Another Rogue JOE BIDEN Judge up to protecting CRIMINALS EXPOSED!

The DC Corruption doesn't end folks as Joe Biden federal judge ruled Wednesday that a Department of Homeland Security policy that allows immigration authorities to deport migrants to "third countries" that are not their own, without first giving them notice or the opportunity to object, is unlawful.

A Joe Biden appointed in December 2024 U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy in Massachusetts sided with a group of non-citizens (Illegal Criminals) who filed a class-action lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security last year. He ruled that the Trump administration's policy regarding third-country removals must be set aside.

Murphy paused his ruling for 15 days to give the Trump administration time to appeal. Under the policy issued last March and reaffirmed last July, immigration officers did not need to give notice or an opportunity for migrants to contest their removal to third countries, so long as the government had received word from that country that deportees would not be persecuted or tortured. Third countries are those other than the ones designated on an immigrant's order of removal.

As part of President Trump's immigration agenda and mass deportation campaign, his administration had approached nations like Costa Rica, Panama and Rwanda about accepting migrants who are not their citizens. It also entered into an arrangement with the government of El Salvador to detain Venezuelan migrants at its notorious mega-prison known as CECOT.

The policy allowed for migrants to challenge their removal, but only in cases where they "affirmatively" state a fear. Immigration officers, the policy said, "will not affirmatively ask whether the alien is afraid of being removed to that country." If the government determined that the migrant would "more likely than not" be persecuted or tortured in the country of removal, the government could then designate another country for deportation or refer the case to immigration court.

So this crooked so called Judge Murphy ruled that the Trump administration's third-country removal policy violates federal immigration law and migrants' right to due process. But the joke is that these countries accepted it, and not considered dangerouns places, and so "This policy" of the deporartment is NOT illegal what is are the criminals the Judge is siding with over what we the poeple support. 

Once more showing that they don't care about us only keeping power, and selling our country to the Cartels and criminals.

This which purports to stand in for the protections Congress democrats who as the state of the union proved they don't side with the protection of USA Citizens but only care about illegals. They made this clear, and now this Rogue so called Judge said the mandated fails to satisfy due process for a raft of reasons, not least of which is that nobody really knows anything about these purported 'assurances.' Whom do they cover? What do they cover? Why has the Government deemed them credible? 

How can anyone even know for certain that they exist?" Murphy wrote. "These are basic questions that the Constitution permits a person to ask before the Government takes away their last and only lifeline." The problem is these countries accepted the offer, and are not in any "terrorist list" and they're being sent with consent nothing illegal here. But this corrupt judge, appointed by President Joe Biden, said that under the Department of Homeland Security's policy, migrants can be arrested and dropped off "in parts unknown" as long as the government does not know they would face violence upon their arrival in the third country. Which is NOT the case we always known where they're being deported too.

"It is not fine, nor is it legal," Murphy wrote, and no whats not legal is what they did under Biden you dickhead which is coming here illegally. So Citing federal immigration laws and protections from persecution or torture, he continued "These are our laws, and it is with profound gratitude for the unbelievable luck of being born in the United States of America that this Court affirms these and our nation's bedrock principle: that no 'person' in this country may be 'deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.'" When has Costa Rica been accused of torture? And we have Waterboarding in Guantanamo Bay and so is this illegal also?

The judge accused the Trump administration of giving him false information about the removal of one of the plaintiffs, a Guatemalan national identified as O.C.G., and said the Trump administration "repeatedly violated, or attempted to violate, this Court's orders" during earlier stages of the legal proceedings. The guy is an illegal Criminal, and this Judge is siding with them over our Citizens own votes. So Murphy said O.C.G., who has no known criminal history other than breaking the law to get here, and just cus he didn't get caught doesn't mean he isn't dangerous or hasn't committed crimes additional to breaking the law by coming here illegally. But said he was granted a legal status that prevented him from being deported to his home country of Guatemala. 

So what? He can go to another country which accepted him and is NOT of a danger to him, and so "In response to his being granted that protection, Defendants threw him on a bus to Mexico, where he had just been raped, and where he was quickly sent back to Guatemala, the place an immigration judge had just found he would likely be persecuted," he wrote. "And then Defendants lied about it." But he believed when he was told that they were raped without any proof, and this was just for the Judge to have something to throw out there.

Murphy also accused the Department of Homeland Security of putting an "incendiary gloss" on its policy that ignored migrants who had been granted protection from being sent to their country of origin. This subset of people, he said, were targeted by the administration's third-country removal policy and have personal characteristics that put them at risk of persecution and oppression around the world.

The case before Murphy arose last March when four illegal criminals filed a class-action lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's policy. The dispute wound through the courts after Murphy issued a preliminary injunction in April. The injunction required federal immigration authorities to provide class members with written notice of the third country they may be deported to and a "meaningful opportunity" to raise fears of torture, persecution or death in that country.

