BREAKING: Another horrific crime committed by an ILLEGAL ALIEN in Nebraska

Juan Melgar-Ayala, an illegal alien from El Salvador, shot a 61-year-old American man in the chest. Police engaged in a shootout at a grocery store and neutralized the suspect, but four brave officers were injured in the process. The victim is currently fighting for his life in critical condition.

Here is the kicker: Melgar-Ayala had a PRIOR criminal history, including felony burglary charges in 2021. Why was this criminal allowed to remain in our country? THIS is exactly the kind of person the Democrats are fighting to protect while our citizens suffer. The Omaha Police Department’s (OPD) Officer-Involved Investigations Team has released the names of the officers injured, the suspect, and the victim. According to a release from the OPD, the suspect, Juan Melgar-Ayala was also a convicted felon. How he obtained the gun used is still under investigation.

 
In the shooting earlier in the day, Melgar-Ayala shot Michael Kasper, 61, at Phil’s Foodway, a local grocery store. As of December 4, detectives with the OPD Assault Unit have not found the motive or connection between Melgar-Ayala and Kasper. Melgar-Ayala reportedly shot Kasper multiple times. Kasper is in serious condition, but is expected to survive. More interviews and an investigation into the shooting at Phil’s Foodway are still ongoing.

The release states that officers attempted to give Melgar-Ayala commands to leave the restroom where he was hiding in both English and Spanish. After he left the bathroom, Melgar-Ayala shot at officers. Officers returned fire, killing Melgar-Ayala. Officials said that Melgar-Ayala was struggling with mental-health-related issues. Preliminary evidence showed that Melgar-Ayala shot at officers 16 times, but had more live ammunition on his person.

The case will be presented to a grand jury after the investigation is complete, according to the release. The officers involved, assignments, years of service, and, if provided, the injury sustained.

I am proud of the men and women of the Omaha Police Department, and I am thankful that our injured officers and citizen are expected to recover.”

So this just in but looks like a Gold Star father blames the failed Biden administration for D.C. shooting by Afghan national, citing inadequate vetting during failed 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal. The father of Staff Sgt. Darin "Taylor" Hoover one of the 13 U.S. service members killed in the Abbey Gate bombing during the chaotic 2021 withdrawal from Afghanistan is blasting the former Biden administration after an Afghan national allegedly shot two National Guardsmen just blocks from the White House.

Hoover gave Fox News Digital a new, forceful statement on Wednesday’s shooting, saying the incident was the direct result of the administration’s failed vetting of Afghan evacuees. "This is on the feckless Biden administration," Hoover said of the shooting. "We had no idea who was getting into this country because the Biden administration, especially the State Department run by Antony Blinken, didn’t do the work that was needed to vet all these people. There were so many people put on the planes that got out initially, that we have no idea who they were."

He continued: "By doing this, all we got is men of fighting age that are most likely terrorists that are here in the homeland to do us all harm and take our beloved United States of America. Maybe if the Biden administration started the process earlier than the truncated timetable that they did, this could have all come out so much better, including all of our most precious men and women of our military coming home." The FBI is leading the investigation into the shooting, and multiple intelligence sources tell Fox News Digital the attack is being treated as a possible act of international terrorism. The suspect, identified as 29-year-old Afghan national Rahmanullah Lakanwal, was taken into custody after allegedly ambushing the two West Virginia National Guardsmen near the White House.

Fox News Digital previously reported that Lakanwal entered the United States in September 2021 under Operation Allies Welcome, immediately following the fall of Kabul, and that he had worked with several U.S. government entities, including the CIA, as part of a partner force in Kandahar. "The individual and so many others should have never been allowed to come here," former CIA Director John Ratcliffe told Fox News Digital. "Our citizens and service members deserve far better than to endure the ongoing fallout from the Biden administration’s catastrophic failures."



