond words. He's cracked out in his Laptop which he left behind at the shop. He wants to sue Rudy for what? Trying to hand it to the FBI who didn't want it? Seriously? The use to charge ANYONE associated helping Trump is WAY out of hand here as not 1 charge the leftists have targeted at anyone TRUMP included is actually legit. We all can see this is Biden weaponizing his office to go after his political Rival.

Folks is is pure 100% ELECTION FRAUD, and INTERFERENCE BY THE OBAMA/CLINTON/BIDEN CRIME Sydicate.

So now this makes it clear to EVERYONE that yes the LAPTOPS are real, he is a CRACKHEAD drug abusing pedophile, YES CNN and all other M.S.M covered for him during 2020 and LIED to the American public.
Now we got that clear, and out of the way is the news here that he's about to SUE a lawyer like Rudy who was trying to hand the laptop to the FBI.

Sorry Hunter you done F-up... Possession is nine-tenths of the law. Oh yeah you guys don't believe in laws, and you break them all the time, and you bought your way into a sweetheart deal cause your daddy is saving you're ass from crack addicted mistakes you have made. Now for those who don't know!

"
Description: Possession is nine-tenths of the law is an expression meaning that ownership is easier to maintain if one has possession of something, or difficult to enforce if one does not."

Hunter Biden sued former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday in a Los Angeles federal court, claiming “hacking” was involved in Giuliani obtaining his “Laptop from Hell,” which he abandoned at a Delaware computer store.

“Defendants are among those who have been primarily responsible for what has been described as the ‘total annihilation’ of Plaintiff’s digital privacy,” Biden’s lawsuit says. “They also are among those who have been primarily responsible for the ‘total annihilation’ of Plaintiff’s data.”

Hunter Biden claims Giuliani and his longtime lawyer, Robert Costello, improperly accessed the laptop’s data by “hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms.”

Hunter Biden, in 2019, while addicted to crack, left his abandoned “Laptop from Hell” at John Paul Mac Isaac’s Delaware computer repair shop. The FBI soon visited the shop to collect the laptop, but Mac Isaac had a copy of the hard drive. While the FBI took control of the laptop, the data was conveyed to Giuliani and ultimately to the New York Post, CNBC reported:

Giuliani delivered information allegedly gleaned from Biden’s laptop to the New York Post, a newspaper owned by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp., in October 2020, a month before the election between Trump and Joe Biden.

The Post then published a story based on that data, which suggested that President Biden may have attended a meeting with a representative of a Ukrainian company that employed Hunter.

Claims that Joe Biden was involved in his son’s allegedly corrupt business dealings, which are in part based on information from the laptop, are the focus of an impeachment inquiry into the Democratic president by GOP-run House committees.

So I take from this that it was "Mac Isaac" who had a copy of the hard drive.  Not Rudy who tried to give it to the FBI and they again WOULD NOT TAKE IT as we all know. They had the material or didn't care about it since they know they're not going to charge Hunter with Anything. This guy Hunter is such a loser he's now trying to sue Ruddy for what? He left the LAPTOP at someones shop PAST the deadline.

The LAPTOP was not picked up? He lost his claims on it, and all material in it belongs to MAC ISAAC or whom ever he gives it too. Period this is how the law works. Bet the Judge in this case is an OBAMA/Biden appointed liberal. Just watch.

A
t the time of publication, the Post included copies of the FBI’s subpoena for the laptop to Mac Isaac. The Post also included a contract signed by Hunter Biden, saying if he did not pay for the repair service and pick up his computer after 90 days, his computer would be considered abandoned.

As many as 15 media personalities claimed Hunter’s laptop emails were likely “Russian disinformation.” Many media outlets cited Politico’s now-infamous article that reported 51 intelligence officials’ belief the laptop was “Russian disinformation,” which was also used as a basis to censor the Post’s reporting on social media. That claim proved false.

Facebook’s founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted in 2022 that the FBI warned Facebook of an imminent “dump” of “Russian propaganda” shortly before the New York Post broke the “Laptop from Hell” story, causing the article to be shared less on the platform to a “meaningful” degree. Twitter also infamously censored the story.

Remember this? 'The Russians have videos of me doing crazy f***ing sex!' This was Hunter Biden as seen in unearthed footage telling a prostitute that Russian drug dealers stole ANOTHER of his laptops. This guy doesn't know how to take care of his laptops, and crack use will cause a moron to have these sort of brain farts.

Hunter Biden claimed Russians stole another one of his laptops for blackmail while he was close to overdosing in a Las Vegas hotel room.
The alleged incident would mean Hunter lost a total of three computers?

The first abandoned at a Delaware computer store and the second seized by federal agents with each likely to hold sensitive information on President Joe Biden which includes all the many embarrassing pictures, videos and communications of his son. Which now again WE ALL KNOW is real.

