đ„ Lawmakers DEVASTATE Fani with New Law That Could Leave Her Bankrupt?
Well looks like our favorite "Fani" "What you talking about" Willis could end up bankrupt after lawmakers are passing a bill which folks could change things in GA forever. Georgia lawmakers passed a new system to pay the wrongfully convicted and here is where current POTUS 47 comes in as his case in GA is tied in so with this now we also find out that the Trump election case was added and he could sue her office along with people like Young Thug for who knows how many MILLIONS! Esentially bankrupting her.
Next stop is Gov. Brian Kempâs desk for a signature.
Senate Bill 244, originally inspired by Trumpâs election interference case in Georgia, was later amended to revive the Wrongful Conviction Compensation Act, a stalled House bill that was aimed at providing reparations to people wrongfully incarcerated. House lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have faced an uphill battle in their efforts to properly compensate those who have been wrongfully incarcerated. The process is currently done on a case-by-case basis through individual compensation resolutions that must pass through the full legislative process like any other bill. Legislation to standardize the process was initially introduced by Atlanta Democratic Rep. Scott Holcomb in 2022, and re-introduced in 2023, but his efforts have repeatedly been stalled in the Senate by Republican opposition. The version that ultimately emerged as the clock ran out on the 2025 legislative session Friday, sponsored by Alpharetta Republican Sen. Brandon Beach, secured a 35-18 vote in its second pass through the Senate, with all Republicans and the three highest-ranking Senate Democrats voting in support of the legislation. Its passage also marked a final sine die gavel for Beach, a staunch Trump ally who was recently appointed by the president to serve as U.S. Treasurer.
If Gov. Brian Kemp signs the bill into law, it will allow criminal defendants to recoup their legal costs from county prosecuting attorneysâ budgets in cases where the prosecutor is disqualified for personal or professional misconduct. (During Trumpâs election interference case in Georgia, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was disqualified after an appeals court judge found that her romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade created a âsignificant appearance of impropriety.â) Separately, it will establish a new process under Georgia state law for people who have been convicted for crimes they did not commit and later exonerated, allowing administrative law judges to rule on wrongful conviction compensation cases and awarding a standardized rate of $75,000 for each year of incarceration to each exoneree, with an additional $25,000 added for each year spent on death row.
This is the third consecutive biennium that legislators in the House have attempted to reform the system for compensating those who have been wrongfully incarcerated. However, Republican opposition in the Senate particularly from Sen. Randy Robertson, a Cataula Republican and former law enforcement officer has repeatedly stalled those efforts. Under current Georgia law, those who have been wrongfully convicted must find a state representative who is willing to sponsor an individual compensation resolution for them and file a claim with Georgiaâs Claims Advisory Board. Those resolutions then go through the full legislative process and must pass committees and floor votes in both the House and Senate before they can take effect, but those efforts too have routinely died in the Senate in recent years.
Though Robertson emphasized that he was still not fully on board with the legislation aimed at compensating the wrongfully convicted, he conceded that the current system was in need of reform in a speech on the final day of the 2025 legislative session. âWhat I realized is the process is not a good process,â Robertson said, but vowed to continue work shopping the wrongful conviction component of the bill after the 2025 legislative session concludes. âIâm going to ask you today to support the senator from the 21st and vote for this legislation, and in the off-season, weâll tackle the other thing thatâs attached to it and weâll come up with a process that works,â he continued, addressing his Senate colleagues. âSupport this bill, get it across, and I promise you the fightâs not over.â Democrats also condemned the original language of the bill, arguing that it could have a disproportionate impact on smaller counties with more limited budgets, and discourage prosecutors from tackling complex or high-profile cases.
But Holcomb celebrated its passage. âThis will give hope to real people whose lives were devastated and destroyed by a wrongful conviction, and it gives them a path to get some measure of compensation so they can restart their lives,â he said. âIâm very grateful for that. This is a major legislative achievement that comes out of this session.â Though he acknowledged that there is no way to fully undo a wrongful conviction, he hopes that the new system will bring equality and efficiency to the process. âThere isnât a person alive who would trade the money that these individuals are receiving for what happened to them in terms of being locked up in our stateâs prisons, for usually for decades of their lives for something that they didnât do,â he said. âThis is a path to provide some remedy. Itâs an inadequate remedy in terms of nothing can bring back those years, but itâs an adequate remedy in terms of dollars that will really help them through the remaining years of their lives.â

