It’s always worse than we thought!
Newly released documents confirm that the Biden DOJ’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was politically motivated from the very start. The transparency shown by Attorney General Bondi, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, and Director Patel is required to help the country understand the lengths the previous administration went to target the President.
This is not shocking to us who have been talking about this from the time it was actually happening, and now it's good to see it become official news, and this is something we should have not had happen. This is what the liberals do, and when you see them still lying about Trump you have to understand they have nothing so all they do is talk about TRUMP! So instead of doing the job the congress people, mayors, senators, and all political people on the left and Rino's do is go talk about Trump. They don't do anything for the jobs they are in office for but spend 100% of their time on trying to trash Trump. This is 100% TDS, and the FRAUD Auto/PEN White House we had did all they did to try and stop what's happening now. NOW they are finding out after 4 years of fucking around.

Alien Disclosure is coming? OMG YES!
RIGHT OUT FROM WASHINGTON on Feb 19 2026 keep this in date in your mind because this is when our current President the man himself Donald Trump said he would direct federal agencies to begin releasing government files related to aliens and unidentified flying objects, pointing to what he described as strong public interest in the issue.
In a social media post, Trump said he would order Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth and other agencies to release the information, calling the matter "extremely interesting and important."
Trump accused former President Barack Obama of improperly disclosing classified information when discussing aliens publicly, saying Obama "made a big mistake." And continued by saying that "He took it out of classified information ... He's not supposed to be doing that," Trump told reporters while traveling to Georgia. During an interview with podcast host Brian Tyler Cohen released on Saturday, Obama was asked if aliens were real.
"They're real, but I haven't seen them, and they're not being kept in ... Area 51. There's no underground facility unless there's this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the United States," Obama said. Area 51 is a classified Air Force facility in Nevada that fringe theorists have speculated holds alien bodies and a crashed spaceship. CIA archives released in 2013 said it was a test site for top-secret spy planes.
There was no indication in Obama's remarks that the former president released classified information. Obama's office did not respond to a request for comment. "I saw no evidence during my presidency that extraterrestrials have made contact with us. Really!" Obama said in an Instagram post on Sunday. In the post, Obama explained his belief that aliens exist by saying the statistical odds of life beyond Earth were high because the universe is so vast.
He added that the chances of extraterrestrial life visiting Earth were low given the distance. Following his comments on Obama, Trump added that he had not seen evidence that aliens exist, saying, "I don't know if they're real or not." In recent years, the Pentagon has investigated reports of UFOs, and senior military leaders said in 2022 they found no evidence to suggest that aliens had visited Earth or crash-landed here. A 2024 Pentagon report said U.S. government investigations since the end of World War Two had found no evidence of extraterrestrial technology and most sightings were misidentified ordinary objects and phenomena.
The website of the National Archives and Records Administration says it has records related to UFOs across numerous collections. FAA lifts El Paso airport flight ban after drone incident
Just when we thought we head enough of the Drone stuff here we go and this one as said was was enough to shut these flights down until as reported. "The threat has been neutralized, and there is no danger to commercial travel in the region," the post said. "The restrictions have been lifted and normal flights are resuming." In its initial notice about the closure, the agency cited "special security reasons" as the catalyst for the closure, but did not provide further information. While Duffy's post suggested it was the result of criminal foreign drone activity, Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said during a Feb. 11 news conference that there was no information about drones on the border.
Citing unnamed sources, news reported that the closure was related to Pentagon drone testing, not an active military operation. A social media post from the El Paso airport acknowledged the closure. "All flights to and from El Paso are grounded, including commercial, cargo and general aviation. The FAA has issued a flight restriction halting all flights to and from El Paso effective from February 10 at 11:30 PM (MST) to February 20 at 11:30PM (MST).
Which airlines fly to El Paso?
The airport is served by:
Alaska Airlines.
American Airlines and American Eagle.
Delta Air Lines.
Frontier Airlines.
Southwest Airlines.
United Airlines and United Express.
Those airlines were scheduled to operate a total of 43 departures from the airport on Feb. 11, all of which were likely to be canceled, according to Cirium, an aviation analytics company. Cirium's data shows that those flights could carry more than 5,900 passengers total. With 19 flights, Southwest had the most scheduled departures at El Paso on Feb. 11, followed by American with 12 scheduled departures, according to Cirium. United and Southwest issued travel waivers to offer affected passengers extra flexibility in rebooking their flights.
