Trump election interference case Dropped!

Don't know about you folks but Trump was wrong about one thing! I will never get tired of seeing our side win! LOL Now hear this! The Judge grants Jack Smith request to dismiss Jan. 6 charges against Trump... After the appeal was dropped in the Florida docs case Trump says lawfare against him was a 'political hijacking,' but says he 'persevered against all odds, and WON' So yes he did as now a judge has dropped again all the charges against President-elect Donald Trump in the D.C. case against him, following a request that Special Counsel Jack Smith made on Monday.

The decision concerns the investigation into the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol breach. Fox News Digital previously learned of Smith's request earlier on Monday. "The Government has moved to dismiss the Superseding Indictment without prejudice," U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan wrote in a decision. "Defendant does not oppose the Motion…and the court will grant it." Jack also filed a motion to drop his appeal in his classified records case against Trump a case that was tossed in July by federal Judge Aileen Cannon.

Jude Cannon ruled Smith was unlawfully appointed as special counsel. The moves come after Smith had already filed a motion to vacate all deadlines in the 2020 election interference case against Trump in Washington, D.C. a widely expected move, but one that stopped short of dropping the case against Trump completely. Smith had said his team planned to give an updated report on the official status of the case against Trump on Dec. 2. Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges in the case and took the fight to the U.S. Supreme Court, arguing on the basis of presidential immunity. The high court ruled that Trump was immune from prosecution for official presidential acts, forcing Smith to file a new indictment. Trump pleaded not guilty to those new charges, too. Trump's attorneys have been seeking to have the election interference charges dropped in Washington, D.C., alleging that Smith was appointed unlawfully.

"The American People re-elected President Trump with an overwhelming mandate to Make America Great Again. Today’s decision by the DOJ ends the unconstitutional federal cases against President Trump, and is a major victory for the rule of law," Trump spokesman and incoming White House communications director Steven Cheung said in a statement. "The American People and President Trump want an immediate end to the political weaponization of our justice system and we look forward to uniting our country." Trump pleaded not guilty to all charges stemming from both of Smith’s investigations.

Smith is expected to resign as special counsel before Trump takes office. Trump posted to his Truth Social Monday afternoon that the cases against him "are empty and lawless and should never have been brought." "These cases, like all of the other cases I have been forced to go through, are empty and lawless, and should never have been brought. Over $100 Million Dollars of Taxpayer Dollars has been wasted in the Democrat Party’s fight against their Political Opponent, ME," Trump posted. "Nothing like this has ever happened in our Country before." Although the case will still go forward for Trump’s two co-defendants, valet Walt Nauta and Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos de Oliveira, the order satisfies Smith’s request to terminate an appeal in the case as it concerns Trump. In both cases, Smith cited Trump’s upcoming inauguration and Department of Justice guidelines that prohibit the prosecution of sitting presidents. Smith also moved to dismiss Trump’s election meddling case without prejudice. Smith was contesting Judge Aileen Cannon’s decision to dismiss the case in the classified materials case, which found that the special counsel had been appointed illegally.

Liberals clung to hope that the appeal would be successful, claiming that Judge Cannon’s decision counters 50 years of prior rulings regarding special counsel regulations, and the court has previously reversed one of her decisions. “Nonetheless, it brings to an end for Trump a serious case focused largely on his conduct after leaving the White House. It was potentially the stronger of Smith’s two cases after a Supreme Court ruling that determined former presidents retain broad immunity for their conduct while in office. Prosecutors brought both Espionage Act and obstruction of justice charges against Trump after he repeatedly refused requests to return White House records, including defying a subpoena,” The Hill reported.

