Possible mistrial in Trump case?

This is possible now that it's been shown that before the verdict on the Trial was announced a FACEBOOK post said that "My Cousin is a Juror and he said TRUMP is getting Convicted." Would be ironic if Fakebook plays a part in this somehow considering how much Zuck Mockenberg or whatever that twats name is paid in 2020 to help rig the last election. Sweet Karma this would be.

Remember this case Judge Marchan is was not in a rotation to hear the case or the other ones against Trump and since he's got a history of sending donations to the BIDEN camp, and his daughter does make money on this trial, and she does give money to the Biden's and other DemonCraps. But knowing all this some how he gets "selected " to hear every Trump and conservative case? This scam needs to be brought to an end. Below is the document which should get this Circus of a case over turned and thrown out with the bloody bathwater.

The people who belong in prison is the Judge, his Daughter, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, Fani Willis, Nathan Wade, Tisha James, Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, Jerry Nadler, Adam Schiffty Schiff, Eric Swallowswell and the Nastiest Witch of all! Nasty Nancy Pelosi.

As you can see the post understand the Jury is under an ORDER NOT to speak about the case so if they do and it's found out like this it should be enough to over throw this entire verdict. Something which needs to happen as we all saw Trump is 100% innocent of these charges.

This was always like I said a circus or kangaroo court to get TRUMP thrown out of the election on 2024.

Did Facebook Investor Company Pay $5 Billion to FTC as ‘Quid Pro Quo’ to Shield Zuckerberg?

So a recently filed lawsuit against Facebook reveals new details about the Cambridge Analytics data breach scandal, claiming among other allegations that company executives massively overpaid the Federal Trade Commission to shield CEO Mark Zuckerberg from any personal liability. In the lawsuit that was filed in a Delaware state court by the Employees’ Retirement System of Rhode Island (ERSRI), following a battle over whether troves of internal Facebook communications should be publicly disclosed. The pension fund won that case in February, and used those records to file its latest lawsuit in August.ERSRI, an investor in Facebook, claims that the $5 billion settlement harmed the social media company thereby breaching its fiduciary duty to the pension fund.

According to the 200-plus page claim, Zuckerberg, Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg, and other Facebook directors agreed to authorize a multibillion-dollar settlement with the FTC as an “express quid pro quo to protect Zuckerberg from being named in the FTC’s complaint, made subject to personal liability, or even required to sit for a deposition.”

The lawsuit suggests that Facebook overpaid the FTC by some $4.9 billion, since the commission’s previous record fine was $168 million and is seeking a declaration that the Facebook executives’ actions were improper, as well as awards for damages. ERSRI may have a difficult time proving harm in this case, as Facebook’s stock has risen from about $198 when the FTC issued its enforcement action in July, to nearly $350 per share today.

The lawsuit doesn’t suggest impropriety by the FTC, whose budget doesn’t benefit from the $5 billion since that money goes to the Treasury Department. But the lawsuit does allege wrongdoing by other parties, including billionaire Facebook investor Peter Thiel and his data analytics firm Palantir. Thus naming them as defendants in the case along with Zuckerberg and other Facebook board members.

ERSRI’s lawsuit corroborates earlier reports that Thiel a Trump donor used his analytics firm to help facilitate the privacy violations committed by Facebook and Cambridge. This is part of why Facebook wants to silence Trump and anyone who associates with him or voted for him. They’re trying to get revenge in a sense on Trump, and his people.

“Palantir employees, including at least one of Palantir’s lead data scientists, regularly worked in person, during normal business hours, at the offices of Cambridge Analytica in London,” the lawsuit says. “It was a Palantir employee, Alfredas Chmieliauskas, who first suggested that Cambridge Analytica create its own app specifically, a mobile-based personality quiz to gain access to Facebook users’ friend networks.”

According to the lawsuit, Palantir and Thiel benefited from Trump and the Republicans winning, with the analytics firm becoming “one of the largest recipients of government defense contracts with the United States government since Trump took office.”

