So when Hunter’s ex-wife discovered that he had obtained something of such immense value, she had her divorce attorney send an “Urgent” email seeking to determine the whereabouts of the diamond and secure the asset before Hunter could “dissipate” it. Hunter’s attorney offered a shady denial:

"There is no diamond in Hunter’s possession. I don’t know where Kathleen is getting access to this information, but on this score, what your email purports below is inaccurate."

Metadata gleaned from photos of the diamond on the abandoned laptop indicate that Hunter lied about not having the diamond and he in fact had the diamond with him in Wilmington. The current location of the 3.16 carat diamond remains unknown

After the fateful February 2017 meeting with Ye, and around the time Hunter claimed to have moved into the Wilmington house where classified documents were found, the Bidens’ business with CEFC exploded.

Nine days after Miami meeting, Hunter received two separate wire transfers of $3 million which the Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network flagged as suspicious.

The Chinese energy tycoon is part of the ongoing tax fraud probe and a potentially broader probe into President-elect Joe Biden’s son, according to a report Thursday.

Investigators have examined the gift of the 2.8-carat gem Hunter got from CEFE China Energy founder Ye Jianming in 2017, CNN reported, citing a source briefed on the matter.

It’s unclear whether the diamond which has been estimated to be worth as much as $80,000 remains a focus of the tax probe that Hunter and his father’s transition team unexpectedly revealed on Wednesday, according to CNN.

Emails from Hunter’s laptop that were exclusively revealed by The Post in October show that the jewel became a sticking point during his divorce from first wife Kathleen Buhle. In August 2017, her lawyer demanded proof it was “in a safety deposit box accessible only by both parties together” and threatened to seek an emergency injunction against Hunter “to enjoin his further dissipation of assets, including the diamond.”

Last year, Hunter told the New Yorker that Ye gave him the diamond following an introductory dinner meeting in Miami amid his divorce from first wife Kathleen Buhle.

Hunter claimed he gave the sparkler to two unidentified associates who also attended the dinner, saying, “I knew it wasn’t a good idea to take it. I just felt like it was weird.”

He also disputed its estimated value, as claimed by his ex-wife, telling the New Yorker it was probably worth around $10,000.

Emails recovered from the laptop that the FBI seized last year from a Delaware repair shop show that the diamond became an issue during Hunter’s divorce, The Post exclusively revealed in October.

Meanwhile, federal prosecutors in Manhattan have also scrutinized Hunter’s finances and investigators in both Delaware and Washington, DC, were looking into potential money laundering by him as of early last year, according to Politico.

The securities fraud unit of the Southern District of New York began its review after a judge overturned the fraud conviction of Devon Archer, a former business partner of Hunter’s, in late 2018, Politico said, citing a source with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

The Manhattan prosecutors ended their review after conferring with their counterparts in Delaware, where Hunter disclosed he’s under investigation, Politico said.

In addition to that probe, FBI agents have been asking questions about Joe Biden’s brother, James Biden, in connection with an investigation involving a bankrupt hospital company, Americore Health, a person with direct knowledge told Politico.

James Biden briefly had an office at the company’s headquarters in Florida but has disputed claims supported by a business card with his name on it that was part of a civil case in Tennessee that he’s a “principal” of the company, Politico said.

It’s unclear if James’ activities are a focus of the investigation, which is being conducted by federal authorities in the Western District of Pennsylvania, Politico said.

On Thursday, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) called on Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special counsel to handle the investigation of Hunter Biden, echoing a request earlier this week by Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.)

“If Joe Biden becomes president, then all those prosecutors are in line to be fired next month,” Cotton told Fox News.  “If there were ever circumstances that create a conflict of interest and call for a special counsel, that’s here.”

So yes friends "the timing of Trump Indictment Says It All". But lets take a long look at what happened hours before. It's become very clear that we do live in a world where now there is two justice systems in the United States.

one for high-profile Democrats and their friends and families, and another for everyone else. And to hell with everyone else, and they will lie, steal and cheat to destroy everyone else except their own. Only way this can be viewed by the country is as a double standard throughout the last few years as the Justice Department has gone after people involved in the Jan. 6, 2021 event which I will never call insurrection or riot as nobody was with guns inside shooting or stabbing to take over.

