Newsom vetoed illegals housing bill

Hey even a broken clock has the time right at least twice in a 24 hour period so for years now I've waited to say that finally low life California failed Governor Gavin Newsom did something which I can say is right... Looks like he has vetoed a Democrat-led bill Friday 9/6/24 that would have allowed illegal immigrants in California to apply for the state’s first-time home buyers assistance program. Folks let this sink in! See a bit of a backstory on myself here... IN 2018 I lost my home while being a US Citizen this meant nothing to them and did nothing to help me.. Actually the Banks made my life a living nightmare and all due to mortgage issues which were hidden from me from the BANKS!

My house I had paid for in 2000 but my credit was bad for the house Mortgage was under my mothers Credit which was awesome! She passed in 2016 and while I was on the DEED I wasn't on the Mortgage and it took em 6 months to add me after she passed and by then I was told the mortgage had gone up 4 months before my mom died but nobody knew so we kept paying the old lower bill. So by the time I got added and was able to take over the house mortgage I was disclosed all the info and they told me we owed them THOUSANDS which I didn't have! So while nobody would help not even family, I was forced to sell my home to avoid losing it. And to think these Libtards wanted to give illegals a path to buy a home with "STATE BACKED HOME OWNERSHIP Loans and Payment Assistance!" This should anger anyone who lost a home and banks and states did nothing to help you like myself... These liberals are so bent on destroying the Citizens and bringing in these illegals who are CRIMINALS! Remember I was forced out of my home of 16 years and the entire home at the time was valued at $140K LESS than what they wanna give illegals now!

The legislation, if signed into law, would have made illegal immigrants eligible for up to $150,000 in state-backed home ownership loans or down-payment assistance. The shared appreciation loan program, called California Dream for All, is funded by the state and run by the California Housing Finance Agency. Both chambers of the Democrat-controlled California legislature passed the measure last week, but Newsom rejected it over funding concerns. “This bill seeks to prohibit the disqualification of applicants from one of California Housing Finance Agency’s (CalHFA) home purchase assistance programs based solely on their immigration status,” Newsom wrote in his veto message. “Given the finite funding available for CalHFA programs, expanding program eligibility must be carefully considered within the broader context of the annual state budget to ensure we manage our resources effectively.” LMAO "ensure we manage our resources effectively." That's a first! About time he did something to help the state I mean for crying out loud his state has become a joke under he and Nasty Pelosi living there and in office.

“For this reason, I am unable to sign this bill,” he concluded. Good move there and for that I will not call you NewScum for the rest of this post... Starting NOW! So this bill drew a wave of public pressure from conservative outlets and figures, like Fox News and Elon Musk. It also received push back from California senate Republicans, all nine of whom urged Newsom in a letter to veto the newly passed measure because it would, in part, enable the state’s home buyers assistance program to prioritize illegal immigrants over veterans and other US Citizens like myself. “Such good news! Governor Newsom listened to our calls and rightfully VETOED the bill to give illegal immigrants free home loans,” Republican senate minority leader Brian Jones said in a statement reacting to the veto. He denounced the bill as “insulting and unfair” for Californian citizens.

While state Republicans applauded Newsom for striking down the measure, which would have burdened the state budget, Democratic lawmakers were disappointed by the news. I say SCREW Them if they're disappointed... “I’m deeply disappointed that Governor Newsom today vetoed Assembly Bill 1840. The bill had won wide support in the Assembly and passed the Senate to get to his desk,” said Democratic state representative Joaquin Arambula, who introduced the bill. Shockingly Joaquin Arambula is from a Mexican family and he loves to peddle to illegals. His dad Juan is from Mexican parents while he was born in Texas himself. Juan the father left the Democrats and is now independant for years due to him not being in line with the agendas he saw from them years ago and saw how messed up the party was getting. “AB 1840 simply sought to clarify language in the existing California Dream for All program to make it clear that undocumented immigrants can apply,” he added. “The fact is, right now, anyone can apply who is a first-time homebuyer who can meet the program’s financial requirements that include securing a bank loan or mortgage. As I’ve said before, the bill is not about immigrant policies or the housing crisis. Established in 2022 as part of the 2022-23 state budget, the California Dream for All program initially received $500 million in funding. The program used $300 million of the allocated funds when it rolled out last year; it blew through the $300 million in eleven days. Not chocking as these liberals blow through our tax money as much as Nancy Pelosi changes her diapers. The governor’s decision comes one day after former president Donald Trump said, if reelected, he would ban illegal immigrants from obtaining home mortgages because the record-high immigration influx is driving up housing costs. This makes more sense... “That’s why my plan will ban mortgages for illegal aliens,” Trump said Thursday, without elaborating on said plan. ONCE more the left needs TRUMP to show them the way... Just like MAMALA Harris and Joey Biden who are now saying "NO TAX ON TIPS" like Trump had been saying. The funny part is THEY added the Tax on Tip which now they threaten they won't remove unless Harris wins? lol

Biden secretly has let 221,456 migrants fly into the US this year!

