 OK So while the first episode back on air the entire planet who was following this knew the ratings would be the biggest Kimmel had in a long time given all the hype, talk and controversy. All crafted and manufactured by Jimmy to bring some life to his abysmal ratings. He used the death of Charlie Kirk to do this and once again turning another persons tragedy and trying to make it all about himself.

Jimmy who is a father himself should be ashamed of his TV behavior, and his constant lying, mocking and creating this sort of horrible noise, and with Disney and Bob Iger deciding to cave in to the Hollyweirdos who wrote him demanding Kimmel returns or else!

This included most the Marvel liberal TDS morons they think we gives a crap about. 

We don't...  But let's be real most these people are so Rich and are completely sold off to their evil "Slave Owners" as "George Lucas" once called.

The story in season 1 was good, even season 2 was good. He was not in the suit as that's a stunt actor all Pedro does is voice over mostly and takes credit as the lead on the show. But he is now so vile, and toxic we will not be spending anymore money on anything he's in, and frankly Disney is in the dog house (or mouse house) with us, and until MAJOR changes happen well consider us not interested in spending another buck in the house Walt built.

But back to this Kimmel thing. The controversy surrounding the brief preemption of Jimmy Kimmel Live by Sinclair Broadcast Group’s who is an ABC affiliates has taken a dramatic turn in the ratings war, as audience numbers for the late-night show plummeted just one day after its high-profile return. 

And so following its return to air on Tuesday, September 24th, after being pulled by Sinclair over remarks Kimmel made concerning the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, the initial broadcast the liberal media said was a "a massive, record audience" ... Well for his show, and it's not exactly a record overall just for his show which had been having Ratings problems for years as well nobody cares about Jimmy Kimmel, Jimmy Fallon, Seth Meyers, or any of these clowns anymore. 

And until he opened his mouth and stained his reputation for life like a giant Orange moron Conan O'brien who we all liked can now also go kindly have relations with himself. Now they drew big on that initial return however, on Wednesday, September 25th, the audience for Jimmy Kimmel Live! shed a staggering 62% in total viewers and 70% in the key age 25-54 demographic. Folks this was expected, and it will become WORSE for Kimmel. 

Expect the same to happen to south Park as they will also lose major Ratings if they continue this crap up. The new shows they're doing is just not funny. But here is what's happened FOX News Channel’s late-night program, Gutfeld!, continued its dominance, reigning as the most-watched program in all of late-night. The show, hosted by Greg Gutfeld, drew an audience of 3,233,000 on Wednesday, outpacing the competition:

1. Gutfeld! (FNC): 3,233,000
2. Jimmy Kimmel Live! (ABC): 2,414,000
3. The Late Show with Stephen Colbert (CBS): 1,988,000
4. The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon (NBC): 1,244,000

Shows on YouTube get better numbers let's be honest... And unlike Gutfeld he's on a FOX News CH which unless you knew how this works Only the shows after "Gutfeld" on that top 4 the rest are on normal TV not like Gutfeld who's overall audience is smaller as it's FoxNews but yet he destroys the other 3.

Not even close, and the once mighty "Tonight Show" at 4? Time thse late night shows all went the way of "Felicia" ... 

"The Tonight Show" is the only one I'd keep but with a new host as Fallon is just not good, and has destroyed the legacy of that show. The Tuesday return of Jimmy Kimmel Live followed a contentious week. 

Sinclair, the nation’s largest ABC affiliate group, had initially indefinitely preempted the program, citing Mr. Kimmel’s remarks as “inappropriate and deeply insensitive at a critical moment for our country.” Well we all did, and approved the move nation wide. 

Well again except those who are Marvel/Disney activists actors, and liberals in the media and so called "Entertainment" world but Sinclair added “We believe broadcasters have a responsibility to educate and elevate respectful, constructive dialogue in our communities,” said Vice Chairman Jason Smith in an earlier statement, while also calling for Kimmel to issue an apology and make a donation to the Kirk family. 