Senator Colton Moore arrested in GA!
MAGA fan and Lawmaker Thrown to Ground as He Tries to Defy Georgia House Ban issued to him just because he is a MAGA favorable senator in Georgia and he's a major adversary of Fani Willis. So now you know his story a bit but things got bad as he was shoved to the ground and arrested Thursday for trying to defy a ban and forcefully enter the House chambers. This is a joke as we now know Trump won the election and to ban a Senator is outrageous, and with Fani Willis being so corrupt how can they continue to ban this man? So Colton Moore was thrown down as he tried to push his way past police and officials to make it inside the chamber for Gov. Brian Kempâs state of the state speech.
House Speaker Jon Burns sent a letter to Moore on Wednesday that reminded him of his ban, but the lawmaker from Georgiaâs uber-conservative northwest, near the Alabama state line fired back that he was legally required to attend Kempâs speech and that he would be there. Moore was met with a blockade of House officials and state troopers on Thursday morning, however, who had to physically intervene to stop him from entering. Moore stopped his physical push after he hit the deck, video captured by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution showed, but he then began complaining to a state trooper.
đš BREAKING: Georgia State Senator Colton Moore, who exposed DA Fani Willis, has been arrested by Anti-Trump Speaker of the Georgia House.

âI represent 200,000 people in northwest Georgia who duly elected me to be here today, and youâre hindering that,â Moore told an officer. âIâm not hindering nothing,â the trooper responded. Moore shouted back: âUnconstitutional. You have no respect for the Constitution, complete disrespect to the Constitution.â The trooper, remaining calm, then warned Moore that he was not going to allow more of his antics.
It was outside that same facility where Moore joined Laura Loomer to protest Trumpâs indictment. Moore has been a steadfast supporter of Trump and has a photo of him smiling next to the president-elect as a pinned post on X. He also describes himself as a âRINO wrangler,â referring to the Trump-era abbreviation for âRepublicans In Name Only.â

Those bans have not slowed Mooreâs comments against his party mates, however. He posted to X on Wednesday that House Speaker Burns, a Republican, was a âtyrant.â Mooreâs office has re-shared calls for Burns to resign and clips of Moore being thrown to the ground to his X account since Thursdayâs encounter. It also shared a statement there. âSenator Colton Moore, who exposed and defeated corrupt District Attorney Fani Willis last year, has been arrested by the Anti-Trump Speaker of the Georgia House,â the statement reads. âColton is being held in the same Atlanta jail as President Trump (sic). We are working to ensure his expedient release. Please pray for all those standing up for freedom and peace for all Georgians.â
It is going to be epic!

Appeals Court Kicks Willis Out
Appeals Court Kicks Fani Willis Out on her fat ass on the Donald Trump prosecution and so this now CRUMBLES! Letitia James NEXT to Go? Finally the Georgia appeals court booted Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willisâs (D) office from the 2020 election interference case against President-elect Trump on Thursday due to her relationship with a top prosecutor on the case. Something which should have never been brought to court to start with but now it's just another witch haunt on Trump which went nowhere but only was done to try and hurt the election of Trump which ended up as a major fail in every way.
The panel described Willisâs relationship with ex-special prosecutor Nathan Wade as a âsignificant appearance of impropriety.â The court declined to outright dismiss Trumpâs indictment, but disqualifying Willisâs office throws the future of the case already complicated by Trumpâs impending return to the White House further into doubt. Folks in other words this case is DEAD like Fani Willis political career, and she needs to have her Barr license evoked.
âAfter carefully considering the trial courtâs findings in its order, we conclude that it erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis and her office,â Judge E. Trenton Brown III wrote in the courtâs ruling. âThe remedy crafted by the trial court to prevent an ongoing appearance of impropriety did nothing to address the appearance of impropriety that existed at times when DA Willis was exercising her broad pretrial discretion about who to prosecute and what charges to bring,â it continued. The decision leaves open a theoretical possibility another prosecutor could take over the case, but the path forward remains precarious. Trumpâs legal team has separately sought to dismiss all his criminal prosecutions on the grounds that he is the president-elect.
âAs the Court rightfully noted, only the remedy of disqualification will suffice to restore public confidence,â Trump attorney Steve Sadow said in a statement. âThis decision puts an end to a politically motivated persecution of the next President of the United States.â The Hill has requested comment from Willisâs office. Defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant, who represents one of Trumpâs co-defendants and brought the initial claim against Willis and Wade, said she and her client are âthankfulâ the court agreed Willis should not be allowed to prosecute the case any further. Willis charged Trump and more than a dozen of his allies last summer for allegedly entering a months-long unlawful conspiracy to overturn President Bidenâs 2020 victory in Georgia.
The revelation of the romance between Willis and Wade, whom the district attorney hired to spearhead the Trump prosecution, created a months-long detour in the case. After a whirlwind hearing in February that saw both prosecutors take the stand, Judge Scott McAfee, who oversees the trial proceedings, found the romance amounted to an appearance of a conflict. The judge said the prosecution could move ahead if Wade stepped aside, which he quickly did. For months, Trump and his allies have appealed that ruling to the Georgia Court of Appeals, insisting the district attorney should not be allowed to move forward. In the meantime, the trial proceedings ground to a halt.
âWhile we recognize that an appearance of impropriety generally is not enough to support disqualification, this is the rare case in which disqualification is mandated and no other remedy will suffice to restore public confidence in the integrity of these proceedings,â the appeals court wrote. Judge Ben Land dissented from the other two judges on the panel, suggesting the appeals court should defer to the trial judgeâs findings instead of interfering with their discretion.
More than two years later, the council declined to bring charges.

