The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) threatened action against ABC over the remarks, leading the network to suspend the show for the low IQ moron one time black face painted wannabe comedian Jimmy Kimmel made comments on his September 16 episode regarding the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk. He criticized the "MAGA gang" for attempting to characterize the suspected killer as anything other than a member of their movement and for trying to "score political points" from the incident. 

These comments drew criticism from the head of the FCC and led ABC to preempt the show indefinitely so Nexstar Media Group, which owns 32 ABC affiliates, also stated it would stop airing the show. 

The statement added that the company “strongly objects to recent comments made by Mr. Kimmel concerning the killing of Charlie Kirk and will replace the show with other programming in its ABC-affiliated markets.” 

Andrew Alford, President of Nexstar’s broadcasting division, elaborated on the decision in a statement to PEOPLE, saying, “Mr. Kimmel’s comments about the death of Mr. Kirk are offensive and insensitive at a critical time in our national political discourse, and we do not believe they reflect the spectrum of opinions, views, or values of the local communities in which we are located.” 

 Alford continued, “Continuing to give Mr. Kimmel a broadcast platform in the communities we serve is simply not in the public interest at the current time, and we have made the difficult decision to preempt his show in an effort to let cooler heads prevail as we move toward the resumption of respectful, constructive dialogue.”

The media company’s decision came two days after Kimmel mentioned Kirk in his monologue. Kirk was shot and killed during a speaking event at Utah Valley University on Sept. 10. He was 31. During Kimmel’s Monday, Sept. 15 monologue, he directly addressed President Donald Trump’s “Make America Great Again” supporters, saying, “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them.” 

PEOPLE reached out to representatives for Kimmel. Now on to South Park who not saying it was canceled but watching the last 3 episodes guess where this season was going? So with what I'm sure was going to be more about Charlie Kirk spring boarding from the previous show but with now Charlie passing how can they air what they have? The rest of this season is based on them going at Trump, Vance, Kirk.

They might have to either drop every script, and drop this horrible and evil storyline and move on or minus trashing Charlie Kirk or mocking his death they might just not show or talk about him and take on Trump, Vance only. But this wouldn't be like them as it would be a total change in how they have done things in the past so I don't think they will go this path. So what will they do? 

Don't know but they won't air a new episode this week, and if I was them I'd tae the rest of this year off, and just remove the previous episodes from Cannon, and just start over next year with a whole new season. Give it a rest guys a man died because some people who hated him for simply speaking his mind. Think if it was you after all the crap they have done.

Star Trek actor Tim Russ is facing criticism after mocking the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk by posting an image of Captain Kirk on social media with the caption, “The only Kirk that matters.”

Russ, best known for playing Tuvok in Star Trek: Voyager, shared the post just days after Kirk was gunned down while speaking at Utah Valley University. His post has since circulated widely online, drawing backlash for appearing to make light of Kirk’s death.

The actor is due to return in the Star Trek: Khan podcast. Worth a mention is that Russ’s comments also follow Skydance acquiring Paramount, which has been said to be getting rid of DEI policies.

It’s unknown if that is an additional reason for Russ’s tweet. Russ has also done voice work for Elder Scrolls and Starfield, two games from game developer Bethesda, which is also facing major backlash for social media posts. CBS to settle Trump 10 Billion Suit?

CBS owner considers settling Trump suit over Kamala Harris’ ‘60 Minutes’ interview where the network clipped out her word salad answer, and edited it to make her look good which yes folks this is CLEAR election interference. The owners or Global Executives and parent company "Paramount" have held internal talks about settling the lawsuit filed by President-elect Donald Trump.

Paramount, is hoping to close its planned merger with Skydance Media in the coming months but has been sued by Trump for allegedly favorably editing the “60 Minutes” sit-down with Harris just before the election. Now post election with Trump coming out the winner and soon as in the next 24 hours will reclaim his place as the President of the country it's become clear that Trump’s dissatisfaction with CBS News is proving to be a major hurdle he plans on seeing all the way through. Some say he will likely need to pony up concessions to win approval, The Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

The Post had previously reported that the deal will likely remain in regulatory purgatory for the foreseeable future under Trump-nominated FCC chair Brendan Carr, unless it satisfies certain “fairness” conditions that will be demanded by Trump’s FCC. The FCC has authority over the deal because it would involve the transfer of broadcast TV licenses held by local CBS-owned stations. The Journal said there was no indication that Paramount had approached Trump’s team about a settlement, but executives at the company were gaming out options to reduce friction with the incoming administration in order to facilitate the merger. A rep for Trump did not immediately comment on whether Paramount had contacted the President-elect’s team.