The third laptop still appears to be missing and was taken by Russian drug dealers after they partied with Hunter in Vegas, he told a prostitute in a conversation caught on camera.

After filming himself having sex with the woman using his laptop in January 2019, Hunter left the camera rolling as he recounted a Vegas bender in which he spent '18 days going round from penthouse suite to penthouse suite,' sometimes costing $10,000 a night.

'I spent f***ing crazy amounts of money,' Hunter said. 'I was with these guys. The one guy was, not like you anyway… each night he'd be like 'there's going to be so many people here, crazy f***ing party' and each night it's nobody.'

Hunter's claims raise the possibility that he was targeted as a vulnerable conduit to Joe Biden as part of a foreign intelligence operation.

His 2015 Macbook Pro became infamous after he abandoned it at a Delaware computer store two years ago. DailyMail.com obtained a copy of its hard drive, commissioned experts who verified its authenticity, and exposed evidence of shocking corruption and illegal activity in its contents.

A second laptop belonging to the president's son was reportedly seized by federal agents when they raided the office of his friend, disgraced psychiatrist Keith Ablow, last year.

Two sources told NBC that the DEA found the device when executing a search warrant on Ablow's Massachusetts office after he was accused of professional misconduct and had his medical license suspended. Ablow has not been charged with a crime and the laptop was returned to Hunter's lawyer. Hunter described how his third laptop was 'stolen' one night during the summer 2018 bender when he almost overdosed on drugs.

'I went out to the hot tub by myself, which hangs over the edge of the f***ing top floor, with glass, it's ridiculous.

'And so I'm sitting there and that's the last I remember. And I don't ever pass out, ever.

'I wake up and the only people that are there are Miguel, the guy frantically running round gathering things up, ok – and Miguel, and Pierce, this guy, his friend.

'They had kicked everybody out. And they had cleaned up the entire place, everything ok? And they were getting ready to leave, and I woke up. And there was this Russian 35-year-old, really nice, pure brunette. 'She refused to leave and they wouldn't call an ambulance. And they didn't know whether I was dead or not, at first.' Hunter said it was after that debauched night he realized his computer was missing. 'I think he's the one that stole my computer. I think the three of them, the three guys that were like a little group. The dealer and his two guys, I took them everywhere. F***ing everywhere, crazy out of your mind sh**.'

'I'm worried he gets the money up front and maybe it doesn't do a million dollars, maybe it does three. Maybe nobody wants to see me naked,' he said.

'Maybe it's 'news interest' and because my dad's a public figure they say 'we don't have to pay you anything because you're of interest in regular news.'

'I think you should just beat him to the punch,' the prostitute replied. 'I think you should release your own video.'

Photos on the laptop hard drive obtained by DailyMail.com include pictures of a woman's Russian passport, and photos of Hunter topless pulling the woman's brunette hair while she kneels on a bed.

Other photos show the woman and three young men driving to Hunter's former Hollywood Hills rented home, drinking and partying by the pool, and two women naked with Hunter by the pool.

It is unclear whether the Russian woman and the three men are the same people Hunter accused of stealing his laptop.

Hunter: 'You know what I just thought of something. When I was in California [inaudible] before I met you. I was with these guys. The one guy was, not like you anyway.

'Primarily my source, ok? And I spent fu**ing crazy amounts of money. I went to Las Vegas and he said it would be one day. I made him promise me it would be one day. I hate Las Vegas.

'And so literally after 18 days going round from penthouse suite to penthouse suite [inaudible] four different hotels, and thousands of dollars. I didn't even know. He had my credit card, he said we got half off, I was like great. Then I found out it was $10,000 a night. I'm like what.

'And each night he'd be like 'there's going to be so many people here, crazy fu**ing party' and each night it's nobody.

'Hold on I'm peeing.

'And so that's when I went into the pool. Into the tub. In the hot tub, above, in Palms that hangs over the side [Inaudible] more than I usually do, way more than that [inaudible]

'And I went out to the hot tub by myself, which hangs over the edge of the fu**ing top floor, with glass, it's ridiculous.

'And so I'm sitting there and that's the last I remember. And I don't ever pass out, ever.

'I wake up and the only people that are there are Miguel, the guy frantically running round gathering things up, ok – and Miguel, and Pierce, this guy, his friend.

'So anyway, and they had kicked everybody out. And they had cleaned up the entire place, everything ok? And they were getting ready to leave, and I woke up. And there was this Russian 35-year-old, really nice, pure brunette.

'[Inaudible] I don't know how long. She refused to leave until they – she refused to leave and they wouldn't call an ambulance. And they didn't know whether I was dead or not, at first.

Hooker: ' They couldn't just come over and check [inaudible]'

Hunter: 'They checked to see if I was breathing. When I finally showed signs of breath, at first I wasn't breathing, I was in the fu**ing pool face down, they don't know how long.