A Court judgment against DA Fani Willis?
I don't know who is worse Tish James up in NY or Fani Willis in GA. Bot these women suffer deep with TDS and both seem to not be able to read the writing on the wall that their b/s lies and games are over and it's time to call it a day and move on.
"Within the same five-day period, the Defendant is ORDERED to provide the Plaintiff with copies of all responsive records that are not legally exempt or excepted from disclosure. If the Defendant must or chooses to withhold any portion of a requested record, she is instructed to adhere to the procedures outlined in the ORA." However, the Fulton County D.A. claims that such records don't exist, potentially putting her at legal risk of perjury and obstruction of justice.
The court makes it clear that it has substantive reason to believe Willis is withholding records: "Defendant is further ORDERED to provide an explanation why such correspondence does not exist in Defendantâs records (or why it is being withheld)."

Trump election interference case Dropped!
The decision concerns the investigation into the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol breach. Fox News Digital previously learned of Smith's request earlier on Monday. "The Government has moved to dismiss the Superseding Indictment without prejudice," U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan wrote in a decision. "Defendant does not oppose the MotionâŠand the court will grant it." Jack also filed a motion to drop his appeal in his classified records case against Trump a case that was tossed in July by federal Judge Aileen Cannon.
"The American People re-elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to Make America Great Again. Todayâs decision by the DOJ ends the unconstitutional federal cases against President Trump, and is a major victory for the rule of law," Trump spokesman and incoming White House communications director Steven Cheung said in a statement. "The American People and President Trump want an immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system and we look forward to uniting our country." Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges stemming from both of Smithâs investigations.
Smith is expected to resign as special counsel before Trump takes office. Trump posted to his Truth Social Monday afternoon that the cases against him "are empty and lawless and should never have been brought." "These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty and lawless, and should never have been brought. Over $100 Million Dollars of Taxpayer Dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Partyâs fight against their Political Opponent, ME," Trump posted. "Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before." Although the case will still go forward for Trumpâs two co-defendants, valet Walt Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos de Oliveira, the order satisfies Smithâs request to terminate an appeal in the case as it concerns Trump. In both cases, Smith cited Trumpâs upcoming inauguration and Department of Justice guidelines that prohibit the prosecution of sitting presidents. Smith also moved to dismiss Trumpâs election meddling case without prejudice. Smith was contesting Judge Aileen Cannonâs decision to dismiss the case in the classified materials case, which found that the special counsel had been appointed illegally.
Liberals clung to hope that the appeal would be successful, claiming that Judge Cannonâs decision counters 50 years of prior rulings regarding special counsel regulations, and the court has previously reversed one of her decisions. âNonetheless, it brings to an end for Trump a serious case focused largely on his conduct after leaving the White House. It was potentially the stronger of Smithâs two cases after a Supreme Court ruling that determined former presidents retain broad immunity for their conduct while in office. Prosecutors brought both Espionage Act and obstruction of justice charges against Trump after he repeatedly refused requests to return White House records, including defying a subpoena,â The Hill reported.
đš 11th Circuit Court of Appeals has agreed to drop President-elect Trumpâs classified documents case in Florida pic.twitter.com/lTsKthn5FB
â Martin Walsh (@martinwalsh__) November 26, 2024
âHouse Republicans previously told Justice Department officials that anyone who had worked on the Trump cases with Smith should preserve all of their communications in a move that signaled that Smith, among others, could be targeted by congressional investigators,â the report said. âTrump also apparently plans to use the DOJ to investigate the 2020 election in which he lost to President Joe Biden but has continued to claim that his loss was due to widespread cheating. Many investigations have found no proof of the widespread voter fraud Trump and his GOP allies claimed,â it said. Smith is likely to step down from his position after ending his cases against President-elect Donald Trump, according to reports. A Justice Department source told CNN that Smith is in talks with DOJ leaders about how best to wind down the Jan. 6 case as well as an appeal of U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannonâs ruling over the summer to throw out his classified documents case against the soon-to-be 47th president.
âTrump has threatened to fire Smith, but Smith expects to be gone before Trump takes office,â CNN reported. âThe talks between Smith and DOJ leaders extend beyond Trumpâs criminal cases to questions about what to do with other defendants in the classified documents case as well as the special counselâs office and what happens to its budget and staff,â the outlet continued. Smith is required to submit a report on his work to Attorney General Merrick Garland. It remains unclear whether the timing of Smithâs departure will be affected if the report needs to be reviewed and approved by the intelligence community, according to sources familiar with the discussions, CNN said. Smith is working to finalize the report before Trump takes office, as Garland will need to approve it and decide whether any part of it will be released publicly, one source said. The New York Times was the first to report Smithâs plans to resign from his post.
As president, Trump is afforded protections against prosecution that he didnât have as a private citizen. Longstanding Justice Department policy dictates that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted for crimes, and a Supreme Court ruling this summer confirmed that Trump has âabsoluteâ immunity from prosecution for actions taken within his core constitutional powers as president, CNN said. Before his departure, Smith will need to determine how to resolve the two criminal cases he initiated against Trump. In Florida, Smith has appealed Cannonâs decision to dismiss the classified documents case, which found that Smith was unconstitutionally appointed as special counsel and that the funding for his office also violated the law. In Washington, D.C., Smithâs team is moving forward with the criminal case accusing Trump of orchestrating a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election following the Supreme Courtâs ruling on presidential immunity, CNN noted.