Though the lawsuit was filed in August, it has only recently been widely publicized, and according to Digital Content Next CEO Jason Kint, the suit wasn’t initially noticed due to exorbitant fees the Delaware court registry charges for court records.“As to how this suit wasn’t noticed, Delaware Chancery charges a fortune per document limiting public awareness,” Kint said Sept. 21 on Twitter. “Original case to inspect board docs (Rhode Island) was won, derivative suits were amended/filed/consolidated in shell game. I followed the breadcrumbs.”

The now-defunct company Cambridge Analytica used an app called “This Is Your Digital Life” to scrape the data of millions of users, and then allegedly used that data to target people with pro-Republican ads ahead of the 2016 elections. It was never found that Cambridge Analytica affected the results of the 2016 election. Publications such as the National Review which came out in opposition to Donald Trump described it as a “nothing burger.”

However, the scandal did reveal the startling extent to which Facebook and its app developers have access to intimate details about its users, including demographics, internet activity, consumer behavior, and political beliefs thousands of data points on each user, according to numerous sources. The total, Cambridge Analytica collected data on some 70 million people 30 million Americans including those who never used Cambridge Analytica’s “This Is Your Digital Life” app.Facebook still faces lawsuits and regulatory actions over the scandal worldwide, including places such as the Netherlands.

The company also faces an antitrust case brought by the FTC, driven in part by the political backlash from the scandal… So far Facebook and the FTC declined to comment; Palantir didn’t immediately respond to a request for a comment.

Jeff Bezos To Step Down As Amazon's CEO

Amazon founder Jeff “Bozo” Bezos will step down as the company’s CEO (chief executive officer) this summer, after more than a quarter-century at the helm of the retail, logistics and tech powerhouse. He will hand over the CEO reins to Andy Jassy, the head of Amazon’s cash-cowcloud computing division.

Bezos has propelled the online bookseller he started in his Bellevue, Wash., garage in 1994 into a behemoth worth $1.7 trillion employing over 1.3 million people, with physical stores, delivery trucks, movies, Internet-connected cameras, a cloud business that props up the CIA and enough paying subscribers to populate the ninth-largest country on Earth.

Jassy has been at Amazon for much of its existence and is one of Bezos’ most trusted lieutenants. He served in the coveted role of the CEO’s “shadow” technical a role in which he accompanied Bezos to all his meetings to learn the business in 2003. After writing the original document that became the Amazon Web Services business plan, he has run the division since it formally launched in 2006.

“As much as I still tap dance into the office, I’m excited about this transition,” Bezos said in a letter to employees, announcing the end of his 27-year run. He said he planned to spend more time focused on philanthropy and other outside ventures.

“As Exec Chair I will stay engaged in important Amazon initiatives but also have the time and energy I need to focus on the Day 1 Fund, the Bezos Earth Fund, Blue Origin, The Washington Post, and my other passions,” he wrote. “I’ve never had more energy, and this isn’t about retiring. I’m super passionate about the impact I think these organizations can have.”

Cloud computing is Amazon’s biggest profit center, even as the company continues to profit tremendously from pandemic-fueled online shopping. On Tuesday, Amazon reported yet another record-setting quarter, with sales during the holiday season topping $125 billion. AWS alone raked in $3.6 billion in operating profit half of the company’s total.

While Bezos will become Amazon’s executive chairman and remain its biggest shareholder, the company said on Tuesday.

In recent years, Bezos had already largely stepped back from day-to-day role managing Amazon’s business, focusing on longer-term projects at the company and his outside projects including rocket company Blue Origin.

He did take a more hands-on approach during the early months of the pandemic last year, however, as demand for deliveries soared but also tested Amazon’s ability to keep up. AWS, which sells cloud computing services to other companies, also experienced surging demand as many people and businesses realigned for remote work.

“Jeff will continue to stay not only very involved, but have his fingerprints on a lot of areas of product development and innovation,” Amazon Chief Financial Officer Brian Olsavsky told reporters on Tuesday. “So Jeff is really not going anywhere, it’s more of a restructuring of who’s doing what.”