Murphy also said that the Trump administration violated several of his orders starting last March, when the Defense Department deported at least six migrants to El Salvador and Mexico without providing them the required process. Obama also deported people but no Judge did this, and left it alone when he did it... So this is telling especially after the show the Democraps did at the state of the union 02-24-2026 when asked to stand if they're America first, and they did not. This is why this isn't shocking ALL these "Joe Biden/Barack Obama" Judges keep doing this to aid violent criminals, and putting us in danger.

Then, in May, Murphy ruled that the White House had violated his preliminary injunction after the Trump administration attempted to remove a group of men with criminal histories to war-torn South Sudan with less than 24 hours' notice and no chance for them to raise fear-based claims. The men, who were from Cuba, Laos, Mexico, Myanmar, South Sudan and Vietnam, were then held at a U.S. naval base in the small African country of Djibouti after Murphy ruled that the Trump administration's attempt to send the men to South Sudan "unquestionably" violated his order. A U.S. immigration official revealed in a court filing that the migrants were being held in a conference room in a converted shipping container and detailed deplorable and dangerous conditions faced by personnel who were guarding the men.

The Trump administration filed emergency appeals all the way up to the Supreme Court seeking to lift Murphy's order, and the high court said last June that immigration authorities could resume deportations to third countries while legal proceedings continued in the lower courts. Several days later, the Supreme Court cleared the way for the Trump administration to deport the migrants held at the naval base in Djibouti to South Sudan. 

So this Judge is siding with criminals over the President, Federal Law, and the Supreme Court... Just let this sink in.

College students, agitators among 86 arrested at rowdy NYC anti-ICE protest!

So as the cops cuffed 86 demonstrators at a rowdy anti-ICE rally in Lower Manhattan Tuesday, among the morons was the daughter of a Moroccan actor, a self-proclaimed poet from an upscale college and a coed whose family owns a posh home in the Hampton's. “My sense is, the vast majority of the 2,500 people that were there, were there to protest peacefully,” NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said on Fox 5 News. “There was a smaller group of a few hundred where we did have to make arrests. Some of them were looking for trouble.” The protest in Foley Square against deportation arrests by federal immigration agents began peacefully but grew increasingly violent shortly after 5 p.m., with the mob hurling bottles at cops and throwing traffic cones into traffic, an NYPD spokesperson said.

Of the 86 who were charged, 52 were issued summonses for disorderly conduct and other minor charges, while 34 were arrested and charged with more serious crimes, including felony assault. Among those busted was Vega Gullette, a 19-year-old student at Sarah Lawrence College in Yonkers who describes herself as “a Moroccan-American writer, artist, and lover of junk.” The teen, who was charged with attempted assault in the second-degree and obstructing government administration, is the daughter of Sean Gullette, an actor, screenwriter and director whose credits include the Darren Aronofsky films “Requiem for a Dream” and “Pi.”

We also know that Sean Gullette had a group of friends show up to her court hearing Wednesday in a show of support, some of whom draped themselves in keffiyehs, which are associated with pro-Palestine political movements. Also among those charged was Rachel Schreiber, 22, of Brooklyn, who is facing resisting arrest, reckless endangerment and attempted assault charges in the melee. She smiled when she saw the large group of friends, some of whom wore masks, who showed up for her hearing in Manhattan criminal court. “So many,” she said to herself while she walked out of the courtroom. Records show her parents own a $3 million home in West Hampton Beach.

“I’m not giving any reaction,” her mother told The Post Wednesday. “I’m not ready to talk about this with the press.” Some of the pinched protesters are no strangers to Big Apple demonstrations. Robert Mills, 40, who was charged with reckless endangerment and issued a disorderly conduct citation in Tuesday’s scuffle, was charged with obstructing governmental administration in April during an anti-Israeli protest in Brooklyn, the Jewish News Syndicate reported. Tabitha Howell, 40 who was cited for disorderly conduct was among those injured when a crazed Queens woman drove into a Manhattan Black Lives matter protest in 2020.

“It’s one thing to face physical recovery,” Howell, who said she suffered five bulging discs in her back and a traumatic brain injury in the incident, told The Post at the time. “It’s another to try to process what happened mentally and emotionally.” Meanwhile, Tisch and Mayor Eric Adams gave assurances this week that the city will not devolve in to chaos like Los Angeles, where ICE agents sparked outbreaks of violence that required the National Guard to step in to try to restore peace.

“Watching what was going on in California, I spent the weekend on the phone with our federal partners in New York City the head of the FBI in New York, federal protective services, homeland security investigations,” Tisch told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe. 

They shouldn’t have trouble making bail... Of course not since this is all being paid for by people in the shadows who like always pay for the deeds of the evil they want to do. This is planned and NOT organic.