The restriction covered a 10‑mile area around El Paso and applied to all airspace from the ground up to nearly 18,000 feet. Under the restriction, aircraft were not allowed to fly in the area unless they received specific authorization from federal officials. It did not affect nearby Mexican airspace. Robert W. Mann Jr., a former airline executive officer and current president of R.W. Mann and Co., an independent airline consultancy, said the move was "unprecedented. I’ve never seen anything like this."
Travelers are encouraged to contact their airlines for the latest flight status and rebooking information. If your flight was affected by the airport closure, you’re entitled to a full refund if you choose not to travel. Airlines will likely try to reaccommodate affected passengers, but El Paso is hundreds of miles from other airports with commercial service.Among the nearest are Albuquerque, New Mexico, at least a three-and-a-half-hour drive away, and Tucson, Arizona, about a four-and-a-half-hour drive away, according to Google Maps.
Southwest Airlines acknowledged the closure in a statement to USA TODAY. "At the direction of the FAA, Southwest has paused all operations to and from El Paso International Airport. We have notified affected Customers and will share additional information as it becomes available. Nothing is more important to Southwest than the Safety of its Customers and Employees," the statement said. The airline did not specify how customers were being reaccommodated. The other airlines serving El Paso did not immediately respond to a request for comment from USA TODAY. Mann, the aviation consultant, warned that in addition to flight cancellations, airplanes and crews could have been stuck in El Paso for the duration of the closure.
“The [temporary flight restrictions] are absolute unless the carriers and operators get waivers. Presumably, if they can move the airplanes, they’re going to want to move the crews,” he said. For both passengers and crews, El Paso's location is a further complicating factor. “El Paso is really remote. There’s nothing convenient that you’re going to be able to fly to as an alternate. You’re talking hours away" by car, Mann said, suggesting that airlines may have to resort to moving crews over land to get them out of the city.
Savannah Guthrie's mom missing, person detained but released...
Still missing more than a week now Savannah Guthrie's mother, Nancy Guthrie, who went missing from her Arizona home in a possible kidnapping as it's being reported has some news, and it's that law enforcement brought a man in for questioning before releasing him. The Pima County Sheriff's Department deputies "detained a subject during a traffic stop south of Tucson" and questioned the person "in connection to the Nancy Guthrie investigation" the evening of Feb. 10, a statement obtained as reported.
Sad news Rest in Peace James Van Der Beek, (48) dies of colon cancer
My whole life I've never been into "Teen Drama Shows" or anything but in the late 90's and early 2000's when the show "Dawson's Creek" started I became a fan mostly due to how hot Kaitie Holmes was and she was so hot back then before the Tom Cruise years but the show it'self was so good I became a fan and got the dvd box sets when they came out, and never was ashamed of it as a man of being a fan of the teen drama.
It's the only Teen Drama I've ever enjoyed, and own on DVD, and which I can say is in my top 20 favorite shows. I've always been more into Sci Fi tv, or stuff like X-Files, Sliders, Smallville, 24, and so on... But Actor James Van Der Beek was so good along with the rest of the cast I became a fan of the show, and his and always wondered why as the lead he didn't have more of a breakout, and become like a big movie star.
Sadly the actor now has died at the age of 48 on Wednesday, Feb. 11 2026 of the same illness which almost took my dad's life, and I'm scared for myself as I am suffering some of these symptoms now and trying to get disability to help as I cannot afford a Private health provider. Can't work, and nobody donates to me and this hobby of news reporting online doesn't pay.
He spoke openly about his illness, frequently updating fans in the final years of his life. Colon cancer (sometimes referred to as colorectal cancer because it often spreads to the rectum) is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer and second leading cause of cancer-related deaths when numbers for men and women are combined, according to the American Cancer Society. It is one of the most preventable cancers in the United States, but symptoms often go undetected.