For Jassy, moving up to the CEO role means taking on some of Amazon’s most pressing challenges. That includes a burgeoning labor movement: Workers in Alabama are about to vote on whether to become the company’s first unionized warehouse in the U.S., while white-collar staff and engineers at its headquarters in Seattle have pushed the company to get serious about addressing racial justice and the climate.

Amazon is also under growing the scrutiny from regulators and lawmakers in the U.S. and Europe who worry about its market dominance. Last summer, Bezos faced his first congressional grilling as part of the House Democrats’ investigation that concluded that Amazon, Google, Facebook and Apple are all monopolies. Now it will be up to Jassy to defend the company from critics who say it should be broken up.

Tuesday’s announcement also came on the same day as news that Amazon would pay over $61.7 million to settle the Federal Trade Commission’s charges that the company withheld some tips of its Flex delivery drivers’ over two and a half years. Amazon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Facebook Taps Former Obama Official As Vice President Of Civil Rights

So if you wondered which side Facebook was on this should not come as a shock to anyone. Once again showing their true colors, and biased ways Facebook has officially hired former “Obama/Biden” official as Vice President of Civil Rights.

Roy Austin Jr. has been named Facebook’s vice president of civil rights, a new position within the company with the mandate to oversee its accountability on racial hatred and discrimination on its platform.

Now I wonder who he will make his target? Look they can hire whoever they want but doesn’t it make you wonder why an Obama/Biden insider? When they’re also targeting Conservative Republicans on their own platform? This just doesn’t look like a bypartisan hiring by Facebook.

But we all know they’re total socialist leftists… So this should not shock anyone. I’m sure they will keep hiring these sort of Obama/Biden cast off from their misAdministration as the silencing of anyone they don’t like continues.

Naming Austin to the position comes six months after a scathing independent audit found that the company had made “painful decisions [not to control content] with real world consequences that are serious setbacks for civil rights.”

The auditors had several recommendations, such as calling on Facebook to do more to rein in hateful speech on its platform, and stricter penalties for users who post items that violate company standards.

The auditors also advised Facebook to create a position to lead the company’s efforts on civil rights, even after acknowledging the company had taken several positive steps in that direction. Those included barring advertisers from using tools that target housing, employment and credit ads at individuals based on gender, age or ZIP code.

“I am excited to join Facebook at this moment when there is a national and global awakening happening around civil rights,” Austin said in a statement.

“Technology plays a role in nearly every part of our lives, and it’s important that it be used to overcome the historic discrimination and hate which so many underrepresented groups have faced, rather than to exacerbate it,” he added. Facebook said Austin will be based out of Washington, D.C.

He comes from the law firm Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, where he was a partner focusing on criminal defense and civil rights law. Earlier in his career, Austin held several positions within the U.S. Justice Department, including senior assistant U.S. attorney in the Civil Rights Unit of the Washington, D.C., U.S Attorney’s office, and deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division from 2010 to 2014.

After that Austin worked on the White House Domestic Policy Council in the Obama administration. He also worked on President Obama’s Task Force on 21st Century Policing and was a member of Obama’s My Brother’s Keeper Task Force.

Laura Murphy, a former American Civil Liberties Union executive, who was hired by Facebook to lead a two-year investigation into the company’s polices, applauded Austin’s hire.

“The appointment of a Civil Rights Vice President is an historic, positive and timely milestone in the evolution of Facebook,” Murphy said in a statement.

“Roy Austin is a great choice for this role; I worked with him extensively during his tenure at the White House. I urge Facebook to give him the latitude and resources to tackle the audit recommendations and any other civil rights issues that arise,” she added.

Just how much “latitude” Austin ultimately gets remains to be seen.

Mark Zuckerberg, the company’s co-founder, CEO and controlling shareholder, has the final say in any decision made at Facebook.

Pressure has been building for Facebook to implement changes to its platform following the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police on Memorial Day.