One he never did and still Sinclair then reversed its decision, saying on Friday that it would immediately return the show to its ABC stations. “Our objective throughout this process has been to ensure that programming remains accurate and engaging for the widest possible audience,” the company said. These are things Jimmy Kimmel has never been. "Engaging" his show is an abomination to TV, and a toxic waste dump and now the ratings will continue to prove it.

So what have we learned if anything else? That most people didn't like Jimmy's big return and so by the very next night, viewership had plummeted to about 2.4 million, according to Nielsen ratings cited by OutKick. That represents a 60–70% overnight collapse. In plain terms, most of the audience that tuned in to see what the fuss was about immediately vanished, leaving Kimmel right back in the rut he was in before suspension. 

It’s also important to remember that Kimmel’s return wasn’t a full comeback to every home. Two of the nation’s largest affiliate groups, Sinclair and Nexstar, initially refused to air the program on their ABC stations. Together, those companies represent nearly a quarter of American households. Their stance was clear: they didn’t want to broadcast a host who had alienated their viewers with hyper-partisan commentary, particularly after his remarks in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s tragic death. But hey if it did those numbers without them why did they drop like they did from 1 episode to the next? think about it.

Even without the suspension and affiliate drama, Kimmel’s show has been in deep decline. From January through August of 2025, Jimmy Kimmel Live! lost nearly half of its audience, averaging just 1.7 million viewers. That is a steep drop for a program that once competed toe-to-toe with the likes of Jay Leno and David Letterman. 

The so called comeback episode didn’t reverse that trend it merely delayed it for a single night again as the Wednesday’s viewership figure, though marginally higher than his 2025 average, was far below the level needed to justify ABC’s hype campaign. Analysts at OutKick even suggested that the show could tumble back under two million viewers within days.

Disney, which owns ABC, is trying to frame Kimmel’s return as a major cultural moment. The company has pointed to viral clips of his monologue circulating on YouTube and TikTok, racking up tens of millions of views. But viral clips don’t equal sustained ratings, and they certainly don’t appease advertisers looking for consistent live audiences in the coveted late-night slot. 

If anything, Disney’s reliance on social media metrics highlights just how fragile the situation really is. A one-off bump in online shares doesn’t pay the bills in linear television, especially when affiliate groups were balking at even carrying the show.

CNN is attempting a classic media sleight of hand: proclaiming that Kimmel’s comeback is a sweeping victory by pointing to YouTube views, while utterly ignoring the 70% collapse in his TV ratings the platform that actually matters for ad dollars, affiliate fees, and network viability for a network talk show. In its reporting, CNN highlights that Kimmel’s monologue “soared” on YouTube invoking viral reach and social impressions. But let’s be absolutely clear:

YouTube views don’t pay ABC or its affiliates in any meaningful way as live TV ratings do. What matters to advertisers and network bottom lines is live linear viewership, especially within the 11:35 p.m. late-night time slot, not recorded or online spillover.

When you strip away the hype, the actual data show a cliff from roughly 6.3 million viewers on Night 1 to 2.4 million on Night 2 (a 60–70% drop). That collapse is real, measurable, and devastating yet CNN ignores it in favor of clickbait language about “skyrocketing digital engagement.” It’s not just misleading it’s disingenuous. 

CNN and others are conflating two entirely different metrics (digital buzz vs. live TV audience) as if they’re interchangeable, when they plainly aren’t. The fact that a clip goes viral does not mean the show’s ratings are “soaring” in any sustainable or profitable sense.

In effect, CNN is handing Kimmel a PR lifeline built on smoke and mirrors: distract readers with YouTube numbers, bury the TV ratings meltdown, and let viewers misinterpret what “soaring” really means. But the truth remains: Kimmel’s show is bleeding on the platform that matters most and no amount of social media traffic can paper over that reality. The broader issue for Kimmel is that he no longer speaks to a wide swath of the American public. 

