US official says Kilmar Abrego Garcia may be deported to Uganda!

The story of Kilmar Abrego Garcia gets even better. Now he's still facing deportation and his trial isn't done. But he thinks since the Judge let him go home to be with his family until the trial which is normal as they don't think he's going to be a flight risk. But he's still facing deportation and looks like they found another location since he said he can't go back to his country of citizenship due to gangs that want him dead right? Wait Why? Thought he was an innocent Family MAN!

Well remember he originally fled El Salvador as a teen due to being involved with rival gangs which lead to some people losing their lives, and so he's being in El Salvador is dangerous.

Now this contradicts his entire defense that claims he's not in any gangs, and is not a danger. So if he's not in any gangs why can't he go home to his home country of El Salvador?

The guy is lying one way or the other you can't have it both ways. So since this is the case he will still be deported and well now they seem to have found a place for him to go if he said he can't go back to his birth country for whatever reason well he will now possibly find himself deported to "Uganda" and boy this one not just took us all by shock but also made us laugh. The wannabe in New York running for Mayor The Zohran himself is from Uganda.

Maybe they could have a sit down and they could inform Kilmar at how just how nice it is since looks like they both will end up deported there eventually as The Zohran isn't well. America First.

So this for Kilmar is a Surprise worse than Prison or El Salvador if you ask me. But maybe him and his family can make a nice life in Uganda.

The "ICE" told lawyers of illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia that he may be deported to Uganda after he was released from jail in Tennessee on Friday, and that ICE and Department of Homeland Security documents obtained showed that ICE notified Abrego Garcia's lawyers that he may be deported to Uganda in "no less than 72 hours" and must check in with any agent at the ICE office in Baltimore on Monday.

This comes after Uganda reached a deal with the U.S. to accept third-party deportations. Following his release from a Tennessee jail on Friday, U.S. Magistrate Judge Barbara Holmes placed Abrego Garcia in his brother's custody as a third-party custodian ahead of trial. He must wear an electronic monitoring device, check in with Pretrial Services in Maryland and report there no later than 10 a.m. on Monday.

Kilmer who was first deported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year for being a suspected MS-13 member despite an immigration court in 2019 granting him protected status over the risk he would be targeted by gangs. Was brought back to the U.S. in June and placed in federal custody in Tennessee on human smuggling charges after a 2022 traffic stop resurfaced.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis in Maryland, who is overseeing Abrego Garcia's civil lawsuit challenging the legality of his deportation, has instructed federal officials to give his lawyers 72 hours notice before beginning deportation proceedings to allow them the opportunity to file a challenge. Garcia's case sparked national attention this year when the Trump administration initially refused to bring him back from El Salvador, despite acknowledging in court filings that his deportation was an "administrative error."

His detention in the Central American country sparked visits from U.S. lawmakers, notably Sen. Chris van Hollen, D-Md. His release on Friday was met with public frustration by Trump administration officials. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem purported that Abrego Garcia is a criminal and a violator of immigration law, describing him as a "monster" released by "activist liberal judges" after he was released on Friday. "We will not stop fighting till this Salvadoran man faces justice and is OUT of our country," Noem wrote on X.

This story keeps getting spicier than a hot sauce itself but as it keeps developing we will bring you all the updates right here.

El Salvador government rejects lawmakers' request to visit Abrego Garcia

Rep. Maxwell Frost, D-Fla. speaks to the media about Kilmar Abrego Garcia
at a hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador, Monday, April 21, 2025.

The government of El Salvador on Monday rejected a request from four Democratic lawmakers to visit deported Kilmar Abrego GarciaThe so called lawmakers were trying to arrange a meeting four days after a visit from Sen. Chris Van Hollen of Maryland, where Abrego Garcia and his family live.

In an interview with MSNBC from El Salvador, Florida Rep. Maxwell Frost said Monday that he and the others were told that their visit was rejected because they are not in El Salvador "in an official capacity." "We're not giving him," Frost said. "We have more meetings scheduled."

Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran native who has been living with his wife and children in Maryland, was deported in March to El Salvador's CECOT mega-prison despite a 2019 court order barring his deportation to that country due to fear of persecution after the Trump administration claimed he was a member of the criminal gang MS-13. The Trump administration, while acknowledging that Abrego Garcia was deported to El Salvador in error, has said that his alleged MS-13 affiliation makes him ineligible to return to the United States. His wife and attorney have denied that he is an MS-13 member.