The audit was released in the immediate weeks following Floyd’s killing, just as national protests calling for a reckoning on race, police brutality and social injustice were gaining momentum. As NPR’s Shannon Bond reported in July, the audit of Facebook came at the same time hundreds of companies pledged to pull advertising from the platform to protest its lax approach to policing harmful posts.

Bond also reported at the time that advocacy groups, including Color of Change, the NAACP and the Anti-Defamation League held a conference call with Facebook executives to press for change, but hung up disappointed with the social media network’s response.

“They showed up to the meeting expecting an ‘A’ for attendance,” Rashad Robinson, President of Color of Change told NPR at the time.

Mexican president, other world leaders denounce Big Tech after Trump’s Twitter ban

You know the backlash is real when The President of Mexico, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, is going after Big Tech after the announcement that they were taking Trump down on all social media, and since that happened he now intends to form a coalition with other world leaders to fight against censorship. This folks from world leaders! This is big, and take note MEXICO’S Preisdent is on Trumps side. What does this tell you about them theories that he was hated by all Mexicans?

The move comes after several prominent social media platforms banned President Trump and his supporters. In a report by the Associated Press, Lopez Obrador compared Big Tech censorship to the Spanish Inquisition. After saying he intends to submit a proposal on the matter at the next G20 meeting, he said: “Yes, social media should not be used to incite violence and all that, but this cannot be used as a pretext to suspend freedom of expression.” “How can a company act as if it was all powerful, omnipotent, as a sort of Spanish Inquisition on what is expressed?” Mexican Foreign Relations Secretary Marcelo Ebrard said they have already started talking to allies in the effort, getting responses from officials in Germany, Africa, Latin America, France, the European Union and Southeast Asia.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel is another leader who has criticized these actions against Trump publicly, calling the censorship by corporate managers “problematic”. Her spokesman, Steffen Seibert, said that the president should have the ability to voice his opinion. And she’s no fan of Trump, and never has been but she’s even on his side on this one.

Acting Australian Prime Minister Michael McCormack concurred, calling out Twitter for taking down comments by someone who is still serving as the American president while allowing a doctored image that appears to depict an Australian soldier harming a child to be posted freely. Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki called for new regulations to be put in place governing Instagram, Twitter and Facebook in the European Union. Although he fell short of mentioning the Trump case specifically, he said that “the owners of corporate giants should not decide which views are right and which are not.” The French Junior Minister for European Union Affairs, Clement Beaune, said that he was “shocked” that Twitter suspended President Trump’s account, saying this is something that should be decided by citizens rather than a CEO. “But yes, I’m shocked by the fact that it is now, entirely in private hands. It cannot be in private hands only,” he told Bloomberg TV. He added that there should be a “public framework of regulation” wherein these platforms can argue that content is violating the law and needs to be removed, but that is something he said should be decided by legislatures and citizens.

French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire said this responsibility should fall to the state, saying that Big Tech is “one of the threats” to democracy. “The regulation of digital giants cannot be done by the digital oligarchy itself,” he stated.

Shortly before the announcement, Project Veritas released a video they received from a whistleblower in which Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey said that Trump’s ban is only the beginning of further purges that will see significantly more accounts being banned. These purges, he added, will continue after Joe Biden is inaugurated. “I don’t think this is going away any time soon, and the moves that we’re making today around Qanon for instance, one such example of a much broader approach that we should be looking at and going deeper on,” he said. He added that America is extremely divided, as his platform shows, and that his company’s role is to “protect the integrity of that conversation.”

Of course, he failed to explain how shutting one side out of a conversation protects its integrity. We’ve long known that super-liberal Big Tech doesn’t believe in free speech where conservatives are concerned, but with their banning of Trump, they can no longer keep pretending that they are somehow apolitical. Dorsey is right about one thing: America is divided, and those divisions can only begin to be healed when we allow for healthy dialogue and uphold Americans’ rights to free speech.

Twitter targets ME! Just like Facebook!