His brand of comedy, once built on lighthearted satire, has become synonymous with late-night partisanship. That may appeal to a slice of the audience, but it alienates many more. The ratings collapse after just one night back proves the point. Millions tuned in out of curiosity, but very few stayed. That’s not a recipe for success. It’s a reminder that Jimmy Kimmel’s late-night relevance is running on fumes.

If Disney and ABC hoped Kimmel’s suspension would create anticipation that translated into long-term growth, they were mistaken. The 6.3 million viewers on night one were a fluke, not a foundation. The rapid fall to 2.4 million showed that the Kimmel ratings problem isn’t going away. 

In the end, this week’s drama doesn’t read like a comeback at all. It reads like confirmation of what’s been happening for years: late-night comedy is in decline, and Jimmy Kimmel is leading the way down and we couldn't be more thrilled over it. These liberal hosts are all engaged in misinformation, actual hate speech and they all know it... Remember Kimmel is a racist who wore blackface.

Fake News Rachel Maddcow in trouble

Finally the law catches up to MSNBC's Fake News and pencile neck lying dweeb Rachel Maddow who is having the law Finally Catch up to her and is sending her to Court with other MSNBC hosts who are all about to face a $30M defamation trial from ICE doctor they called ‘uterus collector’ and folks I kid you not... Looks like the defamation lawsuit against NBCUniversal is headed to trial after a Georgia judge ruled that Rachel the crazy Maddcow, Nicolle Wallace, Chris Hayes and other talking leftist rainbow tards working there had reported “verifiably false” claims about a doctor they said performed “mass hysterectomies” on ICE center detainees. 

MSNBC and NBC journalists are accused of reporting 39 false claims about the doctor they called the “uterus collector” based on a whistle blower account from a nurse named Dawn Wooten who worked at the facility. “NBC investigated the whistle blower letter’s accusations; that investigation did not corroborate the accusations and even undermined some; NBC republished the letter’s accusations anyway,” Judge Lisa Godbey Wood of the Southern District of Georgia wrote in a 108-page summary in June. Gynecologist Dr. Mandrake Amin who worked at the detention center for three and a half years and reportedly performed only two hysterectomies during that time is seeking $30 million, which is reportedly the same amount as Maddow’s yearly salary.

NBC first reported the story in September 2020 via an article published on the NBC website. MSNBC anchors then picked up the story for numerous broadcast segments. Maddow “initially questioned” the reports and “jumping to conclusions,” but still covered the story on her weekly show, according to court documents. NBC’s standards department reviewed and approved reports even though the nurse provided “no evidence to back up her claims,” an NBC standards deputy said at the time, according to court documents.

The standards deputy, Christopher Scholl, was unsure whether to publish an NBCNews.com article. “She [the whistleblower] has no direct knowledge of what she’s claiming, is unable to name the doctor involved (if I understood correctly), and we are unable to verify any of it or determine whether there really is a story here,” Scholl said in an email. “Essentially, it boils down to a single source with an agenda telling us things we have no basis to believe are true.” And the reporters who wrote the story Jacob Soboroff and Julia Ainsley shared concerns.

It doesn’t “sound like they have much beyond the complaint,” Soboroff texted Ainsley in September, according to court documents. “Only two hysterectomies?” Ainsley reportedly replied. And an attorney for one of the ICE detainees told the reporters that their client’s hysterectomy was necessary due to her cancer diagnosis, according to court documents. But the reporters published their story titled “Lawyers allege abuse of migrant women by gynecologist for Georgia ICE detention center” the next day. Dozens of Democratic senators called for an investigation into the doctor’s practices at the ICE center after the MSNBC broadcasts. The Senate probe found no evidence of “mass hysterectomies” just two procedures that were deemed medically necessary, according to a Senate report.

Amin sued MSNBC for defamation in September 2021. As the case heads to trial, the most difficult task for Amin’s lawyer Scott Grubman, who previously worked as a law clerk for the judge who ruled in favor of Amin will be proving that the NBC journalists had malicious intent. “Dr. Amin is a beloved physician who has treated his patients with the utmost care and compassion for decades,” his lawyer told The Post. “An immigrant himself, the allegation that he would take advantage of ICE detainees is ludicrous.” This is not the first time MSNBC has been slapped with a defamation suit. Kentucky high school student Nicholas Sandmann sued MSNBC after reporters repeatedly covered a 2019 incident in which the student was caught on video smiling at a Native American activist as he beat a drum and chanted. Media reports claimed Sandmann was smirking at the activist in a racially charged interaction. The suit was settled in December 2021.