And the funny thing is all this footage I had seen before it was removed from YouTube and Twitter. Nothing shown was new to me but it clearly showed them escorting people into the building and walked them around. This alone takes away all these 1/6/21 investigations and lands them dead in the water. 

NONE of this should be even open for debate or discussion. The people bringing these false charges are the ones who need to be investigated and sent to prison for violating the law, the right of American Citizen Donald J. Trump. Period. The left needs to be hit with the full extent of the law.

Hunter Biden has never been synonymous with Europe's energy sector, so his appointment to the Burisma board has always been suspicious. Biden was the Obama administration's point man on Ukraine while his son sat on the board of its largest energy company. Those two facts alone scream
corruption. It's difficult to look at the Biden family and not have a reasonable suspicion, based on what is known publicly that the family has been engaged in some duplicitous behavior.

Since the FBI will not publicly release the reportedly damning 1023 form, the
only thing interested parties can do at this point is to assume that it is that
bad. Any potential attention that could have come from the 1023 Thursday was overshadowed hours later by a second politically motivated indictment of a former president this year. The timing says it all.

corruption. If the DOJ is not protecting the president, then what the country is witnessing is the most coincidental indictment since the last time Trump faced the wrath of a rogue prosecutor in March in Manhattan. To say the country is and has been a witness to a miscarriage of justice across the board in recent years would be an understatement.

For over two centuries, the American justice system has been the world's gold standard. But now, Americans are watching as it is reduced to a weaponized force that is anything but blind. Perhaps Trump should have put government documents inside of a garage in Delaware near a Corvette, and not locked away in one of the most secure complexes in the country - his Mar-a-Lago resort.

Of course, anyone who has been watching the perversion of the justice system knows Trump is not being indicted because of the documents or where they were stored. Trump is under the gun for the second time in just three months for the crime of being a Republican who threatens a corrupt system. That system is not run by honest elected officials, but by activist career bureaucrats who are no longer pretending to care about the rule of law.

Biden "Do as I say! Not as I do..."

Remember here first if President Joe Biden were compelled to live by the standards he intends to institute for college students accused of sexual misconduct, he would be presumed guilty of rape, denied any legitimate opportunity to refute Tara Reade’s charges, and tossed from office in disgrace.

But this is a case of “Do as I say, and not as I do…” Which is all to typical of our elected leaders on both sides of the map. Doesn’t matter which but the democRATS have made a living off it, and have seemed to now do it without even caring about how it would impact them if they would be taken to task for their behavior. But since they control the media, and the spin they control the narrative, and so we are are now. They say what they demand of us but even if it’s something they themselves are guilty of doing.

The New York Times reports that Biden’s “White House Gender Policy Council” is “beginning his promised effort to dismantle Trump-era rules on sexual misconduct that afforded greater protections to students accused of assault.” The subhead informs us that, “The Biden administration will examine regulations by Betsy DeVos that gave the force of law to rules that granted more due-process rights to students accused of sexual assault.”

The most disingenuous word here though the piece is brimming with them is “more.” History did not begin in 2015, and former education secretary Betsy DeVos did not invent more due-process rights in Title IX; she simply reinstated time-honored fundamental due-process rights that have guided justice systems in the liberal world for hundreds of years. The Constitution says twice that no citizen shall be arbitrarily “deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” No means no.

It was only in 2011 that the Obama administration instituted fewer due-process rights through the force of law, denying the accused the ability to question accusers, the right to review the allegations and evidence presented by their accuser, the right to present exculpatory evidence, and the right to call witnesses. Basically, the right to mount a defense, and we all know with how they went after Trump in both impeachment attempts with the radical left not letting Trump or his lawyers have a way to defend themselves this should not as a shock that Biden wants this sort of counter constitution ideology to be set in place for schools. This is folks more of that good old socialism/communism/marxist idology. Remember it was the Obama administration that asked schools to institute a system that empowered a single investigator, often without any training and susceptible to the vagaries of societal and political pressures, to pass unilateral judgment on these cases.