Van Der Beek spoke with USA TODAY in August 2025 about the importance of catching it early. "To me, the biggest misunderstanding is that you need to have symptoms to get screened," he said. "I was very healthy, in amazing cardiovascular shape, and had full-blown Stage 3 cancer, and I didn't know it." The National Cancer Institute says colon and rectal cancers make up about 7.6% of all new cancer cases, and the American Cancer Society estimates there will be 108,860 new cases of colon cancer in 2026.
The illness of Colorectal cancer is one of 17 different types of cancer rising for Gen X and millennial's, according to American Cancer Society research published in 2025. There's no exact cause known for the rise in cancers among young people, according to experts, but researchers are trying to figure it out. My guess is the amount of Sugar intake, and other horrible things in our foods now which is what I think RFK Jr and others in this Administration are trying to help prevent. The disease begins with the formation of benign polyps in the body's large intestine, also known as the colon. Over time, these polyps can become cancerous (malignant) and spread to other areas of the body.
These symptoms overlap with common conditions like stomach flu or food poisoning, but if they last for more than a few days, it’s time to talk to a health care provider. Again something sadly I cannot afford. But to all who suffer who can please have yourself checked and don't wait. This is why my dad survived his colon cancer, and he had a SOFTBALL size tumor record back in 2004 and he's still here with me thank the lord. To the family of James Van Der Beek and himself hope they find peace in GOD, and his soul is at peace, and in love eternally. Good man gone to soon.. Rest in Peace James.

Defense is toast After Stunning Student Confession against Don Lemon!
Well them shoes keep on fitting for Cindafella disgraced once CNN anchor as a Temple University student has turned himself in on federal charges in connection with a protest at a St. Paul, Minnesota church that also involved self described journalist Don Lemon, authorities said this week that Jerome Richardson, a 21-year-old senior at the university, was taken into federal custody Monday in Philadelphia in connection with the January 18 demonstration at Cities Church, according to officials and court records. He was later released pending further proceedings.
Richardson is one of several people indicted in the case, which also includes Lemon and others, on charges alleging they conspired to interfere with the free exercise of religion and unlawfully disrupt the church service during an anti-immigration protest. In public statements made before his arrest, Richardson acknowledged helping Lemon with logistics and connecting him with local contacts ahead of the protest, saying he supported the reporting and demonstration.
“Don was reporting on the situation on the ground during the occupation by DHS and ICE and Border Patrol agents. At that time, I was proud to support his work in exposing the everyday injustices that resulted from the agenda. As a consequence of this support, I’m now being targeted by Trump and the federal administration,” Richardson said in the video, per CBS News. “This is the price of being unapologetic about humanity and love of Christ,” he continued, noting he supported the protesters, highlighting “the hypocrisy of how Pastor David Easterwood could simultaneously be a pastor at the church and the local leader of ICE operations.”
“What people are experiencing goes against human and civil rights as well as the teachings of Jesus, who indeed flipped over tables,” Richardson said in the video. Temple University released a statement about Richardson’s charges that said in part. We understand that the circumstances surrounding this matter are developing. Out of respect for the privacy of the student and the ongoing legal process, the University will not comment on the specifics. As we’ve shared previously, we deeply value the First Amendment, including the rights of free speech, a free press and the freedom to exercise religion. We encourage and educate our students to engage thoughtfully and lawfully to advocate for their beliefs and values, raise awareness and contribute to constructive dialogue.
Lemon, who was arrested previously by federal agents in connection with the incident, has said he was present in a reporting capacity and has defended his actions, citing First Amendment protections. Federal prosecutors allege that the protest which interrupted a worship service at the church involved actions intended to intimidate or impede congregants’ religious exercise, triggering the use of federal civil rights statutes in the indictment.
“You have the right to worship freely and safely, and if you violate that sacred right, we are coming after you,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a video posted on social media. The case remains pending, and court appearances for the defendants have been scheduled as the legal process continues. Lemon and three other defendants arrested in connection with the protest, which took place inside a St. Paul church were released last week following initial court appearances. Lemon said he plans to fight the charges after a federal grand jury indicted him and several other activists in U.S. District Court in Minnesota.
The defendants are accused of conspiring to deprive church congregants of their rights and interfering with religious freedom inside a house of worship, reviving a case that was rejected last week by a magistrate judge, The New York Times reported. The indictment names nine defendants, including seven protesters, Lemon, and another journalist. Seven of those charged have appeared in court so far, and four were released Friday.