Trump said "state Prosecutors and District Attorneys, such as Fani Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade (who had absolutely zero experience in cases such as this, but was paid MILLIONS, enough for them to take numerous trips and cruises around the globe!), Letitia James, who inappropriately, unethically, and probably illegally, campaigned on ‘GETTING TRUMP’ in order to win Political Office, and Alvin Bragg, who himself never wanted to bring this case against me, but was forced to do so by the Justice Department and the Democrat Party."
Trump reportedly has a plan in place to fire the entire team of Jack Smith, including the prosecutor himself, and investigate the results of the previous election in which he was defeated by President Joe Biden. The president-elect plans to even get rid of the career attorneys who are typically protected from political retribution, The Washington Post reported. Trump “wants to clean out ‘the bad guys, the people who went after me,’” a source close to the president-elect said. The special prosecutor’s team consists of dozens of attorneys, FBI agents, and staff who were likely assigned to the cases and did not choose to be on his team, the report said. “President Trump campaigned on firing rogue bureaucrats who have engaged in the illegal weaponization of our American justice system, and the American people can expect he will deliver on that promise,” Karoline Leavitt, the press secretary for the president-elect, said to The Post.

“House Republicans previously told Justice Department officials that anyone who had worked on the Trump cases with Smith should preserve all of their communications in a move that signaled that Smith, among others, could be targeted by congressional investigators,” the report said. “Trump also apparently plans to use the DOJ to investigate the 2020 election in which he lost to President Joe Biden but has continued to claim that his loss was due to widespread cheating. Many investigations have found no proof of the widespread voter fraud Trump and his GOP allies claimed,” it said. Smith is likely to step down from his position after ending his cases against President-elect Donald Trump, according to reports. A Justice Department source told CNN that Smith is in talks with DOJ leaders about how best to wind down the Jan. 6 case as well as an appeal of U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling over the summer to throw out his classified documents case against the soon-to-be 47th president.

“Trump has threatened to fire Smith, but Smith expects to be gone before Trump takes office,” CNN reported. “The talks between Smith and DOJ leaders extend beyond Trump’s criminal cases to questions about what to do with other defendants in the classified documents case as well as the special counsel’s office and what happens to its budget and staff,” the outlet continued. Smith is required to submit a report on his work to Attorney General Merrick Garland. It remains unclear whether the timing of Smith’s departure will be affected if the report needs to be reviewed and approved by the intelligence community, according to sources familiar with the discussions, CNN said. Smith is working to finalize the report before Trump takes office, as Garland will need to approve it and decide whether any part of it will be released publicly, one source said. The New York Times was the first to report Smith’s plans to resign from his post.

As president, Trump is afforded protections against prosecution that he didn’t have as a private citizen. Longstanding Justice Department policy dictates that a sitting president cannot be prosecuted for crimes, and a Supreme Court ruling this summer confirmed that Trump has “absolute” immunity from prosecution for actions taken within his core constitutional powers as president, CNN said. Before his departure, Smith will need to determine how to resolve the two criminal cases he initiated against Trump. In Florida, Smith has appealed Cannon’s decision to dismiss the classified documents case, which found that Smith was unconstitutionally appointed as special counsel and that the funding for his office also violated the law. In Washington, D.C., Smith’s team is moving forward with the criminal case accusing Trump of orchestrating a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity, CNN noted.

Fani Willis Linked To Massive Election Fraud And Money Laundering?

If the story that Fani Willis is Linked To Massive Election Fraud And Money Laundering this entire case against Trump not only needs to be dropped but she needs to go directly to jail.

To have her do what she's doing which is breaking constitutional rights of Donald Trump the citizen as it is but add these charges? This story goes deep and I hope it's true as I'd like to see Ms. Willis sit her Fani in prison for many years. She's an evil, crooked person who belongs in prison along with Alvin Bragg in New York, and Jack Smith, Letisha James and so on. These evil players all trying to make up charges to not just help rig an election but to send an innocent man to prison for life and maybe death is beyond the pale. These people need to be investigated, stopped and properly charged for their crimes.

