Ok so the cybersecurity lawyer indicted this week by a grand jury in special counsel John Durham’s investigation could end up being the “fall guy” for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, warned one top House Republican. One of our favorites too! Rep. Devin Nunes, the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, told Newsmax on Thursday there is evidence of a broad Russia collusion conspiracy allegations the congressman’s team investigated and referred to the Justice Department. But, he cautioned the Clintons “have a long history of their lawyers and agents disappearing.”
Michael Sussmann, a former attorney from Perkins Coie, is accused of falsely telling the top FBI lawyer he had no clients when he was representing a technology executive and the Clinton campaign during a meeting on possible links between former President Donald Trump and Russia. Sussmann pleaded not guilty to a charge of lying to the FBI on Friday, with lawyers insisting he never said he didn’t have clients and was representing only the technology executive.
The Perkins Coie law firm has already been tied to the Russia matter. Robby Mook, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign manager, said in 2017 he authorized Marc Elias another attorney who, up until recently, worked for Perkins Coie to hire an outside firm to dig up dirt on Trump’s connections with Russia in 2016. This led to British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s discredited anti-Trump dossier.
Nunes contended evidence in the “slam dunk” indictment has solid evidence showing Sussmann was integral in helping the Clinton team develop the narrative there was a secret backchannel between Russia’s Alfa Bank and the Trump Organization. The FBI investigated the claims and could not find evidence to support them but not before the media reported on the inquiry and the Clinton campaign promoted the allegations leading up to the 2016 contest.
Beyond the “circumstantial evidence” the California Republican said he already had, the congressman said, “We now have emails and communications, and clearly, Durham’s done interviews in this.”
“I would hope that this is only the first of several other indictments,” said Nunes, adding there are government officials he still wants to be held accountable. But he stressed the new indictment does not look good for members of the Clinton campaign and others involved, some of whom have made their way into the Biden administration, such as White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan.
Nunes continued that Durham is “circling the wagons” and would “be surprised” if Sussmann did not reach a plea agreement.
“There was a conspiracy here,” Nunes said. “You’ve heard me talk about this for many, many years. The Clinton campaign conspired with really bad agents and bad actors within the FBI and other locations. So, this guy you’ve got lying to the FBI. We know people conspired to do this. Conspiracy is a major charge, and it can be very, very broad. That’s what I would like to see was this the only guy that did it? Is he going to be the fall guy for the Clinton campaign? We’ve seen that in history, remember? We’ve seen people in history be the fall guy for the Clintons.”
Durham was a U.S. attorney appointed by former Attorney General William Barr to investigate the origins and conduct of the Trump-Russia investigation and received special counsel status last year to continue his work into the Biden administration.
Durham’s endeavor has long been criticized by Democrats and legal observers who claim the inquiry is meant to undercut Robert Mueller’s special investigation into alleged ties between the Trump 2016 campaign and Russia. Still, Trump and his allies have championed it as a means to root out corrupt officials to settle political scores.
Mueller’s team was unable to find a criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russia. However, his report described 10 instances of possible obstruction of justice that Democrats seized on as a road map to impeachment. The investigation also led to several convictions and guilty pleas from Trump’s associates over charges unrelated to collusion with Russia.
In the more than two years he has conducted his inquiry into the genesis and conduct of the Russia investigation, Durham has not sought any charges related to conspiracy. So far, Durham has obtained only a single guilty plea from former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, who admitted to altering an email about a Trump campaign aide under government surveillance.
Recent reports suggest the prosecutor is considering criminal prosecutions of lower-level FBI agents and others as he investigates information provided to the FBI in 2016 that spurred on the Trump-Russia investigation.
Hillary Clinton has fueled a new maybe not so crazy QAnon conspiracy theory that she is a Satanist after sharing a photo from her study on social media. On Tuesday, Clinton shared a photo of herself on Instagram about her new podcast, “You and Me Both.” The image shows the former United States Secretary of State seated in front of a laptop wearing headphones and speaking into a microphone. Book Features Glass Devils in Erotic Positions
Some QAnon conspiracy theorists noticed that one of the books being used to prop up Clinton’s laptop was one that features glass devils having sex. The book, titled ‘Erotics’ by Italian glass artist Lucio Bubacco, is one of several books placed underneath the Macbook in the photo.
It turns out that the hardcover book was published in 2018 and retails between $50 and $70. The book is described by an online seller to feature biblical and carnevalesque iconography and crystalline incubi, which is plural for a demon in male form who, according to mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleeping women in order to engage in sexual activity with them.
The book features photos of handmade glass devils posing in various positions, many of them sexual, leading many to believe this is further confirmation that the former presidential candidate is a “satan-worshipper.”
“I was astonished by the fact that Hillary Clinton would be so obvious about her preference for satan, wrote one user. “Yet there it was, on full display for the world to see.” What is the QAnon Conspiracy Theory?
This has further fueled the widespread but baseless far-right conspiracy theory that an elite group of Satan-worshipping pedophiles who run the world are involved in a global child sex-trafficking ring and are plotting against President Donald Trump, who is waging a war against them.
Many believers have speculated that this fight will lead to a day of reckoning where Hollywood A-listers, leading philanthropists, Jewish financiers and Democrat politicians such as the “Obama, Biden, Clinton, Pelosi, Nadler, Schiff, and more like perhaps the Fraud Squad will be arrested and some executed depending at how severe they’re crimes are.
The Q in QAnon is said to refer to an anonymous insider who has secret information about the Trump administration. The conspiracy theory began in 2017 and has since snowballed in popularity around the world… But so far they’ve not said much about Trump. Nothing to connect him in anyway to Human Trafficking, or Devil Worshiping. So far it’s been all Liberals getting caught red handed.
Rand Paul has gone on record now as wanting to see Obama INVESTIGATED For Inventing ‘Russian Conspiracy’ Hoax the one which all Americans have heard by now you know the inquiry investigator Robert Mueller ran and spent 35 Million of taxpayer money into the witch hunt on Donald Trump.