Hoover says the shooting confirms what he and other Gold Star parents feared when thousands of Afghans were evacuated during the final days of the withdrawal that many individuals were allowed into the United States without adequate screening. "We had no idea who Biden put on those planes," Hoover said. "None." Wednesday’s comments come after years of public criticism from Hoover, who has been one of the most vocal parents demanding accountability for the Abbey Gate attack that killed 13 American service members, including his son Taylor, an 11-year Marine veteran who was engaged to be married and on his third deployment to Afghanistan. Hoover’s earlier remarks made headlines in 2024, when he reacted to President Biden falsely claiming during a presidential debate that no U.S. service members had died under his watch. At the time, Hoover told Fox News Digital that he felt "rage" hearing Biden deny the deaths of the Abbey Gate 13.

"The rage, the absolute disgust that I got from hearing him say that I started yelling back at the TV," he said in 2024. "He’s never acknowledged, not one time, any of our kids. He’s never said their names." He also revealed then that the Biden administration sent the Abbey Gate families a batch of identical condolence letters a year after the attack. "All 13 families got a canned letter," he said in a 2024 Fox News Digital interview. "It looked like it was a photocopy. We’ve had absolutely nothing before, nothing since." Hoover’s frustration at being unable to secure a meeting with Biden was also part of that earlier reporting.

"[Biden] doesn’t want to deal with us," Hoover said in 2024. "He knows that we’re in his face, but he doesn’t want to deal with us." But Hoover told Fox News Digital this week that Wednesday’s shooting, allegedly carried out by an Afghan national allowed into the country during the withdrawal, is a devastating new chapter. To him, it demonstrates that the consequences of the troubled evacuation are still unfolding on American soil. Federal officials say the investigation into the shooting remains active. Hoover says he will continue speaking out until the families of the Abbey Gate fallen receive answers and until the former administration takes responsibility for what he believes are ongoing failures.

Sheriff slams law enforcement agencies for releasing illegal immigrant who allegedly hit Ohio nurse

This friends is one sad story but one we have had many times now as these leftist Judges keep releasing these illegal invaders to our country and who have been given special treatment while our actual Citizens suffer. This is the latest in some sort of accident involving an actual "Illegal" person in this country, and this man has not been deported. Why? How did the system fail us like this which would allow this sort of filth to remain in this country?

Johen Perez-Ventura had 4 prior DUIs, among other arrests and was previously deported before crash that injured Courtney Steinmetz An Ohio sheriff slammed fellow law enforcement agencies for previously releasing an illegal immigrant with an extensive criminal history, after he allegedly crashed into an Ohio nurse while driving drunk, leaving her seriously injured. 

As someone who has a spine injury myself and can't afford the surgery I know the pain involved with living with it, and this poor girl might be on a long road to recovery but this sort of injury after surgery has many complications also. This is such a shame when all they needed to do is deport this guy again, and yes he got back in during the Biden years. So yes he's without a doubt an illegal immigrant from Guatemala.

He has now been charged with aggravated vehicular assault, driving without a license and obstruction of justice, according to Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones. Courtney Steinmetz, a nurse and volunteer cheerleading coach, was driving along Route 747 on Nov. 20, when she was allegedly hit head-on by Perez-Ventura in Liberty Township, Ohio.

Perez-Ventura was first captured crossing the Texas border in 2019, and deported back to Guatemala, according to Jones. And he returned to the U.S. at some point, and in 2023, was charged with assault in Cincinnati. That same year, he was arrested and charged with drunk driving in Westchester, Jones said. Perez-Ventura was released after both arrests. However, Perez-Ventura's criminal history didn't end there. In 2024, he was arrested twice for drunk driving, and released again.

"This low-life piece of s--- named Johen, who has been arrested [four times] for DUIs … he had alcohol in the car, had to be cut out of the car, [went] to the hospital," Jones said in a video post to the Butler County Sheriff's Office Facebook page. "You know who pays for that. We do. … It's not his first time. … He's used to this. He was just going to be in the wind. … Not this time. We waited and then [Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)] made the apprehension." Jones said Perez-Ventura did not have a driver's license, speculating he may have shown fake IDs to officers at other agencies, and they let him go anyway.