'And she told me that they don't, they were like 'we thought we'd get everybody out, because you know we didn't want, if we had to call, we didn't want everybody…' And she went no. They demanded that [inaudible]

'Two months before… [inaudible]

Hooker: 'Continue with the story please.'

Hunter: 'Anyway my computer, I had taken tons of like, just left like that cam on. And he would always put in a passcode and all that, you know what I mean? It was fu**ing crazy sh*t. And somebody stole it during that period of time. He did all this kind of like pretend search and sh*t.

'The last thing he sent me was $2,000 worth of stuff in an Uber and he sent me a [inaudible] with the Uber, and I had to send the money to a cash app or something....just waiting

Hooker: '...In Las Vegas [inaudible]'

Hunter: 'I think he's the one that stole my computer. I think the three of them, the three guys that were like a little, like group. The dealer and his two guys, I took them everywhere. Fu**ing everywhere, crazy out of your mind sh*t.

'The Russian [inaudible] she'd walk out with a fu**ing bathing suit in her hand.

'They have videos of me doing this. They have videos of me doing crazy fu**ing sex fu**ing, you know.

Hooker: 'How long ago did this happen?'

Hunter: 'Summer.'

Hooker: 'So it would have been out already if they-'

Hunter: 'No no no, because my dad [inaudible] running for president. He is, he is, he is. I talk about it all the time. If they do, he also knows I make like a gazillion dollars.'

Hooker: 'They'd try to blackmail you?'

Hunter: 'Yeah in some way yeah.'

Seventy-nine % of Americans now do believe that Donald Trump would have won reelection in 2020 if Hunter’s laptop had been known to voters, according to a Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics poll.

Hunter Biden finally admits that the laptop from hell is his as he pleads for criminal probe?

Holy smokes BOMBSHELL BATMAN! LOL Hunter is smoking in that pic but check it out... The Smartest man Joey Biden aka "The BIG GUY" knows just said what? So no more of this B/S of "the laptop could be mine" First son Hunter Biden’s lawyers admitted late Wednesday that the infamous laptop the now-52-year-old abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop in the throes of his crack cocaine addiction does indeed belong to him. The revelation came in a petulant letter from Hunter’s lawyers seeking a criminal probe into what they called, attempts to “weaponize” its contents.

In the 14-page letter to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, Biden attorney Abbe Lowell claimed that repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac “unlawfully” accessed Hunter’s laptop data and worked with former President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani to “weaponize” sordid and incriminating contents on it against Joe Biden. “This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr. Biden’s private and personal information,” Lowell wrote. “Mr. Mac Isaac’s intentional, reckless, and unlawful conduct allowed for hundreds of gigabytes of Mr. Biden’s personal data, without any discretion, to be circulated around the Internet.”

Mac Isaac took possession of the laptop and hard drive in late 2019 after trying but failing for months to notify Hunter that the "Laptop" had been ready to be picked up. Once the shop owner saw the laptop’s contents including emails detailing influence-peddling involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and videos of the younger Biden smoking crack and having sex with prostitutes and his work subordinates he alerted the FBI.

Hunter Biden’s lawyers admitted the laptop filled of scandals belongs to the President’s son. The feds picked up the laptop in December 2019, but not before Mac Isaac made a copy and gave it to Giuliani’s personal lawyer, Robert Costello. Giuliani provided The Post with a copy of the hard drive in October 2020 soon after Lowell’s letter singles out Mac Isaac, Giuliani, Costello, former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon, former Trump White House aide Garrett Ziegler, Bannon associate Jack Maxey, and founder and CEO of cyber analytics firm XRVision and former aide to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) Yaacov Apelbaum as parties who gained unauthorized access to the laptop’s contents and disseminated it to the media and lawmakers.

“We believe that the facts and circumstances merit further investigation as to whether the conduct of Messrs. Mac Isaac, Costello, Giuliani, Bannon, Ziegler, Maxey, and Apelbaum violated several provisions of Delaware’s criminal code including, but not necessarily limited to, computer-related property offenses … theft … possession of stolen property … and misapplication of another’s property … Each of these offenses, if violated, has the potential to be a felony, depending on the value of the property in question,” Lowell writes. Letters were also sent by Hunter Biden’s lawyer on Wednesday to the Justice Department’s National Security Division and the IRS.

“I think with Congress starting investigations next week,  it’s a scare tactic,” Mac Isaac told The Post Wednesday.  “The flak is heaviest when you are over the target!” he added.  The House Oversight Committee will commence hearings next week on Hunter Biden’s alleged influence peddling, and claims he cashed in on ties to his then-vice president father to rake in millions from foreign companies, Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the chairman of the panel, told the National Press Club on Monday.

iegler, who worked as aide to Trump trade adviser Peter Navarro and has published the laptop’s data on his Marco Polo USA website, told The Post on Wednesday that the letters were a “desperate attempt” by the Biden family to get the spotlight away from “their crimes.” “With respect to the letters from the President’s son pleading with his daddy’s agencies to target those who expose his blatant criminality, Kevin Morris did not get a lot of bang for his buck,” Ziegler told The Post, referencing Hunter Biden’s fixer and “sugar brother,” Kevin Morris, who allegedly lent the president’s son $2 million to help pay off his overdue federal taxes and has become the architect of Hunter Biden’s legal and media strategy.