The one which showed no collusion by Trump, and Russia during the 2016 presidential election and was a giant failure. While leftists and the media lost their collective minds thanks to a narrative they invented, Rand Paul suggested Obama officials should take a turn in the hot seat.
Senator Rand Paul has called on the Justice Department to investigate the Obama aides who forced the false claims into the minds of the public using propaganda and brainwashing tactics. According to The Washington Examiner, Paul used Twitter to call for an investigation of those responsible to the “Russian conspiracy hoax” perpetrated on the American people.
“Time to investigate the Obama officials who concocted and spread the Russian conspiracy hoax!” Senator Paul tweeted.
Time to investigate the Obama officials who concocted and spread the Russian conspiracy hoax!
Others have called for a probe into Hillary Clinton’s campaign and Barack Obama’s administration for alleged attempts to spy on president Donald Trump during the 2016 election. Trump campaign pollster John McLaughlin believes it is past time to get it started also. “I’m very concerned that it’s becoming more clear that the Obama administration was able to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on our campaign based on phony opposition research from the Clinton campaign. Having federal law enforcement spy on a presidential campaign based on phony campaign research is really distressing and the true untold story,” said McLaughlin.
“In retrospect, we now know this is one of the worst transitions in American history,” former Bush White House Press Secretary Ari Fleischer told The Washington Times. “On the surface, they played nicely and said nice things. But below the surface, it is clear several people in the Obama administration were doing everything they could to leave time bombs behind that would detonate all around Donald Trump and his administration.”
The bigger picture is that had this gone sourer than it already has, the Obama administration could have ignited a war with Russia long before the tears of the saddened liberals dried.
Donald Trump beat Hillary Clinton to become the 45th president, Obama was at it with his “pen and phone,” determined to destroy any chance Trump had at being a success. Obama, who was upset that Hillary Clinton would watch Donald Trump inaugurated as president, decided to shift blame to Russia. He authorized a covert cyber operation to deploy “implants” in Russian networks that could be triggered remotely in retaliation to any future cyber aggression by Moscow, TheWashington Post reported Friday.
The implants, developed by the NSA, are designed to hit Russian networks deemed “important to the adversary and that would cause them pain and discomfort if they were disrupted,” a former U.S. official told The Washington Post. Note the use of the word “adversary,” almost as if Obama’s goal was to begin a war with Russia. And to make matters worse, “U.S. intelligence agencies do not need further approval from (President) Trump, and officials said that he would have to issue a countermanding order to stop it,” the Post reported. “The officials said that they have seen no indication that Trump has done so.”
So another new low by the radical media, and the evil socialists continue to spread lies, and gossip against Trump! The Media seems to no wait they are running away with this new conspiracy theory! In what is not real relevant news but you know one little day cannot go by without the leftists radicals coming up with another lie to smear the President somehow, and to keep the lies going enough to make sure the Libtards believe them. Now this POS known as birth name “Joy Reid” claims to have “a cellphone full of texts from people who aren’t sure” Trump really has COVID! Well here I sit drinking a soda, and asking myself. WHO GIVES A FLYING FUCK?
Seriously how is this being reported as news? This is gossip at best, and misleading information for the most part. This air wasting human scum Joy Reid who’s got ZERO class, and brings nobody JOY is someone who’s just another socialist/communist on the band wagon folks, and like usual the suspects in this war are making this into a conspiracy theory. My god, and they want to talk shit about the right? These 4 years we have had nothing but lies, and conspiracy from the left! Now they show they have no compassion also.
Wow check out these posts folks…
Here’s how wrecked Trump’s credibility is at this point: I’ve got a cellphone full of texts from people who aren’t sure whether to believe Trump actually has covid. “He lies so much,” one friend just texted. “Is he just doing this to get out of the debates?” others are texting.

🔦 Various members of the media also said White House statements on President Trump’s health cannot be trusted.
CNN’s Anderson Cooper and Jim Acosta dismiss all statements from White House officials (so @PressSec@KayleighMcEnany and @AlyssaFarah) are “meaningless,” essentially assuming without evidence that the statements about the President’s condition have all been lies. pic.twitter.com/IVF6xJP9Ck
CNN host Anderson Cooper said White House statements on Trump’s health are “pretty much meaningless.” Much like your manhood huh Anderson Pooper scooper? This fucking dildo face idiot is such a loser but wait there is more! Washington Post media columnist Margaret Sullivan (Another democrat loser..) wrote a column with the headline, “Journalists, beware: This White House can’t be trusted to be truthful about Trump’s health.”
Vox published an article with the headline: “The future of the country hinges on Trump’s health and we can’t trust he’s telling the truth.” Well funny since Biden lied in EVERYTHING he’s been saying for years and nobody on the media calls him out on it, and lied on almost everything he said in the debate plus had a tag team partner in Creepy Chris Wallace, and yet nobody seems to notice. But Trump no he’s the liar! Even t ho he didn’t lie about anything during the debates, and has been the best President this country has seen in my lifetime.
“The sad truth is we really can’t trust at face value what comes out of the White House on this,” ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jon Karl said on The View. “There has been so much misinformation that has gone out, you know, about the virus, about the pandemic, about things like voter suppression, it’s really hard to know what to believe.”
No Mass Media we can’t trust anything that comes out of your mouth… You’re all liars, and con artists bent on destruction, and the takeover of this country. Remember keep this in mind guys there are two classes of Liberals now. THE FAR Left! And the more old school Liberals, and the sad thing is that the EXTREMISTS figured out that if the have the morons, and mentally ill liberals at their side they can win the war. Those they pander too are what is known as the “Libtards.” You know who they are your normal everyday brain dead liberal who doesn’t know the facts they just hear it on mainstream news so it must be real! These are the morons who back Antifa/BLM and don’t know who the first President was or who freed the slaves was. These are people who have gone full retard, and love Hollywood, sports, and believe LeBron James, Anderson Cooper, and these idiots like Jim Acosta. These people are all sold out extremists who want to abolish this country. This folks is now a war, and it’s one we must win. Come NOV 3rd be heard, and go vote for Trump! He’s our only hope.
