Trump Finally gets a WIN in NYC CASE!

So finally some good news in the NYC trial against President Donald Trump today as this was the deadline for him to post that outrageous and downright illegal bond amount of nearly half a BILLION SPACE BUCKS! No wait "AMERICAN BUCKS!" For what? No crimes committed, no victim, and a scam fake trial based on lies by Tooshy James and Crooked Arthug EngerMoron. These two devils have hate for Trump so they lied, and ran a sham trial from day 1... This whole case is based on LIES made up by a weaponized court to do anything needed to stop Trump before the election...

So the N.Y. appeals court reduces Trump's bond in his civil fraud case to $175 million which is stil la staggering amount considering there was no victims, and no crimes done here BUT it's a victory for the former president in many ways as the court also gave Trump an additional 10 days to post the bond, which the former president said Monday he would pay. This is much better than Half A BILLION for sure but again why is this even a case? Why was this allowed to even take place has been my question from the start. When there is no case brought by anyone, no victims, and nothing but clear lies by LeTooshy James & Arthur EngeryMoron.

This whole case needs to be overthrown in appeal and James and the Moron judge belong in prison.

So the state appeals court finally ruled Monday that Donald Trump and his co-defendants in the New York civil fraud case have 10 days to post a $175 million bond, down from the $464 million judgment that was originally due. This last minute ruling from a panel of state Appellate Division judges, all appointed by Democratic governors, is a major victory and relief for the former president, whose attorneys had said coming up with the larger bond was a “practical impossibility.” The ruling also means state Attorney General Letitia James’ office cannot yet begin collecting on the judgment.

“I greatly respect the decision of the appellate division and I’ll post the $175 million in cash or bonds or security or whatever is necessary very quickly within the 10 days, and I thank the appellate division for acting quickly,” Trump said in front of cameras after he left a New York courtroom for a hearing in the hush money case. Before Monday’s ruling, Trump was liable for $454 million, most of the fraud judgment, but the amount he owed had been increasing by more than $111,000 a day because of added interest. Trump claimed on social media Friday that he had nearly $500 million in cash that he had planned to use toward his 2024 presidential campaign.

He spoke about the idea last week of mortgaging or selling off his properties, saying he would be forced to do so at “Fire Sale prices.” His lawyers noted in court filings that bond companies typically “require collateral of approximately 120% of the amount of the judgment” which in this case would total about $557 million. Trump's lawyers said in one filing a week ago that they hadn’t been able at that point to secure a bond, and believed it was “a practical impossibility.” They said that they approached 30 surety companies through four separate brokers, trying to negotiate with the world’s largest insurance companies.

The other bond companies will not “accept hard assets such as real estate as collateral,” but “will only accept cash or cash equivalents (such as marketable securities),” his lawyers said and than asked the state appeals court to either reduce the amount of money he had to post or stay the award without him posting any security while he appeals Engoron’s order. The decision Monday also puts a stay on the part of the original judgment that barred Trump from serving as a public officer of a company, as well as the prohibitions placed on Weisselberg, McConney, Donald Trump Jr. And Eric Trump.

The court did not grant requests from Trump to prohibit the independent monitor or installing an independent director of compliance. The AG's office brushed off Monday's ruling in a statement, saying: "Donald Trump is still facing accountability for his staggering fraud. The court has already found that he engaged in years of fraud to falsely inflate his net worth and unjustly enrich himself, his family, and his organization. The $464 million judgment plus interest against Donald Trump and the other defendants still stands."

Trump celebrated the ruling in a post on Truth Social, attacking Engoron and reiterating that he believes he did nothing wrong. Speaking to reporters outside an unrelated hearing in his New York criminal case, he called Engoron "a disgrace to this country." Alina Habba, the former president's lawyer in the civil fraud case, said in a statement, “We are extremely pleased with the ruling issued by the Appellate Division. This monumental holding reigns in Judge Engoron’s verdict, which is an affront to all Americans. This is the first important step in fighting back against Letitia James and her targeted witch hunt against my client which started before she ever stepped foot in office."

Trump told Fox News on Friday that he would appeal Engoron's ruling "all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if necessary." He must first go through the state appeals court process before he can bring that challenge before the justices. Trump has valued his brand at over $10 billion, but a 2021 financial statement put his net worth $4.5 billion. He has said that most of his assets are in real estate not cash or stock saying at a deposition in the fraud case last year, that he had “substantially in excess of $400 million in cash.”

Now in some good timing Trump may have some financial help coming his way in the near future as on Friday, shareholders in Digital World Acquisition Corp. voted to approve a merger with the former president's Trump Media & Technology Group, the private firm that owns his social media platform Truth Social. Shares in the newly combined company, Trump Media, could begin to be publicly traded this week, and Trump would have nearly 80 million shares, estimated to be worth around $3 billion.