Billie Eillish is getting called out by Native Americans!
This so called artist/activist who is as clueless as most in tinsel town are Billie Eillish is getting called out by a Native American tribe after she insisted "no one is illegal on stolen land" during her acceptance speech at the Grammys. As funny as that is this idiot who owes her entire life, existence and ability to spew such stupidity is because of the history however it went happened and this was centuries ago.
The past is the past but low IQ activists forget these facts.
But you know who didn't? The Tongva tribe, based in Southern California, they told FOXNews the singer's multi-million-dollar mansion sits on their ancestral land in Glendale. Making her both a moron and complete hypocrite. As The tribe says they have reached out to Eilish but have not heard back from her shocking huh? "It is our hope that in future discussions, the tribe can explicitly be referenced to ensure the public understands that the greater Los Angeles basin remains Gabrieleno Tongva territory."
This is what has happened to these moron liberals in Hollyweird it's like When Satan inhabits someone's body and the eyes roll back and all sorts of dumb shit comes out they mouth. She is possessed by stupid like 75% of actors and singers.

LAPD defies Newsom as Chief refuses to enforce mask ban on ICE!
So once again proving why his nickname of "NewScum" is justified the so called "Governor" of California Gavin said into some sort of idiot law a ban on agents wearing masks to avoid having their families targeted by criminals that we all know Gavin loves. Now this is where it gets pretty wild as The Los Angeles Police Department says it will not enforce a new California law that restricts federal immigration agents from wearing face coverings, pushing back against a measure backed by Governor Gavin Newsom and aimed at Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
Police Chief Jim McDonnell said the department will not stop or cite federal agents for violating the state’s mask ban, citing safety concerns and the risk of escalating confrontations between law enforcement agencies. Following by saying that “The reality of one armed agency approaching another armed agency to create conflict over something that would be a misdemeanor at best or an infraction it doesn’t make any sense.” In what we can only see as a "DUH" common sense moment by finally someone with a working mind in California. Perhaps he should be Governor instead of Gavin NewScum.
The No Secret Police Act, signed by Newsom in September, prohibits most law enforcement officers, including federal agents, from wearing masks or facial coverings while carrying out official duties, with limited exceptions for undercover work or protective equipment. Supporters say the measure increases transparency and prevents the use of “secret police” tactics during immigration operations which will endanger the families of these agents. So the Federal officials and Republican leaders have sharply criticized the law, arguing it's exposing their identities and unlawfully interferes with federal authority. Again and puts families in danger! The U.S. Department of Justice has challenged the law in court, saying it violates the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause.
McDonnell said the LAPD’s role is to maintain public safety, not to police federal officers engaged in immigration enforcement. Good job! "You have the ICE agents who are doing their job. And for us to come in then and try and create an enforcement action for wearing a mask, it's not a safe way to do business," McDonnell said. Again someone make him Governor and fire Gavin.

Don Lemon Arrested Over Anti-ICE Minnesota Church Protest
Disgraced Former CNN activist and horrible show anchor Don Lemon has been arrested over an anti-ICE protest that took place in a Minnesota church during Sunday services last week. According to a statement attributed to Lemon's attorney, "Don Lemon was taken into custody by federal agents last night in Los Angeles, where he was covering the Grammy awards." And well the world couldn't be happier as this was LONG over due. This idiot thinks he's above the law?
Does he really thinks after being FIRED from all his so called "Journalist" jobs he can slap on his MIC "DL" his initials and do YouTube videos and call himself a "Journalist" well Don you can't. You see you need to be paid by someone to work for them and do the job of a reporter which doesn't include you storming into a Church on Sunday with a bunch of goons to distrup the lawful peace of worship which they have not just under the same 1st amendment you are abusing but it's also part of the very fabric not just of our country but the world.
How would Muslims like it if some conservative like Tucker Carlson did this to them? Or any other religion he didn't agree with the liberals loved? They would be outrage and Tucker Carlson would be in prison for life as you liberals know you would do anything to make sure he never leaves a prison cell.
All I know is this better stick or you have to fire Pam Bondi if this one also fails to do anything she's already facing harsh critical backlash for not doing enough on James Comey, Letitia James and the Epstein file debackle. This is her last chance in my book she should have been fired already but this one must result in him in prison.
