DeSantis is petitioning the State Legislature to impeach Judge Tiffany Baker: “Until you start holding these judges ACCOUNTABLE, they are going to continue to find ways to benefit the criminal element!” Which he's 100% right about and we have seen it not just in cases like these but look at what they're doing to President Trump and after each thing he does all these "OBAMA / CLINTON" pro Criminal behavior leftist Judges are doing this.

Mostly are women all liberal, all either black or Latina Judges and the few male white Judges doing it are all soyboy looking liberal activists again "Obama/Clinton" friendly or appointed by them directly judges. Gov. Ron DeSantis called on the Florida House to impeach Leon Circuit Judge Tiffany Baker-Carper during the signing in Tampa of “Missy’s Law,” legislation that was prompted by the murder of a 5-year-old Tallahassee girl.

Melissa "Missy" Mogle died May 19, 2025, after losing consciousness at her home in Southwood. She was rushed to the hospital with telltale signs all over her body of severe child abuse, from cuts and bruises to ligature and burn marks.

Her stepfather, Daniel Spencer, 36, and her mother, Chloe Spencer, 24, were later indicted on first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse and other charges. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against both of them. At the time of her death, Daniel Spencer was free on bond following his conviction a month earlier in an unrelated underage sex sting. The prosecutor asked Baker-Carper to remand Spencer to jail while he awaited sentencing, but she allowed him to remain free on bond.

"This was an outrage," DeSantis said. "This was such an easy call to make sure that this guy was put behind bars. And this judge refused to do it, knowing the risks, and the result has obviously been a tragedy." The governor, standing at a lectern with a sign that read "Law & Order," said Missy’s death was “totally preventable” and called the judge’s handling of her stepfather’s case “a miscarriage of justice” and a “dereliction of judicial duty.”

Judge Tiffany Baker refused to revoke the bond of a convicted pedophile, leading to the murder of Missy Mogle. The Florida House has a duty to hold Judge Baker accountable.

“I appreciate the Legislature for passing this,” he said. “But I will just say to my friends in the Florida House of Representatives, I don’t think what you’ve done is enough. You have the power, and you have sufficient numbers in your chamber to impeach this judge, Tiffany Baker. Until you start holding these judges accountable, they are going to continue finding ways to benefit the criminal element.” DeSantis, who was surrounded by Missy's family members, went on to say that the state constitution vests the House with the ability to impeach a circuit judge with a two-thirds majority vote. “Last time I checked, we’ve got way more than two-thirds of Republicans,” he said. “Honestly, I think some Democrats would vote to impeach given what’s happened in this case.”

Missy's tragic life story has unfolded in the pages of the Tallahassee Democrat for months. The Democrat investigated what led to Missy's death, uncovering records from deep within family court files and typically confidential Department of Children and Families (DCF) investigative reports. Her death sparked an outpouring of grief in Florida’s capital city and raised questions about how the state’s child welfare system, the courts, police and others might have failed to protect her.

The bill signing and news conference was held March 31 at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement's regional operations center in Tampa. Missy's family, including her maternal grandparents, Pepper and Andy Mogle of Wakulla County, who raised her for the first years or her life, stood beside the governor as he signed the law. The family wore matching pink T-shirts that read "Our Disney Princess." Pepper Mogle appeared before lawmakers during the legislative session to urge them to approve the legislation. “I’m excited that they have passed the bill and that the governor is going to sign it,” she said before the event. "We feel relieved and that the baby is getting justice.” Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier, who participated in the news conference, first proposed the law in the aftermath of Missy's death. Rep. Sam Greco, R-St. Augustine, and Sen. Jonathan Martin, R-Fort Myers, sponsored companion bills that sailed through committee stops with little resistance.

In the hours after Missy's death, State Attorney Jack Campbell blasted Baker-Carper, saying the little girl would be alive if the judge had ruled otherwise. Uthmeier soon weighed in himself, condemning Baker-Carper and putting forth the Missy's Law proposal. Baker-Carper is up for re-election this year, but has not drawn an opponent thus far. The legislation requires judges to remand defendants to custody immediately after their conviction of certain dangerous crimes rather than allow them to remain free pending sentencing, which happened in the case of Missy’s stepfather.