It was the Obama administration rules, colleges were allowed to adjudicate sexual abuse and assault cases using a “preponderance of evidence” rather than a more stringent “clear and convincing evidence” standard. Now, Jennifer Klein, the “Gender Policy Council” co-chair and chief of staff to First Lady Jill Biden, says “everybody involved” in a sexual complaint, “accused and accuser,” should be entitled to due process, and so does this mean that Tara Reade is right, and should be heard, and thus this mean the JOE BIDEN should be removed from office NOW, and should have to face his accuser? I doubt anyone ever argued that the accuser’s right to come forward should be diminished, or that the accused should be afforded fewer protections than any other American who says they are the victim of a crime? We should never diminish the pain and anguish those who come forward with these charges go through. But the presumption of innocence is a legal term based on a values system. And if the federal government is going to dictate how colleges deal with sexual-assault accusations, it has a responsibility to uphold the norms of the Constitution.

The good news is that between 2011 and 2021, there has been a string of court cases repudiating Biden’s position. Hundreds of lawsuits were filed since 2011. A 2015 study by United Educators found that a quarter of the Title IX statute had been challenged by students who either filed lawsuits in the federal courts or lodged complaints through the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. Dozens of schools, including Northwestern University, Dartmouth College, and Yale, settled cases, while schools such as USC, Pennsylvania State University, Ohio University, Hofstra, Boston College, and Claremont McKenna all lost decisions.

Schools complained about the costs of implementing due process, yet the average cost of settling these claims was around $350,000, with some going as high as $1 million. This, not incidentally, also means that some people who are guilty of sexual assault will claim to be victims of flawed hearings or unfair sanctions simply because they can circumvent the norms of justice. Proper due process protects both the accuser and the accused. At the very least, the state should ensure that students are afforded the same impartiality, norms, and protections that every one of us expects in the real world.

“Either we believe principles are the best means of fairness, or not. Biden, it seems, only believes in them for himself.” We strongly agree with this statement.

So according to a bombshell new report Bill Stevenson on Monday accused the presumptive Democratic nominee of being a home-wrecker and says the feel-good story of how Joe and Jill met on a blind date is completely made up, the Daily Mail reported. Wait you’re saying that Sleepy Joe is making up another story of his life? lol Well shucks! Who would have thought it.. See he’s lost his mind so badly he can’t remember his own life so he makes up stories to cover the gaps. (Like the one between Stacey Abrams two front teeth! That’s a big bitch!) So he said they lied about how they met in the 1970’s he said, and I quote “I don’t want to hurt anyone,” said Stevenson, now 72, who is working on a book that includes the lurid claim. “But facts are facts and what happened, happened.” Stevenson and his then-wife grew close to Biden in 1972 while working on his first campaign to represent Delaware in the US Senate. That same year, tragedy struck when Biden’s first wife, Neilia, and infant daughter were killed in a car crash. Stevenson said he first suspected an affair in 1974, when his wife passed on meeting an up-and-coming rock star who was set to play at his Delaware club. So after losing his wife Joe Biden said “C’Mon man! Give me your wife…” (That part is me joking relax libtards…) He went on to say however that “I know exactly when it was,” he said. “Bruce Springsteen was going to play at The Stone Balloon and I had to go to Northern New Jersey to pay him in advance. “’I asked Jill to go with me and she said no she had things to do, she had to look after Joe’s kids, Beau and Hunter. It was kind of a big deal to go meet Springsteen,” he continued. “I had no idea she and Joe were that kind of friendly. “Then one of her best friends told me she thought Joe and Jill were getting a little too close. I was surprised that she came to me.” A couple months later, Stevenson got all the evidence he needed when he was told that his wife had been in a fender-bender in her car while Biden was behind the wheel. “I was at work and a guy came in and asked, ‘Do you own a brown Corvette?’” Stevenson recalled. “He said back in May it had crunched his bumper and they told him to get an estimate and he never heard back from them. “I said, ‘Wait a minute. Who is they?’ Stevenson said, ‘Funnily enough, Senator Biden was driving.’” he continued “I considered Joe a friend. I’m not surprised he fell in love with Jill. Everyone who meets Jill falls in love with her immediately. It’s hard not to,” The Bidens, who have been married since 1977, have publicly said they met on a blind date in 1975 after Joe became a widower and Jill’s first marriage had broken up. The damaging report comes just days before Biden is expected to be officially named the Democratic nominee Thursday. So he not only broke up black homes with his crime bills for decades but his affair with a married woman who started after his wife died lead to a broken home… “Joe Biden the home wrecker!” That should be his slogan.