Kinaya daughter of Fani Willis arrested
The 25-year-old daughter of Georgia DA Fani Willisâ Kinaya Willis was arrested for driving with suspended license, the daughter of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was arrested last month for allegedly driving with a suspended license, according to the report. The report said Kinaya was pulled over in Tyrone, Ga., on Aug. 24 for driving while using her cellphone when checking her drivers license police discovered it had been revoked.
After Kinaya was arrested, her mother swung by the scene to secure her daughterâs 2010 Nissan Altima. âWillisâs mother later arrived on scene to take possession of her vehicle,â the report states. Kinaya was booked at the Fayette County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a revoked or suspended license.
Kinaya who is a Texas Southern University student is the daughter again of the leading prosecution of Trumpâs 2020 Georgia election interference case which is why this news has broken so wide.
Trump and eight of his co-defendants had asked the Georgia appeals court in March to hear their arguments accusing Willis of misconduct over her relationship with former special prosecutor Nathan Wade who stepped down following the court order brought against her office where either he or her had to step down. Willis has also faced multiple investigations launched by state and federal lawmakers over her alleged misuse of taxpayer money and relationship with Wade since securing the grand jury indictment against Trump and 18 others last August.
Trump, 78, and his 13 remaining co-defendants have pleaded not guilty to felony charges accusing them of breaking Georgiaâs anti-racketeering law in an alleged effort to overturn the 2020 election results in the Peach State. Also now with the immunity case of Trump being settled by the Supreme Court it will be interesting if the Trump team also asks for the case to be thrown out against him since he has "presidential immunity" on such conversations as he was still President when this call took place which he asked for a re-count on the votes because it seemed votes had been missing.

Fani Willis Fulton County Democratic DA Primary ends

Text Message From Fani Willisâ Office Shows Investigator Hitting on Witness
The Fulton County District now disgraced and who should be disbarred Attorney Fani Willisâ and office is facing another scandal. It just came out that text messages produced in court demonstrate that while working on a case, an investigator for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willisâs office made advances on a witness. This happened during the RICO trial for Young Slime Life (YSL) against rapper Young Thug (real name Jeffrey Williams) and several co-defendants proceeded on Monday, additional information regarding the actions of an investigator working for Willisâ office surfaced. During Williamsâs cross-examination of a female witness known only as A. Bennett, the witnessâs lawyer questioned her regarding messages she had received from Hamilton, the county investigator. Among the text messages was one from Hamilton that read: âHit me up if youâre bored later. Weâre not gonna talk shop.â Asked what it was the investigator wanted to talk to her about, Bennett told attorney Keith Adams that Hamilton wanted to discuss going out on âa dateâ with her.
âAnd this is February 7 of 2024, this year, when the investigator for the DAâs office is supposed to be talking to you about a case, but in fact, is calling you talking about going on a date. Is that true?â Adams asked the witness. âYes,â she replied. Bennett also testified that Hamilton had called her âmamaâ several times. In a text message that was shown to the court, the investigator had texted the witness, âG[ood] m[orning] Mama. Hope you slept well. Again donât come at 1:30. I have a feeling the defense will keep this same witness from yesterday all day again today. Iâll give you an update at 3pm. You will most likely go up tomorrow morning. Iâll talk 2 u soon.â
Newsweek reported: âBennett is testifying in the case about a robbery that Williams and two others allegedly committed in 2013. Williams and 27 others were indicted in a sweeping RICO case by Willis in May 2022. The district attorney is accusing Williams of being the kingpin of Young Slime Life, an Atlanta-based street gang affiliated with the notorious national Bloods gang.â
âThe YSL trial has been underway since November and is expected to go well into 2024. Monday marks the 54th day of the trial. Mondayâs text messages are the latest details in the sexual harassment allegations being raised by Williamsâ defense team,â the outlet added.
Bennett testified before the court last month that Hamilton had harassed her sexually and had once told her he wanted to âtake her out when the investigation was over.â She explained that the investigator had wanted to discuss the case with her alone at a restaurant, but she didnât feel comfortable going alone, so she ended up bringing her 2-year-old son along. Adams asked Bennett: âDid the fact that this employee of the district attorneyâs office was trying to date you come into your mind as you were thinking about whether you would be coming in and testifying or not?â
âYes,â she responded. Bennett further stated in her Monday testimony that Adriane Love, the chief deputy district attorney, and other members of Willisâ staff unnerved her. She claimed that even after informing the district attorneyâs office that she had nothing further to say regarding the purported robbery, they still harassed her. Last month, Loveâs attorneys attempted to have her removed from the case on the grounds that she had âvoluntarily and continuouslyâ inserted herself into the case, thereby making herself a witness.
The presiding judge in the case decided last week not to disqualify Love. Willis has also made national headlines in her case against former President Donald Trump and other co-defendants.