RIP - "Matthew Perry" actor, Passes away at 54

WOW the actors keep passing! Not a day goes by now that we don't see another once big name actor pass away. Just after the last two of Burt Young, and Richard Moll now we have actor Matthew Perry, ‘Friends’ actor, just announced died of apparent drowning at age 54!



A 911 call came in at 4:07 p.m. local time and was treated as a water rescue, according to a law enforcement source. Los Angeles Fire Department spokesperson Brian Humphrey said first responders went to a home in Pacific Palisades based on a 911 call at 4:07 p.m. about a “water emergency” of an unknown type. No one was taken to a hospital, he said, and Los Angeles police officers from the West L.A. Division were on scene.



Later Saturday, two law enforcement sources said the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division, which probes high-profile crimes and cases involving celebrities, also responded to the location. The sources emphasized that the case was a death investigation with no signs of foul play. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner was expected to conduct the autopsy and may determine the cause and manner of death soon, was said. Many more details about Perry’s death were not immediately available Saturday night for obvious reasons.

On “Friends,” Perry played Chandler Bing, a statistical analyst who used sarcasm and one-liners. The show was a blockbuster for television, dominating prime time alongside "Seinfeld." He also appeared in several other hits, including “Boys Will Be Boys,” “Growing Pains,” Beverly Hills, 90210,” “The West Wing” and “Scrubs.” Raised in Ottawa, Canada, Perry had a successful run as a top-ranked tennis player competing in Canadian juniors. He essentially left the sport to pursue acting when he moved to L.A. at age 15. He joined the cast of “Friends” at age 24.



His post-“Friends” life included multiple roles that drew respect and acclaim, but it was often dominated by headlines about that battle. In the book, he said he spent as much as $7 million on rehabilitation and recovery efforts. Reaction from Hollywood to Perry's death was swift. About a year ago Perry was on a press tour for the release of his memoir, “Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing: A Memoir,” which added to revelations about his battle with addiction, including a near-death experience in 2019 after his colon burst as a result of his use of opioids.



Warner Bros. Television Group, which produced "Friends," said in a statement Saturday night, “We are devastated by the passing of our dear friend Matthew Perry.” The statement continued: “The impact of his comedic genius was felt around the world, and his legacy will live on in the hearts of so many.” NBC, the network that aired "Friends," said it was saddened by Perry's death. "He brought so much joy to hundreds of millions of people around the world with his pitch perfect comedic timing and wry wit," NBC said in a statement. "His legacy will live on through countless generations."

RIP - "Richard Moll’ actor, Passes away at 80

Richard Moll, Night Court's Bull the bailiff, dies at 80. This sucks another 80's ICON just poated on Burt Young now they keep leaving us. Again now Richard Moll who was hilarious and extreamly underrated as both an actor, and comedian. Very very talented man indeed. His height, and look held him back a bit but the show Night Court really solidified his comedic skills and man that show was mostly hilarious because of him. 

Sometimes it was just a way he looked at the camera or just his facial expressions made you laugh. But his talent also had him deliver pitch perfect comedic punchlines in scenes. ONE Hell of a talent... He was 80 and I know people say he lived a long life but still it's never long enough. Will miss the man best known as BULL.

The Judge in NY case who fined Trump $15,000 gets an earful!

Trump attacks back the crooked judge in NY fake fraud case who fined him $15,000 for speaking in public and defending himself as the left sling lies, and JOE BIDEN keeps using his White House and administration to target Trump the main rival the liberals all have as the majority of the country has now become TRUMP supporters and the left is in full panic mode.