So in an unexpected twist to this story, a bombshell investigation has found staggering connections between Fani Willis and a vast web of money laundering and election fraud schemes. According to the investigation, our Constitutional Republic’s and the rule of law’s basic foundation have been attacked by a sophisticated network of illegal operations spanning numerous states and territories.

According to people with direct knowledge of the situation, Willis benefited greatly from the Federal and Georgia RICO schemes. She looks to be actively arranging a deliberate plan to rig election results right now, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the entire voting system.

The team discovered a huge money-laundering network of campaign finance contributions made through ActBlue in the run-up to the 2022 midterm elections. Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia was among the major benefactors of this RICO money laundering scheme. The vast money-laundering network that supported the Raphael Warnock campaign was first reported on by The Gateway Pundit.

As the inquiry moved forward, we increased the scope of our efforts to include additional states, including Missouri, Maryland, Wisconsin, Arizona, and eventually every state.

We uncovered a remarkable discovery while collaborating with Steven Kovac of the Epoch Times. Numerous prominent ActBlue “Contributors” have never made individual donations. Many of these “Not Employed Individual Contributors” were the victims of a highly sophisticated money laundering scheme.

When I gave James O’Keefe and his team at O’Keefe Media Group the information, they were able to catch many unwary “Money Laundering Smurfs” in Maryland, further exposing the fraud.

Wire fraud, avoiding political financing restrictions, structuring financial transactions, tax fraud, fraud against non-profits, identity theft, and elder exploitation are all part of this vast continuous money laundering enterprise.

The RICO scheme is still active today. This huge RICO money laundering scheme serves as the fuel for the entire election fraud RICO operation by using the identities of unwitting elderly and other democratic voters.

Dr. Peter Hotez, a distinguished professor at Baylor College of Medicine, has faced allegations of funding linked to the Chinese military at the Wuhan lab.

BUYING A DISTRICT ATTORNEY
Federal, state, and local governments are all involved in the criminal money laundering operation. Alvin Bragg was the first municipal official to be named as a participant in this ongoing money laundering scheme.

The network of people who had been labeled as smurfs gave Alvin Bragg a sizable amount of campaign financing. The investigation into Alvin Bragg also revealed how pre-paid credit and debit cards were used to structure campaign finance contributions and pay for ballot harvesting mules.

Does anyone find it strange that Alvin Bragg accused Donald J. Trump of violating the law regarding campaign finance while also profiting from a RICO money laundering scheme?

Has Alvin Bragg yet issued refunds for all illegal contributions made to his campaign? BUYING THE “JUSTICE YOU WANT”
The Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewicz’s campaign was also implicated in this organized distribution of illegal campaign financing funds. Massive sums of money were donated to the Janet for Justice campaign by “Individual Contributors” who were also linked to the ActBlue RICO money laundering operation on a national scale.

In 2023, how much will it cost to purchase a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court? Over $23.3 million was raised, primarily from leftist PACs supported by businesses connected to Soros and the ActBlue money laundering scheme.

Massive individual contributions were made to the PACs that provided the majority of the funding for the Janet for Justice campaign by the ActBlue money smurfs and mules operating countrywide.

The State of Georgia’s campaign finance database can be accessed “HERE” for details on Fani Willis’ campaign contributions. We found 222 contributions to Fani Willis’ campaign with NO contributor identification, which was the first issue we found in her campaign finance report.

Another intriguing fact was how many of the donations made to the Fani Willis campaign came from outside of the state. Numerous of these out-of-state donations matched the description of the ActBlue money laundering scheme participants and victims that we had located in every state in the United States.

Using the FEC campaign funding database, you can look up the names for yourself “HERE”. The out-of-state “SMURFS” aroused a lot of skepticism. After more research, a pattern once more started to emerge. One of the senior citizens on the list said that she had never given any money to Fani Willis’ campaign when asked about making campaign contributions. She reassured me that she had not contributed to several campaigns.