The legislation (HB 445 and SB 928) picked up opposition from some Democrats and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, which defended the judge's handling of the case. Daniel Spencer was found guilty of traveling to meet a minor after a one-day trial on April 15, 2025. Afterward, Baker-Carper announced she would not remand him to custody. “He has been out for an entire year as far as I saw with no violations," Baker-Carper said. "I didn’t see any criminal history regarding violence. The only criminal history I saw was relating to drug offenses when I looked. Madam prosecutor, you’re free to enlighten the court if I’ve missed something.”

It's unclear from the record whether the judge or prosecutor were aware at the time that the Tallahassee Police Department, in consultation with the State Attorney's Office, and DCF had investigated allegations that Daniel Spencer molested Missy. Both agencies dropped their investigations without taking action because of a lack of probable cause. The passage of Missy's Law was a legislative priority of the Leon County Commission. Before a unanimous vote supporting the bill in October, Commissioner Christian Caban noted Leon County has seen a rise in crimes against children. After the law was signed, he called the tragedy a clear example of a "broken loophole in the system." "This is real reform that protects children and families," he said. "Missy's name will never be forgotten." DeSantis' call to the House may be a tall order.

Impeaching a Florida circuit judge requires a two-thirds vote by the Florida House of Representatives to bring charges (impeach) for misdemeanors in office, followed by a two-thirds vote by the Florida Senate to convict and remove them. Florida’s Judicial Qualifications Commission is now the primary mechanism for disciplining judges and, when necessary, recommending removal from office, replacing impeachment as the state’s modern judicial-oversight process. Created after the state’s older impeachment system proved rarely used, the commission investigates complaints, can recommend sanctions and serves as the main route for addressing misconduct by sitting judges.

The state’s constitution still says, “At any time, on request of the speaker of the house of representatives or the governor, the (JQC) shall make available all information in (its) possession for use in consideration of impeachment or suspension, respectively.” It also says the JQC’s “power of removal ... shall be both alternative and cumulative to the power of impeachment.” The last state judge to be impeached and removed was Circuit Judge Samuel Smith of Lake City in 1978. He had been criminally convicted on charges stemming from a variety of alleged activities, including drug trafficking, bribery, prostitution and dog-fight gambling, according to a 1992 St. Petersburg Times article.

The last state judge to be impeached before that was Richard Kelly in 1963, "for offenses such as having 'embarked on a continuous course of conduct to intimidate and embarrass members of the Pasco County Bar Association and officials of Pasco County.' ” “The Senate acquitted him," the Times reported. "The impeachment apparently did not dim Kelly's popularity with voters. He was elected to the U.S. House in 1974, but was defeated in 1980 after his indictment in the Abscam scandal." Later on March 31, Uthmeier openly called for Baker-Carper's impeachment: "I sent a letter to Speaker Perez calling for him to begin impeachment proceedings. Radical judges must not be allowed to endanger our kids," he said in an X post.

Alien Disclosure is coming? OMG YES!

RIGHT OUT FROM WASHINGTON on Feb 19 2026 keep this in date in your mind because this is when our current President the man himself Donald Trump said he would direct federal agencies to begin releasing government files related to aliens and unidentified flying objects, pointing to what he described as strong public interest in the issue.

In a social media post, Trump said he would order Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and other agencies to release the information, calling the matter "extremely interesting and important."

Trump accused former President Barack Obama of improperly disclosing classified information when discussing aliens publicly, saying Obama "made a big mistake." And continued by saying that "He took it out of classified information ... He's not supposed to be doing that," Trump told reporters while traveling to Georgia. During an interview with podcast host Brian Tyler Cohen released on Saturday, Obama was asked if aliens were real.

"They're real, but I haven't seen them, and they're not being kept in ... Area 51. There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States," Obama said. Area 51 is a classified Air Force facility in Nevada that fringe theorists have speculated holds alien bodies and a crashed spaceship. CIA archives released in 2013 said it was a test site for top-secret spy planes.