"That's appalling in itself," the sheriff said. "They probably didn't want to send him to my jail because he would be deported. He [had] already been incarcerated at that point for DUI, assault, and he'd come across the border twice." Perez-Ventura, using an interpreter, claimed he was not the driver because he was on probation for one of his prior offenses. After the crash, Jones visited Steinmetz in the hospital and said he could tell she was in "serious pain," having suffered a spine injury, broken wrist and broken ankle.

"She's 27, living her dream, working at the hospital as an RN, saving people's lives. Now today, she's lying in the hospital," he said. "She's not even out of the bed yet. She's going to be out of work for quite some time. She'll probably have issues the rest of her life with her spine." A GoFundMe was set up for Steinmetz, to help with medical bills, lost wages and her insurance deductible — since Perez-Ventura did not have insurance. A family member wrote on the crowdfunding site that despite her injuries, Steinmetz still "hopes the opposing driver is doing OK despite the pain this has caused."

"He doesn't care. You look at his mug shot, he has a smirk on his face," Jones said. "I promise you, he won't be deported again … He's going to get a little taste of American prison. He'll get a cell until he goes to prison, then he can get deported when he's a lot older. This low-life is lying in my jail, getting three meals a day, whining and crying. [He] probably doesn't like the conditions, which they're a whole lot better than he deserves." 

Jones added he will pursue additional charges against Perez-Ventura related to the crash, and investigate the businesses who allegedly sold him the alcohol, people he was drinking with, and people who sold or loaned him cars. "I have no sympathy," Jones said. "If he had been deported and stayed deported the first time, we wouldn't be going through this." Nearly half a dozen illegal immigrants, with charges ranging from sex crimes and assault to DUI and drugs offenses, have recently been arrested in Butler County, according to the sheriff.

Trump posted National guard member Sarah Beckstrom has died after shooting in Washington DC

Sad news on Turkey day but one of the National Guard members has passed away and reported it was "Sarah Beckstrom" while the other member of the guards, Andrew Wolfe, is still fighting for his life, according to president Donald Trump. Sarah Beckstrom, one of the national guard troops shot in Washington DC on Wednesday, has died, Donald Trump said on Thursday. “Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, one of the guardsmen that we’re talking about, highly respected, young, magnificent person … She’s just passed away. She’s no longer with us,” Trump said in his first live remarks since the shooting. 

Beckstrom, 20, was one of two members of the national guards shot near the White House in a targeted attack. The other member, Andrew Wolfe, 24, is still fighting for his life, according to the president. Beckstrom’s father had told the New York Times in a phone call earlier in the day that his daughter was unlikely to recover. “I’m holding her hand right now,” Gary Beckstrom said. “She has a mortal wound. It’s not going to be a recovery.”

Both Beckstrom and Wolfe belonged to the West Virginia National Guard, which deployed hundreds of troops to Washington as part of Trump’s crime-fighting mission in the capital. On Thursday, West Virginia’s governor, Patrick Morrisey, confirmed Beckstrom’s death in a social media post: “Sarah served with courage, extraordinary resolve, and an unwavering sense of duty to her state and to her nation. She answered the call to serve, stepped forward willingly, and carried out her mission with the strength and character that define the very best of the West Virginia National Guard.” Beckstrom, from Webster Springs, West Virginia, entered service in June 2023.

Authorities have identified the suspect in the attack as Rahmanullah Lakanwal, 29. Little is known yet about his life, but officials have confirmed that Lakanwal came to the US in September 2021 from his native Afghanistan under a program that gave some Afghans who had worked for the US government entry visas. He was granted asylum in April this year, under the Trump administration, Reuters reported. Lakanwal worked with CIA-backed military units during the US war in Afghanistan, the CIA has confirmed.