Some of you I'm sure heard the news about the man who set himself on fire recently outside the trial of Donald Trump. Now we have the story as reported by the EPOCH Times... Check it out.
[Epoch Times] The man who set himself on fire outside a Manhattan courthouse where former President Donald Trump’s so-called hush money trial was proceeding has died from his injuries, police said. Max Azzarello, a 37-year-old resident of St. Augustine, Florida, carried out the act of self-immolation on Friday afternoon in Collect Pond Park, located across the street from the courthouse that has been a gathering point for demonstrators and media outlets covering jury selection for the trial. He threw a stack of pamphlets in the air before pulling out a canister, soaking himself in a liquid police believe was an “accelerant” and setting himself on fire in front of horrified witnesses.
Emergency responders were quick to arrive and put the blaze out, but the man suffered severe burns as he was rushed to the hospital. Hours after being admitted to a burn unit, he was declared dead. The New York Police Department said they do not believe the incident has anything to do with President Trump’s trial, although it did raise concerns over the security in the area. In a press briefing, Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey told reporters that the NYPD will review security protocol because of the “gravity of the event going on,” referring to the high-profile trial.
“We’re very concerned,” Mr. Maddrey said, noting that Mr. Azzarello didn’t breach any security checkpoints in accessing the park, given that it is a public space. “Of course we’re going to look at everything,” the police chief said. “We’re going to reassess our security with our federal partners.” A self-proclaimed “investigative researcher,” Mr. Azzarello traveled to New York City earlier in the week from Florida without his family knowing, according to the police. In the days leading to his self-inflammation, Mr. Azzarello appeared to have been protesting in front of the courthouse against political leaders from both sides of the aisle. He allegedly drove a vehicle emblazoned with a phrase that repeatedly shows up in his writings—”fascist coup”—and featured the name of his Substack blog, “Ponzi Papers.”
In a nearly 3,000-word rambling manifesto, Mr. Azzarello said that he carried out the extreme act to “draw attention to an urgent and important discovery.” His Substack manifesto directs outrage to a wide array of subjects, ranging from cryptocurrency, New York University, “The Simpsons,” the Clinton family, and the U.S. government and its allies. “We are victims of a totalitarian con, and our own government (along with many of their allies) is about to hit us with an apocalyptic fascist world coup,” he told his readers. “These claims sound like fantastical conspiracy theory, but they are not. They are proof of conspiracy.” Describing what he called a “Ponzi scheme,” Mr. Azzarello claimed that the Democrat-Republican adversary “has been entirely manufactured.” Ever since the 1996 election that saw former President Bill Clinton’s victory, he claimed, presidential candidates of the rival parties had been secretly collaborating, merely “acting as characters that are against one another” in a way akin to scripted wrestling matches.
“Both parties are run by financial criminals whose only goals are to divide, deceive, and bleed us dry,” he wrote. “They divide the public against itself and blame the other party while everything gets worse and more expensive and handful of people take all the money.” In addition, Mr. Azzarello claimed he discovered that “elites” have been funneling “trillions of dollars in stolen cash through the stock market” to create “the largest stock-market anomaly in history.” He claimed that the U.S. government “unleashed COVID on the world” to “explain the massive anomaly.” In the pamphlet he threw out before setting himself on fire, Mr. Azzarello said his goal was to abolish the government and replace it with one that “serves all.” The NYPD has dismissed the pamphlets as “propaganda-based” material. “The pamphlets appear to be propaganda-based, almost a conspiracy theory type of pamphlet,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny told reporters. “Some information in regards to a Ponzi scheme, and the fact that some of our local educational institutes are fronts for the mob.”
Potus 45 and my favorite president Donald Trump has finally gathered enough evidence to prove it folks! Now he’s since filed a lawsuit Thursday against former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee and others, alleging that they “maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative” that his campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 presidential race. Trump claims that he incurred expenses of more than $24 million in defending himself against the accusations. He is seeking damages of three times that amount in the lawsuit, which comes more than five years after he defeated Clinton in the November 2016 election.
“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the lawsuit states. “The actions taken in furtherance of their scheme falsifying evidence, deceiving law enforcement, and exploiting access to highly sensitive data sources are so outrageous, subversive and incendiary that even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.” Trump filed the 108-page lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, arguing that “a substantial part of the events or omissions giving rise to the Plaintiffs’ claims occurred in this District.” Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate is in Palm Beach, Fla.
Nick Merrill, a Clinton spokesman, responded to the lawsuit with a one-word statement: “Nonsense.” A DNC spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment. More than two dozen other entities and individuals are named in the lawsuit as well. Despite Trump’s repeated claims that he was exonerated by former special counsel Robert S. Mueller III after a two-year investigation, Mueller in 2019 said only that his team had made no determination on “collusion” and that it had not found sufficient evidence to charge any member of Trump’s campaign with criminal conspiracy. Several Trump associates pleaded guilty to charges related to the 2016 campaign and Russia, including federal conspiracy or lying to the FBI.
And a 2020 report by the Senate Intelligence Committee portrayed Trump’s 2016 campaign as posing counterintelligence risks through its significant contacts with Russia and seeming determination to conceal the full extent of its conduct. Trump filed the lawsuit as a long-running criminal investigation into his business appears to be foundering. Two veteran lawyers who were leading that probe quit last month in frustration at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s reluctance to criminally charge the former president. On Wednesday, the resignation letter by attorney Mark Pomerantz became public. He told Bragg that he believed Trump had committed multiple felonies by lying to banks and other entities about the net worth of his companies.