NOW we know there is going to be another OBAMA/Biden or CLINTON judge who gets the call to bail him out. But this is something that Pam and the Supreme Court plus President Trump need to address they cannot allow the Rogue Judges to keep helping criminals like this.

Breaking NEWS! Ilhan Omar was sprayed with apple cider vinegar! LMAO!
Now here is where this gets hilarioous as neighbors noted that Kazmierczak had hinted at being arrested before the event, suggesting his attack was planned. The assault took place amid a broader climate of hostility toward Omar, who has been a frequent target of Trump’s verbal back and forth for many years now as she is also involved in the fraud in Minnesota. Trump’s derogatory comments about Omar, including calling her and Somali immigrants “garbage,” have been widely criticized by liberals as fueling the aggressive atmosphere surrounding her but fail to talk about all the trash she and her fraud squad has been doing it to Trump for years, and so when he fires back they spin it and say he's the bad one being aggressive.
She hates our country and it's clear remember the "Some people did something" comment on 911? And her many incident raises important questions about the responsibility of political leaders to maintain civility and avoid language that can incite violence. Especially those like her not born in this country. How you going to come to another country and trash talk it when it gave you the life, and freedom you didn't have in your shit hole country?
It also underscores the need for stronger security measures for lawmakers in today’s polarized political climate. So we should all understand when you vote GARBAGE like her in this is the sort of "Trojan Horse" you allow into your land.

Well this is both bananas and rice! LOL
Rosen was joined in the announcement by HSI Acting Executive Associate Director, Homeland Security Investigations John A. Condon.
Among those charged were:
Gillian Etherington, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who is alleged to have rammed her car into a United States Border Patrol vehicle and drove away.
Border Patrol Agents followed Etherington who drove into oncoming traffic and struck an unmarked law enforcement vehicle near a high school. Etherington refused to comply with Agents’ commands to exit her car. As Agents attempted to remove her from the car, Etherington put the car in gear.
Paul Johnson, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who is alleged to have been following Customs and Border Protection Officers in his van. Johnson exited his van and approached the CBP Officers’ vehicle with a baseball bat in his hand. After Officers told Johnson to stop approaching and get back, Johnson returned to his van, left the baseball bat, but grabbed a canister of pressurized oleoresin capsicum (“pepper spray”), and sprayed the CBP Officer’s vehicle.
Ilan Wilson-Soler, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who is alleged to have approached federal law enforcement officers with a large fire extinguisher, pointed it at the officers, sprayed them, and then ran away. While Wilson-Soler was running away, he collided with another federal law enforcement officer and hit her in the knee with the fire extinguisher.
Abdikadir Noor, of St. Cloud, Minnesota, who is alleged to have thrown a brick at Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officers. When Officers attempted to arrest Noor, he fled and, once caught, attempted to avoid being handcuffed by grappling with the Officers.
Margaret Sager, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, who is alleged to have jumped on the back of an Immigration and Customs Enforcement Officer and put her arm around his neck in what appeared to be a strangle hold. At the time of Sager’s assault on the Officer, the Officer had arrested an illegal alien and was escorting the illegal alien to a vehicle for transportation.
Also charged were Kirubele Adbebe of Rosemont, Minnesota; Nasra Ahmed of Woodberry, Minnesota; Helicity Borowska of Mahtomedi, Minnesota; Joshua Doyle of Robbinsdale, Minnesota; Nitzana Flores of South Haven, Minnesota; Christina Rank of St. Paul, Minnesota; Madeline Tschida of Becker, Minnesota; Alice Valentine of St. Cloud, Minnesota; William Vermie of Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Quentin Williams of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
United States Attorney Rosen stated, “We do not tolerate assaults on federal officers and those who commit that crime will be held accountable.” and continued with “People need to understand their actions have consequences and that obstruction, assault and impeding is not protected under the disguise of protesting,” said HSI Acting Executive Associate Director, Homeland Security Investigations John A. Condon. “We will continue to work with the Department of Justice to ensure anyone that oversteps that line of peaceful protester to illegal agitator will be apprehended and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
A complaint is only a charge and is not evidence of guilt. The defendants are presumed innocent. As a felony trial cannot be held on a complaint, a decision to seek an indictment will be made in the near future. These cases are being investigated by Homeland Security Investigations.