There was no indication in Obama's remarks that the former president released classified information. Obama's office did not respond to a request for comment. "I saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us. Really!" Obama said in an Instagram post on Sunday. In the post, Obama explained his belief that aliens exist by saying the statistical odds of life beyond Earth were high because the universe is so vast.

He added that the chances of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth were low given the distance. Following his comments on Obama, Trump added that he had not seen evidence that aliens exist, saying, "I don't know if they're real or not." In recent years, the Pentagon has investigated reports of UFOs, and senior military leaders said in 2022 they found no evidence to suggest that aliens had visited Earth or crash-landed here. A 2024 Pentagon report said U.S. government investigations since the end of World War Two had found no evidence of extraterrestrial technology and most sightings were misidentified ordinary objects and phenomena.

The website of the National Archives and Records Administration says it has records related to UFOs across numerous collections. Superintendent Ian Roberts, an illegal alien from Guyana!

Next time a liberal moron tells you that Illegals are NOT getting jobs and it's all lies! Well tell them about this one... This is hilarious and so we go out to Des Moines where Public Schools Superintendent Ian Roberts, now a known illegal alien from Guyana, was arrested by ICE on September 26, 2025, for allegedly fleeing a traffic stop, possessing a loaded handgun and over $3,000 in cash, and being in the country illegally with a final removal order from 2024. 

The arrest has led to Roberts' unpaid leave from his position, his license revocation by the state, and his subsequent resignation from the superintendency as he challenges his looming deportation. Ian Roberts has resigned his position in a letter addressed to the Des Moines Public Schools board, his attorneys told reporters during a news conference. 

A motion to reopen his immigration case will be filed Tuesday, according to his legal team. "We will today be sending a letter to the school board, authorized by Dr. Roberts to resign his position as superintendent," Roberts' attorney, Alfredo Parrish, told reporters during a news conference. "As we go through this process, step by step, we are going to be working on leaving no stone unturned. That’s our No. 1 priority as his attorneys."

Roberts, 54, was hired by the Des Moines district, which has more than 30,000 students and nearly 5,000 employees, in July 2023. He was detained last week by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following a brief car chase. He was taken into custody because he had "a final order of removal and no work authorization," authorities said at the time. He entered the United States illegally from Guyana, authorities said. 

He last entered the country through New York on Aug. 30, 1999, on an F-1 student visa to attend St. John’s University in New York City. Roberts was not legally authorized to work in the U.S. after his employment authorization card expired in 2020, authorities said. Homeland Security officials said that Roberts faced weapon possession charges from Feb. 5, 2020, and was given a final order of removal by an immigration judge in May 2024. 

After his arrest, authorities said they found a loaded handgun in his vehicle. Parrish said Roberts had a previous lawyer in Texas who told him his immigration case had been "closed successfully." "It has been my pleasure to represent you throughout this process, and I am pleased to report that your case has reached a successful resolution," a letter to Roberts from that attorney states. 

The Des Moines school board on Monday voted to put Roberts on unpaid leave. On Sunday, the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners revoked Roberts' educational license, according to its website.

The school board will meet Tuesday night to consider termination of Roberts' contract or resignation, Phil Roeder, the district director of communications and public affairs, told Fox News Digital. "A resignation for someone under contract does not take effect until the board gives its approval," he said in a statement. 

The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division also announced on Tuesday that it has launched a probe into DMPS over its hiring practices to determine whether the district discriminates against job candidates based on their color, race or national origin. "DEI initiatives and race-based hiring preferences in our schools violate federal anti-discrimination laws and undermine educational priorities," said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon. "School districts must cease these unlawful programs and restore merit-based employment practices for the benefit of both students and employees." 

The DOJ cited the DMPS website, which states that the district requires its teaching and learning staff to match the student population in terms of "demographics and cultural responsivity." "DMPS also set specific quotas for ‘increas[ing] the number of teachers of color’ in an affirmative action plan, the DOJ said. "Its staff retention strategy prioritizes ‘lift[ing] up voices of our People of Color’ and ‘creat[ing] a safer environment for People of Color.’ DMPS also operates the "3D Coalition" project, a recruitment and hiring program for "aspiring minority teachers," it said. 