“You’d think that Morris would spend $1,400+/hour on an actual tax attorney when funding Hunter’s legal misadventures, which Abbe Lowell is not,” Ziegler said.  “The letter to the IRS about Marco Polo is full of speculations and basic misunderstandings about the case law surrounding 501(c)(3) organizations. Hopefully, federal and state investigators will see this for what it is: a desperate attempt by Hunter and his family to get the attention off of their crimes,” he added.

Costello told The Post that Lowell’s allegations were “ridiculous” and a sign of “desperation.” “This letter is a ridiculous attempt to intimidate that will not succeed. It is the product of desperation by Hunter Biden because they know judgement day is coming for the Biden family,” he said.  Costello points out that Mac Isaac has a “signed work order that gives [him] authorization to examine the hard drive and the property is deemed legally abandoned after 90 days. It is the property of John Paul Mac Isaac.”

Beginning on Oct. 14, 2020, The Post published a series of exclusive reports about the laptop’s contents, including emails proving Hunter introduced an executive of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma to his father while Joe Biden oversaw the Obama administration’s policy toward the eastern European nation. The reports were initially dismissed by former top intelligence officials as the product of “Russian disinformation” only to be belatedly confirmed by media outlets including the New York Times, Washington Post and CBS News.

Hunter Biden himself and his own lawyers have previously tried to sow doubt that the allegedly water-damaged computer abandoned at the Mac Isaac’s shop was Biden’s. “There could be a laptop out there that was stolen from me,” Hunter Biden told CBS during a 2021 interview. “It could be that I was hacked. It could be that it was the that it was Russian intelligence. It could be that it was stolen from me.”

What we know about Hunter Biden's alleged laptop!🤷🏻‍♀️

Explosive bombshell have launched against Joe Biden tying him to his son Hunter Biden’s overseas business interests, publicizing emails and photos supposedly from a laptop alleged to have been abandoned by the younger Biden and timing their release in a manner reminiscent of Russia’s efforts to dump damaging material about Hillary Clinton in 2016. Rudy Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer, said his own attorney, Robert Costello, obtained the material from the owner of a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, after Hunter Biden allegedly left it there for months. Giuliani provided the material to the New York Post on Sunday, and the Post began running stories about the supposed documents this week. But the owner of the computer store, John Paul MacIsaac, was unable and unwilling to answer key questions about how the laptop supposedly arrived in his store, and eventually, how the data was shared with Giuliani. CBS News interviewed MacIsaac for almost two hours on Wednesday and throughout the interview he contradicted himself about his motivations, raising questions about the truthfulness of one of the central figures in the story.

MacIsaac told CBS News he first turned over the hard drive to the FBI last December during the president’s impeachment, and provided a copy of its contents to Costello after becoming frustrated by the Senate trial in January. MacIsaac refused to provide key details about his interactions with Giuliani. The Post’s first story ricocheted across major social media platforms on Wednesday before Facebook and Twitter moved to block its distribution, seemingly wary of allowing the dissemination of the kind of misinformation that spread across their networks in the run-up to the 2016 election. Mr. Trump seized on the Post story and the ensuing tech crackdown to paint Biden as corrupt and the media as complicit before a massive crowd of supporters in Iowa on Wednesday night. Giuliani apparently held the information for months and released it less than three weeks before the election. Giuliani has long been involved in efforts by the president and his allies to highlight Hunter Biden’s work overseas to damage Joe Biden and boost Mr. Trump’s reelection campaign, and in 2019 met with a Ukrainian lawmaker who has been deemed an “active Russian agent” by the U.S. government.

What was allegedly on the laptop?

CBS News has not seen or corroborated the data supposedly on the hard drive, and Giuliani has declined to allow other news outlets to review the information. In a story published Wednesday, 20 days before the election, the Post said it included a trove of Hunter Biden’s emails and photos, some of which it published. The Post story trumpeted a “smoking-gun email” allegedly showing Hunter Biden had arranged for a meeting in 2015 between his father and an adviser to the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company. Hunter Biden was a member of the board. A photo of the alleged email published by the Post shows it was written by Vadym Pozharskyi, the Burisma adviser, and reads, in part: “thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together.” The Post presents this line as evidence that Pozharskyi met with Joe Biden, who was spearheading the Obama administration’s policy toward Ukraine. If true, it could contradict Biden’s assertions that he “never discussed” his son’s foreign business interests with him.

