Want to know why the left has been so enraged with hate, and especially how the Alphabet people are deep in with Antifa, and BLM, and domestic terror groups, and hate Trump, the USA, and anything that deals with this country, and republicans? Well here is a major reason why. It’s not just about Trump. This is beyond him.
Conservative Supreme Court Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito on Monday excoriated the high court’s 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges decision which uniformly mandated that all states recognize same-sex marriages characterizing it as an assault on religious liberty and suggesting that the ruling could be overturned in short order. This is why they’re so hell bent in making sure they destroy the very fabric of our nation. They fear that they will have that right over turned, and as we know “Fear is the path to the dark side…fear leads to anger… anger leads to hate… hate leads to suffering.” – YODA
Now look I’m 100% in favor of letting gay people get married, and wouldn’t want that overturned, and let’s be clear I’m a heterosexual man, and have never been gay or trans or anything. I’m just a normal dude never had a dick in me, and I’ve only been with women in my entire sexual life. I’m being transparent here, and a bit wordy so you get it. As a normal straight guy (yes I voted for Trump, and will again) the fact that two men or two women want to be married is ok with me. Everyone should be allowed to be with whoever they wish, and be happy. Get that my dear snowflakes? ❄️️❄️️❄️️ BUT with that said I’m against paying for peoples sex change if they join the Army, Navy, Marines, Military or any of our Armed forces, and do it just so they could have a sex change when they’re discharged. A lot of these people are doing it without even having gone to war they did a tour, and asked to leave to have the sex change on our tax payer money. That’s morally wrong. You want to change your “Sex organs” and dress in the clothing of the opposite sex, and play pretend? By all means it’s your freedom my fellow snowflake do as you wish, and pretend all you want on your side, and as long as it’s not in my face we’re cool, and as long as you’re not trying to brain wash children we’re cool. But I don’t want to pay for it in my taxes. Also I’m against same sex bathrooms, and the latest crazy crap which is being done where Trans men are going into schools and having reading time with kids! I mean come on leave kids out of it, and let them enjoy their childhood. Stop trying to indoctrinate kids into your lifestyles. Let them figure out who they are on their own when it’s their time. As a society our job is to make sure when they figure it out we’re open, and loving to them. But to have these perverts go to school, and pole dance, and show off their balls cus they don’t wear underwear is just plain sick, and wrong.
“In Obergefell v. Hodges … the Court read a right to same-sex marriage into the Fourteenth Amendment, even though that right is found nowhere in the text,” Thomas wrote in a scathing statement, joined by Alito. “Obergefell enables courts and governments to brand religious adherents who believe that marriage is between one man and one woman as bigots … in other words, [it] was read to suggest that being a public official with traditional Christian values was legally tantamount to invidious discrimination toward homosexuals.”
Thomas wrote the court’s denial to hear an appeal from former Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis, who was sued after objecting to issuing same-sex marriage licenses in the state. Even in denying to hear Davis’ case, however, Thomas made sure to note that her petition “provides a stark reminder of the consequences of Obergefell.” Consequences that he said were “created” by the court and that “only [the court] can fix.”
“Until then,” that is, presumably, until the case is overturned by the court “Obergefell will continue to have ‘ruinous consequences for religious liberty,'” Thomas concluded.
Why does it matter?
The sharp words were especially notable given the Supreme Court’s conservative transformation over the last four years. Time noted in its report that “with Ginsburg’s death and the retirement of Justice Anthony Kennedy in 2018, only three members of the majority in the gay marriage case remain: Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.”
Kennedy, a moderate, was replaced by Justice Brett Kavanaugh and President Trump has nominated Amy Coney Barrett to fill Ginsburg’s position, and this is why the radical left and the Trans community or the “Alphabet people” are losing their collective minds.. Here is the skinny folks when Barrett is confirmed, it would give conservatives a 6-3 majority on the court. It would likely be a true majority, too, even as Chief Justice John Roberts, who is traditionally regarded as a conservative justice, has shown a tendency at times to play the middle since Kennedy’s retirement.
Liberals were outraged
In response to the statement, LGBT rights groups and others expressed outrage and concern, and people in congress with Alphabet people in their family or are themselves part of that community fear that they’re going to lose these new rights they have come to inherit due to having their people in the right place of power. This is a major reason why they are working with Soros, and others to overtake the country, and destroy our world. This is why a lot of HOLLYWOOD, and SPORTS players hate on Trump, and hate the conservatives. Dwyane Wade who played for the Miami Heat, and is a legend here has a young son who he’s allowed to label himself trans at 12 years old! That folks is due to his indoctrination, and Wade who has fought off rumors that he himself is bisexual and is lovers with LeBron James also adds fuel to that fire. Not to mention Magic Johnson who has HIV, and his son is open Trans. These people are scared they will lose their new given rights, and they might. I don’t know how these judges will act, and there is also Roe vs Wade which would overturn abortion rights. I am PRO LIFE, and would be 100% behind abortion being outlawed, and no longer practiced anywhere in this country.
Human Rights Campaign President Alphonso David said, “These comments made clear that the war on marriage equality, against the lives of same-sex couples, is alive and well” even as the court “hangs in the balance.” Jim Obergefell, a lead plaintiff in the 2015 case, said, “It is unthinkable that Alito, Thomas and others on the Supreme Court would want to take away that right and the dignity that comes along with it.” But nobody on the court has brought this up, and I doubt again they will attack the marriage situation but who the heck knows… Either way Yale Law School professor William Eskridge added. “It is alarming that there are justices on the Supreme Court who want to overrule Obergefell, which is a precedent the court has reaffirmed, and which hundreds of thousands of couples have relied to seal their unions in matrimony,”