So now we know that Illegal migrants aren’t just overwhelming the border President Biden is flying them secretly to airports around the country. More than 200,000 people from four countries have landed over the past year, according to data obtained by the Center for Immigration Studies through a Freedom of Information Act request.

January of this year the Biden Department of Homeland Security began implementing the cornerstone of its current strategy: a series of new “lawful pathways” measures designed to decrease the historically high crowds at the southern border before they become a political problem. The DHS cajoles tens of thousands of intending illegal border-crossers per month to instead go on the CBP One smartphone application, and make an appointment with US officials at land ports of entry instead of crossing illegally. After making an appointment, DHS invites these inadmissible aliens to walk over to the American side at the land ports, where US Customs officials quickly “parole” them in, allowing them to travel to a city of their choice in the nation’s interior.

But one of the least noticed, mysterious and potentially most controversial of the new re-channeling programs that use the CBP One app allows migrants to take commercial passenger flights from foreign countries straight to their American cities of choice, flying right over the border and even over Mexico.

For this measure, Cubans, Venezuelans, Nicaraguans, Haitians and Colombians request “advance travel authorizations” through the same CBP One mobile app and take commercial flights (“at their own expense”) directly into US airports, where US Customs officers parole them into the nation, sight unseen, and in numbers publicly unknown. Biden officials have rarely, if ever, spoken of this flight program in the year since implementing it, perhaps mindful of the political outcry over the late-night “ghost flights” that DHS stealthily arranges to ferry migrant children into various airports.

But records show that between late October 2022 and mid-September 2023, the administration approved a total of 221,456 Venezuelans, Haitians, Cubans and Nicaraguans for “travel mode: air.” The Biden administration did not release the numbers of Colombians or Ukrainians approved to use the direct-flight parole program, meaning the number is even higher. And recently, the administration added Hondurans, El Salvadorans and Guatemalans to the direct-flight program. CBP has redacted and withheld the locations of the 43 interior ports of entry that have been utilized by this direct-flight program, claiming its release would harm law-enforcement techniques or procedures.

The administration has proven reluctant to provide any meaningful data about its vaunted CBP One-based border strategy, which allows mass parole of inadmissible aliens who would otherwise cross illegally. The limited data that was released about the direct flights shows that, of the four nationalities, Haitians flew into US airports in the greatest numbers from January through mid-September, a total of 76,582.  These Haitians favored one redacted airport — some 47,768 flew into that airport. Among Venezuelans, 63,360 flew into 43 airports — but 39,474 of them into one preferred airport. 

Some 46,794 Cubans flew into 41 airports, yet the majority of them, 33,355, favored one in particular. It’s likely that the preferred airport in all these cases was Miami, but we won’t know for sure unless CBP provides the unredacted information.

AOC’s latest stupid statement: Only Nazis oppose open borders

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez who in her own stupidity explained Tuesday, as she placed full blame for the mess at the southern US border on “fascist” President Trump. In a Q&A posted on Instagram, AOC charged Team Trump with holding illegal border-crossers in “concentration camps.” Once again this buffoon is using this bullshit argument, and Leaving no doubt that she was invoking the Nazi death camps, she noted that she was addressing people “concerned enough with humanity to say that . . . ‘Never Again’ means something.” She of course already was under fire for this before but again feels like she needs to double down on her own stupidity. Cause well she’s a fucking idiot.

She left unmentioned that some of those holding areas went up under President Barack Obama, because the unprecedented wave of “undocumenteds” from Central America started hitting on his watch, and he’s on record saying such when he ran he was sounding a lot how Trump sounds when dealing with this issue, and so does Bill Clinton, and the rest PRE Trump… They all now changed their tune when suddenly Trump is in office, and it went from a made up crisis to now it’s all his fault! LMAO!

What does she think Washington should do when 100,000 people a month are crossing the US-Mexican border? She has no answer but she wants to open the floodgates? How does a brain dead moron like her who snuck her way into congress via the bronx New York, and illegally mind you wield so much power now in the DemocRat party? Remember folks we’re talking about 100 thousand people crossing a month! Then freely surrendering to the Border Patrol and requesting asylum? The vast majority of those asylum claims don’t hold up, but the avalanche of claims means it takes overwhelmed immigration courts months or years to reach that judgment. Releasing adult migrants into the US interior makes it near-impossible to find them if they don’t show for their hearings.

And US law doesn’t let authorities hold children more than 20 days, yet separating kids from the adults who accompanied them produces its own humanitarian nightmare. The White House is doing everything it can to defuse the crisis, even successfully bludgeoning Mexico into doing far more to stop the migrants as they’re leaving Guatemala. Democrats don’t like the camps but refuse to OK funds to upgrade them or to expand the immigration courts to speed up resolution of the claims — and won’t even think about updating laws that never anticipated this situation.

The only “answer” that leaves is to just wave the migrants on in — and, presumably, allow them to collect public assistance just like citizens or legal immigrants do. If you won’t go along with that, AOC believes you’re just like Hitler. Fascist. Concentration camp. Never Again. “I don’t use those words to just throw bombs,” the congresswoman insisted. Yet that’s exactly what she’s done.