At Tuesday's news conference, Parrish said Roberts has been a "tremendous asset" to the community and his students. "His spirits are high," Parrish said. Tuesday, U.S. Rep. Zach Nunn, a Republican who represents the Des Moines area, released a redacted excerpt of Roberts' May 2024 removal order, which he obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. 

The document said Roberts failed to show up to a removal hearing. Nunn also questioned how Roberts was hired in the first place, given his legal status. "It is unacceptable that someone under a final order of deportation and without legal work authorization was allowed to lead Iowa’s largest public school system," he said. "Every parent should be able to trust that school leaders are fully vetted, legally employed and held to the highest standards of accountability."

20 CIA and FBI agents have come forward with allegations that former President Barack Obama

In what can be seen as a major development turns out that 20 CIA and FBI agents have come forward with allegations that former President Barack Obama and former CIA Director John Brennan orchestrated a massive deception involving the Russia investigation. The whistle blowers claim that intelligence was manipulated to falsely suggest Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election. They assert that the Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) released in January 2017 was based on unreliable sources, including the discredited Steele dossier. 

The agents further allege that Brennan and other senior officials suppressed dissenting views that contradicted the narrative of Russian interference to benefit Donald Trump. Documents declassified by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard have supported these claims, suggesting a coordinated effort to undermine Trump’s presidency.

In response, Attorney General Pam Bondi has formed a “strike force” to investigate the allegations of misconduct by Obama-era officials. Republican lawmakers are calling for the appointment of a special counsel to further investigate the matter. However, legal experts have pointed out that prosecuting former presidents presents significant constitutional challenges. 

These revelations have reignited partisan debates over the origins of the Russia investigation and the handling of its intelligence. As the investigation moves forward, the impact on public trust in the intelligence community and the political landscape remains uncertain.

There’s rumors of… And these aren’t even… These are friends of mine that are moderate Democrats, say that they thought it was Elizabeth Warren running it. 

They thought it was Bernie Sanders running it,” the host said. “But I think the general consensus, I think if you asked the majority of the population, they think it was Obama’s third term.” Li replied “It was for sure Obama’s third term. I don’t think that’s even a question,” Li continued with “That’s why you saw Obama fighting for his dear life. Why was he fighting so hard in the fall? Because he was fighting for his fourth term. He was fighting for his own legacy,” she said as she juxtaposed the relationship between Biden and Obama with that of Lyndon B. Johnson and John F. Kennedy.

“JFK had little respect for Lyndon B. Johnson, but he picked him anyway because he wanted to win the South. He wanted to win Texas. But he had very little respect for LBJ’s intellect. JFK was surrounded by his Harvard Brain trust, and he had immense disdain for LBJ’s Texas Hill country vibe,” the former operative explained. “That was the same attitude that Obama had towards Biden. Obama thought that Biden would eventually f–k everything up. That’s eventually actually what happened. But also, he didn’t have much faith in Kamala Harris,”

Li said of Obama’s attitude towards Biden. “Before she ascended to the top role, [Obama] was vetting people like [Arizona Democratic Sen.] Mark Kelly and [Kentucky Gov.] Andy Beshear. Most people, most party chieftains, didn’t have Kamala Harris as their number one choice. But in the party of DEI, you can’t skip a black woman. The optics would have been terrible,” she added.

Some of the people who she said were running the United States during the Biden presidency included his personal attorneys as well as senior advisors Steve Ricchetti, Anita Dunn, and Mike Donilon. Li said that others at the helm were Biden’s former chief of staff, Ron Klane, as well as aides Jeff Zients and Bob Bauer. She even took aim at Harris, who she said paid celebrities to endorse her during her campaign against President Donald Trump. 

“Despite her repeated denials, Beyonce was paid,” Li said. “Cardi B, who famously said she wasn’t paid. Her production company was paid to show up,” she said. “Katy Perry was paid. Christina Aguilera was paid. Oprah wasn’t paid a million. She was paid $2 million. $2 million to Harpo Productions.”

