Officials in Montgomery County say a father has been arrested and charged after allegedly sexually assaulting his daughter who later died at the hospital. The officers said 10-month old Zara Scruggs was unresponsive at home Saturday night. According to authorities, an autopsy showed that Scruggs was sexually assaulted and suffered blunt force trauma to her head. Investigators say her father Austin Stevens’ phone showed multiple Google searches for nearly an hour before calling 911 with subjects that included “If baby stop breathing,” “What if you don’t hear baby heart or beat,” “My baby isn’t breathing,” and “How do you know if a baby is dead.”
“This case is deeply disturbing. It is hard to imagine this child’s death being any more traumatic: sexual assault on an infant, followed by inaction by the father to save her life, led to her death,” said Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele.
Stevens, 29, faces involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, rape of a child, aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and related charges. How about Murder?
He is being held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on $1 million bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 13.

California State Senate passed a controversial reform to its sex offender registry Monday that would allow a young adult who has gay sex with a minor to escape registering in some cases, based on a judge’s discretion. This is what the Democrats have been pushing for folks! They’re all a bunch of pedophiles, and lowlife sick fucks! This is not a mark against the gay community. Just these sick pedophiles…. SB145 finally passed the 40-member state Senate by a vote of 23-10, after first being introduced by California state Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) in 2019, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Shocking look at where it comes from San Francisco the stomping grounds of ICE Cream eating Nasty Nancy Pelosi… Hmmm But let’s keep reading becase as Wiener argued that the current law discriminates against LGBT youth because, as the Chronicle explained, “Under current law, a judge can decide whether to place a man who has vaginal intercourse with an underage teenage girl on the sex offender registry based on the facts of the case. But if anal or oral sex, or vaginal penetration with anything other than a penis is involved, the adult must register as a sex offender.”
Under SB145, if a young adult has gay sex with a minor 14 or older who is less than 10 years younger, a judge will have the discretion whether to place the individual on the sex offender registry. “This eliminates discrimination against LGBTQ youth in our criminal justice system,” Wiener said. The bill’s passage was a victory for Wiener, who had been trying in recent weeks to salvage it before the end of the legislative session. As The Daily Wire reported:
According to The San Francisco Chronicle, California state Sen. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) is using the last few weeks of the legislative session to mobilize support for SB145, a bill he introduced last year that stalled in a key committee. The legislation would allow “judges discretion over sex-offender registration in all cases involving voluntary intercourse between teenagers ages 14 to 17, who cannot legally consent, and adults who are less than 10 years older.”
“It makes no sense,” Wiener told The San Francisco Examiner of the present statute. “It disproportionately impacts LGBTQ people because LGBTQ people are far less likely to be engaging in penile, vaginal intercourse.”
Wiener was also the state senator who introduced the bill that made knowingly exposing a partner to HIV no longer a felony in 2017, also reported by The Daily Wire.
Janice Bellucci, executive director of the Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws (ACSOL) that supported the bill, said in a Monday press release, “Senate Bill 145 has been controversial since its introduction. Due to the dedication of its author, Senator Scott Wiener, Senate Bill 145 was passed over the objections of the Appropriations Committee chair and despite multiple threats of physical harm.”
Weiner singled out alleged QAnon conspiracy theorists for sending many of the threats against him and accusing him of trying to legalize pedophilia. “I’ve been the subject of death threats and personal attacks, threatening to decapitate me and send my head to my mother,” Wiener said during an online news conference last month. “This kind of slander, not just against me but against my community, is outrageous and we have to speak out against it.” No you should be sent to prison you sick pedophile! Anyone who makes it easier for any adult to fuck a minor child should be locked up also.
Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez (D-San Diego) said, “I cannot in my mind as a mother understand how sex between a 24-year-old and a 14-year-old could ever be consensual, how it could ever not be a registrable offense. We should never give up on this idea that children should be in no way subject to a predator.” Lorena is right but San Fransisco is a lost city in the moral there. I was able to meet MUFON Executive Director Jan Harzan back in 2016 for a little bit while we ran our booth for Skywatchers Radio, and he like everyone else at the event were real nice to us, and this comes as a shock. But it really shouldn’t anymore afterall when Stan Romanek went down I said publicly on the show that I’m sure more names would soon come out who are involved in such filth.

