Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey wins re-election over Sen. Omar Fateh and man they really dodged a bullet there! Mayor Frey was on the ballot with 14 other candidates, including Sen. Omar Fateh. After the first round of voting, Mayor Frey led the race with 42% of votes, while Sen. Fateh secured 32% of the votes. Other challengers, including DeWayne Davis and Jazz Hamptom, received 14% and 10% of votes, respectively. Now Mayor Frey is no Angel himself but at least he's not a complete and utter socialist/communist like the very creepy looking Omar Fateh. He just looks evil and really can't see him having a political future I mean that guy doesn't look like he could be trusted working at Publix, Walmart or 7/11 let alone as Mayor or any place in the USA.

But After ranked-choice votes were tabulated on Wednesday, Frey earned 73,723 final round votes, giving him 50.03 percent of the vote. Fateh finished with 65,377 votes. The defeat of Katie Cashman in Ward 7 cut into the veto-proof majority held by the progressive bloc on the council, which has been at odds with Mayor Jacob Frey. Burnett was thought to align more with the progressive majority on the council and had been endorsed by Ellison and Rep. Ilhan Omar. Warren was backed by All of Minneapolis, the local political organization that supports Mayor Frey and Elizabeth Shaffer – the Ward 7 candidate who defeated Cashman.

Despite Warren's win, the council's progressive bloc retained a seven-vote majority, but will no longer have the votes to override a Frey veto by themselves. Fateh reacts In a statement after votes were counted on Wednesday, Sen. Fateh said the following "Thank you to every single person who believed in this scrappy (more like creepy) campaign. Who believed in a vision for Minneapolis that was more affordable, that was more accountable, who showed up and worked and refused to give up on this city. This campaign was about the kind of Minneapolis that gives you every tool to spread your wings and enough support to lift you up if you stumble. While we came up short, I am incredibly proud of the campaign we have run, and our team who gave absolutely everything they have.

Truth is, from day one, we knew what we were up against. Five PACs. Millions of dollars flooding into our city. I know that I, alongside the renters, the workers, the families, the people of this city who were long left behind, built something money can’t buy: people power. We built a campaign rooted in dignity, in care, and in courage. And nothing can take that away." He continued his exit word salad of thank yous with "They may have won this race, but we have changed the narrative about what kind of city Minneapolis can be. Because now, truly affordable housing, workers’ rights, and public safety rooted in care are no longer side conversations; they are at the center of the narrative. We'll keep going and believing in the bright future Minneapolis deserves. I love you, Minneapolis, and I am so proud of what we built together."

New York City went as expected as Muslim Mayor Zohran was elected, and now in his first statement he already proved he's a liar as nothing he said will happen! But like I said the election for the mayor of New York City was held on November 4, 2025 and Democratic state assemblyman Zohran Mamdani won the election, defeating Republican activist Curtis Sliwa and independent former Democratic governor Andrew Cuomo. This election also had the highest turnout in decades, due to significant young voter registration. Suspiciously a lot of them "Muslim" hmmmm But Mamdani will succeed Democratic incumbent Eric Adams on January 1, 2026. Mamdani will be the city's first Communist Muslim mayor, and its youngest since 1892.

Mamdani ran on a democratic socialist platform, focusing on affordability. Cuomo ran on a broadly centrist platform with a focus on crime and combating antisemitism while Sliwa criticized both from the political right and called for "tough on crime" policies. Well now NYC has a guy who wants to give it all away as long you send him Money and he wants to defund the police and go to war with ICE Agents and the USA President. Does this idiot think he's king? Like I thought the Liberals said there were no kings? So why does Mumdummy or the Zohran keep acting like he's now King of the USA? Well 2026 will be interesting in NYC for sure.

BREAKING NEWS: Rep. Brandon Gill, R-Texas, is introduces impeachment articles against U.S. District Judge James Boasberg on 11/04/2025 for his role in the "Arctic Frost" probe. The Republican allies of President Donald Trump have been criticizing Boasberg after news broke that he was the judge who signed off on subpoenas and other measures in former special counsel Jack Smith’s probe and the man does have this evil look on his face. He's not someone I'd like to be faced with in court as "Chief Judge Boasberg has the look of a badguy in like a BATMAN movie.

