Trump’s posted on Truth Social followed a dramatic trial day in which Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron put Trump on the witness stand, fined him $10,000 for violating his gag order and shot down a request for a sweeping verdict in his favor. The latest attacks against the rights under the constitution of Trump has become so clear, and he being such a prolific social media user knows how to tell his supporters the truth while these leftists corrupt people keep trying to bring these charges without a victim or actual real crime to jail an innocent man because they fear he will win in 2024 and return to the oval office. So turning to the court of public opinion to fight his mounting legal challenges Trump uses social media, and the people stand with him. So the judge is trying to silence him with a gag order in two separate cases, including special counsel Jack Smith’s federal case charging Trump with conspiring to subvert his loss to President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Something that "Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams" are both guilty off but it's Trump who gets charges against him? By the way why hasn't Sniffing JOE Biden, and Hillary Clinton not been charged for having Documents in their possesion when they did not have the legal rights to take home? While in Florida here it's another case Trump faces.

But back to the NY case, Trump is prohibited from publicly targeting Smith or potential witnesses, both of whom he has frequently referenced online and on the campaign trail. When those restrictions were temporarily paused last week, Trump fired off attacks against both the special counsel and his former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, a witness in Smith’s case. So the left can smear him and say all they want but if he defends himself "GAG ORDER & FINED!" Again.. You see the complete hypocrisy here?



In the New York civil fraud case, Engoron already ruled twice that Trump violated his narrow gag order, which merely bars him from attacking the judge’s staff. Upon finding that Trump’s testimony rang “hollow and untrue,” Engoron has now fined him a total of $15,000. The judge has warned Trump that additional violations will yield much more severe sanctions — including possible imprisonment.



With his targets narrowing, Trump’s attacks appear to be intensifying. The least four lengthy social media posts on Thursday, Trump ripped Engoron as a “tyrannical and unhinged” and “fully biased Trump Hater” who “should be ashamed of himself” for his handling of the case. We all know this to be true so for saying "THE TRUTH" he's fined, and gaged? Welcome to the new America were is you tell the truth you get this. Now remember this is NOT A Jury case. So there is not one member of any Jury that potentially could be tainted. This is about Trump getting his known facts to the public and speaking about how unfair this trial and Judge has been.

He entered an amount the banks have a thing called "Adjusters" and they came out evaluated the properties and Trump agreed. He paid them all in time and everyone won. The trial, which is scheduled to last until late December, will resolve six other claims in James’ lawsuit. Engoron himself will deliver verdicts in the trial, which is being conducted without a jury again a fact Trump frequently protests on social media and at the courthouse. Rightfully so as the Judge and DA all have him "Guilty" without the possiblity of using facts and throwing this case out. A case which should have never been brought forward as this is beyond stupid and a clear case of election interference. By lying crooked people.



“He is a judge that found me GUILTY before the trial even started,” Trump said of Engoron in his social media screed Thursday. The posts also called Engoron a “Radical Left Judge” and claimed that he is ignoring a prior appeals court ruling “overturning” his decisions. A New York appeals court panel last month had cleared the trial to begin, denying Trump’s request to delay it. Engoron had imposed a narrow gag order on Trump on the second day of the trial, after Trump sent a Truth Social post attacking the judge’s law clerk, Allison Greenfield, who sits next to him in court.



About two weeks later, the judge found that Trump violated that gag order by failing to remove the post from his campaign website. Engoron fined Trump $5,000 in that instance and warned him that future violations would yield more severe sanctions, potentially including imprisonment.



During a break in the trial Wednesday, Trump complained to reporters outside the courtroom, “This judge is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even more partisan than he is.” After hearing about those remarks, Engoron briefly called Trump to the witness stand to explain himself. Trump said that he was referring to Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, who had been testifying throughout the trial day. But Engoron found that answer unconvincing, and he fined Trump $10,000. “Don’t do it again or it will be worse,” Engoron warned in court.



In his written order Thursday morning, Engoron ruled that Trump intentionally violated the gag order. He noted that Cohen was sitting in the witness box, not alongside him, and said that Trump’s past attacks on Cohen have been less ambiguous. “Using imprecise language as an excuse to create plausible ambiguity about whether defendant violated this Court’s unequivocal gag order is not a defense; the subject of Donald Trump’s public statement to the press was unmistakably clear,” the judge wrote. The clash over the gag order was not the only contentious moment in the trial on Wednesday.



Defense lawyer Cliff Robert had asked for a directed verdict after Cohen, Trump’s once-loyal aide who is now a key witness against him, testified that he did not recall if Trump had asked him to inflate the values of his assets. Engoron denied the request, prompting Trump to get up and leave.