A resident of eastern Afghanistan who identified himself as Lakanwal’s cousin told the Associated Press that he was originally from the province of Khost. The cousin, who spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals, said Lakanwal had worked in a special Afghan Army unit. A former official from the unit, who also spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the situation, said Lakanwal was a team leader and his brother was a platoon leader. 

The cousin said Lakanwal started out working as a security guard for the unit in 2012, and was later promoted to become a team leader and a GPS specialist. Lakanwal’s former landlord, Kristina Widman, said Lakanwal had been living in Washington state with his wife and five children.

Jeanine Pirro, US attorney for Washington DC, said at a news conference Thursday that Lakanwal drove across the country to launch an “ambush-style” attack with a .357 Smith & Wesson revolver. The suspect shot one guard member twice before turning to fire at the second, Pirro said. Other national guard members at the scene had engaged and neutralized the suspect, she added. Pirro said the suspect would be charged with three counts of assault with intent to kill while armed and possession of a firearm during a crime of violence. However, if the national guard members did not survive, Pirro said, the charges could be increased to murder in the first degree.

The FBI director, Kash Patel, told the news conference the agency is investigating the shooting as an act of terrorism. Law enforcement agencies had executed search warrants at the suspect’s home in Washington and in San Diego, California. Investigators have no information yet on a motive, but believe Lakanwal acted alone. Lakenwal was one of roughly 76,000 Afghans brought to the US through the resettlement program, many of whom worked alongside US troops and diplomats as interpreters and translators. 

Supporters have said candidates were extensively vetted. But the initiative has drawn intense criticism from Trump and other Republicans over what they have argued are gaps in the vetting process and the speed of admissions.

Shortly after the shooting, Trump was quick to cast the blame on the Biden administration, accusing it of failing to properly vet migrants from Afghanistan. And he indicated he considered the attack justification for a broad review of asylum and green card applications. “We must now re-examine every single alien who has entered our country from Afghanistan under Biden, and we must take all necessary measures to ensure the removal of any alien from any country who does not belong here, or add benefit to our country,” Trump said on Wednesday. “If they can’t love our country, we don’t want them.” 

The leaders of several federal agencies have promised immigration reviews. US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) said that it has stopped processing all immigration requests relating to Afghan nationals. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said it was expanding that directive to include a review of all asylum cases approved under the Biden administration. DHS did not clarify whether it is reviewing all asylum cases from only Afghanistan or from other countries, as well.

The USCIS director, Joseph Edlow, later added he was also directing a “full-scale, rigorous re-examination of every green card for every alien from every country of concern” at Trump’s request. When asked what countries were considered “of concern,” USCIS pointed at Trump’s executive order restricted the entry to the US of nationals of 19 countries. Soon after the shooting, Trump said he would send 500 more National Guard troops to Washington DC. It’s not clear where the additional troops would come from. 

As of early November, the D.C. National Guard had the largest number on the ground, with 949 members. In addition to West Virginia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama also had forces in the capital early this month. A federal judge last week ordered an end to the Guard deployment but also put her order on hold for 21 days to allow the Trump administration time to either remove the troops or appeal.

And look who appointed this one? That's right that ICE CREAM Eating Vacation having AutoPen White House sleepy, creepy Joe Biden himself. Or was it Obama? Kamala? Who the hell was even running the show? Who the hell knows.

Chinese-manufactured drones target practice in a Military Drone Crucible training exercise in Florida

Anyone who has been following the last couple of years amount of "drones" we have seen reported I've laughed when watching people lose their minds thinking it's "Aliens" the entire time I said this was the Chinese, and some of our own military plus the normal drones citizens are playing with since the drones became very popular over the last decade. But now it looks like my theory is slowly being shown to be right as the U.S. Special Operations Command will use 500 confiscated Chinese-manufactured drones for target practice in a Military Drone Crucible training exercise in Florida. More than 500 Chinese-manufactured drones confiscated by Florida officials will be used for military target practice for evaluation and training.