In November, Li told “Fox & Friends Weekend” this month that top campaign officials “misled” her and others and that the overall effort by the vice president was an “epic disaster.” Lindy Li, who said she raised “millions” for Harris, explained to co-host Will Cain that Harris’s campaign officials made a series of false promises and repeatedly claimed that the internal data showed the vice president would handily defeat Trump. “This is just an epic disaster. This is a one-billion-dollar disaster,” Li said, referencing how the losing Harris campaign blew through $1 billion in fundraising and ended up with millions of dollars in debt.

“It’s incredible, and I raised millions of that. I have friends that I have to be accountable to and to explain what happened because I told them it was a margin of error race,” she added. Li stated that Harris campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon assured all Harris surrogates that the vice president would win, even going so far as to produce videos to reinforce the message. “I believed her. My daughters believed her. And so, they wrote massive checks,” Li told the Fox News co-host. “I feel like a lot of us were misled.”

The post detailed how, as many of us suspected, Biden's schedule was carefully managed by staff and advisers who limited his interaction with legislators and cabinet officials to avoid revealing the extent of his decline. A lot of people know that The Biden Administration has been run by a group of former Elizabeth Warren staffers, Kamala Harris, and Barack Obama himself. This has been fairly widely reported.

So who is making these calls for Pardon and why? And if we find out it WAS NOT Biden but Harris or someone else involved than none of these should be seen as legit. Literally every decision since he stepped down from his campaign is insanely suspect. What, he was too senile to run for reelection, but not too senile to govern the executive branch?

Elon Musk thinks Eminem went to Diddy parties?

Looks like Billionaire Elon Musk has recently alleged that rapper Eminem attended the party thrown by music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, who was indicted finally in 2024 after months of investigations and so now they got him on three criminal counts that allege he sexually abused women and coerced them into drug-fueled sex parties using threats and violence.

So Musk's allegations came days after Eminem introduced former US president Barack Obama at a major Kamala Harris campaign event in Detroit. Musk has endorsed Harris' Republican rival Donald Trump in the November 5 US presidential elections which we all know how this turned out as Trump won. But this story on Elon saying this had just now become something we saw here at PSNews. So thought it was still information which was both funny and possible.

What Elon said was "Yet another Diddy party participant," on X on Tuesday in response to a post that alleged that Eminem rapped about "killing homosexuals with a chainsaw". Which well if you listen to Eminem's music and you read the lyrics he's dropped some at first hilarious bars and I got no issues with his choice of lyrics I think Elon might not be into rap music like I am. 

While I personally don't like Eminem as a political voice and his music quality is trash these days as it's become generic and sounds like every other "fast rapper" so it's nothing I enjoy. But what he writes about is his choice but with the whole Sean Combs stuff happening as the Grammy Award-winner who is popularly known as "Diddy", was arrested on sex trafficking and racketeering charges he does have a history with Shady.

According to the complainants' lawyers, several A-listers were friends with Diddy and were regular at his parties. Allegations have been building against him since last year when US singer Cassie alleged Combs subjected her to more than a decade of coercion by physical force and drugs as well as a 2018 rape. While Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the criminal charges and is set to go on trial on May 5, 2025.

Eminem Fans Slam Elon Musk

After Elon Musk's accusation, Eminem fans slammed the billionaire, saying the rapper had been "taking potshots" at Diddy "for decades."

"Em (Eminem) never attended and has always been against Diddy. Do your research Elon," a fan wrote on X, which Musk owns. He has been "dissing" Diddy since 1996, said another. 

Eminem's latest album "The Death of Slim Shady" is apparently also has a dig at Diddy.

A lot of people also are saying that Eminem is the NEXT Diddy and will replace him which is why he's gone after him to help push him to the side as he takes over as the new private party host. Remember Eminem is someone who does like his privacy, and well his lisp when he speaks also can speak for itself. Also he does have a past of only beefing with pop stars and mostly females like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera so.

Obama attended Diddy's freak-off parties?

So BIG Suge Knight seems to be "snitching" with claims that Mr Barry Soetoro better known as Barack Obama and T.D. Jakes attended Diddy's freak-off parties and well you know took part in well you know the things. So While Diddy remains in federal custody, American record held at RTA Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego, joined a YouTube podcast on November 13 for a phone interview. Speaking on Sit Down With Michael Franzese, Knight discussed topics ranging from Diddy and Jeffrey Epstein to the broader entertainment industry.