Cohen later clarified that while Trump speaks in indirect ways like a “mob boss,” he did communicate the outcome he wanted, according to NBC News. Engoron rejected another request for a directed verdict later in the day, telling Robert, “there’s enough evidence in this case to fill the courtroom.” On social media, Trump complained, “The unhinged Judge, a highly political and fully biased Trump Hater, refused to dismiss this HOAX of a case, and has lost all CREDIBILITY.”

Days later, the FBI chose not to bring criminal charges against Hillary, who was in the midst of her presidential campaign. Less than two weeks before the 2016 election, however, the probe was re-opened after emails were found on a laptop belonging to Anthony Weiner, the former congressman and husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

Christopher Sign, who broke the 2016 story about Bill Clinton’s tarmac meeting with then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch, has died of an apparent suicide, according to authorities in Alabama. It doesn’t feel real.

First responders arrived at a home in Hoover, Alabama and found the body of Christopher Prior to becoming a journalist, Sign attended the University of Alabama in the 1990s, where he played on the school’s football team as an offensive lineman. Donald Trump had tweeted at the time: ‘Does anybody really believe that Bill Clinton and the U.S.A.G. talked only about ‘grandkids’ and golf for 37 minutes in plane on tarmac?’ Sign said his source witnessed the rendezvous unfold from the moment Clinton arrived at the airport. ‘He then sat and waited in his car with the motorcade, her air stairs come down, most of her staff gets off, he then gets on as the Secret Service and FBI are figuring out “How in the world are we supposed to handle this? What are we supposed to do?”‘ Sign told Fox.

‘She mentioned that Bill Clinton flattered her, talked about Eric Holder, talked about how things were going at Justice, talked about her job performance, not this golf-grandkids, Brexit.’ Sign said his investigations into the tarmac meeting had led to numerous credible death threats. ‘My family received significant death threats shortly after breaking this story,’ he told Fox. ‘Credit cards hacked. You know, my children, we have code words. We have secret code words that they know what to do.’ He added that his work had nothing to do with right or left-wing politics, but about what is right and wrong. 

In May last year, Sign told a Real Clear Investigations team: ‘To this day I have never found a single person who claims or corroborates any story that Bill Clinton played golf on this particular trip … I feel strongly the former president did not play golf on this visit.’ Hillary’s campaign was in full swing at this point and one might think Bill Clinton would be more involved in that than his golf swing on a 110-degree day in Phoenix. Lynch was required to outline the meeting to then Justice Department Inspector Michael Horowitz and to lawmakers behind closed doors on Capitol Hill.

Despite the meeting being an apparent pleasant coincidence, Lynch’s testimony revealed their conversation was stilted and unusual. ‘As we walked to the door, the head of my security detail came to me and said: “Ma’am, I’ve been informed … that former President Clinton is also at the airfield and would like to say hello.”‘ Lynch testified.

She said Clinton ‘spoke with him for several minutes, asked about our trip, asked about our flight.’ Lynch described how she recalled recent press about the Clintons’ new grandchild and congratulated Bill. She said the roughly twenty minute parley was ‘the only real conversation I’ve ever had with him.’ Lynch said she made attempts to make a gracious exit more than once but that Clinton ‘continued chatting. He continued talking.’ 

She added in her testimony: ‘And at one point a staffer of mine came on the plane to get me. And at that point the president was – Mr. Clinton was then talking about Brexit. ‘He was saying that either he had been reading an article about Brexit, and he made a reference – he quoted something that had been in The Times – The New York Times, I should say – about Brexit when my staffer was stepping on to the plane.’

She was questioned about whether she felt that the conversation was going on too long and conceded, ‘As we were leaving I felt that it was – it certainly was going to raise a potential issue in the appearance of how the case was being handled.’ James Comey, then FBI director, later usurped the decision on whether to prosecute Clinton after the controversial runway meeting.

Hillary Clinton has fueled a new maybe not so crazy QAnon conspiracy theory that she is a Satanist after sharing a photo from her study on social media. On Tuesday, Clinton shared a photo of herself on Instagram about her new podcast, “You and Me Both.” The image shows the former United States Secretary of State seated in front of a laptop wearing headphones and speaking into a microphone. Some QAnon conspiracy theorists noticed that one of the books being used to prop up Clinton’s laptop was one that features glass devils having sex. The book, titled ‘Erotics’ by Italian glass artist Lucio Bubacco, is one of several books placed underneath the Macbook in the photo.

It turns out that the hardcover book was published in 2018 and retails between $50 and $70. The book is described by an online seller to feature biblical and carnevalesque iconography and crystalline incubi, which is plural for a demon in male form who, according to mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleeping women in order to engage in sexual activity with them.

The book features photos of handmade glass devils posing in various positions, many of them sexual, leading many to believe this is further confirmation that the former presidential candidate is a “satan-worshipper.”

Hillary Clinton refuses to be served! By Tulsi Gabbard!