Yes folks I kid you not… I’ve been now the target of both social medias as I cannot post this url angelespino.com on Facebook at all, and now I got this from the Twitter itself… Laughable. This one came from some leftist Trump hating hack who calls himself “PoliticalED” who posted this crap cause I said some facts! That Obama is the one who went to Cuba, and shook hands with the Castro Brothers after these same idiots tried to call out Marco Rubio for what he’s doing to protect our elections, and who’s on the right path. Marco Rubio has come along way, and has gained my respect over the years, and because I agreed with Marco now ED is targeting me. But two can play this game as I reported his account on 10 different posts he made harrasing others on twitter. Check this crap out below, and if you care about free speech, freedom of liberty, and our rights to agree with whomever we want without being harrased should go on Twitter, and report this asshole PoliticalED.

GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz files a criminal referral against Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg with William Barr

Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., on Monday asked Attorney General William Barr to open a criminal investigation into Mark Zuckerberg over allegations that the Facebook CEO lied to Congress.

In a letter to Barr, Gaetz accused the social media executive of making false statements to Congress on two occasions in 2018. He alleged that Zuckerberg “repeatedly and categorically denied any bias against conservative speech, persons, policies or politics” on his platform.

“On both occasions, members of Congress asked Mr. Zuckerberg about allegations that Facebook censored and suppressed content supportive of President Donald Trump and other conservatives,” Gaetz wrote.

“Mr. Zuckerberg also dismissed the suggestion that Facebook exercises any form of editorial manipulation,” he added.

Zuckerberg made the remarks in 2018 under questioning from Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tex., who accused Facebook of “bias and censorship.” Cruz cited a 2016 Gizmodo revealing allegations that the social media platform had knowingly suppressing conservative news. Zuckerberg responded:

I understand where that concern is coming from, because Facebook and the tech industry are located in Silicon Valley, which is an extremely left-leaning place. And this is actually a concern that I have, and that I try to root out in the company, is making sure that we don’t have any bias in the work that we do. And I think it is a fair concern that people would at least wonder about.

As evidence to support his claims, Gaetz directed Barr to a recent sting by Project Veritas, a right-wing organization known for its efforts to take down liberal organizations, mainstream media outlets and public figures through misinformation and deceptively edited “insider” videos.

Project Veritas published hidden-camera footage of purported Facebook content moderators apparently admitting that they delete conservative posts. Gaetz says the “whistleblowers” in the video offer “ample evidence” of the company’s “bias and manipulation.”

“According to the Veritas report and undercover footage, the adjudicators were outspoken about their political bias against Republicans and actively chose to eliminate otherwise-allowable content from the platform and from public view simply due to its political orientation,” Gaetz wrote.

“At the same time,” Gaetz added, “speech promoting violence against the president and his supporters was labeled as merely ‘political,’ and was thus allowed to stay on the platform.”

The Republican representative also claims, without citing evidence, that Facebook’s artificial intelligence content screening program is itself not politically neutral, which he alleges is a violation of the “good faith” provision of the Communications Decency Act.

Republicans — from internet trolls, up to lawmakers and President Donald Trump himself — regularly accuse Facebook and other social media platforms of anti-conservative bias.

However, Facebook launched its own project in the weeks after the 2016 election — “Project P,” for propaganda — which found dozens of pages peddling fake news ahead of Trump’s victory. Nearly all the pages were based overseas, had financial motives and “displayed a clear rightward bent,” according to the Washington Post.

Another reason why moderators may encounter a higher volume of flagged conservative content is because Facebook’s most popular content has become overwhelmingly conservative over time. “Facebook has become the home of right-wing America, while Twitter and Snap have become the home of the left,” Vanity Fair’s Nick Bilton reported earlier this year.

And while liberals have criticized Facebook for refusing to fact-check political ads — and even threatened to break up the social media platform — a number of leading conservatives have reportedly met in secret with Zuckerberg, including Tucker Carlson, Sen. Lindsey Graham, and on at least one occasion, Trump himself. Zuckerberg has not disclosed the content of those meetings.

Greta Thunberg now wants to run Facebook also!? Oh boy!