But a spokesman for the Biden campaign said a review of Biden’s schedule for the period in question showed no such meeting with Pozharskyi, and several of Biden’s top advisers who worked closely with him on Ukraine policy have publicly said they’ve never heard of him. While they did not rule out the possibility that Biden and Pozharskyi interacted briefly on the sidelines of an event, they said a formal meeting did not happen.

“We have reviewed Joe Biden’s official schedules from the time and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place,” said Andrew Bates, a Biden campaign spokesman. Republicans and the president’s allies allege Biden pushed in 2016 for the ouster of Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin to shield Burisma and, by implication, Hunter Biden from an anti-corruption investigation. But both the U.S. and the European Union had called for Shokin’s ouster over his failure to prosecute officials for corruption, and an investigation into Burisma was at that point dormant. Biden eventually threatened to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid from Ukraine unless Shokin was fired, and the country’s parliament voted to remove him in 2016.

Mr. Trump was impeached by the House last year over his efforts to pressure the current Ukrainian government to investigate Hunter Biden’s ties to Burisma. After Mr. Trump was acquitted by the Senate, Senate Republicans launched their own investigation into Hunter Biden’s Ukraine connections, resulting in the publication of a report last month that called his actions “problematic” but did not allege the former vice president acted to protect his son, nor accuse him of any wrongdoing.

The owner of the repair store’s political motivations came to light in the interview with CBS News and a few other reporters, raising even more questions about the veracity of how this supposed laptop became public. MacIsaac, the owner, said several times how he felt Mr. Trump was treated unfairly during his impeachment trial and suggested if the alleged documents are true, the “sham” impeachment was reason to release them. He also repeatedly mentioned his girlfriend left him after he voted for Trump in 2016.

Asked about the timeline of events detailed in the Post story, MacIsaac told CBS News that a man who identified himself as Hunter Biden dropped off three laptops to have them repaired in April 2019. He said the man never paid him for the repairs and did not return to pick them up. Standing in his shop on Wednesday, MacIsaac admitted he was unable to confirm it was actually Hunter Biden who dropped off the laptop because he is “legally blind” and only realized it was the former vice president’s son when Hunter stated his name for the point of contact. The Mac Shop is equipped with indoor cameras that preserve recordings for two months. MacIsaac said he did not realize the significance of the laptops until after the footage was automatically deleted.

MacIsaac also would not reveal when he first looked through the data, and refused to provide key details about his handling of the material. Asked by CBS News if he actually saw the email purportedly from Pozharskyi, he repeatedly said “no comment” before saying he “believed” he had. MacIsaac refused to answer in any detail whether or why he would have searched through the laptop to find a four-year-old email, which seemingly appears to be an innocuous message about arranging a meeting for coffee.

MacIsaacprovided no additional details to CBS News to corroborate he saw these alleged documents. He told CBS News he reached out to the FBI through “people that [he] trusted” and was eventually put in contact with two FBI agents. On December 9, 2019,he was issued a subpoena demanding he turn over the laptop and hard drive to a federal grand jury in Wilmington, according to a photo of a copy of the subpoena published by the Post and confirmed by MacIsaac. He said he complied and turned over the hardware, but first made a copy of the hard drive’s contents. MacIsaac described becoming frustrated while watching Mr. Trump’s Senate impeachment trial in January, with no updates from the FBI. “This country had its third impeachment, and I honestly felt like it was a sham, because of what I had seen,” MacIsaac said. The FBI declined to comment, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Wilmington said it could “neither confirm nor deny the existence of an investigation.”

MacIsaac contradicted himself repeatedly about why he wanted to share the alleged contents of the hard drive. He first asserted he went to the FBI for protection, fearing possible retribution from the Biden family. When the FBI supposedly did not act, he said he thought the FBI could be out to get him, which is why he turned to Giuliani. MacIsaac responded to most questions about Giuliani with “no comment,” saying he “didn’t feel comfortable” discussing it. He declined to say whether he sought Giuliani out or vice versa, but he indicated he viewed the former New York mayor as a potential ally.

“When you are afraid and you don’t know anything about the depth of waters that you’re in, you kind of you want to find a lifeboat,” he said. “I was told not to talk to anybody else,” MacIsaac said at one point, refusing to provide specifics. Giuliani told CBS News on Wednesday that MacIsaac had reached out to Costello “around the time of the impeachment hearings,” and that he has neither met nor spoken to him personally. Over the course of the interview, MacIsaac said he felt his life and business were in danger by possessing this information, invoking debunked conspiracy theories of revenge, specifically mentioning false allegations that a Democratic National Committee staffer was murdered in 2016 to cover up his supposed involvement in leaking Democratic Party emails. The emails were in fact stolen by Russian intelligence operatives, and the conspiracy theory surrounding his death was boosted by a Russian disinformation campaign.