Investigators for both the district attorney and the New York attorney general have spent years working to determine if Trump and the Trump Organization tried to decrease tax liability by falsely minimizing asset values while trying to obtain favorable loan rates using other fake estimates. Bragg’s predecessor, Cyrus Vance, decided late last year that he wanted to seek an indictment, people familiar with the matter have said. But Bragg, who succeeded Vance in January, had significant doubts, those people said.
Bragg’s office says the investigation is continuing under new leadership. The Trump lawsuit seems to draw heavily on indictments brought by Special Counsel John Durham, who had been tasked by then-Attorney General William P. Barr with reviewing the FBI’s 2016 investigation of Trump’s campaign. But the lawsuit often exaggerates or misstates Durham’s allegations or other facts of the case, as it seeks to portray a grand Clinton-led conspiracy to upend the Trump campaign.
The lawsuit, for example, alleges that the FBI “relying on the Defendants’ fraudulent evidence commenced a large-scale investigation and expended precious time, resources and taxpayer dollars looking into the spurious allegation that the Trump Campaign had colluded with the Russian Government to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.”
The lawsuit takes particular aim at the now infamous dossier alleging ties between Trump and Russia, which was authored by a former British spy who had been hired by an opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign. It also highlights an effort by a Democratically connected lawyer who sought to get the bureau to investigate possible computer connections between a Trump Organization server and a Russian financial institution known as Alfa Bank. Durham has alleged that the lawyer, Michael Sussmann, was working on behalf of the Clinton campaign and a tech executive when he approached the bureau’s general counsel, although he claimed he was not doing so on behalf of any client.
The FBI relied on the dossier to advance its investigation of Trump’s campaign notably using it to seek to justify a court application for secret surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser. Agents also examined the computer ties, ultimately finding nothing nefarious there. But a Justice Department inspector general’s report found the FBI investigation of Trump’s campaign was “commenced” for another reason: A Trump campaign adviser, George Papadopoulos, had boasted to an Australian government official about the Russians potentially having dirt on Clinton, and investigators wanted to see how he would have known that.
The suit alleges that Sussmann, a lawyer with deep Democratic ties, and tech executive Rodney Joffe exploited access to nonpublic data to search for possible computer linkages between Trump entities and Russia. Like Trump, the special counsel has alleged that Joffe “exploited” his access to data. But Trump’s suit goes further, alleging, “When it was discovered that no such channel existed, the Defendants resorted to truly subversive measures — hacking servers at Trump Tower, Trump’s private apartment, and, most alarmingly, the White House.”
Durham, the special counsel, has not alleged a “hacking” effort, and the evidence does not appear to support one.
The computer linkages at issue came from the Domain Name System, or DNS, a sort of digital phone book that matches domain names — which are typically words — to Internet addresses, which are numbers. DNS records would show when one computer communicated with another, perhaps because someone looked up a particular website, or sent an email. Joffe and lawyers for one of those involved in the research effort have insisted they legally had access to it and that it was not truly private data.
The lawyers also said that while the researchers did examine data from the Executive Office of the President, it was from the time period before Trump took office, rebutting the notion that he was somehow spied on while serving as commander in chief.
Aitan Goelman, a lawyer for Peter Strzok, who led the FBI investigation when it was first opened in 2016 and is named as a defendant, said: “We haven’t had a chance to read the complaint, but knowing the former president, there’s probably very little in there that’s true. It’s also odd that he is bringing this lawsuit at the same time that the DOJ is attempting to quash our subpoena to Trump in Pete’s case against the Department.” Strzok was fired from the FBI in 2018 over anti-Trump text messages he exchanged. He is suing over his dismissal and has sought to depose Trump.
Michael Bromwich, a former Justice Department inspector general now in private practice, said in an email: “I hope Trump’s lawyers got their money up front. I hope they have something other than Fox News stories to support their allegations so they can avoid Rule 11 sanctions. And if the case ever gets to discovery, I would expect Trump’s own deposition to last days if not weeks. It would be the opportunity many have sought for the past 5 years to have him testify under oath. He’s proven in the past he’s not so good at that.”
Bromwich has represented former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe a defendant in the lawsuit though he said he has not yet talked with McCabe about the matter. Rule 11 is a federal rule requiring, among other things, that when lawyers make court filings, they certify that their factual representations will most likely be supported by the evidence.
Now this is fitting since we know Ben is a communist so this is rightfully placed.. Afterall BEN here loves BIDEN, hates America and he’s let it be known on before that he’s no Trump supporter. He loves Liberals, and again is a Marxist. This is why I hate him as “BATMAN” and refuse to ever watch his movies again. And well J-LO is a horrible singer/actress and she’s also a socialist, and I actually met her, and had her sign a “menu” from the now defunct “PLANET HOLLYWOOD” years ago! I met her there and she was rude, and mean.
But we had run into John Leguizamo at the premier for the movie “THE PEST” and he gave me and a buddy passes to go see him over in coco walk where he was going to party in planet Hollywood. Back then I was a fan of his. Now not so much. He’s also showed his true colors during the Trump years, and especially during the last election. Either way those 3 can all go to NAZI hell for all I care.
The changes, which were only in place for a few minutes before the pages reverted to their usual contents, removed all the text and images from the pages and replaced them with a bright red background and large Swastika image, which is also the German Nazi Party’s flag.
The Wikipedia pages of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were among those affected. Twitter users say that the pages of German philosopher Theodor Adorno, singer Madonna, and Joseph Stalin were also hacked.
The US has experienced a rise in antisemitism over the last few years. More than 3,000 anti-Semitic incidents occurred last year, the third-highest year on record since 1979, according to the Anti-Defamation League.
QAnon, a conspiracy theory that has gone viral and entered mainstream politics in the last several years, builds on centuries of anti-Semitic tropes, Insider’s Rachel Greenspan reported. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who has defended the QAnon conspiracy theory, supported an anti-Semitic conspiracy that a Jewish-financed laser beam ignited wildfires in California.