So the former President on Thursday railed against the judge who will deliver verdicts in his $250 million New York fraud trial, one day after storming out of the courtroom in the middle of witness testimony.



Trump’s posted on Truth Social followed a dramatic trial day in which Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Arthur Engoron put Trump on the witness stand, fined him $10,000 for violating his gag order and shot down a request for a sweeping verdict in his favor. The latest attacks against the rights under the constitution of Trump has become so clear, and he being such a prolific social media user knows how to tell his supporters the truth while these leftists corrupt people keep trying to bring these charges without a victim or actual real crime to jail an innocent man because they fear he will win in 2024 and return to the oval office. So turning to the court of public opinion to fight his mounting legal challenges Trump uses social media, and the people stand with him. The liberals are scared and the Judge in this case is trying hard to silence him.



So the judge is trying to silence him with a gag order in two separate cases, including special counsel Jack Smith’s federal case charging Trump with conspiring to subvert his loss to President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election. Something that "Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams" are both guilty off but it's Trump who gets charges against him? By the way why hasn't Sniffing JOE Biden, and Hillary Clinton not been charged for having Documents in their possesion when they did not have the legal rights to take home? While in Florida here it's another case Trump faces.

But back to the NY case, Trump is prohibited from publicly targeting Smith or potential witnesses, both of whom he has frequently referenced online and on the campaign trail. When those restrictions were temporarily paused last week, Trump fired off attacks against both the special counsel and his former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, a witness in Smith’s case. So the left can smear him and say all they want but if he defends himself "GAG ORDER & FINED!" Again.. You see the complete hypocrisy here?



In the New York civil fraud case, Engoron already ruled twice that Trump violated his narrow gag order, which merely bars him from attacking the judge’s staff. Upon finding that Trump’s testimony rang “hollow and untrue,” Engoron has now fined him a total of $15,000. The judge has warned Trump that additional violations will yield much more severe sanctions — including possible imprisonment.



With his targets narrowing, Trump’s attacks appear to be intensifying. The least four lengthy social media posts on Thursday, Trump ripped Engoron as a “tyrannical and unhinged” and “fully biased Trump Hater” who “should be ashamed of himself” for his handling of the case. We all know this to be true so for saying "THE TRUTH" he's fined, and gaged? Welcome to the new America were is you tell the truth you get this. Now remember this is NOT A Jury case. So there is not one member of any Jury that potentially could be tainted. This is about Trump getting his known facts to the public and speaking about how unfair this trial and Judge has been.



“HE HAS GONE CRAZY IN HIS HATRED OF ‘TRUMP,’” wrote the former president, who also railed against New York Attorney General Letitia James, his ex-attorney Michael Cohen and a New York Times reporter. They now are saying Trump’s 2024 presidential campaign is trying to capitalize on the case by criticizing it in multiple fundraising pleas as a “sham trial” led by a “Democrat judge” who “continues to harass” Trump. Engoron has already found Trump and other defendants liable for as he claimed "fraudulently inflating the values of real estate properties and key assets" a total b/s charge. This is like if you're selling your home or car and you ask a certain amount for it and the buyer comes back with a counter offer. 

You negotiate until both agree on a final number. The same principle is what Trump is accused off.. But this is about the value he claims on his properties right? He entered an amount the banks have a thing called "Adjusters" and they came out evaluated the properties and Trump agreed. He paid them all in time and everyone won. No victim the banks are happy with the deal.



So they want to destroy him over negotiating a good deal? OMG... Welcome to NAZI Germany folks. So for years of financial statements James brought the case, accusing Trump, his two adult sons, the Trump Organization and top executives of falsifying those asset values for a host of financial perks, including tax benefits and more favorable loan terms.



The trial, which is scheduled to last until late December, will resolve six other claims in James’ lawsuit. Engoron himself will deliver verdicts in the trial, which is being conducted without a jury again a fact Trump frequently protests on social media and at the courthouse. Rightfully so as the Judge and DA all have him "Guilty" without the possiblity of using facts and throwing this case out. A case which should have never been brought forward as this is beyond stupid and a clear case of election interference. By lying crooked people.