Joe Biden wants to give illegals social security checks

Should President Biden be able to give Social Security to illegal immigrants? Speaking as someone who lives with a lot of illegals near my area who got here in the last 2 years it's clear they're getting help from the Biden white house. ONE has told me directly that he, his wife, and step son who all came from south America 2 years ago illegally that they not just are getting help but it was almost instant. They got sent to Miami after crossing the border illegally, they got here in a private flight at night full of illegals and they were give a credit card with money loaded every month, food stamps, and ability to work without question in less than 2 months. Now there is rumors for a year that Biden wants to mandate social security checks to ALL illegals! While we the TAX payers will pay for it big time! This would cause inflation to go higher along with our taxes.

According to a survey from the Associated Press and the NORC Center for Public Affairs Research published Friday, 58% say Biden’s approach to the cost of living either “hurt a little” or “hurt a lot.” By contrast, just 18% say the president had helped ease the pressure with his policies. Another majority (56%) said the same of the president’s handling of immigration and border security, with only 16% saying Biden had helped the issue. A Gallup survey from last month found 55% of Americans said they worry about inflation “a great deal,” with 52% saying the same about the economy and 48% saying the same of illegal immigration. Meanwhile, 40% said Donald Trump had helped the cost of living issue while president, giving him a 22 percentage-point lead over Biden, while 46% said he had bolstered border security a 30-point edge over his rival. In all, consumer prices are up 19% since Biden took office in January 2021, according to federal data, while the annual inflation rate remained elevated at 3.5% as of March.

Meanwhile, the US recorded a record-breaking 2.5 million illegal immigrant apprehensions in fiscal year 2023, which ended Sept. 30, which was followed by an all-time monthly record of nearly 302,000 in December. Most people who illegally cross the border are being released into the US to await rulings on their asylum claims in badly backlogged proceedings. They are entitled to work permits after an initial six-month wait period. Biden ended Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy that required asylum applicants to await decisions south of the border, which Republicans say created an incentive for more migrants to cross illegally. Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said in January that more than 85% of those detained for illegally crossing the border were being released into the US up from 71% in October and 74% in November.

In the AP-NORC poll, 47% of Americans said the 77-year-old Trump had made US relations with other countries and abortion laws worse his worst score on any of the issues polled. Alejandro Mayorkas a known liar who did so under oath in congress recently and is protecting Joe Biden from releasing audio of his testimony in the Robert Kyoung Hur inquiry into the Biden Documents case. Remember he found Biden guilty but didn't prosecute because he said Biden was slow, forgetful and couldn't stand trial at his age. Which to me means he shouldn't be the PRESIDENT also. Can't stand trial shouldn't run the country is that easy.

The 45th president appointed three of the Supreme Court justices who voted in June 2022 to overturn Roe v. Wade and scrap the federal right to an abortion in the case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Trump has sought to moderate voter blowback by encouraging Republican-led states to continue to allow abortions past a certain point of the pregnancy in the cases of rape, incest or medical conditions that threaten the life of the mother. 

Biden has sought to rally voters on the abortion issue, saying Wednesday in response to an Arizona Supreme Court ruling that criminalized nearly all pregnancy terminations in that state that voters should “elect me.” Trump said Friday that the Arizona court “went too far” in reimposing a law from 1864 and that the state legislature should “act as fast as possible” to pass new abortion rights. The poll found Trump also has trouble with voters on environmental and election-related issues, with 46% saying he made climate change worse and the same percentage saying he undermined voting rights and election security.

Biden and the Democrats defied expectations of a “red wave” in the 2022 midterm elections by focusing on abortion rights and Trump’s actions ahead of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot, in which his supporters battled police to disrupt certification of Biden’s Electoral College rigged victory. 

The AP-NORC poll surveyed 1,204 US adults April 4-8, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3.9 percentage points. But let's see how it turns out in 2024. We might not see a red wave or we might but we all need to vote JOE OUT!

Trump might suspend immigration into the US amid COVID 19 crisis

Trump says he will temporarily suspend immigration into the US amid coronavirus crisis, and the US president Tweeted he will sign an executive order to suspend immigration temporarily in order to protect jobs amid growing coronavirus concerns.

Trump offered no further details as to what immigration programs may be affected. President Trump on Monday at the White House tweeted that he would sign an “Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!”

I’m 100% behind this! We need to stabilize our own country right now, and get rid of this virus or things will just get worse, and worse. This is the right move.

“In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens,” Mr. Trump wrote on Twitter, “I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!”

In recent weeks, the Trump administration has said health concerns justified moving swiftly to bar asylum seekers and undocumented immigrants from entering the country, alarming immigration advocates who have said that Mr. Trump and his advisers are using a global pandemic to further hard-line immigration policies.

But the president’s late-night announcement on Monday signals his most wide-ranging attempt yet to seal the country off from the rest of the world. A formal order temporarily barring the provision of new green cards and work visas could come as early as the next few days, according to several people familiar with the plan.