Instead of torching the machines, the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) will shoot them down with shotguns, according to Bloomberg News. The quadcopter drones will be used over the course of three days next month to train elite U.S. troops on how to take out enemy drones. The Military Drone Crucible training event is scheduled for Dec. 4-6 at Camp Blanding, according to the U.S. National Drone Association’s (USNDA) website.

The event will feature training sessions focused on clearing a room with opposing troops present and striking an enemy convoy. "It will be the largest counter-drone destruction event ever held in the United States," USNDA President Nate Ecelbarger told Bloomberg News.

To date, the largest drone destruction event was held in September, when an electromagnetic weapon was used to take down 49 drones at Camp Atterbury in Indiana, according to Axios. Navy SEALs, Marines and Army Rangers participated in the Indiana event for training purposes.

Earlier this year, the Trump administration cut red tape to allow mass drone production to compete with Russian and Chinese drone programs.

77th Defendant Charged in Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme

This incredible but after being disqualified from SNAP for suspected fraud, Camara defrauded the Federal Child Nutrition Program MINNEAPOLIS Ousman Camara, age 45, was indicted today in a nine-count indictment with wire fraud, federal programs bribery, and money laundering for his participation in the Feeding Our Future fraud scheme, announced U.S. Attorney Daniel N. Rosen. Camara is the 77th defendant indicted in what has been identified as the largest Covid-19 fraud scheme in the country.

Defendant Camara was the owner of K’s Dollar Grocery and Deli, a small storefront grocery store in north Minneapolis. In August 2015, the USDA disqualified Camara and his store, K’s Grocery, from participation in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (“SNAP”) due to suspected fraud. In September 2020, Camara enrolled K’s Grocery in the Federal Child Nutrition Program under the sponsorship of Feeding Our Future. Just In 2020 and 2021, Camara fraudulently claimed to be serving meals to 1,000 children a day, seven days a week, at his site. No let's be realitic but Camara did no such thing. This is all lies to laundry money and so Instead it's clear that he defrauded the program and stole money meant to feed hungry children. Children here in this country. NOT in another country.

Camara claimed to have served more than 300,000 meals to children, for which he claimed to be entitled to more than $1 million in Federal Child Nutrition Program reimbursement funds. Camara did not use these funds to purchase food to feed children. Instead, he used the money to fund his lifestyle, pay his credit card bills, and buy a building in north Minneapolis. Camara wired more than $100,000 in fraud proceeds abroad. Camara also paid approximately $87,000 in kickbacks to a Feeding Our Future employee in exchange for his sponsorship and submission of Camara’s fraudulent claims. This case is the result of an investigation conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Joseph H Thompson, Harry M. Jacobs, and Daniel W. Bobier are prosecuting the case. An indictment is merely an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. But folks this one looks as clear as the night is dark, and the day time is when there is light... Don't let these crooks, and their bed room buddies in the media, and congress or senate feed you covering these peoples cimes up. Democratic Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin Told Troops To Disobey Trump Forced To Admit She Can't Name One Illegal Order 🔥

Oh boy so in what we all knew but somehow this moron didn't or she lied, knew and just like all these dumb liberal women in congress tried to make a name for herself by inserting herself into something that she needed to never say and now well her own words can be seen as total treason.

You see as it turns out that the Democratic Michigan Sen. Elissa Slotkin appeared on ABC’s This Week on Sunday after she and several other veterans turned lawmakers released a video reminding U.S. service members that they are obligated to refuse illegal orders under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. 

Well folks Host Martha Raddatz pressed Slotkin on whether she believed President Trump had actually issued any illegal orders. Slotkin said she released the video because young officers and JAG attorneys had been reaching out with concerns and confusion about recent directives especially related to military activity in the Caribbean and enforcement actions connected to Venezuela. 

Venezuela a terrorist harboring country, and when asked directly if Trump had issued illegal orders, Slotkin responded with “To my knowledge, I am not aware of things that are illegal, but certainly there are some legal gymnastics going on with these Caribbean strikes and everything related to Venezuela.” While she clearly is helping terrorist countries like Venezuela by even speaking up she's talking like someone who is asking for "Treason" against the current White House.