Elissa Slotkin and her video goofball group under investigation!
Finally Sen. Elissa Slotkin, D-Mich., is reportedly the subject of an open federal investigation following a now very well known viral video in which she and several other lawmakers encouraged service members to "refuse illegal orders." The senator told The New York Times that she discovered the probe was launched by U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro's office. Now The Times reported that Jeanine Pirro's office sent an email to the Senate’s sergeant-at-arms requesting an interview with Slotkin or her private counsel.
Elissa Slotkin reportedly described the probe to the Times as an effort by an authoritarian president to use the federal government as a tool of intimidation. "Facts matter little, but the threat matters quite a bit," Slotkin told the Times. "The threat of legal action; the threat to your family; the threat to your staff; the threat to you." Which laughable because when asked what Illegal things has "Trump" asked done, and she couldn't come up with 1 single order. So why bother making the video if nothing has been said to soldiers that is illegal?
This is why Pirro's office would have to look into these actions because it doesn't make sense unless the liberals are trying to swing the midterms, and using a fake narrative to divide our country again so while Pirro's office has yet to confirm or deny the existence of the probe the target of the "probe" Slotkin released a video statement later on Wednesday, saying that she was facing threats after President Donald Trump spoke about the controversial video. She said that more than 1,000 threats came in and that "over 1000 were credible and are being investigated." Slotkin also shared that her family had to deal with the fallout from the controversy. This is how these people do! They start problems with fake crap, and when TRUMP says anything back all of a sudden he's the "bad guy" who is targeting them.
This idiot said that "To be clear, this is the president's playbook. Truth doesn't matter, facts don't matter. And anyone who disagrees with him becomes an enemy, and he then weaponizes the federal government against them," Slotkin said in a video posted to X on Wednesday. "It's legal intimidation and physical intimidation meant to get you to shut up."
The controversial video, which was posted in November, featured several lawmakers, including Slotkin, Sen. Mark Kelly, D-Ariz.; Rep. Chris Deluzio, D-Pa.; Rep. Maggie Goodlander, D-N.H.; Rep. Chrissy Houlahan, D-Pa.; and Rep. Jason Crow, D-Colo. All the Democrats who participated in the video, which was slammed as a call to defy Trump and his Secretary of War Pete Hegseth, had military and intelligence backgrounds.
Trump slammed the video and said in multiple Truth Social posts that the lawmakers who participated in it had engaged in "seditious behavior." "It’s called SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Each one of these traitors to our Country should be ARRESTED AND PUT ON TRIAL. Their words cannot be allowed to stand We won’t have a Country anymore!!! An example MUST BE SET," the president wrote on Nov. 20.
The same day, Trump wrote in a separate Truth Social post, "SEDITIOUS BEHAVIOR, punishable by DEATH!" The statement caused an uproar with many slamming what they perceived to be a threat from the president. The video was released amid a nationwide debate about Trump's deployment of the National Guard to various cities across the country.
See he stated the facts and people like these had no basis for the video they made as attacks but this is the liberal playbook since they have no policies going into midterms or the 2028 Presidential elections, and so while yeah, yeah some have been CIA officers or served in Iraq this doesn't excuse you lying to swing elections when you're now a lawmaker. So while the latest lawmakers who participated in the video to face an investigation is justified? YES! Personally I don't care about there past once a liberal hack always a liberal hack, and when you go on video in their position and use words which are isidious, and could cause massive violence so they could gain power in the elextions? Well they belong in prison as far as I'm concerned.
Kelly, who is a retired Navy captain and astronaut, sued the War Department and Hegseth over the department's actions to demote him and cut his retirement pay over the video. The senator's lawsuit said the Trump administration's actions "trample on protections the Constitution singles out as essential to legislative independence." He had no reason to be on video, and now is trying to blame Trump for doing the right move, and this is what these people do. They make up crap and than get mad with the law goes after them.