At one point, the interviewer, Michael Franzese, gave viewers some context, saying, "It has shades of Epstein already, you know, that there's a lot of celebrity names, a lot of elite names, a lot of big people involved allegedly. Some people are running for cover. We haven't heard all of these names… You think Obama had anything to do with any of these parties that he had?" Suge responded, "Absolutely.. You got presidents. You got preachers. T.D. Jakes is one of the biggest black preachers around that everybody loves." Diddy and Suge have known each other for decades. According to a July 2024 People Magazine report, nearly thirty years ago, on September 7, 1996, rapper Tupac Shakur was riding in the passenger seat of a black BMW driven by Knight, then head of Death Row Records. A drive-by shooting occurred as they were leaving an event.

Tupac was critically injured and died after six days in the hospital. Knight was also injured but survived. In August 2023, prosecutors alleged that Duane "Keefe D" Davis, a suspect in Tupac’s murder, was the gang leader who organized the killing. As reported by Fox 5 Vegas in July 2024, Davis claimed that Diddy had allegedly asked him to kill both Knight and Shakur. During the podcast interview, Knight also discussed Diddy’s parties, alleging that attendees included Usher, former President Obama, and T.D. Jakes. 

He also touched on Epstein, the convicted sex offender who died by suicide in custody in 2019. Michael Franzese, who mentioned having spent seven months under high security on the same tier as Epstein, noted that committing suicide under such conditions seemed unlikely, and Knight agreed. The interviewer then questioned what fate might await Combs, given the involvement of high-profile individuals. Franzese speculated that, with so many notable people implicated, a cover-up could be attempted, but the extensive attention on the case might prevent that from happening.

OK SO I live in Miami, Florida and have been here since 1990 and was born in Havana Cuba. I first lived in California for years before moving here full time as we would come here for summers over the 80's to spend time with family members until my parents decided to relocate to Miami. This was a lot of fun of course and also it brought us closer to where my half brother had been jailed to who was sent to jail in the mid 80's after he had spent a year in Miami living with family here he was caught up with some friends and was sent to prison at 17 based on a bill passed by the 80's written by Joe Biden of all people. Now we're in 2024 and remember we had 8 years with Joe as VP and Barrack Obama as President. Now just this June 18, 2024 An electronic billboard located on the Palmetto Expressway and Northwest 67th Avenue in Miami-Dade County shows an image of Fidel Castro and Donald Trump and tells voters to avoid dictators.

The billboard, which reads “No a los dictadores, no a Trump” this coming from the party of Obama who went to Cuba met with both Fidel, and Raul and not just called them great leaders but shook their hands and took in some Cuban baseball games with Raul Castro. So wait who's the DICKtasters here? Or um Dictators... These lowlife losers like this moron Jose Iglesias is such a puppet and a moron that he said this and real? “No to dictators, no to Trump” ??? Really? This guy Jose needs a slight swift kick to the head for his stupidity folks. This again was posted Monday along the Palmetto Expressway near Northwest 67th Avenue by an anti-Trump outside group called Mad Dog PAC.

As you can see in the picture it depicts Trump and the late Castro face-to-face on opposite sides of the sign... My goodness... The sheer stupidity!

The “dictator” b/s is nothing new in South Florida, where politicians pull from the politics and history of Latin America in domestic elections to appeal to South Florida’s immigrant communities. Yet the billboard has elicited intense emotions among many voters in a part of the state that has been shaped in large part by exiles who fled Cuba in the years and decades since Castro seized power on the island. On Radio Mambí, a fixture of South Florida’s conservative Cuban community, hosts and commentators took to the airwaves Tuesday morning to decry the billboard as “propaganda.” Another called it an “anti-Cuban provocation” against victims of Castro’s government. The station appeared to play bits of Trump’s salsa campaign jingle between conversation and callers. “Who can imagine Fidel Castro being the victim of a judicial offensive in his own country?” asked a host, referring to the high-profile New York case in which a state-court jury found Trump guilty of 34 felonies for falsifying business records related to “hush money” payments his lawyer made to an adult film actress.