Remember her own words she worked under George W. Bush, and Barack Obama and now she ran for this seat as Trump became President? Well why? Which the president called “great news” Greene followed with “Loyalty should be a two-way street,” she said in a lengthy resignation statement shared on social media, adding that it was “unfair and wrong” that Trump turned on her for disagreeing with him. Greene may have an ally in Democratic congressman Ro Khanna, who worked with her to pass the bill to release the files related to the crimes of Jeffrey Epstein.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey wins re-election over Sen. Omar Fateh and man they really dodged a bullet there! Mayor Frey was on the ballot with 14 other candidates, including Sen. Omar Fateh. After the first round of voting, Mayor Frey led the race with 42% of votes, while Sen. Fateh secured 32% of the votes. Other challengers, including DeWayne Davis and Jazz Hamptom, received 14% and 10% of votes, respectively. Now Mayor Frey is no Angel himself but at least he's not a complete and utter socialist/communist like the very creepy looking Omar Fateh. He just looks evil and really can't see him having a political future I mean that guy doesn't look like he could be trusted working at Publix, Walmart or 7/11 let alone as Mayor or any place in the USA.

But After ranked-choice votes were tabulated on Wednesday, Frey earned 73,723 final round votes, giving him 50.03 percent of the vote. Fateh finished with 65,377 votes. The defeat of Katie Cashman in Ward 7 cut into the veto-proof majority held by the progressive bloc on the council, which has been at odds with Mayor Jacob Frey. Burnett was thought to align more with the progressive majority on the council and had been endorsed by Ellison and Rep. Ilhan Omar. Warren was backed by All of Minneapolis, the local political organization that supports Mayor Frey and Elizabeth Shaffer – the Ward 7 candidate who defeated Cashman.

Despite Warren's win, the council's progressive bloc retained a seven-vote majority, but will no longer have the votes to override a Frey veto by themselves. Fateh reacts In a statement after votes were counted on Wednesday, Sen. Fateh said the following "Thank you to every single person who believed in this scrappy (more like creepy) campaign. Who believed in a vision for Minneapolis that was more affordable, that was more accountable, who showed up and worked and refused to give up on this city. This campaign was about the kind of Minneapolis that gives you every tool to spread your wings and enough support to lift you up if you stumble. Suspiciously a lot of them "Muslim" hmmmm But Mamdani will succeed Democratic incumbent Eric Adams on January 1, 2026. Mamdani will be the city's first Communist Muslim mayor, and its youngest since 1892.

Mamdani ran on a democratic socialist platform, focusing on affordability. Cuomo ran on a broadly centrist platform with a focus on crime and combating antisemitism while Sliwa criticized both from the political right and called for "tough on crime" policies. BREAKING NEWS: Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, is introduces impeachment articles against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on 11/04/2025 for his role in the "Arctic Frost" probe. The Republican allies of President Donald Trump have been criticizing Boasberg after news broke that he was the judge who signed off on subpoenas and other measures in former special counsel Jack Smith’s probe and the man does have this evil look on his face. He's not someone I'd like to be faced with in court as "Chief Judge Boasberg has the look of a badguy in like a BATMAN movie.

He compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction," Gill told Fox News Digital and followed with "Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors."

This Gill resolution accused Boasberg of one count of abuse of power, according to text obtained first by Fox News Digital. "Ignoring his responsibility to wield the power of his office in a constitutional manner, Chief Judge Boasberg granted Special Counsel John L. Smith authorization to issue frivolous nondisclosure orders in furtherance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation project code-named ARCTIC FROST," the text said.