"It appears that never in our nation’s history has the Executive Branch imposed military sanctions on a Member of Congress for engaging in disfavored political speech," well Mark because not everyone is as big a moron as you. The lawsuit states that The Pentagon's actions "violate numerous constitutional guarantees and have no basis in statute," the lawsuit adds. A War Department official told News that the agency was aware of the lawsuit. "However, as a matter of policy, the Department does not comment on ongoing litigation," the official said.
Pete Hegseth previously moved to censure Kelly, saying earlier this month that he directed Secretary of the Navy John Phelan to review the retired Navy captain's retirement rank and pay and provide a recommendation in 45 days, sharply escalating an investigation alleging he made "seditious statements" that undermined military operations.
In a statement posted to X, Kelly said the "unconstitutional crusade" against him "sends a chilling message to every retired member of the military: if you speak out and say something that the President or Secretary of Defense doesn’t like, you will be censured, threatened with demotion, or even prosecuted." Slotkin's office did not immediately respond for comment. What a bunch of hypocrites these morons who took part in this video. hope they all end up facing the music.

Mamdani just did it! A deeply troubling line was crossed!
This is just horrible for our Jewish friends in NYC... Zohran Kwame Mamdani, the Mayor of New York City, has revoked the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) definition of anti-Semitism a definition widely recognized as a critical tool for identifying and confronting modern anti-Semitism.
At the same time, he rescinded an executive order prohibiting New York City employees from participating in the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement against Israel.
These actions matter... By removing the IHRA definition, Mayor Mamdani has weakened protections for Jewish communities, making it harder to identify anti-Semitism when it disguises itself as “criticism of Israel.” By lifting restrictions on BDS, he has reopened the door for city-sanctioned discrimination against the Jewish People.
Let’s be clear Free speech does not protect hate speech. And anti-Semitism whether overt or rebranded is hate. What is happening in New York is not isolated. It is part of a broader, coordinated effort to normalize anti-Semitism, delegitimize Israel, and silence those who speak their biblical truths.
As anti-Semitism becomes more embedded in public policy and civic life because of this evil thinking. Silence is not an option. We Americans need to protect the Jewish people who are attacked, and standing firm for truth, for Israel, and for biblical justice. Everyone has the right to freedom of speech, and worship in this country, and i'm agnostic I don't practice any religion, and I'm 100% against this move by Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

BREAKING: Judge Hannah Dugan FOUND GUILTY OF OBSTRUCTION!
Prosecutors argue the judge’s actions amounted to unlawful interference with federal law enforcement. The defense, however, maintains that Judge Dugan was following established courthouse protocols and acted within her judicial and administrative responsibilities by referring ICE agents to courthouse leadership rather than acting independently.
At stake in this case is a broader legal question about the limits of judicial authority, the balance between state courts and federal agencies, and how far a judge’s control extends beyond the courtroom itself. The outcome could have implications for future cases involving courthouse operations, judicial discretion, and federal enforcement actions. This video breaks down what happened, what each side is arguing, and why this trial is drawing national attention.

Let's be honest one of the biggest concerns of many of these Billion dollar companies that deal in energy is changing their status que, and how they make the money they do but to me they're just sometimes working on tech we're not fully aware on that when ready will replace these other forms of energy. Solar panels, and Wind Turbines are not good enough to help in this global problem and so we need a major upscale from what we have now but removing what works to go to something which doesn't, and without something to replace what works isn't good for science, the people, and it's just logical.

TRUMP UNLEASHED "THE COURT SIDES WITH THE PEOPLE’S PRESIDENT
A decision is expected soon, but the arguments indicate a strong conservative majority leans toward affirming broad presidential removal power, viewing restrictions on firing as unconstitutional, thereby allowing such removals as "Article II is the Law of the Land".
Key Points from the Arguments:
Challenging Precedent: The case tests the 1935 Humphrey's Executor ruling, which protected FTC commissioners from at-will firing by the President.
Presidential Power: The Trump administration argued that the President, as head of the Executive Branch, must have ultimate control, including the power to remove officials, even from "independent" agencies, as stated in Article II of the Constitution.
Impact: A ruling expanding this power would significantly increase presidential control over independent agencies like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and potentially other bodies, impacting their independence.
A formal ruling is anticipated, with strong indications the Court will rule in favor of broader presidential power, signaling a potential shift in the balance between executive authority and independent agency functions.