Fani Willis Met With Kamala Harris Before Trump Indictment
Fani Willis Met With Kamala Harris Before Indicting Trump and Fani Willis had the meeting at the White House itself folks. This is a curious thing isn't it? The lawyer has claimed during a Georgia Senate hearing this but my mind wonders and asks is this is where she was recruited and explained what her job was? Perhaps! She was called in to do the dirty work against Trump? Possible... Attorney Ashley Merchant told a Georgia state Senate committee, which is investigating Willis following allegations of wrongdoing, that a White House record showed Willis had a "meeting with the vice president" before the indictment. Willis indicted the former president and 18 others in August for allegedly interfering with the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia. The former president pleaded not guilty to all 13 charges against him and has said the case is politically motivated because he is the front-runner for the GOP presidential nomination.
Last month, Willis gave evidence in a two-day hearing following accusations by former Donald Trump staffer and co-defendant Michael Roman that she was having an affair with Nathan Wade, a special prosecutor she hired in the high-profile case. It was also alleged the pair had benefited financially from taxpayers' money. Willis and Wade later admitted they had a relationship but denied a conflict of interest. The timeline of their relationship has emerged as a key point of contention, and Roman has said it started earlier than they admitted.
Merchant, who is representing Roman, told the Georgia committee that there were White House access records that showed "Ms. Willis and the mayor of Atlanta [Andre Dickens] were at [the]...meeting with the vice president." The committee was presented with a record that showed Willis appeared on a White House visitor log dated February 28, 2023. The record showed that Willis attended the vice president's residence, listed as VPR, on that date. However, as Newsweek has discovered, the "meeting" was a garden event attended by hundreds of people organized in affiliation with the Black entertainment network BET which posted a video of the event, "BET Goes to the White House to Honor Young Black Emerging Leaders #TBT," and an accompanying article that matches the date, location, and the rough numbers of guests in the White House record.
The article said: "In honor of Black History Month and in keeping with the theme of celebrating Black excellence, Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff hosted trailblazing Black leaders at their private residence last month. "In collaboration with BET, Harris and Emhoff opened the door to their home on the evening of February 28 to honor a group of emerging, young Black leaders who are making impactful changes in several industries throughout the country.
"Harris spoke to more than 400 guests at the event about the importance of Black History Month and the responsibility of each generation to carry forward the 'baton.'" The newsletter said: "Our very own Madam DA and Deputy DA Dexter Bond were invited to our nation's capital for a Black History Month celebration on February 28th hosted by Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Douglas Emhoff. "VP Harris and Mr. Emhoff honored Black leaders who are forging paths and making history across the country and within their respective communities." Harris also published photos on March 2, 2023, from the event.
A publicly available spreadsheet of Harris' engagements in February 2023 provides a list of its attendees that corresponds with guests named by BET and in a brief report by Politico. Merchant's description of the event may give the impression that there was a direct meeting with Harris and Dickens at the White House. Although Dickens was at the event, the public record does not show that he attended with Willis or had a conversation with Willis and Harris. While it's possible that Willis could have spoken with Harris during the event, any notion this was a private face-to-face meeting with the vice president at the White House appears to be misleading.
The vice president's residence is not on the White House grounds. As stated by the White House, "Vice Presidents since Walter Mondale have lived with their families on the grounds of the United States Naval Observatory," which is two and a half miles from the White House.
Newsweek has contacted representatives for Fulton County District Attorney's Office, the White House, the Mayor of Atlanta's Office, BET and Harris via email for comment. During the Georgia state Senate committee meeting, Merchant was asked whether the White House keeps records of "anybody that comes in and has any kind of official meeting for sure."
Merchant replied: "Yes and my understanding is it's highly regulated who can access the White House and so you have to apply in person or apply ahead of time. And then they give you a time when you make the appointment, and they give you a time when you're allowed to be in, and when you have to be out by, and they track you."
It's not clear whether Willis had to apply to attend the event. While Merchant did not explain what the event was, she added that Bond and Dickens also attended. The idea that the meeting was private or face-to-face is further undermined by the White House log that Merchant presented to the committee, which says there were 456 people at the event.
Regardless of how many people there were, it's still entirely possible that Willis could have spoken directly with Harris at some point. However, the idea that this was a secretive or private meeting between the pair at the White House or otherwise is not supported by the evidence.