"These nondisclosure orders covered Members of Congress who were acting in accord with their legislative duties and privileges guaranteed by Article 1, Section 6, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution." The redacted Arctic Frost documents were made public late last month by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. They included subpoenas of phone records for 10 senators and one House lawmaker, and gag orders sent to Verizon and AT&T instructing them not to notify lawmakers of the subpoena. Verizon complied, but AT&T did not. Both the subpoenas and gag orders were signed by Boasberg, according to the documents a detail that prompted fresh criticism and indignation from Republicans, including Sen.



Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who blasted the investigation as "worse than Watergate" and a gross violation of prosecutorial powers. Under the Stored Communications Act, federal judges exercise discretion in signing off on such orders they are not automatic. It is unclear what materials Boasberg would have reviewed in this particular case before authorizing the tolling records of the senators, as much of the information and materials in the probe remain classified or are heavily redacted. Republicans named in the subpoenas have argued they are potential violations of the speech or debate clause of the U.S. Constitution, which protects lawmakers from being arrested or questioned by law enforcement for things they say or do in their legislative roles. 

Those protections are not absolute, however, and the clause remains the subject of ongoing, spirited debate over the separation of powers and what degree of protection members of Congress should enjoy from the other two branches of government. It is not the first time Boasberg has caught negative attention from Trump or his allies. The federal judge was the target of Republican impeachment threats earlier this year after he issued an order temporarily pausing Trump’s migrant deportation flights to El Salvador. Gill and other GOP lawmakers pushing impeachment resolutions backed off of those threats after House Republican leaders suggested it was not the most potent route to affect change.

Democrat Arizona judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson was caught with her pants down, peeing in public!

Well this liberal couple was out for a walk, one a lady Judge and her Husband. They had a crazy and happy night full of food, and booze. Turns out maybe a bit too much on the liquids as the lady Judge had to bad. Well this turned into a wild video that showed that even Judges can get drunk and act out like idiots in public. This took place in Arizona land of much heat, and near where our good friends Travis Walton, and Mike Rogers live. But this wasn't an Alien encounter in the woods! 

Nope this judge with her pants down had to well go peeing in public. With her town official husband who then was wrestled to the ground while trying to prevent cops from questioning her, according to officials. Yes this took place in Yavapai County.

As Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore Kristyne Schaaf-Olson, 42, was seen scrambling to get out of shrubbery as cops arrived around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 4 in Prescott, according to the video obtained by Fox 10. Officers were called by several witnesses who saw the judge urinating in public, the police report said. In the body camera footage, she is heard emphasizing her official title.

"At minimum you're getting a ticket," an officer said. "That’s fine. I want to let you know, my name is Judge Krystine Olson," she stated. The report also said several witnesses walked by minutes earlier and waved the officer down after they saw the judge urinating. The Bodycam taken by an officer who asked if the judge and her husband were visiting, to which another officer replied, "I have no idea. She's useless. She can't even spell her name."

"Alright, this is your citation. It's a misdemeanor for urinating or defecating in public, okay? So, you're gonna have to sign it, promising to appear in court in about a month, all right? Your husband's gonna be transported to the Yavapai County Jail. He'll be booked in there," an officer is heard saying in the footage. 

Jason Olson was cited for resisting arrest, interfering with a crime scene investigation and obstruction of government operations. His employer, the Town of Chino Valley, has not responded to a request for comment.

Body camera footage shows Judge Schaaf-Olson struggling to sign the citation. "Nope, right here on the screen. On the screen! On the screen," an officer told her. The latest statement from Yavapai County Superior Court says, in part: "The Superior Court is aware of the allegations against Judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson. This information was brought to the court’s attention on October 4. Judge Schaaf-Olson accepted full responsibility and formally submitted her resignation on Monday, October 6. To ensure coverage of her calendar, Judge Schaaf-Olson agreed her last day on the bench would be October 31."

A statement was also released from the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct which read: "Earlier this month, Judge Schaaf-Olson self-reported to the Commission on Judicial Conduct that she received the citation for public urination and indicated that she would be resigning her judicial position. The Commission opened an investigation based on the self-report, and the matter remains pending and confidential under Commission Rule 9."
