Coronavirus: U.S. Death Toll Rises! Plus much more!

As the death toll rises to at least nine, there are now more than 120 confirmed cases in a growing number of states. Folks the outbreak is real, and I hope everyone I know and even those of you I don’t know are not sleeping on this and think it’s a scam or something which is just going to go away… While we have Super Tuesday, and a lot of other things happening with the stock market being down as a result of this virus we have to remember that we all need to protect ourselves at all times.

IF They couldn’t get sick enough already seems like everyday these folks hit a new low. Councilwoman Candi CdeBaca faced conservative criticism Tuesday after sharing a meme on Twitter suggesting she stands in “solidarity” with the idea of spreading coronavirus at President Trump’s campaign rallies.

“These people are sick,” Donald Trump Jr. tweeted. CdeBaca, apparently posting in jest, had retweeted a meme that said: “For the record, if I do get the coronavirus I’m attending every MAGA rally I can.”

CdeBaca commented: “#solidarity Yaaaas!!” with laughing emojis.


CdeBaca, based on her Twitter posts, appears to be a supporter of self-described democratic socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., one of the leading candidates for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Republicans quickly hit back, coming amid a partisan war of words over allegations that lawmakers are politicizing the response to the coronavirus.


“This elected Democrat in Colorado doesn’t seem very nice!” the Trump campaign War Room Twitter account posted in response.


I’ve read reports that they think they will have a vaccine by April but this thing could become really bad from here to next month. The WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) reported that the “WWE WrestleMania 36” is now Threatened As Coronavirus Hits Tampa, Florida where the event is taking place in April.

Tampa, Florida, host city for WWE WrestleMania 36, received troubling news this past weekend as the impending spread of the coronavirus in the United States has directly impacted the city.

After two people in Manatee and Hillsborough County, Fla. tested “preemptively positive” for the disease, Florida Governor Rob DeSantis issued an executive order declaring a public health emergency in the state. Hillsborough County is the same county where WrestleMania is scheduled to take place. Governor DeSantis had previously revealed that 15 people tested positive for the virus within the state of Florida.

Both then Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization have issued warnings of the inevitable arrival of the outbreak within the United States. The coronavirus is currently tearing through pockets of the world, most notably in Asia, with Australia also bracing for impact.

With social media-assisted paranoia surrounding the coronavirus at all-time highs, WrestleMania 36 could potentially face its first cancellation in history.

During a luncheon last week hosted by Raymond James Stadium, site of WrestleMania 36, Stephanie McMahon and city officials discussed the possibility of the coronavirus affecting WWE’s biggest show of the year.

“Thirty-six days is a long time, so it’s hard to predict. I think we just continue to information gather as much as possible, so that we are as prepared as possible.”

Stephanie McMahon said that “if necessary, enact those measures.” Among precautionary measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus is the unprecedented possibility of WrestleMania being canceled for the first time in its illustrious history as the world continues to learn about this deadly and contagious disease. With the coronavirus hitting Florida just over one month until WrestleMania, WWE and city officials should, at the very least, be concerned.