Judge rules on Fani Willis Case
THIS JUST IN - Judge rules DA Fani Willis must either fire special prosecutor Nathan Wade or step aside herself in the Trump case. And the aftermath is Nathan Wade just stepped aside hours later. So now that the decision comes more than two months after Fulton County District Attorney Fani T. Willis (D) was accused of having an "improper, clandestine personal relationship" with the special prosecutor she appointed to oversee the election interference case.
Soon after the decision came out Nathan Wade excused himself from the case as it was expected. The law that GA Governor Brian Kemp passed just a day before gives an opening for someone other than the Judge Scott McAfee here be the one who ultimately kicks Fani in her Wide Fani and she could end up disbarred due to her overall behavior.

BIG WIN For Trump in Georgia Case
So of those six counts, Trump was charged with three of them. Now joining Trump in the challenge to the six counts were former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, lawyers John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Ray Stallings Smith and Robert Cheeley. All had already plead not guilty to the charges. Steve Sadow, Trump's lawyer, said the court's decision to "quash" the counts is the correct one. "The ruling is a correct application of the law, as the prosecution failed to make specific allegations of any alleged wrongdoing on those counts," he said in a statement. "The entire prosecution of President Trump is political, constitutes election interference, and should be dismissed."
Eastman's attorney, Buddy Parker, said in a statement that "the court stated clearly the state failed to provide what exactly in the U.S. and Georgia constitutions the defendants solicited the public figures to violate, a clear error. We await the state's position on its intention in moving forward on the remaining charges." Allyn Stockton, Giuliani's local lawyer, said the quashing of the six counts was expected, as "there simply was not enough detail to put the defendants on notice of what to defend against."
The six counts relate to various alleged attempts to solicit state officials to violate their oaths of office, both to the Georgia Constitution and the U.S. Constitution. The judge wrote that the state failed to specify what those violations were, saying the allegations were "so generic as to compel this Court" to quash the six charges. "The court's concern is less that the state has failed to allege sufficient conduct of the defendants in fact it has alleged an abundance. But, the lack of detail concerning an essential legal element is, in the undersigned's opinion, fatal," wrote McAfee.
The Judge also stated that though the six counts as written contain "all the essential elements of the crimes," they "fail to allege sufficient detail regarding the nature of their commission, i.e. the underlying felony solicited." Additionally, they don't give the defendants enough information to prepare their defenses "intelligently," McAfee wrote, as they could have violated the Georgia and U.S. Constitutions "and thus the statute in dozens, if not hundreds, of distinct ways."
Judge McAfee made it clear that his finding does not mean the entire indictment against Trump and the 14 other co-defendants is dismissed. Instead, he said that Georgia prosecutors can seek a new indictment supplementing the six counts. Trump was charged with 13 counts in the sprawling racketeering case brought by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis in August. He has pleaded not guilty. Eighteen others were charged alongside the former president for their roles in an alleged scheme to reverse the results of Georgia's election, but four have since accepted plea deals. But none of those means much to the overall thing because they didn't make any connection to Trump in the plea deals.
Judge McAfee's order comes while he is weighing a separate request from Trump and eight of his co-defendants to disqualify Willis and her office from prosecuting the case because of an alleged improper relationship between Willis and her money spending sugar daddy Nathan Wade, you know the guy who got OVER PAID and took her on expensive trips and than both lied under oath about the relationship, and he was one of the "special" prosecutors working with the district attorney's office.
Wade was hired to work on the that Fani but also to make some $$$ and so she put him on the case involving Trump in November 2021. Michael Roman, alleged in a bombshell filing in January that the relationship with Willis began before Wade's appointment. Roman claimed that the district attorney financially benefited from the relationship, saying Wade paid for numerous getaways using income he received for his work with the district attorney's office. He was waxing on and off on that Fani! Now "Whatchutalking About" Fani Willis and Wade acknowledged in a court filing last month that they were in a romantic relationship, but said it began in early 2022 months after Wade's hiring and ended last summer.
Still, the bid to disqualify Willis and the Fulton County District Attorney's Office from the case set off a series of fiery proceedings before McAfee last month. Willis and Wade separately took the stand to answer questions about their personal lives and financial dealings. They said they split expenses related to their trips and refuted claims of wrongdoing. McAfee is set to rule this week on whether to remove Willis and her office from the case. This Trump prosecution in Fulton County is one of four he is facing in federal and state courts. A trial is set to begin this month in New York City stemming from allegations he falsified business records in connection with a "hush money" payment to suppress damaging information about him before the 2016 presidential election. This is another case of rigging elections as not long ago Trump was even awarded money from Stormy Daniels to pay him for damages, and attorny fees. This is another radical lib trying to rig the election.
He has also been charged in a pair of federal cases brought by special counsel Jack Smith in Wasington, D.C., and South Florida. The D.C. case involves alleged efforts to subvert the transfer of presidential power after the 2020 election, something which clearly DID NOT HAPPEN! But another hit job by these leftists who think saying "PEACEFULLY AND PATRIOTICALLY Make your voices heard!!" is somehow a call to violence. Mind you these people have Kamila Harris as VP who endorsed that BLM/Antifa burned down buildings and rioted during protests in the "Summer of love 2020" but the facts don't matter only the lib narrative. Oh and Jack also has the Florida case involving the alleged mishandling of sensitive government documents after leaving the White House. While he has as President the right to do so and if he's brought up on charges why not all previous Presidents? Or Hillary Clinton? She had NO RIGHTS to have documents and she not just had them she destroyed evidance and lied under oath. So nothing on them but TRUMP? CHARGES! Gee you think this hit JOB is about the 2024 election yet?