Under the terms of the merger, Trump is prohibited from selling shares in the merged company for at least six months, but the board of directors, which will likely include his eldest son, Donald Trump Jr., could vote to allow him to sell shares earlier than that.

RIP Rush Limbaugh The man with "The Golden EIB Microphone" is gone...

Talk radio will not be the same ever friends not after the last 30 years of Rush Limbaugh, and if you’re a DemocRAT he’s a name, and has been a thorn sticking at the heart of Liberals since I could remember both on radio, and tv. Todaa we mourn his passing away but we cannot forget him or what we all have learned from him, and the talent he had to explain things. He left his wife, Kathryn who announced on his show Wednesday morning his passing. Rush who succumbed to his battle with lung cancer at the age of 70 after getting his Stage 4 diagnosis in January 2020. This is the same battle I lost my mother to on March 7th 2016 so I know what he went through in his final days from having seen it with my own eyes, and my heart breaks for him, and his family.Known to his fans as the great “El Rushbo” I remember listening to him as a kid, and asking why this crazy guy was going after Bill Clinton and the Democrats so hard, and as it turned out years later as I got older I understood, and in the last decade he had become a personal hero. His “Rush Limbaugh Show” was nationally syndicated in 1988 and at that moment began to reshape the Republican Party and the conservative movement and he really honestly was a conservative/Republican pioneer in the radio industry, leading the way to get right wing issues and voices heard around the nation. A tireless hard worker for the Right, and a nightmare for the libtards monolith of the broadcast networks and the stranglehold Democrats had on the public airways, and a great friend of Donald Trump. Rush had such a love for country that it earned him the the United States Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Donald Trump during the State of the Union Address in 2020, shortly after he received his cancer diagnosis. The launch of the show came the year after the FCC repealed the Fairness Doctrine that required equal time for both sides of political arguments. The repeal gave Limbaugh the opportunity to make the conservative case on political issues without the fear of the federal government cracking down on him for being one-sided since again there was not much on air when it came to the kind of show he did back in the late 80’s through the 90’s. Before the Glenn Becks, Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson of the world for than three decades, he would take to the “golden EIB microphone” and make his best case to the country for conservative principles and advocate on behalf of elected GOP officials and up-and-coming Republican politicians.
The syndicated show began on just over 50 radio stations, but spread like wildfire. It became the most listened to radio show in the U.S. and was picked up by more than 600 stations. According to his website, Limbaugh’s show boasted some 27 million weekly listeners. My old producer, and friend Keith Rowland who also worked with Art Bell was there from early on with Rush, and he worked with Art later on due to his ties with Rush.Limbaugh was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 1993 and the National Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame in 1998. “Rush Limbaugh: Thank you for your decades of tireless devotion to our country,” Trump declared during the address where he gave him his Presidential Medal of Freedom. But the fact is we all should thank Rush for he did open the eyes of a lot of people in this country to the real evil, and corruption in this country coming from the radical movements which we’re now all full witnesses too.Fox News noted that on his final broadcast, Limbaugh revealed that he had outlived his prognosis. “I wasn’t expected to be alive today,” he said, Fox News reported. “I wasn’t expected to make it to October, and then to November, and then to December. And yet, here I am, and today, got some problems, but I’m feeling pretty good today.” Goodbye old friend…

NYC restaurant owners threaten to BAN Gov Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio!

So we can all say we remember when Andrew Cuomo you know Fredo Cuomos big brother went on TV Saying Trump couldn’t walk on the NEW YORK STREETS Again? Well looks like Karma is starting to kick in folks.

Check out this quote… ‘If we can’t feed our families, we won’t feed yours’: NYC restaurants owners threaten to BAN Gov Cuomo and Mayor de Blasio from eating at their establishments if indoor dining isn’t reopened.

Yes friends some rightfully angry New York City restaurants owners have that as a new message for Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo: again… ‘If we can’t feed our families, we won’t feed yours.’ That’s the slogan of thousands of owners who are threatening to ban the politicians from eating at their establishments in response to a blanket ban on indoor dining. So no help from our crooked elected leaders, and more shutdowns? How are we supposed to survive? Oh wait they have billions for other countries, and Sri Lanka (officially the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka) needs millions to refirbish a ship. Let that sink in folks… “A Democratic Socialist Republic” but what bussiness is it of ours to spend money on a ship repair and only give out our Citizens $600 ? This is not right, and I’m happy Trump called this out.

What we need is $2000 checks to every American Citizen ONLY! Period! Nothing more… The rest is just “Green New Deal” B/s IMO! Now according to Michael Quinn, whose family runs the famous Feltman hot dogs brand in Coney Island. ‘These people need to survive and they spend thousands of dollars doing what they need to do. They’re just not going to make it,’ Quinn told Fox News

‘And it’s not about politics at this point – whether you’re left or right or conservative or Democrat. It’s economic Darwinism at this point. It’s survival of the fittest.’ Quinn argued that Cuomo’s move to close indoor dining already working only at 25 percent capacity since earlier this month flies in the face of science, given that it accounts for less than two percent of COVID-19 cases, according to data from New York state itself.