Experts warn about potential foreign interference

The U.S. intelligence community has warned for months that Russia is actively working to “denigrate” Biden by amplifying allegations of corruption, and experts have issued dire warnings that Russia could orchestrate a “hack and dump” operation similar to its effort to steal and release stolen Democratic emails in the runup to the 2016 election.

Moreover, Russian hackers are believed to have breached Burisma’s systems earlier this year, and Giuliani himself has been tied to Ukrainian lawmaker acting as a Russian agent who has publicized private recordings of Biden speaking to Ukrainian officials in the past. But as of now, there is no evidence that Russia was directly involved in obtaining or publicizing the alleged information on Hunter Biden’s laptop. The Biden campaign has also offered no alternate explanation for how this alleged personal information came to light. George Mesires, an attorney for Hunter Biden, did not immediately reply to a phone call and email seeking comment on Wednesday. But in a statement to the Post, he said Giuliani “has been pushing widely discredited conspiracy theories about the Biden family, openly relying on actors tied to Russian intelligence.”

In August, an assessment by the U.S. intelligence community singled out the Ukrainian parliamentarian, Andriy Derkach, for “spreading claims about corruption — including through publicizing leaked phone calls — to undermine former Vice President Biden’s candidacy and the Democratic Party.” The Treasury Department leveled sanctions against Derkach in September, describing him as an “active Russian agent” who has done the Kremlin’s bidding for more than a decade. Derkach and Giuliani met in Ukraine last December at the height of the impeachment saga, as Giuliani worked to uncover damaging information about Hunter Biden. In January, the cybersecurity firm Area 1 revealed Russian military operatives had launched a phishing attack against Burisma and accessed its systems. The extent of the breach was unclear, but the report said the attack “raises the spectre that this is an early warning of what we have anticipated since the successful cyberattacks undertaken during the 2016 U.S. elections.”

Rudy Giuliani lays out the Biden's corruption in Ukraine! MUST WATCH!

Rudy Giuliani lays out the Biden’s corruption in Ukraine! MUST WATCH Videos… I mean when you connect all the dots it is incredible how this all lays up right to the white house under Obama, and how he’s one of the main players, and not only that but the other names involved, and the real russian collusion is all here. Watch and pay close attention.

Joe Biden declined to answer questions about his son Hunter?

So creepy Joe Biden the Democratic presidential candidate was on the campaign trail when news broke that his son Hunter Biden had been ousted on his work history, and was being investigating for dealings with overseas business in countries where Creepy Joe who was the vice president under the Obamanation was conducting “diplomatic work,” which could cost creepy Joe big in 2020.

Now this story could be big because what did we just spend 3 years and 35 Million plus to prove? That Muller report failed to show a Trump/Russian collusion. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUT now now it might turn out the folks having the russian connections we need to worry about aren’t named Trump or in his circle! But it looks more, and more that the people running under Obama were dealing in some very shady things during the two terms.

Of course this will be a big issue his political opponents will exploit more as time goes on, and some already begun to wield against him as he wades into the 2020 presidential campaign. More than once, after his father engaged in diplomacy on behalf of the United States in foreign countries, Hunter Biden conducted business in the same country. At two separate campaign stops on Monday, Biden avoided questions about his son Hunter’s involvement while his staff blocked reporters from approaching the candidate.

Via ABC News Biden’s campaign did provide a statement saying the former vice president has always adhered to “well-established executive branch ethics standards,” adding that if Biden wins the White House he will issue an executive order to “address conflicts of interest of any kind.” “This process will be set out in detail in the executive order,” the statement reads, “that President Biden would issue on his first day in office.”

The ethics pledge follows renewed questions about a pair of overseas business opportunities involving Hunter Biden – one in Ukraine, another in China – that already have begun to generate political attacks from Joe Biden’s conservative critics. Ethics experts interviewed by ABC News said these are legitimate questions about possible past and future conflicts of interest.

In April of 2014, the then-vice president led a U.S. delegation to Kiev tasked with rooting out corruption and advocating for Ukraine to diminish its reliance on Russian oil. The Obama administration had pledged aid money to support a fledgling Ukrainian administration recovering from a revolution that ousted the country’s previous leader. “You have to fight the cancer of corruption that is endemic in your system right now,” Biden told the Ukrainian parliament during the first of several post-revolution visits to the country. “And with the right investments and the right choices, Ukraine can reduce its energy dependence and increase its energy security.”

Just months before, in December of 2013, there was a similar episode when the then-vice president led an Obama administration effort to tamp down tensions in the Far East. Hunter Biden disembarked from Air Force Two in Beijing alongside his father, ahead of a series of meetings between the vice president and several high-ranking members of China’s ruling party. Upon his departure, Joe Biden called Chinese President Xi Jinping a “good friend.”

