National Guard to fight LA anti-ICE protests! This is CIVIL WAR!

Tom Homan President Donald Trump’s border czar, said he plans to send the National Guard to Los Angeles to combat protests against ICE that began this weekend following immigration raids in the city. “We are making Los Angeles safer. Mayor Bass should be thanking us. She says they are going to mobilize guess what? We are already mobilizing. We are going to bring the National Guard in tonight,” Homan told Fox News. The first thing needed is the arrest of Mayor Bass who spent her time in Africa on tax money while LA burned down remember this folks? Well this Liberal lesbian moron is back at it, and well after this why and how is she still free to cause more harm?

Tom made the comments after Senior White House adviser Stephen Miller railed against the protests, calling them an “insurrection” against the United States. In response to a post on X showing footage of the mass demonstrations, Miller wrote "An insurrection against the laws and sovereignty of the United States.” It comes after tense confrontations between police and demonstrators took place in LA on Friday, in response to operations by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, who arrested at least 44 people on immigration violations, before starting again on Saturday at a Home Depot in the Paramount section of the city.

LA Police Chief Jim McDonnell said the force had not been involved in the ICE operations. “While the LAPD will continue to have a visible presence in all our communities to ensure public safety, we will not assist or participate in any sort of mass deportations nor will the LAPD try to determine an individual's immigration status,” McDonnell wrote in a statement.

However, Homeland Security Investigations, a branch of ICE, said that 44 people had been administratively arrested on Friday and another was arrested for obstruction. In another tweet, Miller wrote: “Siding with invaders over citizens. If we don’t fix this, we don’t have a country.” Federal agents executed search warrants at three locations, including a warehouse in the fashion district of L.A., after a judge found there was probable cause the employer was using fictitious documents for some of its workers, according to representatives for Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. They also need to come to Miami as it's happening here, and it's being done in places like Walmart, Publix and other areas of employment. 

Advocates for immigrant rights say people were detained Friday by immigration authorities outside Home Depot stores and a doughnut shop. The Los Angeles Times reported that multiple chants of “Fuera ICE” (ICE, get out) could be heard and flash-bang grenades were set off, though it was unclear who had set them off. One protester lit an entire bag of trash on fire and left in the street just half a block away from the immigration agents on Saturday in Paramount, which is about 82 percent Latino.

Shopping carts from Home Depot and recycling bins were scattered across the boulevard by Saturday afternoon. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said the activity by ICE was meant to “sow terror” in the nation’s second-largest city. She was later accused of siding with “chaos and lawlessness over law enforcement” by ICE Acting Director Todd Lyons. “Make no mistake, ICE will continue to enforce our nation’s immigration laws and arrest criminal illegal aliens,” Lyons said in a statement.

Despite no arrests being made by the LAPD, FBI deputy director Dan Bongino posted on X that they were reviewing evidence from the protests to ensure that “perpetrators are brought to justice.” "The Right to assemble and protest does not include a license to attack law enforcement officers, or to impede and obstruct our lawful immigration operations,” Bongino said. The Department of Homeland Security claimed in a statement that “1,000 rioters surrounded a federal law enforcement building and assaulted ICE law enforcement officers, slashed tires, defaced buildings, and taxpayer funded property.” The DHS has not provided evidence at this time to verify that claim. The Independent has requested comment from the DHS. DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin issued a statement in response to the protests criticizing Democrats and complaining that ICE agents are being likened to the Nazi gestapo.

“From comparisons to the modern-day Nazi gestapo to glorifying rioters, the violent rhetoric of these sanctuary politicians is beyond the pale. This violence against ICE must end,” she said. Homan also complained about backlash directed at ICE agents during his interview on Fox News. The border czar, when asked about Democrats who have called for ICE agents to work unmasked, said he was looking into what could be done to stop their criticism... “We’re asking the DOJ to look at these statements and see if there is something we can do,” Homan said. The protests come at a challenging time for the Trump administration’s hardline anti-immigration agenda. At least two deported individuals migrants from Venezuela and Maryland Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was back to his home of citizenship El Salvador have been returned to the U.S. after judicial orders demanded their return.

Why are these Judges all Liberal of course putting themselves in this position of ruling in favor of gang banger of MS-13 who are here breaking our laws! This Judge needs to be investigated. ICE officials and a group of detainees are currently stuck in Djibouti after a judge’s order demanded the deportation of the detainees be halted. The ICE agents have reportedly turned a shipping container into a makeshift jail, and both the agents and detainees are reportedly suffering from complications tied to the air quality in the area. The law needs to be enforced and Judges who cross the line need to be sent to prison. Why has this not happened is the question, and when will it happen?

Biden's DOJ Rejects Hunter's Pardon!

Well I'm not shocked Joe did what he did here which is again lie to the public when he said he wouldn't Pardon his son for his crimes as he's now trying to do but In a surprising legal move, special counsel David Weiss filed a motion in the California federal court where Hunter Biden’s tax case is being conducted, calling on the judge not to dismiss the charges following President Joe Biden’s pardon that was announced Sunday. 

The Hunter Biden pardon covers the period from Jan. 1, 2014 to Dec. 1, 2024. That time frame includes Hunter’s jury-trial convictions in June for lying on a federal form about his drug use when he purchased a handgun. It also covers his September conviction on nine charges related to his failure to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes from 2016 through 2019. 