In comparison, 70 percent of cases have been linked to household gatherings, which become more frequent when indoor dining is unavailable, Quinn said. Restaurant owners have been up in arms for months about New York’s crushingly rigid and constantly shifting coronavirus restrictions which have forced countless businesses to close while others sit on the brink of closure. Quinn founded the Facebook group ‘NYC Restaurants Open’ as a forum for owners to communicate when the city went into lockdown back in March.

Frustrations among members of the group have only continued to rise over the course of the following nine months as they scrambled to keep up with Cuomo and de Blasio’s rules by paying out of their own pockets with little help from the government.

The move to close indoor dining just as temperatures plunged came as a final straw for many, said Quinn, who voted for Cuomo and describes himself as a Liberal Democrat. He emphasized how restaurants have spent thousands of dollars on equipment to keep staff and customers safe, including new ventilation systems, barriers between tables and heaters for outdoor spaces.

‘I think these politicians are coming up with rules without using science, without using logic, basically these restaurant owners have to be on their toes because they’ll get a ticket for something they didn’t know,’ he said. ‘This is not the right size outdoor igloo. This is not the right size ventilation system we need.’ ‘The mayor and the governor closed down indoor dining. They cost us money. We have food that goes to waste. A case of gloves costs us almost $100 depending on which gloves you’re buying, and I’m going through five boxes a day just to make sure I’m incredibly careful, to make sure my community is safe, my staff is safe,’ Fraye told Fox News.

‘We follow every rule we can to make sure we are preventing transmission and at the same time earning a living to try to make it to next year.’ Fraye’s first location in Columbus Circle has been closed since March due to a lack of foot traffic in the area, while his second location in Chelsea remains open for takeout only. He said the Chelsea location was already suffering when the state allowed 25 percent capacity indoors earlier this fall, only to shut it down again.

‘It was hard enough to survive with just a limited capacity,’ he said. ‘They threw us a bone and said oh, you can operate at 25 percent. That’s not enough to cover your labor, your food costs, supplies and the bag the food goes into.

‘I used to have 15-20 employees at my old store, and I’m down to five to seven.’ Despite his grievances, Fraye said he won’t join his colleagues in banning Cuomo or de Blasio because he can’t afford to lose any business. Cuomo extended a small reprieve to restaurants where indoor dining is suspended on Tuesday by postponing the sales tax deadline until March 2021.

But Quinn and Fraye say that gesture is too little, too late. ‘Give us something to give us a fighting chance to really stay alive,’ Fraye said. ‘When I talk to other restaurant owners and people in the business, there’s a lot of us that look each other in the eye and say: “We’re not going to be here next year.”

‘I spoke to a bunch of people saying: “I’m just going to try to make it to the end of the year, and see if it looks like it’s going to turn a corner and get better.”

‘But now we all see that it didn’t turn a corner for the restaurant industry, it actually did an about-face and jumped off a cliff.’ Cuomo sparked renewed outrage last week when he asked the federal government to bail out New York City restaurants and claimed he was doing ‘everything he could’ for them just days after closing indoor dining.

‘I hope Washington provides relief to restaurants. We’re doing everything we can,’ he said. His only explanation for the ban is that the rate of transmission in New York is climbing and because New York City is the most densely populated area in the state, the risk of outbreak is highest.

But New York City currently has the second lowest test positivity rate in the state over a seven-day rolling average. As of Wednesday the rate stood at 4.7 percent, compared with 5.5 percent statewide.

On Friday, Cuomo warned that a total shutdown – which many are fearing – is not inevitable as he pleaded with New Yorkers to stay vigilant in slowing the spread of the virus. Adding to the governor’s concerns is the emergence of a new mutant strain of coronavirus that he believes has already arrived in New York after spreading like wildfire through Britain. The new mutant strain is said to be 70 percent more infectious than what has been seen before. It has sent the UK into panic mode and has prompted more than 40 countries to cut off flights from Britain.

Speaking on a call with reporters on Tuesday, Cuomo said he’d told hospital systems across the state to start performing the ‘complex’ test that identifies the strain. No cases of it have been identified in the US yet but Dr. Anthony Fauci and other science experts say it is only a matter of time and is probably already here. Cuomo agreed with them on Tuesday and said he wanted to weed it out.

The warning came as the governor announced that more than 38,000 coronavirus vaccines have already been administered in New York a week after 175,000 doses from Pfizer arrived in the state. Another 346,000 doses from Moderna were expected to arrive this week.

At least we know this about de Blasio’s Troll like daughter… She said one thing truthfull.