Fani Willis on video being a hypocrite!
We all seen the videos and know there is more then enough proof that the 2020 election was rigged by the Biden Crime syndicate. But as an elected official is investigating the worldâs formerly most powerful elected official in regard to his efforts to overturn an election we keep finding out all these skeletons in the closet of all these leftists people. Notice they're all Democrats, friends with OBAMA, BIDEN, CLINTON, ABRAMS?
So while theyâre from different parties that alone shows how political this all is and really how much more clear can you get? Well Monday, Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney disqualified Madam DA and her office from investigating state Sen. Burt Jones for his part in trying to get Trump reelected, despite election returns that said otherwise. Jones was one of Trumpâs 16 Electoral College electors and was being investigated for possible criminal charges. So they want to prosecute someone for investigating the crimes done by them? Got it... He is also the Republican candidate for Lt. Governor and is running against Willisâ preferred candidate! And this will tell you why they're going after him.
So she is once again trying to throw a political rival in prison! This folks is the only way these evil crooked liberals can win these days. But looks like A Fulton County judge is disqualifying District Attorney Fat ugly Fani Willis and her office from questioning state Sen. Burt Jones as part of their investigation into whether former President Donald Trump and his allies broke the law as they sought to overturn Georgiaâs 2020 elections.
In a surprise decision and a significant rebuke of the DA, Fulton Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney Monday granted a motion from Jones, the Republican nominee for lieutenant governor, to replace Willis and the entire Fulton DAâs office in the examination of his specific role in the case. Once again how can she go after a political rival and try to throw him in prison as he's running against her? This woman is clearly derranged, and on a power trip. She who is on video saying she would never date someone in her staff which now we know is a lie as she engadged in an affair with the special prosecutor she than appointed to take on TRUMP. A Man who had never worked on this sort of case in a Rico case which makes no sense...
She's a liar, and a hypocrite. She along with Tish James in NY, the Judges like Engermoron in NY, Jack Smith and all these evil leftist bringing in false charges just to stop TRUMP from re-claiming The White House as for the American people want. Hey folks now we all know that the so called "Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis" is investigation into Donald Trumpâs attempt to hijack the 2020 election as a âpoliticalâ stunt to help Crooked JOE BIDEN and the Democraps in the November 2024 election. They cannot beat Trump in a normal fair election so cheating is the only way, lying is the only way. All while they do much worse and get away with it. What Trump is being accused off is no different that what Hillary Clinton & Stacey Abrams both did and yet they didn't get prosecutions! Why because these people are protected by the same crooked left trying to throw TRUMP behind bars for simply asking them to look into clear election fraud in the state.

This is typical they break the rules, and do whatever scam they want and TRUMP and his supporters get charged for the behavior actually being done by the left. This is a clown show, and one that must not continue or stand. We know there are RINOS in play also helping them like LIZ Chaney! But these are not serious Republicans hence the name RINOS... We all know them for who, and what they are.