Significant questions were raised by another intriguing pattern. Why has this specific “campaign contributor” made contributions to campaigns using addresses from several states? This “Fani Willis Campaign Contributor” was found to be a voter in numerous states after further examination.

Another “INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR” was named “Fani Willis Campaign Contributor” who had made a single gift to the campaign and used addresses in several different states, including Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, and New York.

By chance, through ActBlue, this person made identical “CONTRIBUTIONS” to the same PACs and campaigns. The same person’s name appeared on voter registration lists for several states, where they cast mail-in ballots. We discover that every one of the “INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORS” to the Fani Willis campaign is funding the same PACs and candidates after looking into their past donations through ActBlue.

This recurring pattern of “ACTIVITY” at the national, state, and municipal levels appears to have begun on a large scale in 2018. Just at the federal level, one of the out-of-state supporters of Fani Willis’ campaign has given more than 9,178 times since 2018. How is it that starting in 2022, a little-known district attorney in Atlanta, Georgia, would get so many campaign finance contributions from out-of-state residents who are “NOT EMPLOYED”? The nationwide money laundering RICO operation is seen to be contributing more and more to PACs, and these PACs are funding local candidates, which is happening at an alarmingly rapid rate.

Several of these PACs are closely linked to the multiple Soros-connected groups that actively take part in widespread electoral fraud, money laundering, funding terrorist networks, and the vast, ongoing RICO scheme. Warnock and the other Democratic candidates and PACs have started to change the way they conduct business since we first revealed the ActBlue enterprise funding. But we have made it very plain who is involved and how they have been illegally swaying the results of elections across the country.

How George Soros pumped cash into Manhattan DA who indicted Trump

A $1 million donation from liberal billionaire George Soros to a political action committee that backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has come under the spotlight as the Democrat weighs indicting former President Donald Trump.

Trump who is now facing indictment in connection to alleged hush money payments his then lawyer made on "Trumps NAME" but not via any of his bank accounts but under his own private account whichhas no ties to DOnald Trump. Making this a he said, she said fight between both men as Stormey Daniels said she had no affair with Trump in a signed letter. The 2016 so called affair to porn star Stormy Daniels, who had said originally that the two had a sexual relationship. Like I said later recanted and backed off her story. Her lawyer is now in prison. George Soros donated $1 million in May 2021 to Color of Change, a racial justice PAC that later used the money to support Bragg in his successful district attorney bid against Republican Thomas Kenniff, a criminal defense attorney.

"I’ve seen rumors swirl. I have not seen any facts yet, and so I don’t know what’s going to happen," Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL), who has polled second to Trump in recent 2024 presidential primary surveys and is widely expected to run, said on Monday. "But I do know this: The Manhattan district attorney is a Soros-funded prosecutor, and so he, like other Soros-funded prosecutors, they weaponize their office to impose a political agenda on society at the expense of the rule of law and public safety."

Color of Change notably called for defunding the police amid the summer 2020 social justice riots after George Floyd's murder. Soros has backed Bragg along with 74 other prosecutors in recent years who have been slammed for their soft-on-crime policies. In February 2022, the Daily Mail reported that Color of Change was pulling a $500,000 donation to Bragg over an anonymous woman's allegation against the then-candidate. It's unclear what that allegation was, and the outlet did not speak directly to the woman in question. "Color of Change Political Action Committee ceased our independent expenditure on this electoral campaign after receiving this information," a source close to the PAC told the Daily Mail.

Color of Change's support for Bragg came around the same time Soros's family poured money into Bragg's campaign. Jonathan Soros, the son of George Soros, donated $10,000 on April 26, 2021, to the Democrat's campaign, records show. Then, on April 29, 2021, Jonathan Soros's wife, Jennifer Allan Soros, donated $10,000 to Bragg's campaign. Now, Bragg is at the center of national media attention as Republican lawmakers call his potential Trump-indictment decision "politically motivated." House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY), and House Administration Committee Chairman Bryan Steil (R-WI) demanded records from Bragg on Monday in connection to the expected indictment.