πŸ–Bette Midler goes full xenophobic on Melania!

Bette Midler has stirred controversy for tweets she made during Melania Trump’s speech on the second night of the Republican National Convention. While live tweeting Tuesday evening’s speeches, the actor wrote several messages which drew ire, including, “#beBest is back! A UGE bore! She can speak several words in a few languages. ‘Get that illegal alien off the stage’ so is this ok? Cus had this been said by Trump Nasty Nancy Pelosi and the house of Cards she runs would have impeach 45 again papers ready in 10minutes. Oh and all new pens!

Bette Midler who like Barack Obama (at least he claims he was) was born in Honolulu County, Hawaii. There must be something about that state that breeds socialists idiots! Anyway she must have been glued to the tv because when while Melania appeared on the second night of the Republican National Convention, delivering a speech from the White House’s Rose Garden Bette showed her a lot of tweet attention. Here’s another fubar remark. “Oh, God. She still can’t speak English,” Midler tweeted while the speech was taking place. So she’s being outed as hateful pig. She’s always looked like a pig, and acted like one… What else can you expect from a pig but a grunt? She’s like a lot of Hollywood’s Jews sides with Palestine so this is why she hates Trump… Because they stand with Israel.

Midler also wrote: “You are one lucky Slovenian! And after all that surgery, you hit a kind of horrible jackpot, chained to [a] colossal idiot.” Someones mad that Melania is hot looking, and she’s super awesome as the First Lady… Sounds like someones jelous! LOL

The so called award-winning singer’s comments were met with backlash from people across the political spectrum, with many describing her comments as “xenophobic”. One comment read “This is beyond gross @BetteMidler and I am no fan of the First Lady. You have become what you think you are ‘resisting’.” Someone else said: “Shame on you. Attacking an immigrant for speaking with an accent is truly immoral.”

I think it’s time cancel culture CANCELS YOU Bette Midler you jealous turd… Melania who moved to the US legally in 1996, becoming a citizen in 2006, one year after marrying Donald Trump. Her Rose Garden speech saw her express support for her husband’s re-election in the forthcoming presidential race and was one of the main highlights of a wonderful show.

By the way FIRST LADY SPEAKS 5 DIFFERENT LANGUAGE’S MIDLER. HOW MANY DO YOU SPEAK? Check out what the spinning heads on YouTube have to say…

Top Political Commentator Says Melania Trump Outclasses Michelle Obama!

Humiliated Michelle? Feel that? Does it burn inside? I hope it does… Michelle who has been a frequent critic of the Trump administration despite the fact that her mantra was once “when they go low, we go high.” Meanwhile, Melania has avoided virtually all scandal during her time as First Lady, and has instead decided to focus her time on fighting online bullying. I know some say it’s Ironic as they see President Trump as a Twitter Bully but if you look at his antics most of the time he’s either punching back or cracking jokes.

I find it funny how the left are so fast to embrace a possible Pedophile like James Gunn director of Guardians of the Galaxy who’s firing from Disney got so heated they had to rehire him to avoid a PR nightmare. The guy who made hundreds of comments that were pro pedophilia, and had friends who were pedophiles on twitter he spoke with. They claimed he was joking but when Trump says a joke 15 years ago that has NOTHING to do with pedophilia the left tries to shame, and tarnish his entire life.

But let’s continue here shall we? “Jadan Horyn” The Political Commentator continued by saying “I don’t think she was effective in the same way as Melania Trump, because they tried to win this very fine line between her being a mother and doing her gardening. It was a very kind of PR-made persona. Whereas, it is quite clear from Melania that this is not conducted in some massive avenue advertising process. It is who she is and it is who she wants to communicate to the American public. So to me there is an element of authenticity which is why she is so mysterious to both the left and the right.”

But there was more! Horyn pointed out the contradiction of calling Hillary Clinton a “feminist” despite the fact that she stood by her husband when he was accused of sexual harassment back in 1998. He also said that Melania has chosen her role to be far from that of simply supporting her husband Donald Trump no matter what.

The U.K. Express reported that Horyn explained that Melania’s approach to being First Lady is way more successful than Michelle’s was during her time living in the White House.

“Michelle Obama was inevitably political, she could not be separated from Barack the candidate as opposed to Barack the President. She was one of his number one campaign vouchers,” Horyn said. “Yes, she is the most popular former First Lady, but everyone is generally more popular the less they talk about politics. When they tie her to Barack Obama and Barack Obama as a politician her popularity goes down.”

“If we look at Hillary Clinton who we call a feminist, but she literally said the words ‘I stand by my man’ when he was accused of sexual assault and harassment,” he said. “When you look at Nancy Reagan or Lady Bird Johnson, all of these women embodied the idea of a First Lady with this primary role to support their husband. And that’s all they existed for.”