POTUS 45 Donald J Trump was charged in August under a four-count, 45-page (45 Pages 45 President! Coincidance?) Indictment that accuses him of conspiring to defraud the U.S. by preventing Congress from certifying Democrat President Joe Biden's so called victory and to deprive voters of their right to a fair election. Which is actually what Biden did in actuality as well rational people know by now. So the Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith is leading the prosecution team. "The core conduct alleged in the indictment relating to the presentation of alternate electors had a historical basis that dates back to 1800 and spans at least seven other elections," now Trump is seeking to have his Washington, D.C. election interference case quashed, calling it a "vindictive prosecution." Much of his submission, filed early on Tuesday, hangs on whether alternative electors are a criminal conspiracy or a symbolic act of defiance that is rooted in American history. Trump arrives to Trump Tower on October 23, 2023 in New York City. He is now seeking to have his federal indictment quashed, based on historical precedent. Much of his submission, filed again Tuesday.
"There are no other prosecutions in American history relating to these types of activities. The allegations in the indictment involve constitutionally authorized activities by President Trump as Commander in Chief, as well as speech and expressive conduct by the First Amendment." and it gies ib tge say that "Given this context, it is no surprise that in the months following the 2020 election, senior government officials rejected an investigation of President Trump as unfounded and potentially unconstitutional," the filing stated.

Trump is now saying that the alternate electors who signed off a Trump victory across the U.S. were engaged in symbolic free speech to show their disapproval of Biden and the way that the election was run. Edward B. Foley, a constitutional law professor at Ohio State University, said that there is a long history of alternate electors in American politics that stretches back hundreds of years. Writing for the policy think tank, Just Security, Foley said that Trump supporters signing off on his supposed victory in seven battleground states was "a fool's errand, since there never was a chance that Congress was going to recognize Trump as the winner." Writing for the policy think tank, Just Security, Foley said that Trump supporters signing off on his supposed victory in seven battleground states was "a fool's errand, since there never was a chance that Congress was going to recognize Trump as the winner."
As Foley points out, Trump's Vice President, Mike Pence, acting as Senate president, would not even open the envelope that contained the confirmation from the alternative electors. "Mike Pence, as Senate president, would not even let these pro-Trump submissions be opened in the joint session of Congress because, without any claim of any backing from any part of their state's government, they could not be acknowledged as even asserting to be official electoral votes entitled to be considered by Congress," Foley wrote.
So was the action of Trump's supporters merely symbolic free speech and is there, as his lawyers claimed in their submissions, a long historic precedent? Foley notes that Florida was hotly contested in the 1876 election between Republican candidate, Rutherford Hayes, and Democrat, Samuel Tilden. Florida's attorney general, a Democrat, purported to certify Tilden the winner of the state. On the same day, however, Republican electors in Florida voted for Hayes, backed by a certification from the state's canvassing board.
Later, Florida's judiciary and legislature would act to undo the canvassing board's certification. There were no indictments of any of those involved as it was considered a legal dispute. "In South Carolina, by contrast, there was no one with any colorable claim of official authority in a position to certify Tilden the winner. Still, Democrats there were claiming that he had won" and still "submitted their spurious electoral votes to the Senate president". "None of these South Carolina individuals (as far as I know from my research) were criminally investigated or prosecuted for making this assertion," Foley wrote, noting that a similar dispute occurred in Vermont in 1876.
Other disputes occurred throughout American history, such as both sides claiming to sign off on the winning candidate in Hawaii in the 1960 election between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. Foley said that such acts, done by both Democrats and Republicans, are distinct from cases of forgery, which have occurred in elections in the past. "Openly asserting that one is the duly appointed elector of state, even when that claim is utterly without merit[...]is to make an argument about one's status under the law. It is not an attempt to dupe recipients with counterfeit papers," he writes. Judging from Tuesday's court submissions, that is the logic that will get Trump and his co-accused released from the election interference charges.
Twitter temporarily suspended freshman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., on Monday for sharing misinformation downplaying the severity of the coronavirus as well as the benefits of getting vaccinated. Which ok so again she gave her opinion that social media didn’t agree with so they just up and suspended her for the day based on her remarks, which earned her a 12-hour suspension. Oh Twitter when will you learn? You let others who make much worse comments who are on the radical socialist/marxist loving left get away with but when someone like her posts anything even something fact based you block her, and deem her to be spreading lies? Come on now! So in response to a Sunday tweet by embattled surgeon Dr. David Samadi, a regular expert on Fox News who said “In the United Kingdom,” Samadi wrote, “47% of new COVID-19 cases are vaccinated people.”
This is why no entity should force NON-FDA approved vaccines or masks.
Instead help people protect their health by defeating obesity, which will protect them from covid complications & death, and many other health problems.
— Marjorie Taylor Greene 🇺🇸 (@mtgreenee) July 19, 2021
Greene responded to Samadi later that day: “This is why no entity should force NON-FDA approved vaccines or masks. Instead help people protect their health by defeating obesity, which will protect them from covid [sic] complications & death, and many other health problems. We should invest in health, not human experimentation.” As someone who is “obese” myself I fully understand what she means, and she’s 100% correct in her statement. My condition is caused due to thyroid, and other health issues not over eating but she’s still right.
Greene fired off another round of what Twitter flagged as “misleading” on Monday following a tweet by Rep. Thomas Massie, R-Ky., who claimed he’d received a tip from a military source warning that a substantial number of officers would resign if a vaccine mandate was applied to service members.
The controversial #COVID19 vaccines should not be forced on our military for a virus that is not dangerous for non-obese people and those under 65.