One source told The Post that the talks have been described as “informal,” meaning there have been no presentations or formal plans devised. Reps for Paramount and Skydance did not comment. At issue is Trump’s $10 billion lawsuit against CBS, which alleges that the network committed election interference by editing portions of the “60 Minutes” interview with Harris to eliminate a “word salad” answer about the Israel-Hamas war.

Trump claimed CBS aired one version of the interview on “60 Minutes” and another version on its show “Face the Nation,” each containing different answers, and demanded the network release the transcript of the taped interview. CBS has said it aired a more succinct version of Harris’s interview on “60 Minutes” for clarity. It has refused to release a full transcript of the interview. Reports of settlement talks follow a capitulation by rival ABC News in a defamation suit brought by Trump.

He sued the Disney-owned network and star anchor George Stephanopoulos over comments the “This Week” host made on air stating that Trump had been found civilly liable for raping writer E. Jean Carroll. A federal jury determined Trump was liable for sexual abuse. Last month, Disney settled the defamation lawsuit, agreeing to contribute $15 million to Trump’s presidential foundation or museum and to pay $1 million in legal fees to Trump’s lawyer. Recently, Carr wrote a letter to Disney CEO Bob Iger, ripping national news media, saying: “Americans no longer trust the national news media to report fully, accurately, and fairly.”

His thinking extends to CBS’ coverage, as well. As a result, Paramount and Skydance execs have considered a number of possible changes, such as bringing in more oversight over CBS News editorial operations, adding new processes around programming and possibly releasing the transcript of its “60 Minutes” interview with Harris, The Journal reported. This week, CBS News announced that it appointed veteran CBS News producer Susan Zirinsky as executive editor to oversee the network’s editorial process and journalistic standards on an interim basis amid allegations of bias. The network is currently looking for a permanent hire and has reached out to several cable news execs for the role, a source said.

The move follows a handful of missteps by the network, including its most recent flap over a Jan. 12 segment on “60 Minutes” about the Biden administration’s handling of the war in Gaza. The segment triggered concerns over bias at the news division. Jewish organizations and the Anti-Defamation League ripped the episode for being slanted against Israel. Executives internally raised questions about why more context wasn’t added to the piece to make it more balanced, The Journal reported.

Meanwhile, Skydance, which is run by David Ellison the son of billionaire Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison, a Trump booster is itching to close the $8 billion Paramount deal, which has painstakingly taken months to hammer out with controlling shareholder Shari Redstone, who also has a good relationship with Trump.

Under the terms of the deal, Skydance and its investors agreed buy out Redstone’s Paramount stake and merge it with Skydance, which as produced films for the studio that include the latest “Mission: Impossible” sequels and “Top Gun: Maverick.” A person close to Skydance said David Ellison would support measures to promote unbiased journalism, The Journal said.

Star Wars Rumor has it that Dave Filoni's upcoming Star Wars... IS DOA! IF This casting news is real.

So after fans let it be known they wanted Anthony Ingruber by boycotting "SOLO: A B/S story" which tanked at the boxoffice looks like one time fan favorite Dave Filoni might make the same blunder the original directors made when casting that horrible POS movie. By the way the 1st and only MAJOR BOMB in SW history, and this includes, spinoff and Sequels... Oh the old Holiday special was better than the Con Howard movie.

Notice how when that movie was being done how Ronny Howard had all those ads making out how he could teach directing and how to make movies that made money? Notice how ALL that went away with 1 BOMB. IF Filoni makes this mistake and brings back what's his name from SOLO and doesn't just use face swap at this point which is what fans seem to prefer as look what happen when they did it with LUKE?



Either that or give us the ACTOR we wanted... Anthony Ingruber. How the hell does Disney & Lucasfilms not hire this guy? He's played Ford in a movie and looks and sounds JUST like Harrison Ford! This re-casting of simply THE WORST POSSIBLE CHOICE who already failed in a movie rejected by fans, and hated by most! Just look at the DeepFake comments if you don't believe me most fans wanted Ingruber and not Alden.