Within weeks of that visit, Hunter Biden was doing business there, as a participant in a firm called Bohai Harvest RST. The corporation formed a novel Chinese-American investment partnership that involved such Chinese state-owned firms as the Bank of China. Reports at the time said they sought to raise $1.5 billion. In response to questions from ABC News, Hunter Biden maintained that he and his father never talked about his overseas ventures. “At no time have I discussed with my father the company’s business, or my board service,” Hunter Biden said in statement forwarded to ABC News by his attorney. “Any suggestion to the contrary is just plain wrong.”

An attorney for Hunter Biden has told ABC News the vice president’s son merely accompanied his daughter, Finnegan Biden, on the Air Force Two trip to Beijing and conducted no business during the visit. Robert Weissman, the president of progressive watchdog group Public Citizen and a frequent critic of business dealings by President Donald Trump’s children including the Trump Organization’s ongoing development projects overseas told ABC News that it can be challenging for the adult children of well-known political figures to carve out careers that don’t pose ethics concerns, but he considers Hunter Biden’s decisions concerning.

“At absolute minimum there’s a huge appearance of conflict, and there’s every reason to think that the investors that he‘s working with want him partnering with them because he’s the son of the then-vice president and now presidential candidate,” Weissman said. “[Joe Biden] should have encouraged his son to not take these positions.”

Biden however defends his son in something that clearly can be seen as a conflict since the Ukrainian folks might have some inside form power to make Creepy Joe help them if he was ever to become POTUS. Perhaps this could be a form of help which could be seen as perhaps “Collusion, Corruption” maybe this needs to be investigated further I mean this leave Joe in a very weird place here, and we know he’s low in energy as it is himself. I do find it ironic this is dealing with an “energy firm” this sort of comedy can’t be written it just does it on it’s own.

Hunter Biden a Yale-trained attorney who worked at the Manhattan-based law firm Boies Schiller Flexner LLP (get it “Shill”er) to lead its legal unit and “provide support for the company among international organizations,” according to the company’s announcement at the time. Hunter Biden and his associate at a business entity called Rosemont Seneca Partners where Hunter Biden was a managing partner both obtained board seats, and according to banking records reviewed by ABC News, the firm began collecting $166,666 payments each month. But Why?

In a statement to ABC News, Biden said “at no time” was he “in charge of the company’s legal affairs” and said he “earned [his] qualifications for such a role based on [his] extensive prior board service.” Hunter Biden had served on other corporate boards, including as vice chairman of the board overseeing Amtrak. He had no known experience in Ukraine or the highly competitive energy field, but said in his statement that he joined the board “to help reform Burisma’s practices of transparency, corporate governance and responsibility.”

But questions were raised at the time for example May of 2014 ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jonathan Karl Asked about the appointment, Karl who was told by then-press secretary Jay Carney that “Hunter Biden and other members of the Biden family are obviously private citizens, and where they work does not reflect an endorsement by the administration or by the vice president or president.” But remember folks this comes out after we seen the media, and left try to destroy the Trump family from President Donald Sr to his son Donald Jr to Eric, and even Ivanka for any outside work they might have going in their private lives so one could see why this is embarrassing to Joe Biden, and his son Hunter.

More details of what work Hunter did for Burisma surfaced in the 2018 book “Secret Empires” by conservative author Peter Schweizer, and as Biden moved closer to announcing his bid for the White House, news reports began focusing greater attention on the burgeoning controversy. Reports in The Hill and The New York Times noted that the vice president’s reform campaign in Ukraine included an effort to call for the dismissal of Viktor Shokin, then the country’s controversial chief prosecutor. The reports noted that Shokin had ostensibly been leading an investigation into Burisma and its founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, for possible financial crimes.

Both Zlochevsky and the company have denied wrongdoing and neither have faced charges, but in an interview with ABC News, Shokin maintained his suspicions about the vice president’s motives, accusing Biden of promoting his dismissal for personal reasons. He insisted he had “no doubt” Biden wanted him gone in an effort to protect his son’s new employer. “Biden was acting not like a U.S. vice president, but as an individual,” Shokin told ABC News, “like the individual interested in having me removed — having me gone so that I did not interfere in the Burisma investigation.”

A Biden campaign spokesman rejected the premise of Shokin’s allegation, saying Biden had “acted at all times in a manner consistent with well-established executive branch ethics standards.” And the assertion that Biden acted to help his son has been undercut by widespread criticism of Shokin from several high-profile international leaders who said Biden’s recommendation was well justified. Once Shokin was removed, the European Union’s envoy to Ukraine, Jan Tombinski, lauded the decision as “an opportunity to make a fresh start.”

With Biden emerging as a front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, however, Trump has sought to keep the issue in the public eye, aided by personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, who announced last month that he planned to travel to Ukraine to urge officials there to investigate Biden’s efforts to lobby for Shokin’s ouster. “Explain to me why Biden shouldn’t be investigated,” Giuliani tweeted in May, before canceling the trip after facing criticism for appearing to engage a foreign government for political help. So it’s ok when the DemocRATS do it but when they’re being investigated they twist things, and try and make Giuliani and Trump the badguy?