With 6,000 vax related deaths and many concerning side effects reported, the vax should be a choice not a mandate for everyone. https://t.co/JhYg3acrrK

“The controversial #COVID19 vaccines should not be forced on our military for a virus that is not dangerous for non-obese people and those under 65,” Greene said in response. “With 6,000 vax related deaths and many concerning side effects reported, the vax should be a choice not a mandate for everyone.” Twelve-hour suspensions are typically doled out in cases where the offender has violated Twitter’s policies at least once or twice. Additional violations could earn Greene a permanent suspension. The Republican blamed “communist California” for getting her “canceled.”
“As if I haven’t been canceled enough this past week, now Twitter has banned me for 12 hours,” she said on Newsmax following her suspension on Monday. “We are being canceled and our speech is being canceled,” she continued, according to Mediate. “And we’re being blamed for it. So you can see what’s going on. This is communism. This is communism when you have American cities canceling two members of Congress’s events at private venues,” she said, referring to recently canceled rallies for her and Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., who is currently under federal investigation.
“Twitter, who is playing a big part and a role with Big Tech and Facebook and the White House apparently the Joe and the Biden administration in censoring Americans, along with the communist cities in communist California who doesn’t [sic] believe that America first represents their values, in Anaheim or Riverside.”
Greene who has been labeled by the radical crazy leftist socialist class in this country as a “far-right spreader of myriad conspiracy theories” has over the last year built up a reputation for herself as perhaps the foremost congressional Covid denialists, often disputing the danger of the virus or downplaying the need for public health precautions, including getting vaccinated. But wait the left who are the biggest “Conspiracy theory” nuts on the planet! I know this because in working in podcasting, and blogging I deal with both sides, and the left is FULL of crazy people who get mad over nothing sometimes jokes, and then say the right is full of people with no sense of humor who spread conspiracy! Mind you this from a party full of people who believe in “That Oswald killed JFK on his own,” that the “Democrats did a party switch in the 60s,” that there was “ZERO proof of rigging in the 2020 elections” and that the Hunter Biden LAPTOP wasn’t real… Now we all know that the left pushes lies beyond belief but this one here folks again takes the cake..
Back in May, Greene’s comments prompted a downpour of backlash when she compared Nazi Germany to a Tennessee grocery store program of having employees wear “vaccination logos.” And if you don’t think that what she saying has merit it’s your opinion but she has the right to say it in a free and open society, and this is what Twitter forgets, and thus this is what their biggest failure here is. What she said is real, and it’s more honest than anything AOC and her Fraud Squad ever says and that goes un noticed, and un checked by the radicals on Twitter.
“Vaccinated employees get a vaccination logo just like the Nazi’s [sic] forced Jewish people to wear a gold star,” tweeted Greene. “Vaccine passports & mask mandates create discrimination against unvaxxed people who trust their immune systems to a virus that is 99% survivable.” Nothing in her statement is wrong.
Greene drew a more recent Nazi analogy in July when describing Biden administration health officials as “medical brownshirts,” suggesting that the vaccine rollout likens Nazi totalitarianism. And the way Biden runs his administration is like a Dictatorship of Anti American views, and mostly CCP, and Socialist/DemocRATS views.
“Biden pushing a vaccine that is NOT FDA approved shows covid is a political tool used to control people,” the lawmaker tweeted. “People have a choice, they don’t need your medical brown shirts showing up at their door ordering vaccinations. You can’t force people to be part of the human experiment.” Again all true! These Kill Shots are NOT FDA approved… Period!
Greene’s latest comments come amid substantial pushback from the White House against Covid-related misinformation. On Friday, President Biden said that social media sites like Facebook were “killing people” as a result of their failure to moderate misinformation about the virus and vaccine. No Joe YOU’RE Killing people, jobs, the economy, and the way American enjoy their liberties, and freedoms… You, and your radical leftists.
After criticism from Facebook, Biden watered down his rhetoric, suggesting that only certain social media users rather than Facebook itself is responsible for the promulgation of misinformation. Yeah he’s a coward, and roll over for the socialist media mob, and when they called him and told him to pipe down he bent over and took his words back.
So this idiot with a napoleon complex who's NOTHING but another Democratic California Representative leftist socialist puppets in a movement in this country to help take over. His alias is one Jimmy Gomez and since he wants his 15 minutes of fame he is now introducing a resolution to expel Republican Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene from Congress for her past social media posts calling for violence against Democratic politicians and promotion of allegedly extremist conspiracy theories. Oh but Jimmy hold up! When did she call for Violence? She called to impeach Joe Biden not for Violence. But if you want to get rid of someone for actually calling for violence look no further than Kamala Harris who on the “Stephen Colbert show” said there should be violence AFTER the election.
That it shouldn’t stop. No why no tough words for the new VeePee? How about congress women Rep. Rashida Tlaib who famously promised that she’d “impeach the motherfucker,” talking about Trump! Why didn’t you pop up then trying to expel her? Or Kamala? Oh because you’re just doing your part covering for the “Pedophile n Thief” I get it.“As if it weren’t enough to amplify conspiracy theories that the September, 11 attacks were an inside job, and the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School was staged,” Gomez said in a statement on Wednesday, “a string of recent media reports has now confirmed that Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has previously supported social media posts calling for political violence against the Speaker of the House members of Congress, and former President Barack Obama”.
You know Kamala literally said that BLM and Antifa and them should continue to burn, loot, riot, and kill people with her statement. So it’s ok for her to say it? And where is this proof that Marjorie Taylor Greene did any such thing? This is just Gomez way to try and stop her from introducing the impeachment papers on that crook Joe Biden for his real life Quid Pro Quo, and China/Russia ties. You know the lies they tried to sell for 4 years on Trump which are actually crimes Biden done? But hey I’m sure Slow Jimmy Gomez here knows this. He’s just another leftist socialist puppet on strings.Gomez said her “advocacy for extremism and sedition” merits an immediate expulsion from Congress as well as strong and clear condemnation from Republican House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and her other GOP colleagues. With this then we need the removal of Nancy Pelos, Maxine Waters, Kamala Harris, AOC, Cory Booker, Chuck Schummer, Adam Schiff who all did worse. So you still want to go down this path?“Her very presence in office represents a direct threat against the elected officials and staff who serve our government,” Gomez continued, “and it is with their safety in mind as well as the security of institutions and public servants across our country, that I call on my House colleagues to support my resolution to immediately remove congressman Marjorie Taylor Greene from this legislative body”... No Jimmy your Communism/Socialism is a threat to our country, and the Republic for which we stand. Now as if this wasn’t enough!