An official with the U.S. Department of State said Monday in a status report that Abrego Garcia is in "good conditions and in an excellent state of health." If these liberals spent this much energy, time, and effort helping us USA Citizens instead of criminals from other countries this country would be a better place. But as we know these liberals only care about protecting criminals. From MS-13 to Tren De Aragua and their favorite Pedophiles! These liberals love crime, and well it's clear you vote blue you vote for criminals too.

"The Salvadoran government responded on April 21 that Mr. Abrego Garcia is being held at the Centro Industrial penitentiary facility in Santa Ana," Michael Kozak, a senior bureau official for the State Department, reported. Nice guy this is why they still got him under lock up. Now if you're wondering why he left his HOME Country the reports coming in are that he was on the run from a rival gang which were at the time trying to find him because he had been involved with the death of a rival gang banger in El Salvador. Good gentleman for sure!

The now disgraced Sen. Van Hollen said that Abrego Garcia told him at their meeting that he had been transferred out of CECOT "about eight days" prior.

Senator Chris Van Hollen May Have Violated Law once Used Against Michael Flynn

So now it's looking like Sen. Chris Van Hollen’s unexpected trip to El Salvador to advocate for the release of deportee Kilmar Abrego Garcia you know the MS-13 career criminal deported back to the home he is a citizen off is well drawing scrutiny from critics who argue the Maryland Democrat may have broken a centuries-old law prohibiting unauthorized diplomacy. You see the Logan Act, named after Pennsylvania Senator George Logan, prohibits private citizens from engaging with foreign governments “with intent to influence their measures in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States.” This Violation can result in fines or imprisonment up to three years. Should there be charges, they would be filed by the Justice Department at Attorney General Pam Bondi’s direction.

The law was enacted in 1799 after Logan met with French diplomat Charles de Talleyrand, without official authorization, following France’s rejection of overtures from President John Adams. Logan attempted to ease tensions in the “Quasi War,” partly through correspondence from then–Vice President Thomas Jefferson. Several high ranking and very well known conservatives have been since questioning whether Van Hollen’s actions violated the Logan Act. “Why hasn’t this U.S. senator been arrested for violation of the Logan Act? It’s illegal to conduct your own foreign policy,” longtime GOP activist and consultant Roger Stone tweeted. Also he did this on TAX PAYER MONEY? So On Friday, WMAL host Vince Coglianese read the Logan Act statute aloud and asked his audience whether Van Hollen had violated the code outlined. “Is Chris Van Hollen violating the Logan Act?” Coglianese said. “Because this is what they accused General [Michael] Flynn of doing the incoming national security advisor who was merely having conversations with foreign diplomats [after] people had chosen President Donald Trump.”

“The Logan Act says any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with the intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned not more than three years or both,” Coglianese told his listeners.

Democrats previously invoked the Logan Act in response to Michael Flynn’s communications with Russian Ambassador Sergei Kislyak prior to Donald Trump’s first inauguration—a controversy that ultimately triggered an FBI investigation and derailed Flynn’s public-service career. Notes from former FBI agent Peter Strzok included the line “VP: Logan Act,” suggesting that then–Vice President Joe Biden proposed using the statute against Flynn. However, then–FBI Director James Comey reportedly remarked that Flynn’s communications with Kislyak appeared “legit.” Fox News contributor Byron York responded to a question on X by stating that he had consistently argued during the Flynn controversy that the Logan Act is a “dead letter.”

The American Accountability Foundation (AAF) has sent a letter to Senate Ethics Committee Chairman James Lankford (R-Okla.), requesting an investigation into possible violations, according to the New York Post. “Mr. Abrego-Garcia is essentially an enemy combatant in the ongoing invasion of the United States by transnational gangs,” AAF President Thomas Jones wrote to the heads of the Senate Ethics Committee and Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD). “Despite the overwhelming evidence, Senator Van Hollen decided that he would use Senate funds to fly to El Salvador and advocate for an enemy of the United States.”

Jones added: “Van Hollen was in El Salvador meeting with leaders of the Salvadorian government to attempt to secure Mr. Garcia’s release. It is hard to imagine a more hostile intrusion into U.S. foreign policy than attempting to smuggle a foreign enemy combatant into the United States.” The Trump administration presented courtroom evidence proving that Abrego Garcia is a member of the MS-13 gang. President Trump has declared MS-13 a terrorist organization and its members transnational combatants.