He compromised the impartiality of the judiciary and created a constitutional crisis. He is shamelessly weaponizing his power against his political opponents, including Republican members of Congress who are faithfully serving the American people within their jurisdiction," Gill told Fox News Digital and followed with "Judge Boasberg was an accomplice in the egregious Arctic Frost scandal where he equipped the Biden DOJ to spy on Republican senators. His lack of integrity makes him clearly unfit for the gavel. I am proud to once again introduce articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg to hold him accountable for his high crimes and misdemeanors."

This Gill resolution accused Boasberg of one count of abuse of power, according to text obtained first by Fox News Digital. "Ignoring his responsibility to wield the power of his office in a constitutional manner, Chief Judge Boasberg granted Special Counsel John L. Smith authorization to issue frivolous nondisclosure orders in furtherance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation project code-named ARCTIC FROST," the text said.

"These nondisclosure orders covered Members of Congress who were acting in accord with their legislative duties and privileges guaranteed by Article 1, Section 6, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution." The redacted Arctic Frost documents were made public late last month by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa. They included subpoenas of phone records for 10 senators and one House lawmaker, and gag orders sent to Verizon and AT&T instructing them not to notify lawmakers of the subpoena. Verizon complied, but AT&T did not. Both the subpoenas and gag orders were signed by Boasberg, according to the documents a detail that prompted fresh criticism and indignation from Republicans, including Sen.



Ted Cruz, R-Texas, who blasted the investigation as "worse than Watergate" and a gross violation of prosecutorial powers. Under the Stored Communications Act, federal judges exercise discretion in signing off on such orders they are not automatic. It is unclear what materials Boasberg would have reviewed in this particular case before authorizing the tolling records of the senators, as much of the information and materials in the probe remain classified or are heavily redacted. Republicans named in the subpoenas have argued they are potential violations of the speech or debate clause of the U.S. Constitution, which protects lawmakers from being arrested or questioned by law enforcement for things they say or do in their legislative roles. 

Those protections are not absolute, however, and the clause remains the subject of ongoing, spirited debate over the separation of powers and what degree of protection members of Congress should enjoy from the other two branches of government. It is not the first time Boasberg has caught negative attention from Trump or his allies. The federal judge was the target of Republican impeachment threats earlier this year after he issued an order temporarily pausing Trump’s migrant deportation flights to El Salvador. Gill and other GOP lawmakers pushing impeachment resolutions backed off of those threats after House Republican leaders suggested it was not the most potent route to affect change.

As Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore Kristyne Schaaf-Olson, 42, was seen scrambling to get out of shrubbery as cops arrived around 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 4 in Prescott, according to the video obtained by Fox 10. Officers were called by several witnesses who saw the judge urinating in public, the police report said. In the body camera footage, she is heard emphasizing her official title.

"At minimum you're getting a ticket," an officer said. "That’s fine. I want to let you know, my name is Judge Krystine Olson," she stated. The report also said several witnesses walked by minutes earlier and waved the officer down after they saw the judge urinating. The Bodycam taken by an officer who asked if the judge and her husband were visiting, to which another officer replied, "I have no idea. She's useless. She can't even spell her name."

"Alright, this is your citation. It's a misdemeanor for urinating or defecating in public, okay? So, you're gonna have to sign it, promising to appear in court in about a month, all right? Your husband's gonna be transported to the Yavapai County Jail. He'll be booked in there," an officer is heard saying in the footage. 

Jason Olson was cited for resisting arrest, interfering with a crime scene investigation and obstruction of government operations. His employer, the Town of Chino Valley, has not responded to a request for comment.

Body camera footage shows Judge Schaaf-Olson struggling to sign the citation. "Nope, right here on the screen. On the screen! On the screen," an officer told her. The latest statement from Yavapai County Superior Court says, in part: "The Superior Court is aware of the allegations against Judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson. This information was brought to the court’s attention on October 4. Judge Schaaf-Olson accepted full responsibility and formally submitted her resignation on Monday, October 6. To ensure coverage of her calendar, Judge Schaaf-Olson agreed her last day on the bench would be October 31."

A statement was also released from the Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct which read: "Earlier this month, Judge Schaaf-Olson self-reported to the Commission on Judicial Conduct that she received the citation for public urination and indicated that she would be resigning her judicial position. The Commission opened an investigation based on the self-report, and the matter remains pending and confidential under Commission Rule 9."