The Police escorted a reporter from a town hall event in Dalton, Georgia after she attempted to ask Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) a question on Wednesday night.Meredith Aldis, a reporter for Tennessee NBC affiliate WRCB, was removed from the event immediately after questioning the congresswoman, according to the outlet. A video of the event posted to Greene’s official Facebook page shows her being asked to comment on a recent controversy, with the congresswoman refusing to answer while commenting, “I’m talking to my constituents… this isn’t a press conference.”Another video posted to Twitter by Chattanooga Times Free Press reporter Patrick Filbin shows Aldis leaving the event while being trailed by two police officers. Press had been invited to attend the event but were told they would not be allowed to speak to anyone or ask questions after arriving, according to WRCB, who also reported that a Whitefield County Sheriff’s Office deputy had been “waived over” by Greene’s staff and threatened Aldis with arrest.Members of the public who attended were asked to submit questions in advance, leaving Greene’s staff the option of carefully filtering the questions.
However, the video shows multiple members of the public being allowed to speak during the event, with some asking apparently impromptu questions without any reprimands or police interference.“Ms. Aldis interrupted the event and caused a scene,” Nick Dyer, Greene’s communications director, said in a statement to Newsweek. “This was a town hall for constituents. Not a press conference. Every attendee (besides media) was allowed to ask a question and Congresswoman Greene answered every question.”“Perhaps Ms. Aldis didn’t appreciate the questions being asked because they didn’t fall in line with the narrative she wanted to portray, so she decided to make herself the story and ignore the residents of the 14th District,” Dyer added. “This town hall wasn’t about a ‘journalist’ who cared more about being the center of the story than reporting on a story on actual constituent concerns”.
Dyer went on to say that Aldis and WRCB had “conducted a stunt tonight at Congresswoman Greene’s extremely successful town hall,” adding that the outlet “instead decided tonight was their chance to break into national media.”“It looks like Newsweek is rewarding their activism,” Dyer concluded.Newsweek reached out to the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office for comment.Greene, a newly elected member of Congress who announced she was drafting an article of impeachment for President Joe Biden before he had even taken office, has been under mounting pressure in recent days due to the surfacing of a series of past Facebook posts and activities that show her apparently supporting several far-right conspiracy theories.
During Wednesday’s town hall, Greene portrayed herself as a victim of unfair media coverage. She complained that her “really nice” posts about Bible verses were not making headlines instead.
“The media controls the microphone,” Greene said during the event. “They’re going to dig up anything they can to make me sound like a monster and a horrible person and they’re gonna report about that nonstop. But they’re never gonna post about the thousand and thousands of really nice Facebook or Twitter posts that I’ve made” or “Bible verses, praising someone, doing something good or anything nice,” she continued. “They’ll never tell you about any of those, they’re just gonna always make sure that someone like me looks like a monster. And that’s wrong.”
The media right now is doing just that and they will do it to anyone who dares take on the Biden/Harris mis Administration. Even when it involves FACTS the media will spin it, and still have you attacked and called all sorts of things. All lies, and clearly these people are all involved in a coup of the country. The sad thing is those who control the media controls the narrative, and well this is what’s happening now.
So the Alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella was Biden guest at State Department banquet? Wait WHAT? No wonder now that he’s been exposed the demoncRATS Are flip flopping saying “Well he’s not important anymore” they don’t want that released to the public! There it is folks, Eric Ciaramella was, is, and will always be a BIDEN stooge, and he’s part of the corruption and the deep state swamp. This hoax against Trump is a fix made up by him, Adam Schiffhead, and we know he loves to take calls from whistleblowers. Remember the joke russian DJ’s played on him? Where they claimed to have nude pics of Trump? Now didn’t Adam just love that! He thought he might had actually hit the lotto! With that said guess what PRESIDENT TRUMP is doing? He’s about to release the second UKRAINE PHONE CALL TRANSCRIPT! LOL
Trump to release second Ukraine phone call transcript
Eric Ciaramella was removed from his White House duty in 2017 due to leaks and rumors, including the infamous “Putin fired Comey” narrative that was quickly debunked. “It’s a Catch-22 question (as they all should be). If he admits to it, his credibility as a whistleblower takes a huge blow. If he lies, he’s a liar.” JD Rucker
Now this is how this went down JOE Biden co-hosted the banquet with former Secretary of State John Kerry for then-Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, and guess who was on that guest list??? Oh Eric Ciaramella that’s who!
This week, the Washington Examiner reported that Eric “whistleblower” Ciaramella is now a deputy national intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia on the National Intelligence Council, reporting to the director of national intelligence… I want you to think about this folks! Think hard on what’s going on here.
Ciaramella, a career CIA analyst, was Ukraine director on the National Security Council during the end of the Obama administration and remained there during the early months of the Trump administration while in Trump was transitioning into office, and then Eric he was briefly acting senior director for European and Russian affairs. Now he’s accused of being the official who filed a complaint about a July 25 phone call in which President Trump urged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to look into a conspiracy theory regarding CrowdStrike and how this entire stupidity started. Creepy “sniffing” Joe Biden is now a Democratic candidate for president in 2020, in relation to his son Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine remember Eric was Joe’s friend, political ally, and boss!