Hunter faced a maximum of 17 years in prison for his tax offenses. “The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election,” Biden claimed in a statement accompanying his pardon announcement. Well isn't this hilarious! Coming from the guy who has spent how many years doing that to Donald Trump! And so yes Joe once more lied to the American people when he stated he would NOT Pardon his son as we well know Joe is a known liar. But yes folks this ones a big one because any one of us who did these crimes would be in prison unless our names were Hunter Biden.

But Monday in the court filing in a federal district court in California, Weiss wrote, “There was none and never has been any evidence of vindictive or selective prosecution in this case.” and added “The defendant [Hunter Biden] made similar baseless accusations in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Those claims were also rejected,” he added. “In total, eleven different [federal] judges appointed by six different presidents, including his father, considered and rejected the defendant’s claims, including his claims for selective and vindictive prosecution.”

The special counsel’s office urged the judge not to dismiss the tax charges, but instead just close the docket indicating a pardon had been issued. This would allow the record to continue to exist. “[I]t has been the practice of this court that once an Executive Grant of Clemency has been filed on the docket, the docket is marked closed, the disposition entry is updated to reflect the executive grant of clemency, and no further action is taken by the Court,” Weiss wrote. He also pointed out that Hunter Biden has not docketed the pardon yet with the court, nor has his office seen it.

“If media reports are accurate, the Government does not challenge that the defendant has been the recipient of an act of mercy.  But that does not mean the grand jury’s decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred. It also does not mean that his charges should be wiped away because the defendant falsely claimed that the charges were the result of some improper motive,” Weiss wrote. 

He concluded, “No court has agreed with the defendant on these baseless claims, and his request to dismiss the indictment finds no support in the law or the practice of this district.” Mark Osler, an expert in presidential pardons at the University of St. Thomas, told ABC News that Weiss’s filing raises “a technical issue either way, the case goes away but an important one.” 

 “[Prosecutors] want the indictment to remain on the record,” he said. The Hill reported, “U.S. District Judge Mark Scarsi, who is overseeing Hunter Biden’s tax case in California, has not yet ruled on dismissal.” The news outlet pointed out, “U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, the federal judge in Delaware overseeing Hunter Biden’s gun case, said she intends to terminate the proceedings against him once the pardon is docketed but asked Weiss to inform her whether his office objects to dismissal in that case, too.”

Bill Barr points to Antifa, ‘foreign actors’ as instigators of violence at protests

At a press conference Thursday, Attorney General Bill Barr called out the radical “extremist groups” that have been egging on these riots in many cities. What’s more, he alleged that some of them come from beyond America’s shores.

“extremist agitators” are “hijacking” protests across the U.S. over the recent death of 46-year-old George Floyd in police custody “to pursue their own separate and violent agenda” — and “foreign actors” are egging them on! Barr said he wanted to make a “distinction between three different sets of actors here.”

“The large preponderance of those who are protesting are peaceful demonstrators who are exercising their First Amendment rights,” Barr said in video shared by the Daily Caller. “At some demonstrations, however, there are groups that exploit the opportunity to engage in such crimes as looting,” the AG added.

But that’s not all. Barr said the Department of Justice (DOJ) also has “evidence that Antifa and other similar extremist groups, as well as actors of a variety of different political persuasions, have been involved in instigating and participating in the violent activity.”

“And we are also seeing foreign actors playing all sides to exacerbate the violence,” he said before vowing that the DOJ “is working to restore order in the District of Columbia and around the nation.”

Now Bill Barr is not the only one to identify Antifa as being one source of the chaos President Donald Trump declared that he was designating the far-left group as a terrorist entity. Also some state authorities are also naming the group as a culprit. One is Col. Steve McCraw, who serves as director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. A Dallas–Ft. Worth CBS affiliate quoted McCraw as telling reporters at a press conference on Thursday that “there’s evidence of Antifa” operating in the area. What’s more, the Texas lawman identified Antifa actors as being among those responsible for a recent attack on a Target outlet in Austin.

“The protest and looting of Target in Austin that was done and organized by an Antifa web page and of course, the surveillance that was provided over the internet identifying where law enforcement resources were staged, was done over Antifa accounts,” he said, according to CBS DFW.

Barr indicated Thursday that the federal government will be working closely with state and local authorities to crack down on those who are taking advantage of the peaceful protests.

DOJ Dismisses Case Against General Flynn

Finally justice has been done for a good man who was dragged through the mud only because the left yes the DemocRATS wanted to find something to use against Trump the then incoming new President. General Flynn was set up, and finally he’s going to get what he deserves. New documents appear to show how FBI handled Gen. Michael Flynn's investigation

OK So a federal judge unsealed documents on Wednesday that included handwritten notes from the day of the Bureau’s interview with President Trump’s former National Security Adviser and communications between FBI officials. Gen. Flynn pled guilty in December 2017 to making false statements about his contacts with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. However, Flynn’s lawyers argue he was framed and he is seeking to withdraw his plea.

How they planned to get Flynn removed:

1) Get Flynn “to admit to breaking the Logan Act”; or

2) Catch Flynn in a lie.

Their end goal was a referral to the DOJ not to investigate Flynn’s contacts with the Russians.