"The Superior Court is aware of the allegations against Judge Kristyne Schaaf-Olson. This information was brought to the Court’s attention on October 4. Judge Schaaf-Olson accepted full responsibility and formally submitted her resignation on Monday, October 6. Schaaf-Olson’s pre-trial conference is set for Dec. 16, while Jason Olson’s pre-trial conference is on Nov. 18. “This is disgusting,” the responding cop told Schaaf-Olson, who was so drunk she couldn’t even spell her own name, but was quick to point out that she was a judge, the affidavit said. “This is unacceptable,” the cop told her. Schaaf-Olson’s husband, Jason Olson the parks and recreation manager for the Town of Chino Valley came over to pull away his wife, repeatedly ignoring the cops’ orders to leave her, the video shows.

Rosie, 63, took to social media this week to ask for prayers after her oldest daughter, Chelsea, was sentenced to prison for violating the terms of her probation for drug charges.

“My child Chelsea Belle before addiction took over her life i loved her then i love her now as she faces a scary future,” O’Donnell wrote on Instagram alongside a younger photo of Chelsea on Wednesday.

Look I don't mean to pass judgement on Chelsea but I do on her mother Rosie because you have MILLIONS and can move to any part of the world but you don't have time to help fix your daughters issues before they get this bad? You spend your entire life fighting online with Trump instead of properly raising your children.

This is more on t he mother and parenting and to me I've always said the kids are a mirror of how the parent was while they were growing up.

FACING CHARGES: Illinois Democratic candidate Kat Abughazaleh indicted for blocking ICE operation

FACING CHARGES: Illinois Democratic candidate Kat Abughazaleh indicted for blocking ICE operation after posting a video showing her standing in front of a federal vehicle. Now while I hate to say it but she needs to face sever prison time as this sort of person needs to be made an example of. Look you want to be a law maker good, and fine but if you want to be an activist doing this and taking part in crime you belong in prison for a long, long time.

A special federal grand jury has indicted Democratic congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh alongside other protesters who allegedly blocked vehicles outside of a federal immigration facility in Broadview, Illinois. 

The indictment, which was filed Oct. 23, alleges that Abughazaleh "physically hindered and impeded” an agent who was "forced to drive at an extremely slow rate of speed to avoid injuring any of the conspirators.” 

Abughazaleh was charged alongside five other people, including two other political candidates. She faces one count of conspiracy along with one charge alleging that she “forcibly impeded, intimidated, and interfered” with an officer.

The indictment alleges that the group "conspired with one another and others, known and unknown, to prevent by force, intimidation, and threat, Agent A, a United States law enforcement officer, from discharging the duties of his office, and to injure him in his person or property on account of his lawful discharge of the duties of his office, and while engaged in the lawful discharge thereof, and to injure his property so as to interrupt, hinder, and impede him in the discharge of his official duties."

The defendants were not arrested but were notified of the indictment and will self-surrender next Wednesday, according to a court filing. 

U.S. District Judge April M. Perry, a Biden appointee, is assigned to the case. “This is a political prosecution that tries to turn dissent and First Amendment opposition to the Trump administration’s cruel policies into a conspiracy,” defense attorney Josh Herman told NBC News in an email. 

“Kat has steadfastly opposed those policies and she will fight these charges with the same principled determination.”

"I have been charged in a federal indictment sought by the Department of Justice. This political prosecution is an attack on all of our First Amendment rights. I’m not backing down, and we’re going to win,” Abughazaleh wrote in a social media post. Abughazaleh, a social media star and former journalist, is running for Congress in Illinois' 9th Congressional District, currently held by retiring Democratic Rep. Jan Schakowsky. 

She has been vocally critical of the Trump administration's immigration policies. In a fundraising email to supporters, Abughazaleh called the charges "yet another attempt by the Trump administration to criminalize protest and punish those who dare to speak up."

She added that "Chicago doesn’t back down from bullies in masks who teargas our neighborhoods, this administration is resorting to weaponizing the federal legal system to scare us into silence." 

Broadview, a Chicago suburb, has for months stood at the center of confrontations between immigration authorities and protesters. The facility has drawn activists from around the country as well as demonstrators from the greater Chicago area who have grown agitated over what they view as overreach by immigration officials.

The small suburb, west of the city, has faced its own struggles with the onslaught of protesters, to the point that it created a “First Amendment” zone where they could safely organize, and the mayor has restricted hours of protests to protect the sanctity of Broadview residents.

Clashes between protesters and immigration officials have resulted in arrests and First Amendment challenges in federal court.

A federal judge earlier this month issued a temporary restraining order against law enforcement officials to curb the use of tactics like shooting pepper balls or throwing tear gas canisters into a crowd, particularly without warning.