“He is a judge that found me GUILTY before the trial even started,” Trump said of Engoron in his social media screed Thursday. The posts also called Engoron a “Radical Left Judge” and claimed that he is ignoring a prior appeals court ruling “overturning” his decisions. A New York appeals court panel last month had cleared the trial to begin, denying Trump’s request to delay it. Engoron had imposed a narrow gag order on Trump on the second day of the trial, after Trump sent a Truth Social post attacking the judge’s law clerk, Allison Greenfield, who sits next to him in court.



About two weeks later, the judge found that Trump violated that gag order by failing to remove the post from his campaign website. Engoron fined Trump $5,000 in that instance and warned him that future violations would yield more severe sanctions, potentially including imprisonment.



During a break in the trial Wednesday, Trump complained to reporters outside the courtroom, “This judge is a very partisan judge with a person who’s very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even more partisan than he is.” After hearing about those remarks, Engoron briefly called Trump to the witness stand to explain himself. Trump said that he was referring to Michael Cohen, Trump’s former personal lawyer, who had been testifying throughout the trial day. But Engoron found that answer unconvincing, and he fined Trump $10,000. “Don’t do it again or it will be worse,” Engoron warned in court.



In his written order Thursday morning, Engoron ruled that Trump intentionally violated the gag order. He noted that Cohen was sitting in the witness box, not alongside him, and said that Trump’s past attacks on Cohen have been less ambiguous. “Using imprecise language as an excuse to create plausible ambiguity about whether defendant violated this Court’s unequivocal gag order is not a defense; the subject of Donald Trump’s public statement to the press was unmistakably clear,” the judge wrote. The clash over the gag order was not the only contentious moment in the trial on Wednesday.



Defense lawyer Cliff Robert had asked for a directed verdict after Cohen, Trump’s once-loyal aide who is now a key witness against him, testified that he did not recall if Trump had asked him to inflate the values of his assets. Engoron denied the request, prompting Trump to get up and leave.



Cohen later clarified that while Trump speaks in indirect ways like a “mob boss,” he did communicate the outcome he wanted, according to NBC News. Engoron rejected another request for a directed verdict later in the day, telling Robert, “there’s enough evidence in this case to fill the courtroom.” On social media, Trump complained, “The unhinged Judge, a highly political and fully biased Trump Hater, refused to dismiss this HOAX of a case, and has lost all CREDIBILITY.”

Senate votes on coronavirus stimulus package

So now after days of negotiations, the U.S. Senate and Congress got their collective assholes together, and decided to stop dicking around with us the people who employs them, and they passed the Stimulus bill.

The massive bill includes a $500 billion fund to help hard-hit industries and a comparable amount for direct payments of up to $3,000 apiece to millions of U.S. families. It is intended to flood the economy with cash in a bid to stem the impact of a pandemic that has killed more than 900 people in the United States and infected at least 60,000.

“This bill pays you more not to work than if you were working,” Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, a close Trump ally, told a news conference. Several Republican senators said the bill needed to be changed to ensure that laid-off workers would not be paid more than they earned on the job. Now I don’t know who can live on $600 bucks every two weeks or even $1,500 a month these days when the rent alone to most places are over 1G a month. So where he gets that is unheard off but these folks are rich beyond our imagination, and they’re ALL a little bit out of touch with the real world.

The money at stake amounts to nearly half of the $4.7 trillion the U.S. government spends annually. Investors were cheered by the news or the deal. On Wall Street, the benchmark S&P 500 <.SPX> rallied for a second straight day, closing up 1.15%.

Some high-profile opposition to the bill came from Schumer’s home state. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said the $3.8 billion allocated to his state would not cover the tax revenue it stands to lose from reduced economic activity. New York accounts for roughly half of all U.S. coronavirus cases. The thing is also Mr Cuomo the impact is hard cause Money is not coming in at record numbers but also the spending should be a lot less since the overhead cost of keeping everything open was shut down for a while… So when things get moving again it will level out pretty fast.