Well by her lawyer anyway! As it turns out that Hillary who says all the time that Trump isn’t above the law actually thinks SHE’S above the law. lol This woman is bonkers folks… So Tulsi Gabbard has a lawsuit pending against the wannabe President Hillary Clinton.

Twice now Hillary Clinton has blocked a process server from delivering the defamation lawsuit filed against her by Democratic presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, the congresswoman’s lawyer said.

Mrs. Gabbard’s lawyer, Brian Dunne, told the New York Post that his process server was turned away by Secret Service agents at Mrs. Clinton’s Chappaqua, New York, home on Tuesday and was later turned away by Mrs. Clinton’s lawyer at his D.C.-based firm on Wednesday after agents specifically instructed the server to go there.

“I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process,” Mr. Dunne said. “But I guess here we are.”

Mrs. Gabbard, Hawaii Democrat, filed a $50 million defamation lawsuit against the former secretary of state last week for calling her a “Russian asset.”

“If Hillary Clinton and her allies can successfully destroy my reputation — even though I’m a war veteran and a sitting member of Congress then they can do it to anybody,” Mrs. Gabbard said in a statement on Jan. 23. “I will not allow this blatant effort to intimidate me and other patriotic Americans into silence go unchallenged.”

Thursday night, after Hellary Clinton reportedly last refusal made headlines, Mr. Dunne said the former secretary of state had finally accepted the papers through her lawyer.

“Today, after the media picked up this story, Ms. Clinton’s lawyer changed course and agreed to accept service,” Mr. Dunne told Fox News in a statement. “We would have preferred that Ms. Clinton just accept federal judicial process in the first instance, without having to be called out by the press, but in any event, Tulsi Gabbard’s lawsuit against her will now be moving forward.”

Bill Maher says "Hillary Clinton has to go!"

SO HBO host and liberal Bill Maher said something most Americans can get behind for once! At least something I can say I agree on with him, and he does drop some good insight from time to time when he’s not totally talking out of his ass, and or mouth. But he said that the Clintons most notably Hellary needs to “go away” and by go away, we mean they should step away from politics and enjoy the retired life.

I agree again both Hillary and Bill need to avoid the Democratic National Convention, and go away after all as Bill Maher hinted too “it’s dangerous for the Democrats to be associated with the Clintons.” If Hillary, in particular, stays the face of the party, then she is a “Donald Trump asset.”

“I’m saying this now, a year out: they can’t be at the convention. Maybe on the video, waiving or something, but I’m serious. She is one of the biggest vote getters,” he explained. “Justin Amash, is that how you say it, he said the one thing we know for sure is that Hillary Clinton is a Donald Trump asset. Somebody said she’s a Russian asset. She is. And Bill is damaged goods. I just think they gotta go away. We can’t be associated, the Democratic Party.”

Hellary needs to be brought to justice for all her crimes including the once against Trump, and she is a person who cannot be trusted, and I can say after what she did in Benghazi alone she should be in prison but her email scandal is something that anyone else would be facing a long prison term for. The Clintons are symbolic of everything wrong with today’s democratic party. Hope soon that she will go away for a few years behind bars. Ironic the man who might make this happen is named BARR!

She added that she refuses to accept another four years with Trump in office as president.

Remember we have to learn from history so we’re not doomed to repeat it, and so let us remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who was a Republican, and fought for the civil rights of all men, and mostly to help African Americans in this country overcome the situations a lot of themselves were in, and it came at the ultimate price which was his life. He fought against people who you all know. People like Hillary Clinton, and Barry Goldwater (Who was publicly endorsed by members of the KKK organization. Lyndon B. Johnson exploited his connections.) he switched parties JUST because King was a republican. Now fast forward to current day, and Dr King’s niece has come to the defense of President Donald Trump amid cries from Democrats and Leftist commentators that he is a racist.

The Niece of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Alveda King told “Fox & Friends” that such characterizations could not be further from the truth. “President Trump is not a racist,” she said Thursday. “I’ve had the experience of going head to head with genuine racists,” For those who say otherwise, King said she’d like to ask them if they’ve “ever met a real racist.”

Alveda King’s comments come as a number of Democratic presidential contenders for the upcoming 2020 elections or (The people who will never be Presidents but live in fantasy Island) have accused the president of racist, bigoted comments in recent weeks following his criticism of Rep. She noted that instead of name-calling, politicians on both sides of the political aisle should “look for solutions” together.

“What President Trump and first lady Melania did was to go down and look for solutions,” she said, in reference to the Trump’s visits to El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, following mass shootings in those cities over the weekend. “We have to overcome evil with good.”

“When people call each other racist, we are one blood,” she said. “One human race, different ethnicities — we’re not color blind, we can see, but that is for the purpose of appreciating each other, and we have to do that.” She also accused Democrats of “hypocrisy” over their support for abortion while calling the president a racist. “A lot of those calling Trump a racist and white supremacist, most of them support killing in a very brutal way called abortion,” she said.