Court case regarding federal tariffs In October 2025, Newsom and California's Attorney General filed a brief with the Supreme Court requesting the removal of tariffs imposed by President Trump.

This donation is being used again to offset military salaries and benefits while funding for the shutdown is not available.

President Donald Trump announced Thursday that a "friend" of his had sent the government a $130 million check to go toward paying U.S. service members as their paychecks are on hold due to the budget stalemate.

"He called us the other day and said, 'I'd like to contribute any shortfall you have because of the Democrat shutdown. I’d like to contribute personally, because I love the military and I love the country,'" Trump said Thursday.

The Hindustan Times speculated that Tesla CEO Elon Musk or Jared Isaacman, a commercial astronaut and the founder and CEO of payment processing company Shift4 Payments, could be the donor.

Musk and Isaacman did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Fox News Digital. So It’s unclear who the donor is, and Trump said he would not identify the individual unless he received permission to do so, noting he didn’t believe the individual wanted any recognition.

Trump previously signed an order allowing active-duty troops to receive their paycheck earlier in October by funneling unused Pentagon funds originally allocated for research and development. However, Republicans have said the solution is only temporary.

Lucy Martinez, a teacher at Nathan Hale Elementary School, put a finger to her neck and pretended to pull a trigger when a man driving by in a pickup truck waved a flag calling the late podcaster a “hero,” video shows. Multiple demonstrators flipped the bird at the counter-protester. 

It’s unclear if Martinez was fired or faced any disciplinary action. The school’s website was taken down after the incident surfaced online. Chicago Public Schools said it “remains committed to creating and maintaining a welcoming, safe and inclusive teaching and learning environment, free from harassment, bias, or harm of any kind.”

“While CPS does not comment on specific personnel matters the District follows a consistent process when allegations of misconduct are reported. Employees found to have violated Board policy are subject to disciplinary action.”

A spokesperson for the district referred The Post to the statement when asked if Martinez was fired. Video of the horrifying gesture quickly went viral, leading to outrage. “This is who we trust with our children & then wonder why they become radicalized as adults,” Libs of Chicago posted.

As we all by now know the great knows that October 2025, New York Attorney General Hambo herself "Fatass" Letitia James was indicted on federal charges of bank fraud and making false statements related to a mortgage for a Virginia property. The charges allege that she falsely claimed the property was her second home when she intended to use it as a rental. 

Recent reports reveal that two relatives with criminal records and ties to OnlyFans are living at this and another one of James' Virginia properties. 

Wait so was she hiding a criminal, and involved in video prostitution? Was there porn being filmed of under age girls doing the lambada with her relatives and paid amigos from NYC??

A federal grand jury in Virginia indicted Hambo um I mean James on October 9, 2025, on one count of bank fraud and one count of making false statements to a financial institution. The indictment alleges that in 2020, James obtained a mortgage for a property in Norfolk, Virginia, by claiming it would be her second home to secure a better interest rate. Prosecutors claim she violated the mortgage terms by having family members live in the home and renting it out. 

James faces a maximum of 60 years in prison and a $2 million fine if convicted. Her arraignment is scheduled for October 24, 2025. According to news reports from October 14–17, 2025, two of James' grandnieces, Nakia Thompson and Cayla Thompson-Hairston, are living in properties owned by James in Virginia. They were both on OnlyFan doing the forbiden dance? LMAO...

Nakia Thompson, a convicted felon and "fugitive" wanted for violating probation in North Carolina, has reportedly lived in one of James' Virginia homes since 2020.

Cayla Thompson-Hairston, who is an OnlyFans model with a public social media presence and a criminal record, lives in another Virginia property owned by James. 

The investigation and indictment are widely seen as politically motivated, with critics suggesting it is retaliation for James' civil fraud case against Donald Trump. The indictment followed President Trump's public call for James' prosecution. Reports indicate that an earlier federal prosecutor had resisted bringing charges and was later replaced by a Trump appointee. James has publicly denied the charges, calling them "baseless" and politically motivated.

WOW this one I never seen coming but looks like total MAFIA MONEYBALL happening as the FBI says it dismantled a “multi-million-dollar gambling ring” allegedly tied to major crime families and NBA players and coaches, calling the fraud “mind-boggling.” 

"This operation involved an expansive effort across 11 states, arresting 34 subjects, including multiple NBA players and coaches, who allegedly took advantage of their own positions of power to rig gambling systems for their own benefit eventually funneling money to La Cosa Nostra, enriching some of the most notorious criminal networks in the world," FBI Director Patel says.