Filoni is seen by fans as the Anti Katheen Kennedy but if he brings this dude back he just gave the entire SW fan community the middle finger also... This would be a final straw as ANYTHING he puts out will be DOA which means DEAD on Arrival.











Also the rumor has it that Alden Ehrenreich (Who again was already once rejected by fans!) will be in the film and also that Leia will be recast, which again is dumb since they already did a face swap with a stand in years ago and by the time this movie even goes to production the TECH do this is 100% better now and is getting even better. So I don’t know why Disney would even allow this b/s! Now how big the parts are for either is in question but both are a major mistake again at this point. Also no plot details on what's even in the movie. Entertainment Weekly in April posted that "Dave Filoni and Jon Favreau" made statements hinting that the feature will be an event film akin to 2012’s The Avengers.



Filoni called it “a clamoring of characters saying, ‘How do I get in this picture?’ And that’s what Jon [Favreau] and I have been figuring out.”
The implication seems to be that Dave Filoni could be bringing in characters from most or all of the current and/or completed Disney+ series. Will it be set in the New Republic era? Including The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett? Also will the upcoming shows like Ahsoka and Skeleton Crew play a part in this? Considering the extended lifetimes of certain alien species along with Star Wars’ penchant for resurrection we could possibly see characters popping up from Andor, Obi-Wan Kenobi, the prequel films, or even The Acolyte.



Then there’s the many animated characters waiting to be transferred to live-action, something Dave Filoni is intimately familiar with as the showrunner for The Clone Wars. Filoni has hinted we could even see non-canonical characters from other media pop up in the film, and there’s always the officially canonical Star Wars comics and novels published after Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm. For example, the Wookiee Black Krrsantan (Carey Jones), who made his live-action debut in The Book of Boba Fett, appeared first in Marvel‘s 2015 Darth Vader comic.



When Alden Ehrenreich first played a younger Han Solo in 2018, again the film proved to be the first Star Wars flop. With a production budget approaching $300 million, not to mention an undisclosed marketing budget, Solo failed to break even. Critics were relatively unimpressed with the story though there were plenty of complaints about the cast while some thought Donald Glover’s turn as a younger Lando Calrissian proved to be a standout.

Personally I didn't like him either as Lando...

Don't be like Katheel Kennedy Dave and don't make the same mistakes the OG directors on the Solo: A B/S story made in picking the wrong person for the role twice... There is only 1 person born for the role not named Harrison Ford, and that's Anthony Ingruber. Hands down.

First look at Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones 5

While we still have no trailer or poster for the upcoming fifth Indiana Jones movie. A teaser was shown to guests at the D23 Expo a few months ago, but it was never released in theaters or online. Heck, the movie doesn’t even official title yet, as far as anyone outside Lucasfilm knows.

The movie is just a few months away, so expect to start seeing and hearing a lot more about it. The movie which was directed by James Mangold and written by Mangold with Jez and John-Henry Butterworth. (This marks the first Indiana Jones that wasn’t directed by Steven Spielberg or written in part by George Lucas.) 

Empire Magazine is promising a big cover story in their latest issue, and while they’ve yet to reveal any of its contents, they did share the magazine’s cover which features our first full look at Ford back in costume as the now 80-year-old Indiana Jones.

Ford last played Indiana Jones back in 2008, in the poorly-received Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. A fifth film was mentioned way back then, but only came together in the last several years, after Spielberg finally decided he did not want to direct the movie and Mangold was brought on to replace him. 

(Spielberg remains a producer on the project.)

Not much is known about the film’s story yet, although at least part is set in 1960s New York City, as evidenced by the other cover of this month’s Empire, which is a painting of Indy in Manhattan, looking out at the Chrysler Building.

Cuomo who recently threatened to throw a guy down a flight of stairs for calling him “Fredo.” And by once, browbeat McEnany in an attempt to get her to admit that President Trump has lied to the American people. “No. I don’t believe the President has lied.” said Kayleigh McEnany again President the campaign national press secretary to the PRESIDENT! She told Cuomo that President Trump has never lied to the country. Which he hasn’t, and we all know by now that the left has been the liars, Russian hoaxers, colluders, and traitors to this country with their socialist agenda.

Trump never brought up Puerto Rico he suggested buying Greenland officials as a joke in GREENLAND tweeted about trading Puerto Rico for the frozen Greenland days after the President’s tweet.