It’s said that he solicited a 13yo girl for sex online and got arrested when trying to “meet up.” It doesn’t get more sick than that, preying on children. But as luck turns out it was an undercover sting operation, and he got caught with his tail between his legs, and now it looks like John Ventre isn’t their biggest problem anymore. Aliens, and anal probing is going to take a whole new meaning for him if he’s found guilty.
“On July 3, detectives contacted a male by the name of Jan Harzan after Harzan solicited sexual activity from a detective he believed was a 13 year old girl,” the Huntington Beach PD wrote in a Facebook post. “The suspect solicited the minor to meet for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity, and when the suspect agreed to meet the supposed minor, detectives were there to take him into custody.”
Harzan was “arrested for multiple felonies and transported to the Huntington Beach Jail [and was] specifically targeting minor females online,” the police department wrote.
MUFON’s role in the UFO world is massive. Bigelow Aerospace also offered MUFON funding to put together the STAR Team, a UFO investigation team that could be on site within 24 to 48 hours of a UFO incident.
According to the organization’s website, Harzan is a former IBM engineer who, when he was a kid, was “visited by a real UFO, no more than thirty feet from [his brother and him], with no visible means of propulsion other than making a humming noise, before shooting off over the horizon. This event profoundly changed their lives.”
In 2018 a former MUFON state director, John Ventre, made racist comments about African Americans on his personal Facebook page, stating that white Americans were experiencing a “white genocide.” Jan Harzan did not condemn Ventre but instead expressed his concern for “the new social media world we now live in” and stated everyone should engage in open dialogue by writing, “There is no justice in hate, no matter what side of the fence you are on. On that we can all agree.” MUFON eventually withdrew Harzan’s comments from its website and Ventre was removed from his position when public pressure mounted.
Last month, Ken Pfeifer, head of MUFON Rhode Island, posted racist memes and comments on Facebook during the height of the Black Lives Matter protests. “HOLY SHIT….I WOULD OF PICKED THEIR COTTON FOR THEM….IF I THOUGHT IT WOULD END THIS BLM RACIST MADNESS.”
Chris Cogswell, MUFON’s former Director of Research, who left because of what he said was a racist culture at the organization, said “the main leadership levels of MUFON have been problematic for a number of years, and provides essentially nothing to the individual chapters which are for the most part run by decent, intelligent, and caring members of their communities. Although everyone is entitled to the assumption of innocence until proven guilty, this is a heinous charge. I cannot foresee any possibility of MUFON continuing, but hope the individual chapters can put their time and energy into an organization that will benefit them as much as they benefit it.”
Jason McClellan, a popular UFO podcast host, tweeted that “Shocked doesn’t describe what I’m feeling right now. I just learned that the executive director of MUFON was arrested for soliciting a minor. I always considered Jan to be a friend. This is really disturbing and disgusting news.”

In light of recent events, Jan Harzan has been permanently removed as the Executive Director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON).
Effective immediately, he will no longer serve any role in the organization.
David MacDonald, Executive Director Emeritus and a member of the MUFON Board of Directors, will now assume the duties of Executive Director. MUFON remains committed to its core mission: the study of UFOs for the benefit of humanity. This mission is greater than any one person or member of MUFON and supersedes all other considerations. We will continue to move forward and focus on our mission statement.
Say hi to Stan Romanek in prison, Jan…. If you’re guilty than may the law do with you what it must. But let’s not forget folks all Individuals are assumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. So let’s let them have their day in court, and let’s see how they plead.