Holy smokes this one will I'm sure involve a lot of people we might know who have taken part in this crime, and to continue this as it's being reported that An FBI investigation code-named "Mafia Moneyball" has led to the arrest of more than 30 people, including NBA coach Chauncey Billups and player Terry Rozier. 

The probe uncovered two separate, but related, criminal gambling schemes involving Mafia crime families, current and former NBA figures, and high-tech cheating devices.

The two investigations were dubbed "Operation Nothing But Net" and "Operation Royal Flush". The FBI Director called the fraudulent activity "mind-boggling," with tens of millions of dollars in total proceeds.

This indictment alleges a scheme to defraud betting companies by using nonpublic, confidential NBA information to place fraudulent wagers.

• Insiders sold information: According to the FBI, current and former NBA players and coaches, including Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier and former player/assistant coach Damon Jones, provided nonpublic information on game details and player health.
• Targeting prop bets: The confidential information was used to place lucrative "prop bets"—wagers placed on specific player statistics, like points or rebounds. The investigation identified seven different NBA games targeted in this scheme between December 2022 and March 2024.
• Rozier's alleged role: In one instance, while playing for the Charlotte Hornets in March 2023, Rozier allegedly informed co-conspirators he would leave a game early due to a foot issue. Conspirators then placed over $200,000 on his "under" prop bets. Rozier was subsequently ruled out of the game and the rest of the season.
• Jones' alleged role: Damon Jones, a former Cavaliers coach with ties to the Lakers, allegedly provided information in February 2023 that a "prominent" Lakers player would miss a game. The indictment did not name the player, but LeBron James sat out that contest, and Jones encouraged bettors to bet on the opponent.
• Connection to Jontay Porter: The probe overlapped with the investigation that led to a lifetime ban for former Toronto Raptors player Jontay Porter in 2024. Two defendants from this new indictment are alleged to have threatened Porter to keep him involved in the scheme. 
• Operation Royal Flush: Rigged poker games.
  
  Sophisticated cheating: The criminal enterprises allegedly used high-tech equipment to rig the games, including manipulated shuffling machines, hidden cameras, and X-ray tables that could read cards.

  • Mafia involvement: The games were backed by members of four Mafia families the Gambinos, Bonannos, Genoveses, and Luccheses. They collected debts and enforced payment through intimidation and violence.
  • Celebrity lures: The scheme used well-known public figures, including Chauncey Billups and Damon Jones, as "face cards" to lure unsuspecting victims, or "fish," into the rigged games.
  • Billups' alleged role: Billups, inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2024, was reportedly part of the "cheating team" and was paid for his participation. His lawyers have denied the allegations. The arrests and indictments have sent shockwaves through the NBA, raising serious questions about the integrity of the league and its close relationship with the booming sports gambling industry. 

  • Congressional inquiry: A bipartisan group of congressional representatives has requested a briefing with NBA Commissioner Adam Silver by October 31 to discuss the allegations and any potential regulatory gaps.
  • League response: The scandals have intensified the debate over the regulation of sports betting. Silver has already called for more stringent rules on prop bets and criticized the volume of sports betting promotion.
• This separate but related indictment describes an illegal poker operation backed by multiple New York Mafia families, which defrauded wealthy victims of at least $7 million.

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton was reportedly indicted Thursday over his alleged mishandling of classified documents!

Former Trump administration national security adviser John Bolton was charged Thursday in a federal investigation into the potential mishandling of classified information, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press.

The investigation into Bolton, who served for more than a year in President Donald Trump’s first administration before being fired in 2019, burst into public view in August when the FBI searched his home in Maryland and his office in Washington for classified records he may have held onto from his years in government.

Breitbart News reported in August that Bolton’s home and office had been raided. The concerns over Bolton’s mishandling of classified information arose in 2020 when he published a memoir after having a falling-out with the president.

A copy of the memoir leaked to the New York Times during the first impeachment fight in 2020. The White House told him not to publish it until the classified information allegedly in the book was removed. He published it anyway.

Though a federal judge declined to order that Bolton’s book of which thousands of copies had been printed and shipped before going on sale in 2020 be pulped, the judge also ruled that Bolton had likely compromised national security.

The Biden administration let the matter drop, but Trump revived it, revoking Bolton’s security clearance earlier this year. Trump initially brought the hawkish Bolton into his administration, apparently to frighten North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un into a diplomatic settlement of the nuclear crisis. Trump later fired Bolton, who became a dogged critic of the president.