The Swedish climate wannabe activist who suffers from Aspergers syndrome Greta Thunberg has threatened to leave Facebook if the social media site refuses to silence her critics. To which we say? PLEASE QUIT! LEAVE!! IN FACT Leave all media! NOBODY outside of some mentally challenged people like AOC, your parents, and other members of their terror group Antifa give a shit about the agenda you have in that clearly deranged mind of yours.

Listen I know she’s got mental issues ok! But this girl needs therapy, and to have her parents charged with child abuse this is exactly why little kids like Greta Thunberg should NEVER be thrown into any spotlight or position of power, and or influence over others. SHE wants pretty much to come to this country and threaten our freedom of speech. Hmmmm in her own words.

“I am, like many others, questioning whether I should keep using Facebook or not,” She posted in Facebook last week. “Allowing hate speech, the lack of fact-checking and, of course, the issues of interfering with democracy… are among many, many other things that are very upsetting.” Yeah this is why we have freedom of speech so all points of views are heard, and we can fact check for ourselves we don’t need to have some neonazi system where we’re limited to what people can say more than the current rules already in place by FACEBOOK! IF YOU Can’t handle that you shouldn’t be on there.

“The constant lies and conspiracy theories about me and countless others, of course, result in hate, death threats and ultimately violence. This could easily be stopped if Facebook wanted to. I find the lack of taking responsibility very disturbing,” she added, and this is why she should leave FACEBOOK! Once again she might not even be aware at how badly mistaken she is about a lot of things in life, and how she’s been used, brainwashed, and if she doesn’t like the spotlight she should NOT be in it.

The “Youth Climate Strike” founder has enjoyed unprecedented stardom for her climate activism, winning encomium from such leftist heavyweights as Barack Obama (EVIL), Hillary Clinton (She Devil), and Elon Musk (Smart dumbass)

Musk said last month that Thunberg has “better reasoning & more heart than the vast majority of political leaders,” whereas Hillary called her a “gutsy woman” and former president Obama praised the 16-year-old as “one of our planet’s greatest advocates.” For what Obama? She said nothing worth not laughing at! Thus why she’s got soooooooo many people making memes, and laughing at her. She’s becoming a clown which shouldn’t happen, and she’s still a little girl Hellary not yet a woman. Sounds like lyrics to a song. lol but Yet Ms. Thunberg is finding criticism enervating, suggesting that those who oppose her crusade are “interfering with democracy” and should be censored by Facebook. Hmmmm Fascist! But of course she is! Her parents belong to Antifa.

The climate icon urged her fans to “challenge” Facebook to silence her antagonists, insisting that “if enough of us demand change — then change will come.” NOPE! Actually I’ll applaud Facebook if they don’t a thing, and just ignore her idiotic demands. Now her issues with social media do not end with Facebook, she has similarly complained that Twitter has not done a good job protecting her, either.

“It has come to my attention that a few people have been trying to impersonate me or falsely claim that they ‘represent’ me in order to communicate with political leaders, famous actors, singers and musicians,’”

She tweeted on October 25, 2019 and she continued by saying “I apologize to anyone who’s been contacted — and maybe even misled by this kind of behavior. I hope that those who want to sincerely reach out to me will do so using the recognized channels,” she added. The Swedish teen activist berated the United Nations General Assembly last month, scolding world leaders for having “stolen my dreams and my childhood.”

“This is all wrong,” Thunberg declared to the members. “I shouldn’t be up here. I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean, yet you all come to us young people for hope. How dare you?”

“People are suffering. People are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing,” she said. “We are in the beginning of a mass extinction and all you can talk about is money and fairy tales of eternal economic growth. How dare you?” The fairy tale is her statements because climate change has been happening since the beginning of this planet’s TIME! That’s called evolution, and who are we to stop evolution. Does she think she’s GOD now? Seriously this girl needs to go away, and her parents need to be locked up.

Terrence K. Williams getting death threats!

Facebook, and Twitter star Terrence K. Williams says he’s getting death threats! Check out the post he tweeted out earlier… Shocking if true!