The radio personalities rejected the parallels between the presumptive Republican nominee, who they said was a “North American capitalist who was born and raised in a democracy and who considers that the country is on the wrong path and wants to retake the presidency,” and the late Cuban leader, who they described as a “scoundrel, a murderer, thug, thief who seized power through lies in Cuba.” But the hosts also acknowledged that the billboard has caused mixed reactions among officials and community members, and invited listeners to phone in their opinions. Several callers expressed anger and shock at the comparisons. Some said that it should be Biden’s image next to Castro’s instead. One listener said that neither Trump or Biden deserved being candidates in a presidential race. “It’s absolutely ridiculous. How are they going to compare Donald Trump with a murderer?” said one female caller, adding that she had “good memories” of his presidency.

While South Florida’s Cuban community has long leaned Republican, there’s a broader conversation among political operatives and observers this year about whether Trump could become the first Republican presidential candidate since the 1980's to win Miami-Dade County. He lost the county in both 2016 and 2020, though there are signs that the politics of the region have shifted since then. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis carried Miami-Dade in 2022, and Democrats have seen their once-sizable voter registration advantage in the county slip in recent years to less than 65,000 people. Claude Taylor, the founder of Mad Dog PAC, said he doesn’t necessarily expect President Biden to win Florida and its 30 electoral votes in the November elections. He said that the goal of the billboard is to grab people’s attention. “We do anti-Trump billboards, plain and simple,” Taylor told the Miami Herald. “We’re here to help defeat Trump. Period. We have a very narrow focus.” 

Taylor acknowledged that he’s not likely to “convince solidly pro-Trump Cuban Americans to vote” for Biden, but rather to mock Trump in his home state – and perhaps provide some comic relief for those voters “who don’t want to vote for a convicted felon.” He noted that his group has put billboards in the past near Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s private club in Palm Beach, and currently has another billboard up on Interstate 75 between Tampa and Sarasota. Most of Mad Dog PAC’s billboards have been placed throughout other states, like Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, he said, but the one in Miami is the group’s first Spanish-language sign.

“The man is psychotic, deeply flawed and he wants to be a dictator,” Taylor said. “And it’s extremely ironic that people who suffered through decades of tyranny in Cuba would come here as refugees, as immigrants, and decades later embrace a wannabe dictator here.” Taylor declined to say how much Mad Dog PAC spent on the Miami billboard, but said that it would remain up for at least the next two weeks. Still, the billboard is drawing backlash, particularly from Republicans. Jaime Florez, the Hispanic communications director for the Republican National Committee, said the advertisement is in poor taste and seeks to exploit decades of trauma among those who fled Castro’s dictatorship.

“It’s trying to take advantage of the pain that the Cuban population has been experiencing for over 60 years, and trying to get quick and cheap political advantage for something that has been so painful for so many people,” Florez said. “It’s more proof of how desperate [Democrats] are. They haven’t been able to find a way to get to Latinos about something they care about.” Some Democrats argued, however, that the billboard acknowledges a simple truth about Trump, who has been accused of deploying authoritarian rhetoric and said last year that he would act like a dictator on his first day back in the White House if elected in November. 

Juan Cuba, the president of the Miami-Dade Democratic Hispanic Caucus, said Mad Dog PAC’s billboard isn’t the most compelling message to promote Biden’s candidacy, but added that he thought the comparison between Trump and other authoritarian leaders was appropriate. “I think it’s also undeniable that Trump admires strongmen, like [Russian President] Vladimir Putin and [North Korean leader] Kim Jong Un,” Cuba said. “So, if the shoe fits.” No asshole the shoe is different. Trump doesn't admire them or went in to say he admired them. 

Obama said he admired the Castros, and went to watch Baseball games with Raul and was laughed at by Cuban TV as being a dumbass. IN Cuba they said he was an idiot for going there like he did... HE (Obama) got nothing in return for us and ended up opening the doors to Cuba for travel making those communists MILLIONS in tourist money. More ways these radical communists have tried to bring communist behavior too this country.
