But a main question is will Elon Musk still be the sole owner of Twitter? The answer is yes unless he sells the company or a controlling share of it the billionaire is still in control. So while he's found a new day to day runner who will be the CEO for him he's still owner, and can have final word on things, and can fire, and replace the CEO. Now the person in line to take over as CEO as announced May 11 by Elon Musk who said on Thursday he has found a new chief executive for Twitter, but did not name the person, while the Wall Street Journal reported that Comcast (CMCSA.O) NBCUniversal executive Linda Yaccarino was in talks for the job. Musk said in a tweet: "Excited to announce that I've hired a new CEO for X/Twitter. She will be starting in 6 weeks!"

My role will transition to being exec chair & CTO, overseeing product, software & sysops.
I think as long as he remains owner I trust his judgement on who he let's be the CEO in charge of the day to day as he's got other bigger things to worry about like SPACE X, MARS, and this is what the man did he freed Twitter from the lies, and now it's becoming finally a place we all can share information on without a clear leftist agenda lying all the time, and playing politics. Thank you Elon.