Judge will Hold Hearing on Allegations of DA Fani Willisâs âImproperâ Use of Funds + Affair
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee indicated a hearing on what one attorney termed âscandalousâ allegations surrounding the district attorneyâs relationship with a prosecutor would be held mid-February.
During a hearing the Georgia Judge let it known that he will be holding motion hearings every Friday for the next several weeks in the case Fulton County possible case against D.A Fani Willis. Yes the same one who is prosecuting former President Donald Trump for his constitutional right to challenge the 2020 election results.
The President Trump and 14 codefendants have been charged with violating the stateâs Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and have been accused of operating a criminal conspiracy in their election challenge efforts. Remember this is a witch haunt because all Trump did was to ask them to make sure all votes were accounted for and make sure that they look into the possible rigging done. Like we saw in the footage of people pulling out bags in the middle of the night when all other people were told to go home that they were closed for the night.
We saw on the CCTV there were people who stayed behind and they pulled out secret bags from under the tables in the room and jammed those fake ballots which we now know all were in favor of Joe "BIG GUY" Biden. So we know they helped rig the election in 2020 from these things the left & the M.S.M refuses to admit happened.
So we have Trump being on trial for questioning the events while Stacey Abrams who lost multiple times and has yet to ever admit she lost in a clean election! Only thing different is she's a radical leftists who has a sister who is a Judge, and she's a fat black woman so if you say anything against her it's a tool for the left to be able to attack you with such words as "White Supremacist, racist, misogynists, and so on.
Earlier this week, defendant Michael Roman, a former GOP strategist, made huge accusations of the âimproperâ use of funds in the district attorneyâs office. So this made people see for themselves how corrupt this woman is. He alleged that Nathan Wade, an attorney for the prosecution who has argued at every hearing in the case, had taken lavish vacations with Ms. Willis using state funds. Mr. Wade is currently married and seeking divorce.
Mr. Wade is a partner at his own, private law firm, and would be paid by the district attorneyâs office after his appointment as special prosecutor, which the motion alleges is close to $1 million in legal fees. Mr. Wade has been paid at a rate of $250 per hour, and around $650,000 for this case.
Mr. Roman also alleged the funds for the case investigation had been obtained âto clear the COVID backlogâ but not used for those purposes. In a 100-plus page filing, Mr. Roman argued this was grounds for dismissal of his charges and dismissal of the district attorney and her team.
Prosecutors have not yet filed a response to the motion but said they would do so. Judge McAfee said a hearing on this motion would not be scheduled until after the court has received the response, and the earliest would likely be mid-February.
In the court hearing, Steve Sadow, attorney for Donald Trump, asked for the option to adopt the motion at a later date. He said he presently had no foundation for the âscandalous and salaciousâ allegations, the first of which was made public through the court filing, and would certainly wait to see the district attorneyâs response filing before making a decision to adopt Mr. Romanâs filing. The judge had no issue with him doing so.
In the court filing, Mr. Roman only cites âsourcesâ and does not provide evidence of Mr. Wade and Ms. Willisâs relationship or proof of such vacation expenditure. âAdmittedly, this is a bold allegation considering it is directed to one of the most powerful people in the State of Georgia, the Fulton County District Attorney,â the filing reads.
âNevertheless, the district attorneyâs fame and power do not change the fact that she decided to appoint as the special prosecutor a person with whom she had a personal relationship and who is now leading the day-to-day prosecution of this case.â
Mr. Roman argued that public records donât show that Ms. Willis obtained county approval to appoint Mr. Wade as special prosecutor, and that he has sealed records in his ongoing divorce case. He argued this was âindefensible conductâ and thus created an âirreparable defectâ in the indictment.
Ms. Willis is already under investigation by House Republicans, who have alleged election interference and âcolludingâ with the Jan. 6 Select Committee. Jan. 12, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) sent a letter to Mr. Wade demanding materials and as part of oversight of âpolitically motivated prosecutions by state and local officials.â
Mr. Jordan had previously asked Ms. Willis to provide documents and correspondence as part of an investigation, arguing her actions have indicated the case was politically motivated against President Trump, the front runner for the Republican Party nominee. The committee is asking Mr. Wade for documents that show the district attorneyâs coordination âwith other politically motivated investigations and prosecutions and the potential misuse of federal funds.â
âAccording to a recent court filing, you have been paid more than $650,000 at the rate of $250 per hour to serve as an âAttorney Consultantâ and later a âSpecial Assistant District Attorneyâ in the unprecedented investigation and prosecution of the former President and other former federal officials. This filing also alleges that while receiving a substantial amount of money from Fulton County, you spent extravagantly on lavish vacations with your boss, Ms. Willis,â the letter reads, referencing Mr. Romanâs motion.
Mr. Wadeâs invoices include expenses incurred to interview investigators with the Jan. 6 Select Committee and hours of interviews at the White House. Politico recently reported on the district attorneyâs office meeting with the Jan. 6 Select Committee during their investigation, and Mr. Jordan asked Mr. Wade to provide materials to show whether politically motivated collusion had occurred.
Mr. Sadow had previously requested materials from the district attorneyâs office which came out of this meeting. During the Jan. 12 hearing, prosecutors confirmed that some notes taken were work product and not subject to discovery, but any video evidence viewed has since been made public.