"You are reportedly about to engage in an unprecedented abuse of prosecutorial authority: the indictment of a former President of the United States and current declared candidate for that office," wrote the Republicans. "This indictment comes after years of your office searching for a basis any basis on which to bring charges, ultimately settling on a novel legal theory untested anywhere in the country and one that federal authorities declined to pursue."

The Manhattan grand jury investigating the Trump-Daniels payments was delayed on the indictment decision, which comes after Trump claimed he would be arrested. Again the expected indictment stems from $130,000 that then-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen allegedly paid to Daniels before the 2016 election to keep her quiet about her 2006 sexual encounter with Trump. Not campaign money or money which came from Trump or anyone he knows. There is no record that we have seen even showing such a payment has been made to Stormey who again ended up denying this ever happened.

In February 2022, the Daily Mail reported that Color of Change was pulling a $500,000 donation to Bragg over an anonymous woman's allegation against the then-candidate. It's unclear what that allegation was, and the outlet did not speak directly to the woman in question. "Color of Change Political Action Committee ceased our independent expenditure on this electoral campaign after receiving this information,".

"This indictment comes after years of your office searching for a basis any basis on which to bring charges, ultimately settling on a novel legal theory untested anywhere in the country and one that federal authorities declined to pursue."

So remember Color Of Change is an organization that, according to them, helps people effectively respond to injustice in the world around us. The same, functions nationwide, as a force driven by SEVEN million members, which “move decision-makers in corporations and governments” to create a more humane and less hostile world for black and all people. Until justice is real.

Don't go away from reading this without the facts that this organization is in charge of "removing those people" that they assume, they are annoying creating hostility. The dangerous thing about it is that this organization is backed by George Soros, as he does with Antifa and BLM, and "uses" them as his pawns, to achieve his own goals. In this case: get Donald Trump out of his way.

Thus the riots on 2020 and all the liberals, and news media going at Trump and as you are reading this, this is all the fault of a liberal named George Soros.. who made a $1 million donation to a political action committee that backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, and who is now in the spotlight as the Democrat assesses impeaching ex-President Donald Trump. Soros donated $1 million in May 2021 to Color of Change, a “racial justice” PAC that then used the money to support Attorney Bragg in his successful run for district attorney against Republican Thomas Kenniff, a criminal defense attorney. And today is the time, for Attorney Bragg to “return the favor”.

The ONLY thing that exists so far, are just rumors, because NO ONE has been able to see what the formal accusation is. What, if known, is that, in the polls, Trump, is leading, and that's very bad for Color Of Change and George Soros. What stopped being “a rumor” and is now a reality that is inconvenient to some, is that the Manhattan district attorney is a Soros-funded prosecutor, so he, like other Soros- funded prosecutors, uses his office as a weapon to impose a political agenda in society at the expense of the rule of law and public law.".

Color of Change particularly called for defunding the police amid the summer 2020 social justice riots following the murder of George Floyd. Soros has backed Bragg along with 74 other prosecutors in recent years who have been criticized for his soft policies with crime and this is the explanation, all of which we "don't understand."

In February 2022, the Daily Mail reported Color of Change was making a $500,000 donation to Bragg for an anonymous woman’s indictment against then-candidate Trump. The Color of Change support for Bragg came at the same time the Soros family invested money into Bragg’s campaign. Then on April 29, 2021, Jonathan Soros’ wife Jennifer Allan Soros donated $10,000 to Bragg’s campaign. "This indictment comes after years of Democrats looking for a basis, any basis, on which to file indictments, and ultimately Attorney Bragg settled for a novel, untested legal theory anywhere in the country that federal authorities refused to follow."

Now, Bragg is in the spotlight in national media as Republican lawmakers call his possible impeachment decision against Trump "politically motivated." And this Hit Job needs to be further investigated and Soros needs to be the one who is brought to justice with his puppets.