McCarthy: This is a calculated coup orchestrated by Adam Schiff
The complaint sparked concerns about potential abuse of power and led to impeachment proceedings in the Democrat-controlled House in which witnesses have said they believe Trump held out on meeting with Zelensky and congressionally-approved military aid in exchange for political favors. Even tho Ukraine had NO KNOWLEDGE anything was being held up, and the money wasn’t even held up at no point in the call did TRUMP EVER SAY “IF YOU DON’T DO THIS YOU WONT GET THE MONEY!” Joe did that. JOE did what they’re trying to IMPEACH the president for… This is what’s happening here folks. The left are reflecting JOE’s illegal activities on Trump to smear an innocent man, and have him removed from office with a fake whistleblower, and false accusations debunked by the transcript.
Eric Ciaramella, 33, is listed among dozens of other people who were invited to the October 2016 event hosted by Biden under the category “WH EOVP,” or the White House Executive Office of the Vice President, in an unclassified State Department document released through the Freedom of Information Act. An “A” appears next to his name, indicating he accepted the invitation, and on Oct. 6, the Washington Examiner reported the whistleblower worked with Biden during the Obama administration and is a career CIA analyst with deep expertise in Ukraine policy.
Out of over 400 possible guests for the State Department event, 115 people were listed as having accepted invitations, although key Trump-Russia investigation figures such as former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, former National Intelligence Director James Clapper, and former Attorney General Loretta Lynch all declined their invitations, according to the guest list. Other notable figures such as then-House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, former House Speaker Paul Ryan, then-Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, John and Tony Podesta, Colin Powell, and Condoleezza Rice received invitations too.
Besides inviting Ciaramella, Biden’s office, as opposed to the State Department or another entity, sent invitations to more than thirty other people, including Obama press secretary Josh Earnest, Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett, Obama Homeland Security adviser Lisa Monaco, Obama speechwriter Ben Rhodes, and Obama national security adviser Susan Rice.
Ukraine’s Burisma lobbied Obama admin to drop probe: Report
RealClearInvestigations named Eric Ciaramella as the whistleblower last week, and the report cites U.S. officials who said the invite to Ciaramella, “a relatively low-level GS-13 federal employee, was unusual and signaled he was politically connected inside the Obama White House.”
While Trump and his allies have called for the whistleblower to be identified, the whistleblower’s lawyers and Democrats argue that the person’s identity no longer matters. Still his name Eric Ciaramella has been invoked by GOP investigators as they question impeachment witnesses, getting his name on record. But both Trump and his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, claim Biden improperly used his role as vice president to pressure Ukraine to fire former top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was widely seen as corrupt, in 2016 to protect his son from an investigation into Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company at which the younger Biden held a $50,000-per-month position on the board.
This stems from a 2018 video showing the elder Biden bragging about threatening to hold back $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees if Ukraine did not terminate Shokin from his post…. Now isn’t that a Quid Pro Joe? I mean Quid Pro Quo? OR in Latin term ’quid pro quo’ is confusing people who might better understand ‘extortion,’ says Rep. Jim Himes. Which he’s 100% correct on.
But the European Union, the International Monetary Fund, and other allies had the same objective, and Biden was repeating U.S. policy that had been set out by Washington’s ambassador to Kyiv in the preceding months and was briefed by White House staff just ahead of the trip. Biden has accused Giuliani of spreading “false, debunked conspiracy theories” about him as he seeks the presidency. But JOE you’re on video DOING IT! LOL Even if you didn’t do it for your son, and did it for OBAMA or whatever you commited a “Quid Pro JOE.. errr Quo!” You sir need to be locked up! PERIOD! LOL This is beyond your son. YOU’RE On record admitting to breaking international laws, and committing EXTORTION!
Having taken a leading role in the Obama administration’s dealings with Ukraine, Biden made six trips to the Eastern European country in eight years, including 2009, 2014, and late 2015. The last trip took place in January 2017. At the time, White House officials said the trip was to reinforce U.S. backing for Ukraine while the world prepared for the inauguration of Trump, who was expected to bring a pro-Russia stance to office days later.
Andrew Bakaj and Mark Zaid, lawyers for the whistleblower, refuse to confirm the identity of their client even as such high-profile figures as Donald Trump Jr. have named Ciaramella as the whistleblower.
“Identifying any suspected name for the whistleblower will place their family at risk of serious harm. We will not confirm or deny any name that is published or promoted by supporters of the president. Disclosure of any name undermines the integrity of the whistleblower system and will deter any future whistleblowers,” they said in a statement Wednesday. “We will note, however, that publication or promotion of a name shows the desperation to deflect from the substance of the whistleblower complaint. It will not relieve the president of the need to address the substantive allegation, all of which have been substantially proven to be true.” How are they proven? NOTHING that Eric said was on the memo, and it’s all based on 3rd hand information he wasn’t on the call, and neither were any of these witnesses. Guess who wasn’t also? House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiffhead, and he’s a known liar, con artist, and a libtard leftist loser… He now faces criticism after it was revealed the whistleblower met with an intelligence panel aide seeking guidance before filing a complaint about Trump’s Ukraine communications with the Intelligence Community inspector general, and Schiff knew about it but did not immediately inform his Republican colleagues on his panel. AND RAN off with Eric when Republicans tried to get into their bunker meeting with him remember that folks?
The Washington Examiner has reported that two ex-NSC staffers are now employed by Schiff. Abigail Grace, who worked at the NSC until 2018, was hired in February, while Sean Misko, an NSC aide until 2017, joined Schiff’s committee staff in August, the same month the whistleblower submitted his complaint… HMMMMMMMMMMMMM I wonder who else is involved in this rabbit hole being formed by the Schiffmeister?
Folks this whole 3 years by the left has been one big “NOTHING TO SEE HERE NOTHING BURGER!” And they know it.
Eric Ciaramella, the alleged Ukraine whistleblower, was a guest of Vice President Joe Biden at a glitzy lunch in October 2016 to honor the prime minister of Italy.
Biden co-hosted the banquet with former Secretary of State John Kerry for then-Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi.