Biden dodged the question about Giuliani’s efforts when asked about the matter during a candidate forum in New Hampshire this past May. He defended his son, saying “all the reports indicated that not a single, solitary thing was inappropriate about what my son did. He never talked to me. He never talked to anybody in the administration.” And were supposed to believe Joe because we know the left never lies… WINK WINK!

“I give you my word. None,” he said, adding that “with all the investigation that’s been done, there’s not a single piece of evidence that he ever talked to anybody in government about it. … And I have faith in him.” But those assurances have failed to put the issue to rest. Even one of the activists Biden’s team asked ABC News to contact had deep reservations about Hunter Biden’s decision to accept a board seat at Burisma.

Daria Kaleniuk, a Ukrainian anti-corruption advocate, did not see fault in Joe Biden’s conduct, saying she thought he “did what he had to do” in pursuing Shokin’s removal, but decried his son’s decision as “a very bad thing.” “[Hunter Biden] was very wrong,” Kaleniuk said. “He allowed his name to be abused, and with that he made easy money.”

Now folks Ukraine is not the only foreign territory in which there are lingering questions about business conducted by Hunter Biden. His exact role in the Chinese investment fund Bohai Harvest RST remains unclear. The firm’s website described the venture as being “sponsored” by the government-controlled Bank of China, and securities filings in the U.S. say the fund was “to focus on mergers and acquisitions, and investment in and reforms of state-owned enterprise.”

A source familiar with Hunter Biden’s involvement said he served as an unpaid director and has not yet received any returns on his investments from the fund, adding that he only became a minority stake-holder in the company in October 2017, with his current investment estimated at approximately $430,000. He continues to play an active role, according to his attorney. And that presents a problem for ethics experts.

“If Hunter Biden is still connected with [the Chinese investment firm], he needs to get out of that relationship,” Weissman, president of Public Citizen, told ABC News. “And there should be as much clarity as possible about what actually is going on there as well.” The timing of that deal has also caught the attention of Trump, who, earlier this month, challenged reporters on the South Lawn: “Biden has some kind of relationship financially — or his son — with China? Tell me about that.” In his statement to ABC News, Hunter Biden blamed the negative attention on the political climate.

“The narratives that have been suggested and developed by the right-wing political apparatus are demonstrably false,” he said. “These distortions of reality will not distract my father, nor make me question my judgment in my initial decision to join the board of Burisma to do the good work necessary for the benefit of the company and Ukraine.”

Hunter Biden said his directorship at Burisma recently expired, and he declined the company’s offer to renew it. “In this political climate,” he said, “where my qualifications and work are being attacked by Rudy Giuliani and his minions for transparent political purposes, I have decided not to renew my directorship.” Good one Hunter! You decided not to because you’ve been busted? Only time will tell how this one works out.

This however isn’t bad for Trump as it puts this story out there now, and it’s something which I’m sure we will hear more about in the upcoming months, and if an investigation shows corruption by Creepy Joe! He might want to start sniffing his way into a good Lawyers office for more help… Perhaps he could dig up the body of Johnnie Cochran, and see if he could help or will this put to rest the 2020 bid by Joe to sniff his way into the White House? We “Shill” find out… Soon.

Back when this first broke Rush said it loud, and clear that he thinks this will be the news that breaks Biden’s bid for the white house. Check out the video below.

That's 2 Rocketman Trump destroys while President!

So the Fire marshal said that yes Donald Trump’s boast that he smashed pop star’s attendance record at Manchester, NH arena yes it’s TRUE, and so I’d like to say to the other Rocketman!
(Not Kim Jong-un but man look at that hair!) Sorry Elton John, your record isn’t still standing! You have been removed from the bloody throne you sat on. (I don’t want to know why it was bloody but you can use your imaginations there.) But I would like to congratulate
our 45th POTUS Mr Donald Trump for his achievement.

So once again while they tried to say he lied the President as he said at his campaign rally he really broke a longstanding attendance record held by Elton John. ‘Great news!’ the president tweeted after returning from the Southern New Hampshire University Arena to his New Jersey golf resort. ‘Tonight, we broke the all-time attendance record previously held by Elton John at #SNHUArena in Manchester, New Hampshire!’

Manchester Deputy Fire Marshal Mitchell Cady was in charge of keeping count, and he said that Trump was right – that his crowd numbered ‘just over 11,500.’ Calling the president’s tweet ‘a topic of discussion around here,’ Cady revealed that ‘the arena staff said Elton John was around 11,300’ in April 2004. He also said his office estimated that at least 8,000 people stood outside the arena in an overflow crowd area, watching the rally on jumbo TV screens.
